Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of social media, brand image and location on the decision to stay at imelda hotel in Padang city. The sampling technique uses an accidental sampling technique, using the Slovin formula so that a sample of 100 people is obtained. The F test was known that the value of fcal was 68,653 >from ftable 2.70 and the significance of f = 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that H4 was accepted and H0 was rejected. It can be said that Social Media, Brand Image, and Location simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the decision to stay at Imelda Hotel. This means that social media variables, brand image and attraction location can explain the variables of the decision to stay at imelda hotels in Padang city, by 68.2%. The remaining 31.8% was explained by other variables that were not observed in this study.

Abstract

The research aims to see the effect of follow-up recommendations from audit results on compliance in disclosing local government financial reports. Using a quantitative approach, the secondary data comes from the Ministry of Finance and BPK RI regarding follow-up to audit recommendations in 2018-2022. Data analysis was carried out using the PLS SEM method using WarpPLS 7.0. The research results show that follow-up to audit recommendations has a positive and significant effect on government compliance and strengthens the relationship in the disclosure of regional government financial reports, with path coefficients of 0.27 and 0.26, respectively. The R² value of 0.23 indicates that the two variables explain 23% of the variability in compliance levels. Model fit testing shows valid results, with all model indices meeting the fit criteria. The research results reveal that the Follow-up to Audit Result Recommendations (TLRHP) has a positive and significant influence on the Level of Compliance (TKPTHN) and strengthens the Disclosure of Regional Government Financial Reports (PLKPD). Implementation of audit recommendations and transparency of financial management is critical to increase regional government accountability. Although these variables explain 23% of the variation in compliance, other factors still contribute. This research suggests a qualitative approach for further studies to explore the relationship between audit and compliance and the impact of monitoring systems on corruption prevention.

Abstract

This research began with the fact that there was still a lot of rubbish found on the side of the road near the Sunday market, of which, if left to continue, it would give rise to germs of disease, unpleasant odors, and environmental pollution would cause disasters such as floods. This research uses a qualitative analysis approach with descriptive methods. The use of this descriptive method is based on a problem solving procedure by describing the current state of an object or subject based on facts. The approach used is a qualitative approach. By using the theory of Policy Implementation from George Edward III which suggests that Policy Implementation can be determined by 4 factors, namely Communication, Resources, Disposition and Bureaucratic Structure. The results of the research show that the implementation of waste management policies in Pasar Minggu has not been running optimally, this is indicated by the lack of quality human resources who can manage waste into more useful and reusable goods, the lack of the required fleet and the absence of standards. Operational Procedures (SOP) in implementing policies so that policy implementers and related parties only carry out instructions from the Government. The thing that is an obstacle in implementing policies at Pasar Minggu is the lack of awareness among the people of Pasar Minggu about the importance of protecting the surrounding environment and the bad habits of "individuals" in the community who still throw rubbish carelessly. Abstract

Bursa Efek adalah badan hukum yang mempunyai tugas sebagai sarana dalam melaksanakan dan mengatur jalannya kegiatan perdagangan Efek yang ada di Pasar Modal. Perkembangan perusahaan go public yang terdaftar di bursa efek sangatlah pesat. Penelitian ini bertujan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh likuiditas dan profitabilitas terhadap pertumbuhan laba pada perusahaan sub sektor perdagangan besar barang produksi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif adapun Populasi penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Sub Sektor Perdagangan Besar Barang Produksi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. sampel penelitian sebanyak 12 perusahaan. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian melalui observasi tidak langsung dan penelitian kepustakaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian pada current ratio diketahui bahwa nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,010 dimana 0,010 0,05, sedangkan thitung -2,666 ttabel 1,67722  sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa current ratio berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian pada net profit margin diketahui bahwa nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,018 dimana 0,018 0,05, sedangkan thitung 2,449 ttabel 1,67722 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa net profit margin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa hasil Fhitung bernilai sebesar 5,701 dan Ftabel bernilai 3,19 yang berarti Fhitung Ftabel dengan nilai probabilitas 0,006 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa current ratio dan net profit margin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap pertumbuhan laba.Kata Kunci: Likuiditas, Profitabilitas, Pertumbuhan Laba

Abstract

Partisipasi masyarakat merupakan suatu bentuk keikutsertaan masyarakat untuk mengalokasikan kepentingan mereka dalam proses penyusunan rencana kegiatan yang akan dilaksanakan. Partisipasi masyarakat sangatlah penting, sehingga perlu sekali untuk ditingkatkan. Meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat memiliki beragam tantangan, hal ini dikarenakan adanya keberagaman cara berpikir masyarakat itu sendiri. Banyak hal yang mempengaruhi cara berpikir masyarakat diantaranya faktor lingkungan, latar belakang pendidikan, dan lingkaran pertemanan. Oleh sebab itu, peneliti tertarik mengkaji permasalahan partisipasi masyarakat ini sehingga diambillah topik pembahasan yaitu Meningkatkan Partisipasi Masyarakat. Adapun metode yang digunakan yaitu metode PAR (Participatory Action Research) dimana seluruh masyarakat ikut serta dalam pelaksanaan penelitian ini. Adapun hasil yang diperoleh dalam menjalankan program-program kerja KPM STAIN TDM mencapai hasil yang maksimal. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari perubahan perubahan yang terjadi pada masyarakat.

Abstract

Community service is organized by lecturers from the Faculty of Business and Economics, Baiturrahmah University. The purpose of this activity is to improve capital market literacy for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) owners in Nagari Koto Nan Duo, Batang Kapas District, Pesisir Selatan Regency, on August 10, 2024, West Sumatra Province. Capital market literacy is part of the OJK and BEI initiatives that encourage increased understanding of the capital market among the community. We strive to support this program by delivering material on the capital market, capital market instruments, potential profits and risks. Our hope is that by delivering this material to SME owners, they will have a strong understanding of capital market literacy, be able to make wise investment decisions, and avoid fraudulent investments. The success of this activity will be seen from the participants' understanding of the concept of the capital market and their ability to make the right decisions related to investment issues. We hope that similar activities can be held in various regions so that more SME owners gain knowledge about the capital market.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to improve innovation-based entrepreneurial competency for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) owners in Nagari Koto Nan Duo, Batang Kapas District, Pesisir Selatan Regency, on August 10, 2024, West Sumatra Province. The author seeks to support this program by delivering material on entrepreneurship, innovation and creativity. By delivering this material to SME owners, the author hopes that SME actors can apply the concept of innovation in the businesses they are currently running. The success of this activity will be seen from the participants' understanding of the concept of innovation in entrepreneurship. Abstract

Penyakit kardiovaskular masih menjadi masalah kesehatan di Indonesia saat ini. Hal ini dapat meningkatkan angka kesakitan, kecacatan, dan beban sosial ekonomi masyarakat. Indikator utama penyakit kardiovaskular adalah kualitas hidup seseorang. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan deteksi dini dan tindakan pencegahan terkait risiko penyakit kardiovaskular agar dapat dipelajari lebih lanjut, dipantau, dan diberikan intervensi yang tepat oleh tenaga kesehatan. Dalam upaya untuk mengendalikan faktor risiko tersebut, Asosiasi Jantung Amerika (American Heart Association) memberikan definisi kesehatan kardiovaskular yang ideal menggunakan 7 metrik yang disebut "Life's Simple 7", yang terdiri dari tidak merokok, berat badan (BB) yang sehat, aktivitas fisik yang cukup dan diet seimbang, serta mencapai nilai target untuk kolesterol, tekanan darah (TD), dan glukosa darah.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought major changes in e-commerce, including marketing strategies through affiliate marketing. Shopee, one of the leading e-commerce platforms, is the main choice of MSMEs in Indonesia for online transactions. This article discusses the introduction of affiliate marketing through the Shopee platform to students of Universitas Muhammadiyah Palopo. Using the PPDIOO (Prepare, Plan, Design, Implement, Operate, Optimize) method, this research explains the process of preparation to optimization in running effective affiliate marketing. Gen Z generation, as a group familiar with technology and social media, has great potential to manage digital marketing strategies. The Shopee Affiliate program offers additional income opportunities through online product promotion. With a systematic approach, this program not only helps Gen Z understand affiliate marketing, but also encourages their creativity and entrepreneurial opportunities. This article is expected to be a foundation in digital business development for the younger generation in the technological era.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper are to examine and analyse returns of momentum and contarian portofolio on Islamic stocks listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index 30 (JII 30) for the period 2010-2018. The method used in this study is Jagedeesh and Titmant (1993). Winner portfolio is formed by buying stocks with the best return performance in the past and selling stocks with bad returns in the past. Whereas a loser portfolio is formed by buying shares of poor return performance in the past and selling stocks with good returns in the past. Formations and observations used 1,3,6 and 12 months. With portfolio weighting based on equal-weighted and value-weighted. Return of momentum portofolio when winner minus loser positive. Return of contarian portofolio when loser minus winner positive. Significant contours are determined by a one-sample t-test using SPSS 25. The study did not find any return on the Islamic stocks listed on JII 30 for the period 2010-2018. But investors can still use this strategy to increase investment returns on Islamic stocks. Because this strategy still provides positive returns.
