Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of the Work Environment and WorkDiscipline on Work Motivation and its implications for PT Nusantara Regas.The data used in this study are primary data collected from respondents' answers based onthe questionnaire given, namely as many as 65 people. The data processing method uses the pathanalysis method with the help of SPSS version 22.0. Statistical testing used individual parametersignificance test (t test) and simultaneous significance test (F test).The results showed that simultaneously the variables of Work Environment and WorkDiscipline on Work Motivation had a significant effect on employee performance. Partially itshows that analysis 1: work environment variables have a significant effect on employeeperformance, and analysis 2: work discipline variables have a significant effect on employeeperformance. Furthermore, in analysis 3: work motivation variables have a significant effect onemployee performance.Keywords: Work Environment, Work Discipline, Work Motivation and Employee Performance

Abstract

This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge of students participating in sports extracurriculars about developing physical fitness, regarding forms of physical fitness tests, and compiling menus for coaching physical fitness training. This activity was carried out at SMA Negeri 3 Sentani as an activity partner. The results of this activity show that: 1) sports extracurricular participants understand various aspects of physical fitness, 2) sports extracurricular participants are able to take a physical fitness test, and 3) sports extracurricular participants can design a physical fitness training menu. The monitoring and evaluation process is carried out through a pretest and posttest to measure students' knowledge of aspects of physical fitness, fitness tests, and exercise menus before and after activities are carried out. Based on the results of the pre-test and post-test, the average pre-test score was 7.5 and the post-test was 13.4. These results indicate an increase in student knowledge after participating in physical fitness development training in sports extracurriculars at SMA Negeri 3 Sentani.

Abstract

Slum upgrading is a strategic step in improving the quality of life of urban communities, where its success is largely determined by the active involvement of local residents. This study aims to analyze the level of community involvement in the implementation of slum upgrading in Mantuil Village, South Banjarmasin District. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, data were collected through a structured questionnaire from 98 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted descriptively to measure the level of participation in four stages of the activity. The results show that community involvement is in the good category, but has an uneven distribution. The highest average scores were found in the utilization stage (30.44) and maintenance stages (30.23), indicating that community participation is driven by the principle of direct benefit from the infrastructure being built. Conversely, participation in the planning and implementation stages tends to be lower due to structural barriers such as time constraints and respondents' economic burdens. These findings confirm that sustainable settlement upgrading requires synergy between community social capital and government policies that are adaptive to the geographic characteristics of the region, particularly related to tidal flooding vulnerability in riverbank areas.

Abstract

The catch results show that wire traps are an effective and selective fishing gear for Lutjanus johnii, with a total catch of 244.1 kg. The bycatch, consisting of 10 species, amounted to 208.1 kg, also caught using wire traps in the waters of Rigaih. This study aimed to identify the composition of the bycatch, the ratio between the target catches and the bycatch, and the size range of the dominant bycatch species caught during L. johnii fishing operations in Rigaih waters. The research was conducted in the waters of Rigaih during NovemberDecember 2024 using wire traps (dimensions: length x width x height = 120 x 100 x 75 cm). The results showed that the primary catch using wire traps was dominated by L. johnii, with a total of 135 individuals (48.7%) weighing 244.1 kg. The bycatch amounted to 208.1 kg (46.1%). The bycatch species included Caranx sexfasciatus with 42 individuals (15.2%) weighing 18.4 kg (4.1%), Lutjanus gibbus with 24 individuals (8.7%) weighing 31.9 kg (8.7%), and Epinephelus malabaricus with 24 individuals (8.7%) weighing 114.5 kg (25.3%). The dominant bycatch size classes caught in the wire traps included L. campechanus with a total length range of 1820 cm, L. campechanus with a total length range of 3045 cm, and Epinephelus malabaricus with a total length range of 4075 cm. The proportion of the target catch to bycatch by weight was 53.9% to 46.1%. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kredit macet dan kecukupan modal  terhadap profitabilitas yang ada di koperasi To Ciung UNANDA. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Terjadi peningkatan tajam NPL dari 1,18% (tahun 2021, sehat) menjadi 13,76% (tahun 2022, tidak sehat), dan naik drastis ke 33,90% (tahun 2023, risiko ekstrem). Hal ini menunjukkan penurunan kualitas kredit yang signifikan serta lemahnya manajemen risiko dan pengawasan kredit. CAR menurun dari 50,49% (tahun 2021, sangat kuat) ke 14,21% (tahun 2022, cukup sehat), dan terus turun menjadi 7,18% (tahun 2023, tidak sehat). Penurunan ini mencerminkan melemahnya ketahanan modal koperasi, yang berisiko tinggi jika tidak segera diperkuat. Pada tahun 2021, ROA sebesar 2,022% (kategori sangat baik) dan ROE 7,51% (cukup). Namun, pada tahun 2022 terjadi penurunan ROA ke 0,532% dan ROE ke 5,56%. Tahun 2023 terjadi sedikit pemulihan dengan ROA naik ke 0,806% dan ROE ke 7,43%, tetapi keduanya belum kembali ke kondisi terbaik tahun 2021 dan masih dalam kategori cukup. Adapun saran sebagai hasil penelitian ini sesuai dengan masing-masing rasio yang digunakan yaitu meningkatkan seleksi dan penagihan kredit, memperkuat permodalan dan efisiensi, optimalkan aset dan pendapatan, membenahi tata kelola, serta menyiapkan strategi menghadapi risiko eksternal. Abstract

Sistem ekonomi Indonesia kehilangan arah. Indikator yang digunakan selalu berorientasi untuk mempercepat pertumbuhan ekonomi. Hal ini juga dapat dilihat dari tidak adanya peran regulasi, karena dalam bisnis secara empiris terdapat invasi pengusaha skala besar terhadap bisnis lokal skala nasional. Terutama dari bisnis ritel. Tren tersebut belum banyak dicermati. Karena fakta fisik sangat terlihat, termasuk di Mataram. Fakta-fakta yang ditemukan, yang berupa pengurangan omset bisnis ritel lokal, konsumen beralih pada pemenuhan keinginan dan citra diri dan CDB di Mataram kehilangan perannya. Mataram secara regional diinvasi oleh mega mall, sebagai cara berbeda dalam pemasaran. Pengusaha skala nasional dibandingkan dengan skala regional jelas tidak seimbang, sedangkan tujuan otonomi daerah adalah meningkatkan peran bangunan pribadi. Satu hal yang menarik, meskipun jumlahnya sedikit. Beberapa konsumen menggunakan kondisi ini untuk memburu item promo mega mall untuk dijual kembali. Pemerintah Kota Mataram harus fokus pada investasi yang memungkinkan pembentukan zona untuk produk ekspor.
