Abstract

The performance of MSMEs can be measured by achieving good performance during a certain period. Good MSME performance can contribute to improving the country's economy. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of management knowledge and innovation on MSME performance in MSMEs in Aceh. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were MSME actors in Aceh. The sample used was non-probability sampling using the Slovin formula with a total sample of 228 respondents. The methods used in this study were validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, partial test (t), Simultaneous test (F), and determination test (R). Data were processed using SPSS software version 25. The results of this study indicate that knowledge management has a significant effect on MSME performance in MSME actors in Aceh. Innovation has a positive and significant effect on MSME performance in MSME actors in Aceh. knowledge management and innovation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in Aceh.

Abstract

PT Bank Aceh Syariah Kutacane Branch. Companies engaged in finance, in the form of capital, namely the provision of savings and loan capital. The number of employees is 22. In this study, the background to the problem is that the recruitment carried out by PT Bank Aceh Syariah has not fully paid attention to needs, so it is difficult to get professional employees which results in low employee performance. This research is descriptive qualitative, data collection method with field research using methods, direct observation and interviews on research objects to obtain an overview of research subjects. The recruitment system run by the company is not fully appropriate, in accordance with the company's goals, where there are still a number of employees who have educational backgrounds and concentrations, who have not been able to demonstrate and contribute to the company. 11 of 2002, regarding the withdrawal system (recruitment) which must use the media as a medium of information. From these conclusions it can be suggested that the recruitment system for the future must be in accordance with the objectives in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP) so that it is easy to evaluate and measure employee performance. Abstract

Berambang Hamlet, located in Batu Putih Village, Sekotong Subdistrict, possesses abundant agricultural potential in the form of bananas. However, their utilization remains limited to simple processing, such as fried bananas, which offer low economic value. The housewives in this hamlet express a strong desire to develop more diverse and economically valuable banana-based products, but they face challenges due to limited skills in production, packaging, and marketing. This community service initiative aims to enhance the economic capacity of housewives through technical training in banana processing, product packaging, and effective marketing strategies. The methods applied include participatory observation, focused group discussions, hands-on practical training, and ongoing mentoring. The results of this activity indicate a significant improvement in participants' skills, particularly in processing bananas into products such as flavored banana chips. Additionally, participants are now able to design attractive packaging and market their products both locally and through digital platforms. This initiative has also succeeded in fostering new awareness of household economic potential and has encouraged entrepreneurial spirit within the community. Thus, the program not only provides short-term benefits in the form of increased skills but also creates sustainable economic opportunities for the residents of Berambang Hamlet. This capacity-building effort is expected to serve as a starting point for the development of micro-enterprises based on local potential, thereby contributing to improved family welfare and strengthening the village economy.

Abstract

Inovasi pembelajaran IPA melalui pendekatan game-based learning menjadi strategi efektif dalam menjawab tantangan pendidikan abad ke-21, khususnya di jenjang sekolah dasar. Pembelajaran tradisional yang cenderung pasif tidak lagi mampu memenuhi kebutuhan siswa yang hidup di era digital. Melalui integrasi permainan edukatif, siswa diajak untuk terlibat secara aktif, berpikir kritis, serta membangun pemahaman ilmiah yang kontekstual. Pendekatan ini tidak hanya meningkatkan minat dan motivasi belajar siswa, tetapi juga memperkuat kemampuan mereka dalam memecahkan masalah dan menerapkan konsep IPA dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Guru sebagai fasilitator pembelajaran memiliki peran strategis dalam memilih dan mengelola permainan yang sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran. Hasil pembelajaran menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan game berbasis sains mampu menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan, meningkatkan interaksi sosial, dan membangun karakter siswa yang kolaboratif dan kreatif. Selain itu, strategi ini juga mendorong penerapan prinsip pembelajaran diferensiasi dan pembelajaran aktif. Oleh karena itu, penerapan game-based learning dalam pembelajaran IPA di sekolah dasar perlu didorong secara berkelanjutan sebagai bagian dari inovasi pendidikan yang relevan, kontekstual, dan berorientasi pada pengembangan kompetensi siswa secara holistik
