Abstract

Objective: This study aims to analyze community participation in the Development Planning Deliberation (Musrenbang) in Rangkah Kidul Village, Sidoarjo District, with a focus on its influence on the quality of village development. Method: Using qualitative methods, data was collected through in-depth interviews with informants such as the Village Head, members of the Village Consultative Body (BPD), and active community participants, as well as through observation and documentation. Novelty: This study provides new insights into the importance of effective communication between village governments and communities to increase participation, and recommends the need for improvements in the socialization and access to information regarding the Musrenbang process, so that development can be more responsive to local needs and community aspirations.

Abstract

Kesehatan mental mahasiswa menjadi perhatian penting di lingkungan pendidikan tinggi karena berdampak langsung terhadap prestasi akademik dan kualitas hidup mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem prediksi tingkat kesehatan mental mahasiswa Universitas Yudharta Pasuruan menggunakan algoritma klasifikasi Decision Tree dengan 3 kriteria yaitu gain ratio, information gain dan gini indeks serta peneliti membandingkan dengan algoritma naive bayes. Data diperoleh dari 215 responden melalui kuesioner DASS-21 yang mengukur tiga aspek utama: depresi, kecemasan, dan stres. Data tersebut diproses dan diklasifikasikan ke dalam lima kategori kondisi mental: Normal, Ringan, Sedang, Berat, dan Sangat Berat. Proses pengolahan dilakukan melalui tahapan preprocessing data, penentuan label kelas, hingga implementasi algoritma Decision Tree 3 kriteria dan algoritma Naive Bayes menggunakan RapidMiner. Evaluasi performa model dilakukan dengan confusion matrix, akurasi prediksi, serta nilai koefisien Kappa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas dari 215 responden berada dalam kategori Sangat Berat. Di antara ketiga kriteria tersebut, Information Gain menghasilkan performa terbaik dengan akurasi 94,41%, precision 93,7%, recall 92,8%, dan F1-score 93,2%. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu deteksi dini masalah kesehatan mental mahasiswa dan mendukung layanan konseling kampus secara lebih efektif.

Abstract

Kegiatan Program Pengabdian Masyarakat dari UPN Veteran Jawa Timur bersama dengan pelaku UMKM Kepanjenkidul di Blitar. Legalitas usaha mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting dalam suatu usaha yang berjalan (UMKM), legalitas dalam suatu usaha juga mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting karena dijadikan pedoman bahwa usaha sudah layak dan sedang beroperasi. Kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat sekitar tentang pentingnya legalitas menjadi sebuah permasalah yang membuat pelaku usaha belum memiliki legalitas usaha, juga susahnya mengurus legalitas usaha yang tak kunjung didapatkan (lama). Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) adalah salah satu nomor identitas pelaku usaha sesuai dengan bidang usaha, Fungsi NIB bukan hanya sebagai identitas, melainkan juga berlaku sebagai Tanda Daftar Perusahaan (TDP) dan Angka Pengenal Impor (API). Sebagai bentuk kepatuhan terhadap hukum, tentu suatu usaha harus melegalkan usahanya terlebih dahulu. Pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan pemahaman kepada masyarakat dan sangat pentingnya legalitas usaha (NIB) ini agar usahanya berkembang juga naik kelas. Pendampingan pembuatan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) ini secara online melalui Online Single Submission (OSS). Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan oleh kelompok 25 KKN-T MBKM UPN "Veteran" Jawa Timur yang terdiri dari 10 orang. Hasil yang terlihat dalam kegiatan ini yaitu adanya peningkatan mengenai pemahaman dari para pelaku usaha di kelurahan Kepanjenkidul dalam hal pentingnya memiliki legalitas usaha (NIB), serta dari 20 UMKM yang telah di survey oleh kelompok 25, sejumlah 6 UMKM diantaranya belum memiliki NIB (Nomor Induk Berusaha) sehingga kelompok 25 memberi pendampingan dalam hal pengurusan NIB (Nomor Induk Berusaha) bagi usaha yang sedang jalan.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the accountability of the management of Zakat, Infaq, and Sadaqah funds at the DKI Jakarta Provincial National Amil Zakat Agency or BAZNAS or BAZISS pecial Region of Jakarta. The use of the Zakat Management Organization Health Index or IKOPZ, developed by the BAZNAS Center for Strategic Studies(Puskas BAZNAS) through a mixed method approach with a sequential explanatory strategy was used in this study. The test was conducted by assessing financial and management factors with a total of eighty-fiveindicators. This research shows that BAZNAS of Special Region of Jakartafrom 2020 to 2021 consecutively has a goodhealth level condition because ofgood business management. The novelty in this research is the improvement of measurement based on IKOPZ which is more comprehensive than other methods such as Zakat Core Principle, National Zakat Index, and so on. As an example, IKOPZ measures financial factors consisting of activity, operations, liquidity, and growth, while management factors are measured through an assessment of general management, risk management, and sharia compliance. The research results have practical implications to support the accountability of ZIS fund management. For other zakat management organizations, this research can be a reference to develop and strengthen organizational governance. For some similar industries such as non-profit organizations, perhaps some indicators in financial and management factors in this study can also be used as a reference.

Abstract

This study aims to examine various forms of silence that occur in Bopak and Gabriella's conversation on the Tonight Show Net program. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research. The data source comes from the Tonight Show Net YouTube channel on the episode Bopak yang Demen, Tapi Malah Dicomblangin ke Desta! The subjects of this study were Bopak and Gabriella as guest stars on the show, and Desta, Hesti, and Dustin as presenters. The research data are utterances containing silence uttered by Bopak and Gabriella. The data collection techniques used were listening and note-taking. At the data analysis stage, the researcher used a descriptive analysis technique by identifying and describing the forms of silence produced by Bopak and Gabriella's utterances on the show, as well as explaining the causes of the silence. The study results showed that in Bopak and Gabriella's speech, silent silences, silences filled with sounds, and silences filled with words were found. The reason for this silence is that the speaker forgets the vocabulary that will be spoken, is not ready for the sentence that will be spoken and is nervous due to confusion about what will be said and also unstable emotions.

Abstract

Sumber utama pendapatan negara adalah pajak. Perusahaan memutuskan untuk menerapkan skema Tax Avoidance agar mendapatkan profit yang maksimal dengan pembayaran pajak seminimal mungkin namun tetap dengan cara yang legal. Akan tetapi, negara dapat mengalami kerugian sebagai akibat dari adanya praktik tersebut. Riset ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menguji dan membuktikan pengaruh dari Hubungan antara Tax Avoidance dengan Sales Growth, Financial Distress, dan Thin Capitalization. Terdapat 80 perusahaan manufaktur di sektor industri produk konsumsi di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2018-2022 yang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian kuantitatif ini. Purposive sampling adalah Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini dan menghasilkan sampel sebanyak 26 perusahaan. Teknik analisis yang dipakai yakni Regresi Linear berganda yang diuji dengan SPSS 25. Dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa Sales Growth memiliki pengaruh terhadap Tax Avoidance, sementara Financial Distress dan Thin Capitalization tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Tax Avoidance.

Abstract

This  study  aims  to  find  the  influence  of  customer  orientation,  customer relationship  management  (crm)  organization,  knowledge  management,  to customer royalty Waroeng Steak and Shake (WSS) in Malang. Sampling technique that  use  in  this  study  was  purposive  sampling  and  obtained  a  sample  of  100 respondents  who  are  customers  of  Waroeng  Steak  and  Shake  (WSS).  Data analysis was perfomed by using  the  classical assumption and hypothesis  testing using multiple linear regression analysis. The  results of  this  study  indicate  that customer  relationship variable and knowledge management are not significantly influence to customer loyalty. While the  customer  relationship  management  organization  is  the  only  variable  that significantly the customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to develop DAR (Descriptive, Announcement, and Recount Text) Application Based Android in Reading English Text for Senior High Students in grade X. The researcher used Research and Development (R&D) method and adapted ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) models. Based on the resulting development the researcher got a result of media validation 95,8% scores, which was the “very good” category. In the material validation, the researcher got 92,1% scores, which was a “very good category”, and in the result of product implementation, the researcher got 92,1% scores, which was a “very good” category. From those data, it can be concluded that DAR Application was feasible as a learning media in teaching-learning English.

Abstract

This study explores communication experiences, motivations, and meaning within the Pemuda Pancasila community organization in Tarumajaya district, Bekasi. Using qualitative methods and Alfred Schutz's phenomenological framework, it examines internal and external communication dynamics, reasons for joining, and the significance of membership. Data collection involves interviews, observations, and document analysis, with thematic analysis focusing on communication, motivation, and meaning. The findings reveal complex communication experiences and various motivations for joining, from societal contributions to upholding Pancasila's values. The study also explores the meaning members attribute to their roles and how communication experiences influence this. This research offers valuable insights into Pemuda Pancasila members in community organizations, aiding our understanding of their role in the broader social context and informing policies supporting youth participation in community development.

Abstract

This paper aims to describe; 1) the weaknesses and strengths of learning in SD Muhammadiyah based on the challenges of technological disruption, 2) the need for teachers to improve the quality of learning, 3) the management model for improving the quality of learning that is appropriate to be applied by teachers in schools. This study uses a Research & Development design containing three main elements: 1) development model, 2) development procedure, and 3) product trial design. The development procedure goes through three stages: 1) preliminary study, 2) model development, and 3) model testing. The research results found that; 1) the weaknesses and strengths of learning at Muhammadiyah Elementary School, namely the quality of teachers is still lacking, the evaluation implementation is minimal; the design has not been implemented, the learning process is still lacking, and students lack motivation. In contrast, IT-based learning in schools has yet to be implemented. 2) Improving the quality of schools requires proper management based on the needs and challenges of the school going forward; teachers need learning modules, classifying student subject matter according to potential, and participatory learning.
