Abstract

Upaya pemerintah meningkatkan pelayanan dengan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip tata kelola yang baik, yang diharapkan dapat memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada masyarakat. Pengembangan model pengelolaan pelayanan publik harus didasarkan pada prinsip-prinsip yang jelas dan sesuai dengan maksud dan tujuan tertentu. Model pengelolaan pelayanan publik harus mampu mengintegrasikan kepentingan masyarakat dan manajemen dalam pengembangan pelayanan yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berdasarkan metode studi literatur dengan cara mengumpulkan (bahan-bahan yang berhubungan) yang bersumber dari buku, jurnal, dan sumber lainnya terkait ilmu tentang Analisis Pengembangan Model Manajemen Pelayanan. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelayanan publik memenuhi kebutuhan setiap warga negara dan hak-hak berupa barang, jasa, dan pelayanan administrasi menjadi tanggung jawab negara. Prinsip umum good governance juga harus diterapkan dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik dengan menerapkan batasan dan hubungan yang jelas mengenai hak, tanggung jawab, tugas, wewenang dan keterbukaan semua pihak yang terlibat dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik. sistem pelayanan yang sesuai dengan prinsip umum dan perusahaan yang baik. Prinsip good governance adalah suatu sistem yang menerapkan pemerintahan berdasarkan model hubungan antara pemerintah, masyarakat dan kehidupan komersial atau dunia swasta ketika menciptakan administrasi publik.

Abstract

Parents are obliged to encourage and facilitate the growth of the child's ability, so that it becomes one of the provisions in wading through his adult life. So starting from an early age, many parents send their children to early childhood education, with the hope that the child can grow and develop well, especially in terms of intellectual and physical abilities. One of the curricula in kindergarten is learning to draw. This is done, as one of the relevant efforts for early childhood, to be able to optimize their visual and psychomotor intelligence. This research was conducted with the aim of looking at the effectiveness of learning to draw on the growth of visual intelligence in early childhood. So that it can be understood, that learning to draw is one of the subjects that needs to be included in the early childhood learning curriculum, because it has a positive impact on the development of children's intelligence. The research approach uses a quantitative approach with classroom action methods for early childhood students in the city of Tegal. The number of students observed was 100 people with a simple random sample technique. This research process was carried out for three months, with two actions, so that information about the effectiveness of an observation was obtained. The results of the study show that learning to draw is one of the media that is suitable for children's development, especially in terms of visuals. Because drawing itself is considered a game by the child, so without feeling like they are learning. In addition, essentially learning to draw encourages children to be able to improve their cognitive and psychomotor abilities, thereby stimulating children's creativity.

Abstract

This community service activity aimed to enhance teachers’ capacity in supporting effective parenting at MIM Jagoan Boyolali through training in communication strategies and mentoring skills. The background of this initiative stems from the observed collaboration gap between teachers and parents, which affects the optimal academic and emotional development of students. The method employed consisted of a workshop utilizing lectures, simulations, and group discussions. The results indicated that teachers gained a better understanding of the importance of parenting, effective communication strategies, and their role as mediators between the school and the family. Practical simulations improved teachers’ confidence in engaging with parents, while group discussions created a collaborative space for formulating solutions to various child education challenges. Evaluation of the activity revealed positive responses from participants and led to the initiative of establishing a regular communication forum between teachers and parents. The conclusion of this program is that synergy between schools and families significantly contributes to strengthening support for student development, although limitations in parental involvement and participant reach were noted. The implications suggest that similar programs should be expanded and accompanied by continuous mentoring strategies to optimize teacher–parent collaboration.

Abstract

The development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) based on local potential is a crucial strategy for improving the welfare of rural communities, including MSMEs producing kerupuk rambak catfish crackers managed by the Joint Business Group (Kelompok Usaha Bersama, KUB) Rukun Makmur in Sobo Village. However, limited knowledge and skills among business actors in production processes and business management remain the main constraints on their development. This community service activity aimed to strengthen the capacity of MSME actors through community education grounded in andragogy. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach with a participatory design through training and production mentoring, with data collected via observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that all participants were actively involved in the production process, most participants found it easier to understand production stages through hands-on practice, and there was an observable improvement in the neatness and uniformity of the kerupuk rambak catfish products. These findings indicate that an andragogical approach is effective in supporting contextual and applied adult learning and has the potential to serve as a sustainable community education–based assistance model for village MSMEs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan media video terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII di SMP Nurul Islam. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada rendahnya hasil belajar siswa yang disinyalir akibat kurang menariknya metode pembelajaran konvensional. Dalam menghadapi tantangan era digital, media video dipandang sebagai alternatif inovatif yang dapat menjembatani kebutuhan siswa akan pembelajaran visual dan interaktif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif korelasional dengan populasi seluruh siswa kelas VIII, dan sampel sebanyak 35 siswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket dan dokumentasi nilai, yang kemudian dianalisis dengan bantuan SPSS versi 31 melalui uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh item kuesioner valid dan reliabel. Uji regresi menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,992 dan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,984, yang berarti 98,4% variasi hasil belajar siswa dipengaruhi oleh penggunaan media video. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa media video berperan signifikan dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi pendidik untuk mengintegrasikan media video sebagai strategi pembelajaran yang relevan dengan kebutuhan generasi digital.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to describe the management of the Modeling Literacy Program as an innovation to foster a reading culture among third-grade students at SDN 2 Gledeg Klaten.Methodology: This study uses a qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving teachers, students, and parents. Data validity was tested through triangulation of sources and techniques to obtain accurate and reliable information.Results: The results of the study show that 1) Teachers play an important role in managing literacy activities through four stages: planning, organization, actuating, and controlling. 2) Parents' opinions indicate that teachers' active involvement in literacy activities increases children's enthusiasm for reading and strengthens cooperation between schools and families. 3) Students' responses indicate that teachers' exemplary behavior makes reading activities more enjoyable, builds self-confidence, and forms independent reading habits. This program is effective in increasing interest in reading, strengthening teacher-student interaction, and encouraging parental involvement in literacy at home.Applications/Originality/Value: This Model-Based Literacy Program provides a practical literacy management model that integrates teacher leadership, student participation, and parent collaboration. This innovation increases student motivation to read and strengthens the partnership between schools and families in building a sustainable literacy culture. These findings can be used as a reference for elementary schools in implementing effective education management.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low reading interest among elementary school students, which calls for innovation in alternative reading spaces in the classroom environment. The purpose of this study was to describe literacy corner management as an innovative reading space in increasing the reading interest of fourth-grade students at SD Muhammadiyah Plus Malangjiwan. The research method used a descriptive qualitative approach with fourth grade teachers and students as subjects. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed through reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that literacy corner management had been implemented effectively through structured stages of planning, implementation, and evaluation. Teacher support, active student participation, and innovations such as attractive room layout and the use of QR codes on books contributed to increasing students' reading motivation and learning independence. The implications of this study confirm that literacy corners can be a practical strategy for strengthening literacy culture in elementary schools.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the implementation of educational management through the Joyful Learning approach in shaping the disciplinary character of second-grade students at SD Negeri 01 Karang. The research focuses on how management functions planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling are applied to support structured, engaging, and character-oriented learning.Methodology: This study employs a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through classroom observations, in-depth interviews with teachers, students, and parents, as well as documentation of learning activities and school records. The data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing to obtain a comprehensive understanding of learning processes and discipline formation.Results: The findings show that educational management plays a significant role in strengthening student discipline. Teachers collaborate with students in setting classroom rules, organize student roles systematically, model positive behavior, and conduct continuous monitoring. Joyful Learning, implemented through educational games, songs, visual media, and group activities successfully increases students’ motivation, focus, and engagement. The enjoyable learning atmosphere enables students to follow instructions, behave more orderly, and complete tasks on time. Supporting factors include teacher creativity, school leadership support, and parental involvement, while inhibiting factors consist of limited media, varied student characteristics, and time constraints.Applications/Originality/Value: This study provides both theoretical and practical insights into the integration of educational management and Joyful Learning as an effective strategy for developing disciplinary character in elementary students. The findings serve as a model for teachers in designing learning activities that are simultaneously joyful and characterbuilding.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to determine the implementation, supporting factors, and impact of classroom management in grade V at SDN 2 Gledeg. Methodology: This study uses a qualitative approach, with teachers, students, and parents as participants. Data collection methods include interviews, observation, and documentation.Results: This research topic was chosen due to the importance of classroom management in shaping student discipline, which plays a major role in creating an orderly and conducive learning environment. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of classroom management at SDN 2 Gledeg through the POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling) approach is effective, with the support of student involvement, teacher role modeling, parent-school cooperation, a reward and punishment system, and effective communication between teachers, students, and parents. The impact is evident in increased awareness of discipline, a conducive classroom atmosphere, and higher student motivation to learn.Application, Originality, and Value: This study confirms the effectiveness of the POAC approach in classroom management and the importance of collaboration between teachers, students, and parents in establishing discipline and a conducive learning environment.
