Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve the ability of teachers and parents in assisting children with special needs (ABK) through the Inclusion-Based Islamic Counseling approach. The background of this program is the lack of understanding, skills, and minimal social and emotional support in assisting ABK. The Islamic counseling approach that emphasizes the values ​​of compassion, patience, and tolerance is a solution to strengthen their role. The methods used include interviews, observations, and participatory training. The results showed an increase in understanding of the needs of ABK, both physically (70%), mentally (75%), emotionally (80%), and socially (85%). Islamic Counseling also helps teachers and parents overcome skill limitations and provides emotional support. In conclusion, Inclusion-Based Islamic Counseling plays an important role in creating an inclusive environment and supporting the development of ABK. This program is recommended to continue to be developed through ongoing training for teachers and parents.

Abstract

This community service aims to build the mental and spiritual health of the community through tazkiyatun nafs studies carried out at the Jami' Nurul Iman Mosque, Telaga Murni Village, West Cikarang. The main problems raised are the increasing psychological pressure and weak spiritual resilience of the community due to a competitive work environment and lack of spiritual development space. This activity uses a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach by actively involving mosque congregations in every process. Data were collected through observation and interviews. The results showed that the majority of participants experienced significant improvements in aspects of emotional management, peace of mind, and discipline in worship. The study materials include themes such as muhasabah, muraqabah, patience, gratitude, as well as dhikr and tafakur, which are delivered interactively and applicatively. The implications of this activity show the importance of routine psychospiritual development in the mosque environment to form a mentally stable and spiritually strong society. It is recommended that this activity be made a routine DKM program and replicated in other mosques with the support of academics and local religious figures in order to expand its benefits and impacts sustainably.

Abstract

Physical Education, Sports, and Health activities in the era of the Merdeka Curriculum require contextual, expressive, and movement literacy-based learning. However, Physical Education, Sports, and Health teachers' understanding of meaningful and creative learning approaches remains limited, particularly in implementing creative gymnastics. This program aimed to enhance Physical Education, Sports, and Health teachers’ knowledge, skills, and attitudes through hands-on, reflective training. The method employed a participatory-practice approach involving 70 teachers from various education levels across Solo Raya. Over two days, participants engaged in theoretical sessions, demonstrations, individual and group practice, as well as educational competition simulations. Evaluation results indicated a significant improvement in movement application aspects such as coordination, expression, and confidence in performing, with an average score increase of over 30%. Additionally, 91% of participants reported the activity as enjoyable and meaningful, while 90% expressed interest in further developing creative gymnastics. These findings suggest that the creative gymnastics-based approach is not only technically effective but also fosters value internalization and transforms teachers’ attitudes toward more reflective, participatory, and meaningful Physical Education, Sports, and Health learning. Therefore, creative gymnastics deserves to be positioned as a strategic pedagogical approach in contemporary Physical Education, Sports, and Health.

Abstract

Senam Anak Indonesia (SAI) merupakan program gerak nasional berbasis budaya lokal yang dirancang untuk mengembangkan keterampilan motorik dasar, kebugaran jasmani, serta ekspresi diri anak usia sekolah dasar. Namun, implementasi SAI di sekolah masih menghadapi kendala, terutama minimnya pelatihan bagi guru Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan (PJOK). Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman, sikap, dan motivasi guru Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan (PJOK) terhadap SAI melalui workshop partisipatif. Sebanyak 70 guru PJOK dari tujuh Karesidenan Surakarta mengikuti pelatihan selama dua hari yang mencakup sesi teori, praktik terbimbing, serta praktik mandiri dan refleksi. Evaluasi menggunakan angket skala Likert yang dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil menunjukan terdapat peningkatan signifikan terhadap skor kesenangan pada respon sangat setuju dari 4.3% menjadi 67.1%,  keyakinan pada respon sangat setuju dari 0% menjadi 72.9%, minat pada respon sangat tertarik dari 0% menjadi 72.9%, kreativitas pada respon sangat setuju dari 5.7% menjadi 68.6%, dan motivasi pada respon sangat termotivasi dari 8.6% menjadi 71.4%. Temuan ini menunjukan bahwa workshop partisipatif efektif meningkatkan kompetensi konseptual dan afektif guru, sekaligus menempatkan mereka sebagai calon early adopters inovasi pembelajaran jasmani berbasis budaya.

Abstract

Proses menua dapat menyebabkan beberapa perubahan yang meliputi perkembangan biologis, psikologis, dan pengaruh kondisi lingkungan sosial yang dirasakan. Orang lanjut usia yang tidak siap menghadapi perubahan tersebut sangat terpengaruh oleh perubahan psikologisnya. Tingkat kecemasan akan lebih tinggi diantara lanjut usia yang dipanti jompo. Tinggal jauh dari keluarga atau sanak saudara menimbulkan rasa kesepian karena tidak ada lagi orang yang bisa diajak tinggal dan diajak berbagi. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui gambaran klinis gangguan kecemasan menyeluruh pada orang lanjut usia dipanti jompo, mendapatkan hasil penerapan Terapi Perilaku Rasional-Emotif (REBT) dalam upaya mengatasi gangguan kecemasan menyeluruh pada lansia. Menggunakan konsep teori (ABCDEF) dan teknik Rational Analysis, Reframing, Time Projection, Double Standard-Dispute, dan Exposure. Desain penelitian menggunakan menggunakan metode eksperimental single case design dengan desain A-B-A. Subyek adalah lansia yang tinggal di panti werdha dan memiliki simtom gangguan kecemasan menyeluruh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya penurunan tingkat kecemasan.

Abstract

The implementation of this community service aims to increase moral and ethical awareness in the digital era among teenagers from the Al-Lathifah Mosque Youth Association, West Cikarang, through a structured and interactive counseling program. In its implementation, community service involves four main steps: preparation, planning, implementation, and evaluation. In the preparation stage, surveys and discussions were carried out to determine teenagers' needs regarding digital ethics. Next, at the planning stage, outreach materials are prepared thoroughly and delivery methods are chosen carefully. The outreach includes lectures, group discussions, and interactive activities designed to strengthen understanding and application of digital ethics in everyday life. Evaluation was carried out using questionnaires and in-depth interviews to measure changes in participants' understanding and attitudes. The results of this research show that there is a significant increase in digital moral and ethical awareness among teenagers after attending the counseling. This program has also succeeded in creating an environment that supports the development of better character. Thus, this outreach program has made a positive contribution to increasing digital moral and ethical awareness and could be an example for similar programs in the future.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Intelligence Quotient (IQ) dan Kepercayaan Diri terhadap Keterampilan Renang Gaya Dada pada Peserta Didik dengan Hambatan Pendengaran di SLB Negeri Surakarta Tahun 2023. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif non eksperimental. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dan menggambarkan hubungan antar variabel. Populasi dan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah peserta didik dengan hambatan pendengaran di SLB Negeri Surakarta yang berjumlah 9 orang. Pengambilan data pada penelitian ini digunakan instrumen berupa dokomen, test dan angket. Data IQ diambil dari dokumen dari CFIT (Culture Fair Intelligence Test data keterampilan berenang gaya dada diambil dengan test keterampilan renang gaya dada dan data rasa percaya diri diambil dengan menggunakan angket kepercayaan diri. Analisis data pada penelitian ini digunakan analisis statistik non parametrik, berupa analisis korelasi rank Spearman (Spearman's rho). Korelasi Spearman tidak memerlukan data tingkat kontinyu (interval dan rasio), karena menggunakan peringkat. Korelasi Spearman tidak mengasumsikan bahwa variabel berdistribusi secara normal. Dari hasil analisis statistik deskriptif diketahui bahwa Intelligence Quotient (IQ) pada peserta didik dengan hambatan pendengaran di SLB Negeri Surakarta 100% berada pada kategori low average atau rata-rata rendah. Rasa percaya diri peserta didik dengan hambatan pendengaran di SLB Negeri Surakarta berada pada kategori cukup; dan keterampilan renang gaya dada peserta didik dengan hambatan pendengaran di SLB Negeri Surakarta berada pada kategori baik. Semakin tinggi rasa percaya diri peserta didik, semakin baik pula keterampilan renang gaya dada peserta didik dengan hambatan pendengaran di SLB Negeri Surakarta dan sebaliknya semakin rendah rasa percaya diri peserta didik, semakin kurang baik pula keterampilan renang gaya dada peserta didik dengan hambatan pendengaran di SLB Negeri Surakarta.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pelatihan Literasi Keuangan Hijau yang dilaksanakan di Kotabaru, Karawang, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) mengenai pembiayaan berkelanjutan dan konsep ekonomi hijau. Melibatkan 50 peserta, pelatihan ini berhasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta terhadap pentingnya pembiayaan berkelanjutan dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi yang ramah lingkungan. Sebelum pelatihan, hanya 40% peserta yang memahami konsep ekonomi hijau, namun setelah pelatihan, angka ini meningkat menjadi 80%. Selain itu, kesadaran peserta tentang pembiayaan berkelanjutan meningkat dari 30% menjadi 75%, dan pemahaman tentang prinsip Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) meningkat dari 25% menjadi 70%. Melalui materi yang komprehensif dan diskusi interaktif, peserta belajar tentang manfaat dan peluang yang ditawarkan oleh pembiayaan berkelanjutan, serta bagaimana mengintegrasikan prinsip ESG dalam operasional bisnis mereka. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan literasi keuangan hijau dapat berkontribusi pada keberlanjutan usaha UMKM dan mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi hijau di daerah tersebut. Pengetahuan yang diperoleh peserta diharapkan dapat menjadi langkah awal untuk mengadopsi praktik bisnis yang lebih ramah lingkungan dan berkelanjutan di masa depan.

Abstract

This study investigates the role of Physical Education (PE) in advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with a particular focus on those related to health, education, and gender equality. Employing a mixed-methods approach, the research commenced with a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) involving three expert Physical Education teachers to identify relevant sub-SDGs supported by PE. Insights from the FGD informed the development of a questionnaire designed to assess students’ perceptions of PE’s contribution to these goals. The survey was distributed to 280 male and 452 female high school students aged 16–18. Findings indicate that both male and female students perceive PE positively in relation to SDG achievement, with average scores of 3.86 for males and 3.84 for females. Statistical analysis using the Mann-Whitney U test revealed no significant gender differences (U = 64920, p = 0.555), indicating that both genders hold similar views regarding the importance of PE in supporting SDGs. The study concludes that PE is instrumental in promoting health, education, and gender equality, thereby contributing to the realization of the SDGs, with only minimal differences in perceptions between male and female students.
