Abstract

The transportation and motor vehicle sector in Indonesia is recorded as one of the sectors with the highest carbon emissions, which requires serious attention to reduce its negative impact on the environment. This study focuses on Green HRM and Green Work Engagement, two concepts that are increasingly popular in efforts to reduce the negative impact of the automotive industry on the environment. One factor that can be a link in improving environmental performance is Green Innovation. This study was conducted in several automotive industry companies with a large and unknown population; therefore, this study can use non-probability techniques, such as simple random sampling. Based on the online questionnaire distributed to 4 companies, a total of 320 questionnaires were distributed from October to December 2024. Of these, 236 respondents returned complete questionnaires, which can be used as research data. The research data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to test the research hypothesis. The results of the study show that Green HRM plays a significant role in increasing environmental awareness among employees of automotive industry companies; however, its influence on environmental performance and Green Innovation is not always substantial. Additionally, Green Work Engagement has been shown to have a significant impact on environmental performance. At the same time, Green Innovation serves as a mediator in the relationship between Green Work Engagement and improved environmental performance. However, Green Innovation cannot mediate the influence of Green HRM on environmental performance.

Abstract

Salah satu acuan utama dalam proses perbaikan pengajaran di Universitas Telkom adalah dokumen portofolio pengajaran dosen. Selain sebagai bagian dari evaluasi dalam proses pembelajaran juga menjadi salah satu komponen penilaian dari kinerja dosen. Namun demikain, dalam proses pembuatannya terdapat kendala sehingga dosen telat mengumpukan bahkan tidak mengumpulkan dokumen portfolio dari mata kuliah yang diampunya. Hal ini akan membatasi proses perbaikan mutu pengajaran pada tahun ajaran selanjutnya. Oleh karena itu diperlukan tools otomasi yang dapat melakukan sebuah aplikasi yang mampu generate komponen data yang dibutuhkan dalam penyusunan portfolio. Metodologi yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah information system design science research dengan pengembangan perangkat lunak menggunakan model waterfal. Metode black box testing dan user acceptance test digunakan untuk pengujian pasa setiap fungsionalitas yang terdapat dalam aplikasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi tersebut mengatasi kendala yang dihadapi saat ini oleh seluruh dosen pada Program Studi Diploma III Sistem Informasi Fakultas Ilmu Terapan Universitas Telkom. AbstractThe Lecturer teaching portfolio document is a document that is used as the main reference in the process of teaching improvement at Telkom University. Aside from being part of the evaluation, it also becomes one of the evaluation components of the lecturer's performance. However, in the process of making, there are obstacles, so that the late lecturer does not even collect portfolio documents from the courses he is in charge of. This will limit the teaching quality improvement process in the next academic year. Therefore, automation tools are needed that can create an application that is able to generate the data components needed in the preparation of the portfolio. The methodology used for this research is information system design science research with software development using the waterfall model. Every functionality contained in this application has been through a series of tests using the black box testing method, and user acceptance tests. The test results show that the application has successfully overcome the constraints currently faced by all lecturers in the Diploma III Information System Study Program, Applied Sciences School, Telkom University.

Abstract

East Lombok Regency, despite implementing pregnancy health programs, grapples with a persistently high pregnancy risk. This study investigates the disparity between medical and Sasak cultural perspectives on young mothers’ pregnancy risks. Qualitative case study research reveals a conflict between community sociocultural narratives and medical viewpoints. Cultural norms normalize medical narratives, shaping pre-marital reproductive arrangements, body perceptions, and idealized pregnancy concepts. Young mothers, influenced by cultural values, accept pregnancy as a collective social process within the family. The study emphasizes the impact of cultural determinism on shaping perceptions and preferences for young mothers’ pregnancy health, highlighting the need for an integrated approach that bridges medical and cultural perspectives to address and mitigate pregnancy risks effectively.

Abstract

Asmat women have undergone a process of transformation due to contact with the agents present and changing the pattern of existing gender relations. This intersection has given birth to a new process of creation regarding women's space and identity. This paper will discuss the impact of the transformation of gender relations experienced by Asmat Women. The impact that occurs then needs to be seen in relation to the current context of the new conditions that occur in it, especially in the space of women's cultural identity which is now embedded and as if produced as a cultural identity for Asmat women, namely noken. Bourdieu's perspective is used to look at agents who fall into the scale of gender relations transformation, namely investors, traders, buyers and the many economic spaces that are also present in it. Noken as part of the results of the process of gender relations transformation occurred in Papua, especially in Asmat. The research method used is qualitative method of analysis The results of the study show that Asmat Tribe Women find themselves in the process of identity reconstruction that they begin to interpret with actions and efforts on the awareness they have. The transformation process that occurs due to the intervention of agents is seen as part of a change that they cannot control but can manage for the benefit they are trying to achieve as "key players" in gender relations both reproductive roles, productive roles and social roles, through the production of noken

Abstract

Digital transformation is forcing global MSMEs to adopt technology, especially digital marketing. However, not all MSMEs are taking full advantage of it. In Indonesia, limited resources and low marketing skills challenge the growth of MSMEs. Digital marketing and market capability proved to influence performance, while rebranding became an important strategy. Digital marketing, through media such as the web and Instagram, has proven to be significant for MSME growth. The Bojongmanggu Women Farmers Group which has a programme in the cultivation and processing of sorghum plants into high economic value and healthy consumer products. The focus of this activity is the creation of a web profile, one of which contains a digital catalogue. In addition, facing the increasing intensity of competition through digital platforms, MSMEs are expected to expand their awareness in utilising Instagram as an effective tool to promote products. Although social media is effective, its management requires adequate time and understanding. Academic involvement in community service is key to accelerating the mastery of digital marketing concepts by MSMEs, supporting the sustainable growth of the sector.

Abstract

Digital leadership is considered as the appropriate leadership to face the current rapid and dynamic environmental changes. This study is focused on investigating how moral culture and employee engagement, as well as digital leadership impact innovative work behavior. The sample of this study was 205 respondents from construction Company X. The analysis was using path analysis technique conducted using the SEM-PLS method. The analysis's findings show that digital leadership influences organizational culture  in a beneficial way.  Innovative work behavior is influenced by work engagement, organization culture, and work engagement influences innovative work behavior. However, digital leadership does not directly have a significant effect on innovative work behavior. For construction company management, increasing innovative work behavior can be done by increasing the implementation of digital leadership so that company employees can form a good organizational culture and strong work engagement.

Abstract

Desain kemasan produk memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan branding usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di lingkungan bisnis yang sangat kompetitif. Persaingan pasar global yang meningkat saat ini mengharuskan UMKM meningkatkan kualitas produk mereka, terutama dalam hal pengemasan. Kemampuan pengemasan yang tidak memadai adalah masalah umum di kalangan mayoritas UMKM di Indonesia. Perbaikan dalam desain kemasan, terutama dalam kaitannya dengan produk makanan, memerlukan perhatian untuk memungkinkan UMKM untuk secara efektif menjangkau basis pelanggan yang lebih besar. Salah satu pendekatan untuk mencapai hal ini adalah melalui pengembangan desain kemasan yang disesuaikan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan preferensi pelanggan. Sorgum menjadi alternatif bahan pangan. Sorgum merupakan salah satu jenis seralia dengan kadar protein yang tinggi dibandingkan serealia lainnya. Saat ini Kelompok Wanita Tani Melati (KWT) desa Bojongmanggu telah berhasil melakukan pembudidayaan dan pengolahan tanaman sorgum menjadi produk – produk konsumsi yang bernilai ekonomi tinggi dan sehat. Namun demikan, beberapa produk olahan seperti sistik dan pop perlu dilakukan redesain kemasan. Pengabdian masyakat ini bertujuan melakukan redesain kemasan dan photo produk olahan sorgum untuk katalog digital.

Abstract

Pemasaran berbasis digital telah menjadi solusi efektif dalam mendukung promosi produk dan penyebaran informasi. Digital signage, sebagai salah satu bentuk teknologi komunikasi visual modern, menawarkan kemampuan untuk menyampaikan pesan secara dinamis, mudah diperbarui, dan menarik bagi audiens. Makalah ini berfokus pada penerapan teknologi digital signage di Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) 09 Dewi Sri, sebuah komunitas lokal yang aktif dalam kegiatan pertanian dan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat di wilayahnya. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi KWT 09 Dewi Sri adalah keterbatasan metode komunikasi tradisional dalam menyebarluaskan informasi terkait kegiatan, produk, dan program pelatihan mereka. Proses implementasi digital signage di KWT 09 Dewi Sri dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan, meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan dan tujuan, perancangan konten, pengembangan dan instalasi perangkat, serta pelatihan dan pendampingan bagi anggota komunitas. Konten digital yang ditampilkan dalam digital signage dirancang dengan mempertimbangkan aspek visual dan kejelasan pesan, sehingga dapat menarik perhatian audiens dan memberikan informasi yang relevan secara real-time. Penerapan digital signage di KWT 09 Dewi Sri tidak hanya memperkuat kapasitas komunikasi komunitas, tetapi juga mendorong transformasi digital di tingkat lokal. Penerapan teknologi ini menciptakan peluang baru bagi KWT 09 Dewi Sri dalam memperluas jangkauan informasi dan memperkuat posisi mereka sebagai pusat inovasi lokal berbasis ekonomi kerakyatan.

Abstract

The representation of Javanese cultural ethic in the comic Panji Koming can be identified from a few scenes, for example, physical action, speech and moral values through education and learning process since childhood in Javanese culture. The comic performs the Javanese principles and ethics in each edition. Javanese society upholds the manners. Accordingly, respect is the key for harmonious living in the society as a whole. The respect is shown in various ways: gesture, hand movements, voice, greeting, and the level of the language used. However, the discourse on Javanese female stereotype is clearly viewed, because of the simple representation that reduces women to a series of exaggerated characteristics and usually imply a negative connotation. The stereotype has reduced, naturalized, created a basis, and set a difference. While in the perspective of Islamic education the educational values are taught so that their children have good manners and language reflecting the values of Javanese custom which is still applied and maintained. Representasi etika budaya Jawa dalam komik Panji Koming dapat didentifikasi dari beberapa adegan misalnya, gerak fisik, tutur kata dan nilai-nilai moral melalui proses pembelajaran dan pendidikan yang ditanamkan sejak masih anak-anak dalam kebudayaan Jawa. Komik”Panji Koming” memunculkan prinsip-prinsip dan etika ke-Jawa-an pada tiap edisinya. Masyarakat Jawa menjunjung tinggi budaya unggah-ungguh atau tatakrama. Karena itu penghormatan menjadi kunci untuk dapat hidup secara harmonis dalam tatanan masyarakat secara keseluruhan. Penghormatan itu ditunjukkan dalam berbagai cara: sikap badan, tangan, nada suara, istilah penyapa, dan tataran bahasa yang dipergunakan. Namun sisi lain, wacana stereotipe pada perempuan Jawa dipandang jelas, karena adanya representasi sederhana yang mereduksi perempuan menjadi serangkaian karakteristik yang dibesar-besarkan dan biasanya berkonotasi negatif. Jadi stereotipe mereduksi, mendasarkan, mengalamiahkan dan mematok perbedaan. Sementara dalam perspektif pendidikan Islam nilai-nilai pendidikan yang diajarkan bertujuan agar anak-anak memiliki tatakrama serta bertutur kata yang baik yang mencerminkan nilai-nilai kebiasaan orang Jawa yang sampai sekarang masih diterapkan dan dipertahankan.

Abstract

Local communities face a situation of infiltration of state capitalism along with the development of the Mandalika Special Economic Zone in Central Lombok. The process of developing regional infrastructure and regional infrastructure carried out by the Development and Management Business Entity with the large support of State-Owned Enterprises raises the question of the extent to which the development process carried out has implications for the lives of local communities. This study aims to determine the implications of the state capitalism approach in the development of the Mandalika special economic zone for local communities as seen from the implementation of the MotoGP event in the Mandalika area. This research is a case study research with a qualitative approach. This research shows an imbalance in the role of state statism intervention in the distribution of benefits from economic regulatory activities by SOEs that are more business-oriented than social development in favor of local communities. This is because the strategy of infrastructure development and event implementation in the region operates in the realm of political goals rather than achieving economic goals at the local level. The support of state statism through events is politically directed to stimulate the activities of business actors in the region and attract investors to be further involved in regional development rather than oriented towards the benefits of local communities directly. The configuration of state capitalism actors in the operation of Mandalika SEZ shows the characteristics of state capitalism characterized by economic inclusive nationalism that combines state statism intervention through strengthening the role of BUMN while opening up opportunities for the involvement of international investors, corporations and business actors in supporting regional development.
