Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is a term in the economic field which refers to productive economic businesses owned by individuals or legal entities that have a net worth of Rp. 200,000,000 and has annual sales of Rp. 1,000,000,000 and stand alone. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the Indonesian economy, especially MSMEs themselves. Researchers will conduct research to determine the effect of the Covid-19 pandemic on MSMEs in terms of market demand and the decline in purchasing power in Cirebon City. The results of this study are based on a series of statistical calculations, there are three hypotheses including the first hypothesis. It is known that the significant value is 0.000 0.05 and the t value is 4.688 t table 1.993 so it can be concluded that H1 is accepted. The results of the second hypothesis are known to be significant. of 0.212 0.05 and the value of t count 1.259 t table 1.993 so it can be concluded that H2 is rejected. And finally, the results of the third hypothesis are known to have a significance value of 0.000 0.05 and a calculated F value of 28.505 F table 3.12 so that it can be concluded that H3 is accepted which means that there is a simultaneous effect. Key words: MSME Business, Market Demand, Decline in Purchasing Power

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis perbandingan rasio bunga antara Bank Konvensional dan Bank Syariah, pada Bank Mayapada dan Bank Muamalat pada tahun 2002–2006. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ditentukan melalui teknik sample purposive (tidak acak) agar memberikan penjelasan yang lebih baik di dalam menjawab permasalahan penelitian. Penelitian ini dianalisa secara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode statistika t-tes yaitu suatu prosedur untuk menguji hipotesis komparatif dari dua sampel independen melalui perbedaan rata-ratanya, untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel-variabel di atas, maka digunakan analisis regresi dengan menggunakan metode regresi sederhana melalui software program SPSS, dari hasil analisis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai thitung (3,565) > ttabel (2,353) maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang artinya Rasio Beban Bunga terhadap Pendapatan Bunga Bank Konvensional lebih tinggi daripada Bank Syariah.Kata kunci: Rasio Bunga Bank Mayapada dan Rasio Bagi Hasil Bank Muamalat

Abstract

This research's objective was to ascertain how motivation and job satisfaction affected every junior high school teacher's performance. The saturated sampling method was used to select 35 teachers for this study. Analysis is conducted using multiple linear regressions. The findings of the study demonstrate that instructors' motivation and job satisfaction significantly affect their performance. At the same time, job happiness and motivation have a significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

Mesin fotokopi merupakan sebuah alat yang berfungsi untuk membuat salinan ke atas kertas yang berasal dari dokumen, buku, maupun sumber yang lain. Di jaman sekarang banyak yang digunakan sebagai bisnis sewa-menyewa mesin fotokopi demi kelangsungan efektivitas kinerja suatu perusahaan. Salah satunya,yaitu membuat sistem konvensional menjadi sistem yang terkomputerisasi. Dengan memanfaatkan fasilitas website yang terhubung ke internet,sistem transaksi sewa mesin fotokopi dapat lebih efektif dan efisien dalam proses pelaporannya.Pada penelitian yang dirancang suatu sistem informasi berbasis web menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP MySQL. Dengan sistem ini, diharapkan mampu mengatasi berbagai kebutuhan dari user  untuk membuat laporan transaksi penyewaan mesin fotokopi lebih efisien dan akurat dalam perhitungannya.Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan penulis mengimplementasikan hasil penelitian tersebut kedalam Sistem Aplikasi Pencatatan Transaksi Penyewaan Mesin Fotokopi Pada PT. Abstract

In developing software systems, there were no rules for making interface patterns in web base applications. The problem is the inconsistency of design styles between software, and the interface design development process takes a long time. This study aims to produce a design framework called Access Digital Design System. The system development method approach used in this research is Atomic Design which has several stages adapted to the investigation. In this study, the design system built is limited to product elements consisting of functional patterns and perceptual patterns. This research will produce a design system made up of perceptual and available marks as output artifacts in the form of code libraries, style guides, and pattern libraries. Based on the study, the designed Design System can reduce time spent creating user interface designs by using component guidelines and documentation with standardized foundation elements to increase productivity. Additionally, the final interface design becomes more consistent and uniform.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and compare whether the computerized accounting laboratory is in accordance with computerized accounting practices in the work environment to support teaching and learning activities. The subjects of this study are Kantor Jasa Akuntan Langgeng, accounting lecturers, and accounting students. This is a qualitative study with a case study approach. The data collection techniques used for this study were interviews and observation. Based on the research that has been done, similarities between the two computerized accounting practices were found. The similarities found are from the workflow in general, such as data collection and database creation. Meanwhile, during the pandemic, learning can be done using online methods and also using blended learning methods.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how client loyalty in the marketplace is impacted by brand awareness and the caliber of electronic services. Research of this kind is referred to as quantitative research. The sample for this study included up to 100 respondents who were students who had utilized e-commerce at least twice. Both incidental sampling and nonprobability sampling were used in the sampling strategy. Results of questionnaires that were delivered to respondents online through Google Form were used as the major source of data for this study. While this is happening, secondary data takes the shape of linked documentation. Then, multiple linear regression analysis, the classical assumption test, and instrument test analysis were used to analyze the data that had been obtained. The findings of this study suggest that customer loyalty is positively and significantly influenced by brand awareness and the quality of electronic services. This is demonstrated by the t test results, which have significance levels of 0.000 0.05 for the brand awareness variable and less than 0.05 for the electronic service quality variable.

Abstract

This study aimed to identify, write corrections, and describe the impact of dangling modifier realized in the students’ final projects. The research design was descriptive qualitative by taking 30 final projects as the sample. To analyze the data collected, the writer employed data reduction, data display, and conclusion or verification. From 30 final projects analyzed, the writer found 18 final projects indicated dangling modifier. The most significant dangling modifier realized was dangling modifier begun with present participle. There are two ways to correct dangling modifier: by changing the subject of the sentence so that it goes with modifying phrase, or changing the dangling phrase into a subordinate clause by adding a subordinating conjunction and a subject. Dangling modifier affects readability and coherence of writing. The writer suggests the students to avoid common errors in writing, especially dangling modifier in order the writing will have good readability.

Abstract

Tingkat kepuasan pengguna aplikasi DANA di kalangan mahasiswa manajemen UCIC menjadi judul penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti. Aplikasi DANA menghadirkan inovasi di bidang keuangan digital untuk memudahkan pengguna dalam bertransaksi. Dengan adanya penelitian ini peneliti ingin mengetahui faktor apa saja yang menjadi keunggulan aplikasi DANA, upaya apa yang dilakukan DANA untuk menguasai pasar financial technology, dan tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap aplikasi DANA. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui data primer (penyebaran kuesioner kepada mahasiswa UCIC dan wawancara kepada pedagang yang melibatkan DANA) dan data sekunder (studi literatur). Kuesioner disebarkan kepada 100 orang yaitu mahasiswa program studi manajemen UCIC. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keunggulan aplikasi DANA dan yang dilakukan DANA dalam menguasai pasar financial technology adalah kecepatan proses transaksi baik transfer maupun melalui kode QR dan sistem keamanan. Dan hasil tingkat kepuasan pengguna aplikasi DANAmenunjukkan hasil uji t menyatakan thitung (1,172) > t tabel (0,195) sehingga HO ditolak. Dengan demikian, terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan rata-rata hasil tingkat harapan dan tingkat kinerja pada aplikasi DANA.
