Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh secara bersama-sama  antara sumber belajar, cara belajar dan disiplin terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi, pengaruh sumber belajar terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi, pengaruh cara belajar terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi, dan pengaruh disiplin terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 2 Kota Pekalongan tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Populasi berjumlah 118 siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 2 tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Sedangkan sampel berjumlah 92 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu angket atau kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh secara bersama-sama antara sumber belajar, cara belajar dan disiplin terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi sebesar 61,4%. Sumber belajar berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi sebesar 5,95%. Cara belajar berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi sebesar 13,76%. Disiplin berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi sebesar 16,16%. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is influence jointly between learning resources, learning style and discipline toward learning achievement in economic, the influence of learning resources toward learning achievement in economic, the influence of learning style toward learning achievement in economic and the influence of discipline toward learning achievement in economic subject students in class XI IPS SMA State 2 Pekalongan City Academic Year 2013/2014. Population takes 118 students class XI IPS SMA State 2 year 2013/2014. Meanwhile, sample takes 92 stuents. Methods of data collection are questionnaires and documentation. Methods of data analysis using descriptive percentages and analysis multiple linear regression. The results showed that there is an influence jointly between learning resources, learning style and discipline toward learning achievement in economic by 61,4%. Learning resources affect toward learning achievement in economic by 5,95%. Learning style affect toward learning achievement in economic by 13,76%. Discipline affect toward learning achievement in economic by 16,16%.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi professional guru, fasilitas belajar, dan lingkungan sekolah terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi kelas X di SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Semarang secara simutan dan parsial. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan populasi berjumlah 40 siswa, yang semuanya dijadikan responden penelitian. Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi dan angket. Metode analisis data menggunakan deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda Analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan kompetensi professional guru, fasilitas belajar dan lingkungan sekolah berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi sebesar 77,3%. Kompetensi professional guru berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi sebesar 39,8%. Fasilitas belajar berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi sebesar 24%. Lingkungan sekolah berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi sebesar 38.7%. Dengan kompetesi  professional guru yang baik, fasilitas belajar dan lingkungan sekolah yang baik pula, akan meningkatkan hasil belajar. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of students' perceptions of teacher professional competence, learning, and school environment to study accounting results of class X in SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Semarang in simutan and partial. This research is quantitative, with a population of 40 students, all of which are used as research respondents. The data collection method used is the documentation and questionnaires. Methods of data analysis using descriptive and multiple linear regression Multiple linear regression analysis demonstrated professional competence of teachers, learning and school environment influence together on learning outcomes accounting for 77.3%. Professional competence of teachers affect the learning outcomes accounting of 39.8%. Learning facilities effect on learning outcomes accounting for 24%. School environment influence on learning outcomes accounting for 38.7%. With a good teacher professional competencies, learning and school environment is also good, will improve learning outcomes.

Abstract

Berdasarkan observasi awal pada mahasiswa jurusan Pendidikan Akuntansi angkatan 2013 Universitas Negeri Semarang, diketahui bahwa masih terdapat beberapa masalah pada motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Motivasi belajar mahasiswa dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah adakah pengaruh keterampilan mengajar dosen dan lingkungan kampus terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa Pendidikan Akuntansi Universitas Negeri Semarang angkatan 2013. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa jurusan Pendidikan Akuntansi Universitas Negeri Semarang angkatan 2013 yang berjumlah 187 mahasiswa. Sampel yang digunakansejumlah 128 mahasiswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan keterampilan mengajar dosen dan lingkungan kampus berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Keterampilan mengajar dosen dan lingkungan kampus berpengaruh sebesar 33,6% secara simultan. Keterampilan mengajar dosen berpengaruhsebesar 10,95% dan lingkungan kampus berpengaruh sebesar 6,35%. Kesimpulan penelitian berupa keterampilan mengajar dosen dan lingkungan kampus berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa berdasarkan analisis parsial dan simultan. Saran yang diajukan (1) Diharapkan pada dosen hendaknya dosen lebih meningkatkan setiap aspek keterampilan mengajarnya (2) Perguruan tinggi hendaknya lebih memperhatikan kondisi lingkungan kampus (3) Interaksi antara mahasiswa dengan dosenharus dijalin dengan baik (4) Peneliti selanjutnya disarankan dapat mengambil sampel dengan populasi berbeda dengan motivasi belajar yang spesifik pada mata kuliah tertentu saja. Ataupun dengan menambah ruang lingkup penelitian sehingga hasil yang didapat lebih akurat.Based on initial observation on the students of Accounting Education Program on Semarang State University in the academic year of 2013, it is known that there are still some problems in student learning motivation. Student learning motivation is influenced by several factors. The problem in this research is there any influence teaching skills of faculty and campus environment for students learning motivation of Accounting Education program at Semarang State University academic year of 2013. The population in this research were students of Accounting Education Program on Semarang State University in the academic year of 2013 , that there were 187 students. The sample used are 128 students. Method of data collection of this researchis questionnaire. Methods of analysis data of this research is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis. The result of the research show that lecture’s skill to teach and campus environment have positive influence and significant to student’s motivation to study. Lecture’s skill and campus environment has influence 33,6% simultaneously. Lecture’s skill influence 10.95% and campus environment 6,35%. The summaries of this research are lecture’s skill to teach and campus environment gives influence to student’s motivation to study based on partial analysis and stimulant analysis. There are some suggestions (1) lecture should increase all of aspects skill to teach (2) for University should more respect about condition of campus environment (3) interaction between students and the lecture mustbe bound well (4) to next researcher, can get sample from another population with study motivation more specific in another subject.  Or give addition scope of the study so the result of study is more accurate.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh positif secara simultan maupun parsial pendidikan kewirausahaan, lingkungan keluarga, dan self efficacy terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa kelas XI program keahlian akuntansi di SMK Negeri 9 Semarang tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI program keahlian akuntansi di SMK Negeri 9 Semarang tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Sampel yang digunakan adalah seluruh subjek yang ada sebanyak 108 siswa. Variabel dependen dalam peneltian ini ialah minat berwirausaha (Y) sedangkan variabel independennya meliputi pendidikan kewirausahaan (X1), lingkungan keluarga (X2), dan self efficacy (X3). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif, analisis regresi berganda, uji F, uji t, dan koefisien determinasi simultan (R2). Hasil penelitian menunjukan pendidikan kewirausahaan, lingkungan keluarga dan self efficacy berpengaruh positif terhadap minat berwirausaha. Pendidikan kewirausahaan, lingkungan keluarga dan self efficacyberpengaruh  54,4% secara simultan. Pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh 6,05%, lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh 12,82%, dan  self efficacyberpengaruh 16,81% secara parsial. Saran yang diberikan sekolahdiharapakan lebih memberikan pengetahuan dan nilai-nilai kewirausahaan,keluarga diharapkan dapat memberikan dukungan terhadap pilihan karir berwirausaha sebagai alternatif pilihan karir kelak dan guru diharapakan dapat meyakinkan siswa bahwa mereka mampu menyelesaikan tugas-tugas kewirausahaan yang diberikan agar siswa semakin yakin akan kemampuan yang dimilikinya. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an positive simultaneously effect and partially the result of entrepreneurial education, family environment, and self efficacy to interest in entrepreneurship for students on program accounting axpertise XI class at State Vocational High School 9 Semarang in the academic year 2014/2015. The subjects were all students of class XI program accounting axpertise at State Vocational High School 9 Semarang in the academic year 2014/2015. The samples are all subjects that there were 108 students. The dependent variable in this study is the interest in entrepreneurship (Y) while the independent variables include entrepreneurship education (X1), the family environment (X2), and self efficacy (X3). Data collection methods were used is questionnaire. Data analysis techniques were using analysis of the descriptive statistical, multiple regression analysis, F test, T Test, and the simultaneous determination coefficient (R2). The results showed that entrepreneurship education, family environment and self efficacy positive effect to interest in entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship education, family environment and self efficacy simultaneously affect 54,4%. In the entrepreneurship education a positive effect 6.05%. The family environment a positive effect 12.82%, as well as self efficacy positive effect partially 16,81%. The researcher suggests that schools are expected to provide the knowledge and values of entrepreneurship, the family is expected to provide support to entrepreneurship as an alternative career options in the future and the teacher is expected to convince students that they are capable of completing the tasks given entrepreneurship so that students will be more confident of its ability.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran efikasi diri dalam memediasi pengaruh perencanaan karier dan lingkungan teman sebaya terhadap minat melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi pada siswa kelas XII SMA Negeri 2 Slawi tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII IPS SMA Negeri 2 Rembang Slawi tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh sejumlah 115 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner atau angket. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis jalur, sobel test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan antara semua variabel secara parsial yakni perencanaan karier terhadap minat melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi (11,5%), lingkungan teman sebaya terhadap minat melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi (7,2%), efikasi diri terhadap minat melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi (29,8%), perencanaan karier terhadap efikasi diri (7,4%), lingkungan teman sebaya terhadap efikasi diri (12,6%). Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri dapat memediasi pengaruh perencanaan karier maupun lingkungan teman sebaya terhadap minat melanjutkan pendidikan ke perguruan tinggi. The aim of this research is to know the role of learning way in mediating the effect of self-efficacy as a source of career planning and peer environment toward students’ interest in continuing education to collage at SMA N 2 Slawi Academic Year 2015/2016. The population of the study was all students in XII IPS SMAN 2 SLAWI academic year 2015/2016 and the total was 115 students, then the researcher used a sample saturated to conduct this study. Data collection method used is the method of questionnaire method. Data analysis method used is descriptive analyze, path analyze and sobel test. The results showed a positive and significant correlation between all variables partially is the use of the career planning toward students’ interest in continuing education to collage (11,5%), peer environment toward students’ interest in continuing education to collage (7,2%), self-efficacy toward students’ interest in continuing education to collage (29,8%), the career planning toward self-efficacy (7,4%), peer environment toward self-efficacy (12,6%). The result of this study also showed that self-efficacy can be as a mediation of career planning and peers environment effects toward interest in continuing education to the collage

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung internal locus of control dan fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar melalui disiplin belajar. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMA N 3 Pemalang tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 105 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan angket. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis jalur dan sobel test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Ada pengaruh internal locus of control terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi sebesar 6,4% (2) Ada pengaruh fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi sebesar 4,6% (3) Ada pengaruh disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi sebesar 9,6% (4) Ada pengaruh internal locus of control terhadap disiplin belajar siswa sebesar 37,2% (5) Ada pengaruh fasilitas belajar terhadap disiplin belajar siswa sebesar 30,2% (6) Ada pengaruh internal locus of control melalui disiplin belajar sebagai variabel intervening terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi sebesar 18,5% (7) Ada pengaruh fasilitas belajar melalui disiplin belajar sebagai variabel intervening terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi sebesar 14%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diatas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh internal locus of control dan fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi melalui disiplin belajar sebagai variabel intervening. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah memperbaiki indikator-indikator yang masih rendah sehingga hasil belajar akan semakin baik. The purpose is this study is to analyze the direct and indirect effect of internal locus of control and learning facilities toward learning outcomes through learning self-discipline. The population of the research is all of the 11th social students class at SMA N 3 Pemalang academic year 2015/2016. The researcher took 105 students as the sample. The researcher collects the data by using documentation and questionnaire. The result of this research shown that (1) there is impact of the internal locus of control toward to economics learning outcomes is 6,4% (2) there is impact of learning facilities toward to economics learning outcomes is 4,6%, (3) there is impact of learning self-discipline toward the economics learning outcomes is 9,6%, (4) there is impact of locus of control of internal toward the learning self-discipline is 37,2%, (5) there is impact of learning facilities toward the self-discipline learning is 30,2%, (6) there is impact of internal locus of control through self-discipline learning as the intervening variable toward the economics learning outcomes is 18,5%, (7) there is impact of learning facilities through self-discipline learning as the intervening variable toward the economics learning outcomes is 14%. Based on the research, we can conclude that there is an impact of the internal locus of control and learning facilities toward the learning economics outcomes through the learning discipline as the intervening variable. Suggestion from this research are it is to improve the indicators are still low so the result will be more get better learning outcomes.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran cara belajar dalam memediasi pengaruh pemanfaatan interent sebagai sumber belajar dan kepercayaan diri terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas XI IPS SMA N 2 Rembang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS SMA N 2 Rembang pada tahun 2015. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh sejumlah 111 siswa Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan angket. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis jalur, sobel test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan antara semua variabel secara parsial yakni pemanfaatan internet sebagai sumber belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi (19.7%), kepercayaan diri terhadap hhasil belajar ekonomi (16,8%), cara belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi (32,1%), pemanfaatan internet terhadap cara belajar (62%), kepercayaan diri terhadap cara belajar (34,8%), pemanfaatan internet sebagai sumber belajar melalui cara belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi (19,9%), kepercayaan diri melalui cara belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi (11,2%). Disimpulkan, cara belajar berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui pemanfaatan internet sebagai sumber belajar maupun kepercayaan diri. The aim of this research is to know the role of learning way in mediating the effect of the use of the internet as a source of learning and self-confindence toward economic learning outcomes of 11th social students class at SMA N 2 Rembang Academic Year 2015/2016. The population of this research is all the students of SMA N 2 Rembang year 2015, sampling method used is the saturated samples a number of 111 students. Data collection method used is the method of documentation and questionnaire method, Data analysis method used is descriptive analyze, path analyze and sobel test. The results showed a positive and significant correlation between all variables partially is the results showed a positive and significant all variables partially is the use of the internet as a source of learning toward economics learning outcomes (19,7%), self-confidence toward economics learning outcomes (16,8%), ways of learning toward economics learning outcomes (32,1%), the use of the internet as a source of learning toward ways of learning (62%), self-confidence toward ways of learning (34,8%), the use of the internet as a source of learning through ways of learning as an intervening variable toward economic learning outcomes (19,9%), self-confidence through ways of learning as an intervening variable toward economic learning outcomes (11,2%). Summed up, learning way to economic learning outcomes either directly or indirectly through the use of the internet as a source of learning as well as self-confindence.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan upaya peningkatan keaktifan dan prestasi belajar materi jurnal penyesuaian dengan metode pembelajaran quantum teknik peta pikiran (mind mapping) siswa kelas XI SMA Islam Sultan Agung 1 Semarang. Desain penelitian menggunakan quasi-eksperimental design dengan pola nonequivalent control group design. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah cluster sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi, tes, dan angket. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji beda paired dan independent sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) ada peningkatan keaktifan siswa setelah penerapan metode pembelajaran quantum dengan teknik peta pikiran (mind mapping), 2) ada peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa setelah penerapan metode pembelajaran quantum dengan teknik peta pikiran (mind mapping), 3) ada perbedaan signifikan pada keaktifan pertemuan III antara kelas eksperimen dengan kelas kontrol, 4) ada perbedaan signifikan prestasi belajar siswa antara kelas eksperimen dengan kelas kontrol. The aim of this research is for verifying efforts to improve the activeness and lerning achievement of the adjustments journal material to the method of quantum technique mind maps in class XI students SMA Islam Sultan Agung 1 Semarang. This research used quasi-eksperimental design with nonequivalent control group design. Sample was taken by cluster sampling technique. The collecting data was done by observation, test, questioner, and documentation method. Hypothesis test used paired sample t-test and independent sample t-test. The research result showed: 1) Students’ activeness after treatment using Quantum Method Teachnique mind mapping is increase, 2) Learning achievemrnt after treatment using quantum method teachnique mind mapping is increase3) There is significant difference on increasing student’s activeness in second meeting between experimental and control class, 4) There is significant difference on increasing learning outcomes between experimental and control class.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh personal attitude, lingkungan sosial, dan efikasi terhadap intensi berwirausahasiswa kelas XI kompetensi keahlian akuntansi SMK Gajah Mada 01 Margoyoso Pati baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung.Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI Akuntansi SMK Gajah Mada 01 Margoyoso Pati tahun ajaran 2015/2016berjumlah 61 siswa. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner atauangket. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis jalur.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial pengaruh personal attitude terhadap intensi berwirausaha sebesar 19,62%, lingkungan sosial berpengaruh terhadap intensi berwirausaha sebesar 7,62%, dan efikasi diri berpengaruh terhadap intensi berwirausaha sebesar 29,70%. Personal attitude dan lingkungan sosial berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap efikasi diri masing-masing sebesar 8,35% dan 11,42%. Hasil penelitian juga menjelaskan bahwa efikasi diri dapat memediasi personal attitude dan lingkungan sosial terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Disimpulkan bahwaterdapat pengaruh personal attitude, lingkungan sosial, dan efikasi diri terhadap intensi berwirausaha baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is influence personal attitude, social environment and self efficacy toward entrepreneur intention in the eleventh grade accounting students of SMK Gajah Mada 01 Margoyoso Pati both directly and indirectly.The population study was a class of XI accounting of SMK Gajah Mada 01 Margoyoso Pati in the academic year of 2015/2016. The total sample is 61 students. The sample used is saturated sample. Questionnaire is used as the methods of data collection. The method of data analysis used is descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially the effect of personal attitude toward entrepreneur intention was 19,62%, social environment toward entrepreneur intention was 7,62%, and self efficacy toward entrepreneur intenton was 29,70%. Personal attitude and social environment that affected partially toward self efficacy were 8,35% and 11,42%. The result also explained that self efficacy can be as a medium for personal attitude and social environmen toward entrepreneur intention. It was concluded that any influence of personal attitude, social environment, and self efficacy toward entrepreneur intention both directly and indirectly.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the dimensions of students’financial literacy construct consisting of financial knowledge, financial attitude, financial behavior. This research is quantitative research with students are population of Faculty of Economics 965 and sample of 283 students is taken with propotionate random sampling technique. The method of taking data are question and questionnaire. Analysis used is descriptive analysis and structural equational modeling (SEM).The result showed that (1) the construction of financial literacy can be explained by the dimension of financial knowledge, dimension of financial attitude, and dimension of financial behavior, (2) there was no influence of financial knowledge to student’s financial behavior, (3) there was a significance influence of financial attitude toward students’s fianacial behavior, (4) there was a correlation between financial knowledge and financial attitude of student of Faculty of Economy
