Abstract

Job satisfaction is a positive feeling shown by each individual in a job, which is the impact or result of evaluating various aspects of the job. With various levels of job satisfaction, which can be assessed from the level of personality of each employee through personality. The purpose of this writing is to find out and analyze the relationship between variables, namely Openness to experience (X1), Conscientiousness (X2), Extraversion (X3), Agreeableness (X4), Neuroticism (X5), and Job satisfaction (Y). This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study was 144 with a sample of 106 people. The results of the analysis show that Openness to experience has an effect on job satisfaction with acquisition (t count 3.335> t table 1.660), Conscientiousness on job satisfaction has an effect on acquisition (t count 4.130 > t table 1.660), Neuroticism on job satisfaction has an effect on acquisition (t count 2.375 > t table 1.660). While the Extraversion variable on job satisfaction has no effect on gain (t count 0.376 <t table 1.660), Agreeableness on job satisfaction has no effect on gain (t count 1.218 <t table 1.660). Simultaneous test results Openness to experience, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, Neuroticism on job satisfaction together have an influence on job satisfaction with the results of calculating the value (Fcount 33.824 > Ftable 2.31) with a significance level (0.000 <0.05) . From the results of the coefficient of determination simultaneously Openness to experience, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, Neuroticism on job satisfaction explains 61%.Keywords: Openness to experience, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness, Neuroticism and job satisfaction.

Abstract

Human resources are one of the important factors in a company or organization, individuals become the main driving force in the running of the company to achieve company goals. Decreased employee performance can be influenced by several things such as female workers who experience dual role conflict, they have to divide their time between family and work, the targets given are too many and the absence of bonuses makes work motivation decrease. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of dual role conflict, work stress and motivation on the performance of female employees of PT Starlight Garment Semarang. The research methodology used is quantitative, this method is used through a survey, namely the data collection method. The data collection technique uses Purposive Sampling technique, the sampling technique used is using non probability sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires processed with the SPSS version 25 application. The data analysis method used in this study is to use: 1. instrument test consists of validity test and reliability test, 2. correlation test consists of simple correlation and multiple correlation, 3. regression test consists of simple regression and multiple regression, 4. determination test, 5. t test, 6. Abstract

The study was conducted in the home garden of Tanen hamlet in Ngargoyoso, Karanganyar, Central Java, Indonesia, which is situated at an elevation of 772 meters above sea level. The existence of Sukuh Temple near Tanen with Keris reliefs shows Keris culture in this region since ancient times. This study aims to identify plant species in the Tanen home garden suitable for Keris culture and understand their potential roles in Keris culture. Sampling was carried out using the cruising method, following the village road. Data on the plants on-site were collected through surveys conducted in the home garden. The plant species were classified with the assistance of The Mountain Flora of Java and www.theplantlist.com. The plants found were determined to be related to the Keris culture. The data were qualitatively analyzed to determine the role of each plant species in Keris culture and quantitatively assessed using the species richness index. The home garden in Tanen comprises a variety of species, with a species richness of 26 belonging to 19 families. Herbs make up 38% of the plant habitus in Tanen's home garden, which also has shrubs (31%), trees (23%), and bushes (8%). The most commonly used plant organs are leaves (24%) and flowers (24%). The potency of plants in the Tanen home garden for Keris culture is: for the name of the plant called in the blade of the Keris; for warangka (sheath) and deder (hilt); for equipment in Keris making; for cleansing agents; for fragrances (fragrant agents); and offering (food ingredients, spices). The primary potential use of plants in Tanen's home garden is for offering.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan apakah variabel motivasi, pelatihan dan kompensasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Mandiri (Pesero) Tbk. Semarang Unit Collection serta untuk mengetahui variabel manakah yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Mandiri (Pesero) Tbk. Semarang Unit Collection. Sampel menggunakan metode sensus yaitu seluruh karyawan sebanyak 50 orang dijadikan sampel semuanya. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang menggunakan lima rumus yaitu Analisa Regresi Berganda, Analisa Korelasi, Uji T-test, Uji F serta Uji Koefisien Determinasi (R2) dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS 20.0 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara partial maupun bersama-sama motivasi, pelatihan dan kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Mandiri (Pesero) Tbk. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh kurang dan tidak variatif media belajar dan sumber bahan ajar di SD Negeri 4 Lasusua sehingga menyebabkan sulitnya siswa dalam mempelajari materi keterampilan menyimak cerita. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model 4D Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas III di SD Negeri 4 Lasusua sebanyak 20 orang siswa. Teknik analisis  data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan menggunakan lembar observasi, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Hasil perolehan validasi ahli materi sebesar 89%, ahli bahasa sebesar 82%, ahli media sebesar 80%, hasil respon pendidik terhadap kepraktisan video animasi sebesar 84%, dan hasil respon siswa terhadap kepraktisan video animasi sebesar 81%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh promosi digital dan ulasan pelanggan online terhadap keputusan pembelian produk makanan tradisional, khususnya Bubur Kacang Hijau "SARINAH." Dalam konteks yang semakin kompetitif, pemahaman tentang bagaimana kedua faktor ini berinteraksi menjadi sangat penting untuk strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei, melibatkan 120 responden yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner berbasis skala Likert untuk menilai persepsi responden terhadap promosi, ulasan pelanggan, dan keputusan pembelian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik promosi digital maupun ulasan pelanggan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dengan interaksi antara kedua faktor tersebut memberikan kontribusi yang lebih besar dalam mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan praktis bagi pelaku usaha dalam memanfaatkan promosi digital dan ulasan pelanggan untuk meningkatkan daya saing produk lokal di pasar yang semakin digital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh daya tarik wisata dan social media marketing terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan melalui online customer review di Saloka Theme Park. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei terhadap sampel wisatawan ke Saloka Theme Park melalui online customer review secara online berupa minat berkunjung dan daya tarik wisata. Metode yang digunakan untuk analisis data adalah menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) yang sesuai untuk model reflektif menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS versi 3.0 untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online berbasis skala likert untuk mengetahui persepsi daya tarik wisata dan social media marketing terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan melalui online customer review. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah daya tarik wisata terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan dan social media marketing terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan, sedangkan daya tarik wisata terhadap online customer review, social media marketing terhadap online customer review, dan online customer review terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari fasilitas destinasi, konten promosi, dan ulasan komentar dari wisatawan. Sedangkan pengaruh tidak langsung dari daya tarik wisata terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan melalui online customer review dan social media marketing terhadap minat berkunjung wisatawan melalui online customer review memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan yang artinya memiliki factor yang baik dalam meningkatkan destinasi wisata.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan mengeksplorasi pengaruh knowledge sharing terhadap kinerja pengajar melalui kemampuan inovasi individu di Sekolah Internasional Kuala Lumpur (SIKL) Malaysia. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei, data dikumpulkan dari 100 responden yang merupakan pengajar di SIKL melalui kuesioner berbasis skala Likert. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SmartPLS versi 3.0 dengan pendekatan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara knowledge sharing dan kinerja pengajar, dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,65 dan nilai p < 0,01. Selain itu, kemampuan inovasi individu berfungsi sebagai mediator yang memperkuat hubungan antara knowledge sharing dan kinerja pengajar, dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,45 dan nilai p < 0,01. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan praktik berbagi pengetahuan di kalangan pengajar dapat meningkatkan kinerja mereka, serta mendorong inovasi dalam proses pengajaran. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi manajemen pendidikan untuk mengembangkan strategi yang mendukung budaya berbagi pengetahuan, guna meningkatkan efektivitas pengajaran di lingkungan pendidikan yang beragam.

Abstract

ABSTRAKAnggaran Negara yang dibelanjakan untuk kepentingan Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dari tahun ketahun mengalami kenaikan, ditambah lagi dengan berlakunya tunjangan kinerja (remunirasi) sebagai imbalan atas pekerjaan yang telah dilaksnakan. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah populasi 220 responden dan diambil sampel sejumlah 105 responden. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pengaruh positif signifikan antara kepemimpinan (X1), motivasi (X2), dan disiplin kerja (X3) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) Disnakkeswan Jawa Tengah baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Semakin meningkat kepemimpinan semakin meningkat kinerja pegawai, semakin meningkat motivasi semakin meningkat kinerja pegawai , semakin meningkat disiplin kerja semakin meningkat kinerja pegawai .Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja dan Kinerja PegawaiABSTRACTThe State Budget spent on the interests of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) from year to year has increased, coupled with the implementation of performance allowances (remuneration) in exchange for work which has been done. The research methodology used is quantitative research using survey methods. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with a population of 220 respondents and a sample of 105 respondents. The conclusion of this study is the significant positive influence between leadership (X1), motivation (X2), and work discipline (X3) on the performance of employees (Y) of the Central Java Disnakkeswan both partially and simultaneously. The more leadership increases, the employee performance increases, the motivation increases, the employee performance increases, the more work discipline increases, the employee performance increases.Keywords: Leadership, Motivation, Work Discipline and Employee Performance

Abstract

In the increasingly rapid development of information technology, the education sector is experiencing the digital transformation, such as academic information systems (Siakad). Siakad is an academic system built to make easy to be used for academic users, in order to doing some academic activities. This study intented to assess the performance of educational staff through education, competence, and knowledge sharing in the implementation of the Academic Information System in Darul Ulum Islamic Centre Sudirman GUPPI University. A survey-based research method was used in this study, involving 45 respondents from the total educational staff. Data were collected by distributing a questionnaire by google form to all educational staff using a likerts scale. The data analysis method employed was multiple linear regression with the aid of IBM SPSS Statistic 25 version. The results of this study indicate that the variables of education have a significant value of (0,30<0.05), indicating that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. This means that the education variable significantly affects the performance of the academic information system. Similarly, the competence variable have a significance value of (0,25<0,05 indicating that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. This means that the competence variable significantly affects the performance of the academic information system. Howeve,r the knowledge sharing variable have a significance value of (0,87>0,05), resulting in the rejection of Ha and the acceptance of Ho, indicating that knowledge sharing does not significantly affect the performance of the academic information system.
