Abstract

Saat ini, industri kopi dan restoran menawarkan banyak peluang bisnis. Industri ini menjadi semakin menarik dan kompetitif karena perubahan gaya hidup masyarakat, peningkatan kesadaran akan kualitas produk, dan kemajuan teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, harga dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Semesta Resto dan Kopi. Dengan memahami bagaimana variabel-variabel ini berpengaruh satu sama lain, manajemen dapat membuat strategi yang lebih baik untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan kesetiaan mereka. Studi ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode random sampling dengan jumlah 100 responden diperoleh dari pelanggan Semesta Resto dan kopi. PLS (Partial Least Square) digunakan untuk analisis data ini, dan program Smart PLS digunakan untuk mengolah data tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tiga variabel independen (Kualitas Produk, Harga, dan Kualitas Pelayanan) yang diuji memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel dependen, keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki bagaimana kinerja driver Maxim di Kabupaten Semarang dipengaruhi oleh dukungan organisasi, otonomi kerja, dan motivasi kerja. Dalam hal ini, kinerja driver Maxim menjadi faktor utama yang menentukan sejauh mana mereka bertanggung jawab dalam menyelesaikan pesanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan survei yang melibatkan 100 orang yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) yang melalui SmartPLS versi 3.0 digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan organisasi dan otonomi kerja memengaruhi kinerja driver Maxim secara positif dan signifikan. Temuan ini memperkuat kontribusi perusahaan serta efektivitas kerja dapat meningkatkan kinerja driver Maxim secara optimal. Namun, Menurut hasil penelitian, motivasi kerja memiliki dampak negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja driver Maxim. Disebabkan oleh rendahnya motivasi internal para driver, yang berdampak pada penurunan kinerja mereka. Selain itu, peningkatan sistem layanan serta pengoperasian aplikasi yang lebih optimal sangat dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan kondisi tempat kerja lebih kondusif. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi dalam mengembangkan metode manajemen sumber daya manusia yang lebih efisien, serta peningkatan kinerja dan keberlanjutan layanan ojek online di masa mendatang.

Abstract

The topic of this research is to increase Shopee customer loyalty through service quality, price, and customer satisfaction in Semarang Regency. This research is motivated by a decrease in the number of orders and gross sales value at Shopee in the second quarter of 2024. This study discusses a gap in previous research that does not adequately explain the influence of service quality, price, and customer satisfaction on Shopee customer loyalty in Semarang Regency. The research method used quantitative with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis techniques and a sample of 140 respondents was selected using purposive sampling techniques. The results of the study show that price has a significant and positive influence on Shopee customer loyalty, while service quality and customer satisfaction do not have a significant effect. The conclusion of this study is that Shopee needs to maintain a competitive pricing strategy to increase customer loyalty in Semarang Regency.

Abstract

Biology learning is inseparable from observation activities, but not all the concepts apply by observation activities, therefore called abstract concepts. One of the abstract concepts in biology learning is the concept of genetic substance and protein synthesis. Learning abstract concepts needs suitable media to make it easier for students to visualize them. This study aims to develop and perceive the characteristic of interactive learning media with an android-based simulative approach to genetic substance and protein synthesis and determine its feasibility and practicality. This research used a research model adapted from Thiagarajan in a 4D model and modified it into a 3D model (defining, designing, developing). The results of this study are interactive learning media with an android-based simulative approach on the topic of genetic substances and protein synthesis, which consists of several menus namely competencies, materials, learning videos, simulation activities, evaluations, and discussion forums. Assessment of media feasibility based on the assessment of material experts, the score is 77.78% (feasible) and media experts 81.94% (very feasible). The practicality assessment by practitioners is 92.5% (very practical), limited trial results in 83.17% (very practical), and field trial results in 86.34% (very practical). The study results indicate that interactive learning media is feasible and practical to use as learning media.

Abstract

Persaingan antara aplikator transportasi online semakin ketat, mereka saling adu strategi untuk merebut konsumen pengguna jasa tersebut. Berbagai cara dilakukan untuk membuat konsumen merasa puas atas produk-produk aplikator,  diantaranya adalah layanan pelanggan dan harga dimana didalam penelitian ini mencoba mencari tahu sejauh mana kualitas layanan dan harga berkontribusi terhadap tingkat kepuasan konsumen agar mereka melakukan pembelian ulang dan loyal. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mencari tahu apakah dengan strategi kualitas layanan dan harga akan memberi pengaruh besar pada kepuasan konsumen. Metode penelitian kuantitatif, uji validitas,  reliabilitas,  regresi linier berganda, uji determinasi dan uji t. Pengolahan data dengan SPSS 25. Berdasarkan tabel uji t diatas dapat diketahui hasil uji t variabel kualitas layanan (X1) terhadap Kepuasan konsumen (Y) adalah sebesar 2,661(lebih besar dari t tabel sebesar 1,985) dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,009 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan variabel kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kepuasan konsumen. Hasil uji t untuk variabel harga (X2) terhadap kepuasan konsumen (Y) adalah sebesar 4,619 dan memiliki nilai lebih besar dari t tabel sebesar 1,985. Nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan variabel harga  berpengaruh  signifikan terhadap variabel kepuasan konsumen. Nilai F hitung sebesar 23,436 dan lebih besar dari nilai F tabel sebesar 3,09. Hal ini menunjukkan  bahwa variabel kualitas layanan  dan harga secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

Performance management is management about creating relationships and ensuring effective communication between workers and their superiors. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of work stress, job descriptions, and job satisfaction on employee performance. The research was conducted at PT. Pinnacle Apparels has a population of 210 people with a sample size of 138 respondents. The results of the analysis show that the t_count value for the work stress variable is (4,645) > t_table (1,977) and the value is significant (0.000< 0.05), which means that work stress has a positive and significant effect on worker performance variables. The job description variable produces a t_count value of (4,601) > t_table (1,977) and a significant value (0.000 < 0.05), which means that the job description variable has a positive and significant effect on worker performance. The job satisfaction variable produces a calculated t_value of (3,189) > t_table (1.977) and a significant value (0.002 < 0.05), which means that the job satisfaction variable has a significant effect on the worker performance variable. From testing all independent variables simultaneously, the value of F_count (37,340) > Ftable was obtained at (2.67) with a significant level of (0.000 > 0.05), indicating that the variables of work stress, job description and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on worker performance variablesKeywords: Individual characteristics,teamwork,communication,performanceABSTRAKManajemen kinerja adalah manajemen tentang menciptakan hubungan dan memastikan komunikasi yang efektif antar pekerja dengan atasannya. Abstract

Latar belakang: Program Keluarga Berencana (KB) bertujuan menyeimbangkan pertumbuhan penduduk melalui penerimaan Norma Keluarga Kecil Bahagia Sejahtera (NKKBS). Pada tahun 2022, mayoritas akseptor memilih kontrasepsi suntik (61,9%) dan pil (13,5%), menunjukkan kecenderungan pada metode jangka pendek dibanding Metode Kontrasepsi Jangka Panjang (MKJP) (Profil Kesehatan Indonesia, 2022). Tujuan: mengetahui hubungan kualitas konseling KB terhadap kepuasan akseptor di Desa Ujung Labuhan, Kecamatan Namorambe, tahun 2024. Metode: menggunakan survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional, melibatkan 100 responden yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat dengan uji chi square. Hasil: menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kualitas konseling KB dan kepuasan akseptor (p-value = 0,047). Simpulan: pentingnya kualitas konseling KB agar lebih mengerti kelebihan dan kekurangan alat kontrasepsi yang digunakan

Abstract

In the rapidly growing digital era, the utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become increasingly essential, especially in the academic field. Generative AI is one such technology with great potential to assist in the preparation of scientific publications, particularly for students. However, students' understanding and skills in using this technology remain limited. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Generative AI training in enhancing students' competence in preparing scientific publications. The methods used include needs identification, training module design, training implementation, and evaluation with feedback from participants. The results show that after participating in the training, students' understanding of Generative AI concepts increased by 35%. Additionally, 85% of participants felt that Generative AI was highly helpful in preparing scientific publications, particularly in writing abstracts, introductions, and discussions. However, challenges remain regarding information validation and the ethical use of the technology. Based on the results, it can be concluded that Generative AI training significantly benefits students in enhancing their competence in preparing scientific publications. For further optimization, it is necessary to integrate the training into the academic curriculum and increase students' understanding of the ethics of using this technology so that they can use it responsibly.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of hedonic shopping motivation, shopping lifestyle, and sales promotion on impulsive buying behavior in fashion products on TikTok Shop. Impulsive buying has become increasingly prevalent in social commerce, driven by emotional engagement and promotional stimuli. A quantitative approach was employed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS software. Data were collected from 100 active TikTok Shop users through purposive sampling. The findings reveal that hedonic shopping motivation and sales promotion have a significant positive effect on impulsive buying, confirming that emotional gratification and attractive promotional strategies strongly trigger unplanned purchases. Contrary to expectations, shopping lifestyle exhibits a negative and insignificant relationship with impulsive buying, suggesting that habitual shopping patterns may not necessarily lead to impulsive decisions in this digital context. The results highlight the critical role of experiential and promotional elements in shaping consumer behavior on short-video e-commerce platforms. This study contributes to the growing literature on digital consumer behavior by empirically validating key drivers of impulse purchases in the context of social commerce. For practitioners, the findings suggest that enhancing user experience and designing engaging promotional campaigns can effectively stimulate sales in the competitive online fashion market.

Abstract

Bandeng fish (Chanos chanos) is a type of fish cultivated in brackish water. So that, with production centers in Bipolo Village, Kupang Regency. Moringa leaves are a material that can be used as raw material for artificial feed because it has a fairly complete nutritional content. The aim was to determine the growth and survival of milkfish (C. chanos) fed from moringa leaf meal (M. oleifera). The research was carried out for 2 months, taking place in Bipolo Village, Sulamu District, Kupang Regency. The research method used a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 4 treatments and 3 replications so that 12 research units were tried: treatment A = feed without 0% moringa leaf powder formulation, B = feed with 2% moringa leaf powder formulation, C = feed with 4% moringa leaf powder formulation, D = feed with 8% moringa leaf powder formulation. The maintenance period lasts between 60 days and 15 days apart to obtain research data. Parameters observed were absolute weight growth, daily growth rate, absolute length growth and survival. The results showed that the artificial feeding of moringa leaf powder had no significant effect on absolute weight growth, daily growth rate and survival (P>0.05) meanwhile absolute length growth had a significant effect (P<0.05). The absolute length growth was in treatment D (8.05 cm) and the lowest in treatment A (6.06 cm).
