Abstract

Background: Despite Indonesia’s mandatory Halal Product Assurance policy, halal branding adoption among micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) remains uneven, particularly in culturally embedded regions such as Madura. Existing studies predominantly explain halal adoption through regulatory and attitudinal frameworks, offering limited insight into the roles of internal ethical motivation and perceived entrepreneurial capability. Anchored in Social Cognitive Theory. Objective: This study investigates the structural relationships among moral obligation, social value creation, self-efficacy, and the implementation of halal branding. A quantitative cross-sectional survey was conducted across four regencies in Madura. Methodology: Using the Lemeshow sampling formula to determine a representative sample of MSME actors. Data were collected by the Authors through structured Likert-scale instruments and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Construct validity and reliability were established before hypothesis testing, and the structural model demonstrated acceptable goodness-of-fit indices. Findings: The findings reveal that moral obligation and the creation of social value significantly enhance entrepreneurial self-efficacy. All three variables exert positive and significant effects on halal branding implementation, with self-efficacy partially mediating the influence of ethical and social orientation on branding adoption. These results indicate that halal branding is driven not solely by regulatory compliance but by the interaction between moral conviction, community-oriented value creation, and cognitive confidence. Conclusion: This study advances halal entrepreneurship literature by integrating ethical motivation and sociopreneurial values within a capability-based behavioral framework, offering empirical insights to strengthen sustainable halal ecosystem development in emerging regional economies.

Abstract

The main purpose in this study is to determine the quality of the human resources of Bumdes Mutiara Sgahara Eduwisata Salt in Bunder Village, Pademawu, Pamekasan. This type of research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data were collected directly by the researchers from interviews with Bumdes Employee who played a role in managing salt tourism in Bunder village. This study applies indicators of the quality of human resources, namely knowledge, skills, and abilities. From the results of the discussion it can be concluded that the role of human resources is very important in relation to the success of a planning program that has been prepared. These results are expected to be useful as material for consideration for an institution in order to produce quality human resources.

Abstract

The business and trade world continues to experience growth and development. One of the industrial sectors that continues to experience development, especially in Indonesia, is the fashion industry, which is an industry that is growing and continuing to increase. In order to maintain the sustainability of its business, companies are faced with the creation of a strategy that is able to face competitive competition. This study aims to determine the effect of branding strategy on purchasing interest with brand preference as a moderation. The sampling technique in quantitative research is carried out randomly, data collection using research instruments, statistical data analysis with the aim of testing the established hypothesis. The results of this study found that branding strategy has an effect on purchasing interest. And brand preference as a moderating variable is able to moderate branding strategy on purchasing interest

Abstract

Pinjaman online ilegal menimbulkan risiko finansial, psikologis, dan penyalahgunaan data pribadi bagi masyarakat. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman warga Desa Sumbersari, Kecamatan Sungai Loban, Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu, mengenai bahaya pinjol ilegal, ciri-ciri layanan tidak berizin, serta langkah pencegahan agar tidak terjebak praktik keuangan digital yang merugikan. Metode kegiatan menggunakan edukasi partisipatif melalui sosialisasi, pemaparan materi, diskusi interaktif, tanya jawab, dan evaluasi deskriptif terhadap respons peserta. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 13 September 2025 dan diikuti 25 peserta yang mewakili unsur masyarakat desa, terutama ibu rumah tangga, pelaku usaha kecil, dan warga usia produktif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta memperoleh pemahaman lebih baik mengenai perbedaan pinjol legal dan ilegal, risiko bunga dan denda tidak wajar, ancaman penagihan, penyalahgunaan data pribadi, serta pentingnya memeriksa legalitas penyelenggara melalui kanal resmi OJK. Kegiatan ini menegaskan pentingnya literasi keuangan digital desa secara berkelanjutan agar masyarakat lebih kritis, selektif, dan aman dalam menggunakan layanan keuangan berbasis teknologi.

Abstract

Human Resource Performance or commonly known as an actual performance is a result achieved by a person in fulfilling his responsibilities as an employee. To produce good performance, of course, a way is needed so that the stake holder can work optimally. The existence of compensation in an organization or company can support motivational work so that it can produce good performance. This happened precisely at the petis Hj. Diya Food company, exactly on Jl. Mutiara Sampang which applies compensation to support employees’ enthusiasm. The purpose of this study is to explain the strategy of the petis Hj. Diya Food company in managing compensation so that it has an impact on the motivation of employee performance. The design of this study uses qualitative research with data collection techniques through observations, interviews, and documentations. Researcher analyzed the data using qualitative descriptive techniques. The results of this study showed that compensation has an impact on the motivation of workers in the company of petis Hj. Diya Food Sampang in producing good performance.

Abstract

Abstract. This research is motivated by the low level of economic independence among the Muslim community in Duri City, Riau, which is still dominated by the informal sector, limited access to capital, and a lack of literacy in sharia-based entrepreneurship. The study aims to analyze the role of transformative da'wah in fostering sustainable economic empowerment of the ummah. A qualitative descriptive method was employed, using data collection techniques such as observation, in-depth interviews with religious leaders, mosque managers, and small business actors, as well as documentation of ongoing empowerment programs. The results show that transformative da'wah functions not only as a means of conveying spiritual values but also as a driver of social change through entrepreneurship training, the formation of community-based cooperatives, and the productive distribution of zakat. This approach encourages active community participation in building economic self-reliance based on Islamic principles, although challenges remain in terms of coordination, mentoring, and limited human resources. Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh lemahnya kemandirian ekonomi umat di Kota Duri, Riau, yang masih didominasi oleh sektor informal, keterbatasan akses modal, dan rendahnya literasi kewirausahaan berbasis syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran dakwah transformatif dalam membangun pemberdayaan ekonomi umat secara berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan tokoh agama, pengelola masjid, pelaku UMKM, serta dokumentasi program-program pemberdayaan yang berjalan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dakwah transformatif tidak hanya berperan sebagai media penyampaian nilai-nilai spiritual, tetapi juga menjadi penggerak perubahan sosial melalui pelatihan wirausaha, pembentukan koperasi jamaah, dan pengelolaan zakat produktif. Pendekatan ini mendorong partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam membangun kemandirian ekonomi berbasis nilai Islam, meskipun masih menghadapi tantangan dalam aspek koordinasi, pendampingan, dan keterbatasan sumber daya manusia.

Abstract

Promosi potensi desa wisata dan produk lokal tidak dapat lagi hanya bertumpu pada komunikasi konvensional, terutama ketika perilaku pencarian informasi masyarakat semakin bergeser ke ruang digital. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memperkuat kapasitas perangkat desa dan pelaku usaha lokal Desa Teluk Tamiang, Kecamatan Pamukan Utara, Kabupaten Kotabaru, dalam memanfaatkan TikTok sebagai sarana promosi digital. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 29 Juni 2024 dengan 11 peserta yang tercatat dalam daftar hadir. Metode kegiatan menggunakan pendekatan pelatihan partisipatif melalui koordinasi awal, penyusunan materi, sosialisasi, demonstrasi penggunaan TikTok, diskusi, tanya jawab, dan evaluasi deskriptif terhadap respons peserta. Materi berfokus pada tujuan promosi, pemilihan platform, pembuatan konten visual, konsistensi unggahan, interaksi audiens, kolaborasi, iklan berbayar, dan analisis kinerja konten. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta memperoleh pemahaman lebih baik mengenai strategi promosi digital untuk menampilkan potensi wisata bahari, budaya lokal, dan produk unggulan desa. Kegiatan ini menegaskan pentingnya pendampingan berkelanjutan agar promosi desa dapat dikelola konsisten dan berdampak pada ekonomi lokal.
