Abstract

Literasi merupakan keterampilan fundamental dalam menghadapi tantangan era digital, khususnya bagi masyarakat yang berperan aktif dalam pengelolaan lingkungan sosial seperti pengurus RT/RW. Literasi tidak hanya mencakup kemampuan membaca dan menulis, tetapi juga kemampuan memahami, mengelola, serta memanfaatkan informasi secara kritis. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi melalui pelatihan membaca ekstensif bagi pengurus RT 05/RW 02 Rawa Mekar, Serpong, Tangerang. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi penyuluhan mengenai urgensi literasi di era digital, praktik membaca ekstensif menggunakan beragam bahan bacaan cetak dan digital, serta diskusi interaktif untuk memperkuat pemahaman dan kemampuan analitis peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan minat baca, kesadaran literasi, serta kemampuan peserta dalam memahami dan mengelola informasi secara lebih kritis. Selain itu, pelatihan ini mendorong terbentuknya kebiasaan membaca berkelanjutan yang dapat diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari maupun dalam pelaksanaan tugas pengelolaan lingkungan sosial. Dengan demikian, pelatihan membaca ekstensif terbukti menjadi strategi efektif dalam memperkuat literasi masyarakat dan mendukung peningkatan kualitas kepemimpinan lokal berbasis pengetahuan.

Abstract

Komunikasi merupakan inti dari proses pembelajaran, terutama dalam pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD) yang menuntut interaksi intensif dan bermakna antara guru dan peserta didik. Namun, hasil observasi di PAUD Duniaku, Bogor, menunjukkan bahwa sebagian guru masih menghadapi kendala dalam menyampaikan pesan pembelajaran secara menarik dan komunikatif, serta memiliki tingkat kepercayaan diri yang rendah ketika berbicara di depan publik. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, tim pengabdian masyarakat Program Studi Ilmu Komunikasi Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika melaksanakan kegiatan “Pelatihan Public Speaking untuk Membangun Komunikasi Efektif Guru dalam Meningkatkan Kualitas Pembelajaran di PAUD Duniaku.” Kegiatan ini menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dengan tahapan pre-test, pelatihan interaktif, simulasi mengajar, dan post-test. Teori yang digunakan mencakup instructional communication dan interpersonal communication yang menekankan efektivitas pesan dan kedekatan emosional antara guru dan siswa. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata sebesar 22,75% dalam aspek komunikasi guru, meliputi kepercayaan diri, kejelasan penyampaian, intonasi, serta keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran. Guru juga menunjukkan perubahan perilaku positif, seperti lebih ekspresif dan interaktif di kelas. Kegiatan ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi komunikasi guru dan menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih menyenangkan serta berorientasi pada pengembangan karakter anak.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of interpersonal communication in improving leadership skills and identify factors that influence its effectiveness. Good communication helps leaders build trust, increase motivation, and strengthen relationships with the team. The research method used is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR), by collecting and analyzing studies from academic databases such as Google Scholar, Scopus, and ScienceDirect. The literature analyzed includes aspects of communication in leadership, such as listening skills, providing feedback, and utilizing technology. The results of the study indicate that effective interpersonal communication contributes to improving leadership skills, building team loyalty, and creating a productive work environment. The identified barriers include lack of leader communication skills, differences in communication styles, and work environment disruptions. Therefore, strategies such as communication training, an open organizational culture, and adaptation of digital communication are needed. In conclusion, good interpersonal communication is the main foundation of effective and influential leadership. By mastering the right communication skills, leaders can improve the effectiveness of decision making and encourage the achievement of organizational goals more efficiently.

Abstract

Abstract This study examines the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digital media as strategic instruments in strengthening youth nationalism within the context of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. The rapid development of digital technology has significantly influenced patterns of communication, information consumption, and identity formation among young generations, creating both opportunities and challenges for fostering national values. This research aims to analyze how educational and communicative approaches based on AI and digital media can reinforce nationalism among youth. Employing a qualitative descriptive method with a literature review and thematic analysis approach, the study explores various digital practices, AI-driven platforms, and communication strategies relevant to civic education and national awareness. The findings indicate that AI and digital media can function as effective tools for disseminating national narratives, promoting critical digital literacy, and encouraging participatory engagement in civic life when integrated with contextual, inclusive, and value-based educational strategies. Furthermore, interactive digital content, algorithmic personalization, and social media campaigns contribute to shaping constructive national identity among young people. The study contributes theoretically by integrating communication and educational perspectives in understanding digital nationalism, and practically by offering strategic recommendations for policymakers, educators, and media practitioners in optimizing AI and digital media to strengthen youth nationalism in the digital era. Keywords: Artificial Intelligence; digital media; youth nationalism; educational approach; industrial revolution 4.0.   Abstrak Penelitian ini mengkaji peran Artificial Intelligence (AI) dan media digital sebagai instrumen strategis dalam memperkuat nasionalisme generasi muda pada era Revolusi Industri 4.0. Perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat telah mengubah pola komunikasi, konsumsi informasi, serta pembentukan identitas generasi muda, sehingga menghadirkan peluang sekaligus tantangan dalam internalisasi nilai-nilai kebangsaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pendekatan edukatif dan komunikatif berbasis AI dan media digital dapat digunakan untuk memperkuat nasionalisme di kalangan generasi muda. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi literatur dan analisis tematik terhadap berbagai praktik digital, platform berbasis AI, serta strategi komunikasi yang relevan dengan pendidikan kewarganegaraan dan penguatan kesadaran nasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kepustakaan, di mana data dikumpulkan dari berbagai jurnal ilmiah dan buku akademik yang relevan.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa AI dan media digital berpotensi menjadi sarana efektif dalam mendiseminasikan narasi kebangsaan, meningkatkan literasi digital kritis, serta mendorong partisipasi aktif generasi muda dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara apabila diintegrasikan melalui strategi edukatif yang kontekstual, inklusif, dan berbasis nilai. Selain itu, konten digital interaktif, personalisasi algoritmik, dan kampanye media sosial berkontribusi dalam membentuk identitas nasional yang konstruktif. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis melalui integrasi perspektif komunikasi dan pendidikan dalam memahami nasionalisme digital, serta kontribusi praktis berupa rekomendasi strategis bagi pembuat kebijakan, pendidik, dan praktisi media dalam mengoptimalkan AI dan media digital untuk penguatan nasionalisme generasi muda di era digital. Abstract

This community service program was implemented to improve digital literacy and work productivity among the administrators of the Nurul Fattah Qur'ani Taklim Assembly through training on the use of ChatGPT. Limited digital literacy among the administrators means that administrative efficiency, preparation of activity reports, and development of da'wah materials are still carried out manually, thus requiring significant time and energy. The implementation method adopted a participatory and applied approach, including interactive lectures, live demonstrations, guided practice, case studies, and pre-test and post-test evaluations. The training materials included an introduction to the concept of Artificial Intelligence, effective prompt engineering techniques, the use of ChatGPT for organizational administration, preparation of study materials and sermons, digital da'wah content, and ethics and responsibility in using AI. The training results showed a significant increase in participants' abilities to compile administrative documents, activity reports, proposals, and social media content more quickly, systematically, and professionally. In the long term, this program is expected to strengthen the foundation's modern, responsive, and digital technology-based governance. Thus, this activity not only contributes to improving the capacity of individual administrators but also supports the institutional transformation of the Nurul Fattah Qur'ani Taklim Assembly to be more adaptive to technological developments in the digital era.

Abstract

Along with technological advances, digital transformation has become a major phenomenon in various sectors, including in the business world and human resource management (HRM). HRM is undergoing a major revolution in addressing digital transformation. This research aims to examine the impact of digital transformation on talent recruitment strategies in modern human resource management. The method includes a thorough examination of literature using qualitative analysis, with the aim of gaining a comprehensive comprehension of the topic spanning from 2017 to 2023. The study results show that digital transformation has significantly changed the paradigm of talent recruitment in human resource management (HRM). From the use of digital platforms to the application of artificial intelligence (AI) and data analytics, companies must constantly adapt to stay competitive and attract the best talent. More efficient recruitment processes, empowerment of job seekers, and the possibility of work flexibility are positive outcomes of this transformation. However, ethical challenges such as bias in algorithms and the protection of personal data also need serious attention.
