Abstract

This article reveals the contribution of the education quality system in increasing the competitiveness of Miftahul Midad Lumajang Islamic Boarding School graduates. Integration of the quality of the education system in order to increase the competitiveness of graduates Islamic boarding schools, with their salaf characteristics, continue to innovate continuously in the management of inputs, processes, and outputs to the outcome of the competitiveness of graduates. This type of research is qualitative with a case study approach, data obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed by condensing, displaying data, and drawing conclusions. The research findings show that the quality of the Miftahul Midad Lumajang Islamic Boarding School education system begins with the integration of visions between institutions under the auspices of the Miftahul Midad Lumajang Foundation. They were followed by setting goals and strategies for improving the academic quality of students through three models of quality development, namely coaching in the recitation, extracurricular activities, and activities in the pesantren environment.

Abstract

This article internalizes the value of Sustainable development of goals (SDGs) into the learning process of MAN 1 Malang. Now MAN 1 Malang is not only being challenged by the old challenges, namely finding Islamic and Indonesian characters and modernization challenges, but also internalizing the SDGS values ​​into the learning process. The research method used is qualitative with the type of case study research. Researchers collected data utilizing in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation. While data analysis with data presentation, data condensation, and concluding. As for checking the validity of the data, it is done by using credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability techniques. This study resulted in the findings: the development of SDGs-based learning in madrasah aliyah places the basis on intelligence, knowledge, noble character, personality, and concern for the environment. The attitude of concern for the environment includes student behavior in student interpersonal interactions such as honesty, discipline, confidence, caring, and responsibility for oneself, family, and nature according to the main goal of sustainable development of goals.

Abstract

This article reveals the strategy of modernizing the curriculum of the Raudhatul Ulum Islamic Boarding School Jember based on the Indonesian national qualifications framework. With their salaf characteristics, Islamic boarding schools continue to innovate continuously in adapting the curriculum. This type of research is qualitative with a case study approach, data obtained from interviews, observations and documentation, then analyzed by condensing, displaying data and drawing conclusions. The findings of the study indicate that based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that first, pesantren remain consistent in exclusively studying classical books with a class system like modern schools, except that the subject matter of the study remains in the field of religion. Second, Islamic boarding schools incorporate the national curriculum into the cottage learning system so that the practice of teaching religion and science is realized in a balanced class form. Third, pesantren is consistent in traditional spending to study the yellow books and provide opportunities for santri to gain education provided by pesantren, which has been adapted to the Indonesian national qualification framework.

Abstract

This article describes the classroom management model in increasing interest in reading at Miftahul Huda Islamic Boarding School Lumajang. With their salaf characteristics, Islamic boarding schools continue to innovate continuously in classroom management to improve student literacy. This type of research is qualitative with a case study approach, data obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed by condensing, displaying data, and drawing conclusions. In this study, data analysis was carried out from the time of data collection as a whole and checked again to ensure the validity of the data. The findings of the study indicate that classroom management in improving literacy culture has an impact on increasing students' interest in reading at Miftahul Huda Islamic Boarding School Lumajang through 1) survey strategies, questions, reading, being read and reviewing reading results, 2) reading-questioning strategies, 3) Storytelling and read textbooks. Asatidz (teacher) is carrying out their function as a class manager by using management functions, namely class planning, class organization, classroom arrangement, and measurement of program achievement thorough evaluation.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate apprenticeship education and training at PPSDM MIGAS using the CIPP method. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method where data is obtained from interviews, documentation, and photos. Respondents who are the source of data are managers, teachers, and participants in education and apprenticeship at PPSDM MIGAS Cepu. The result of this research is to evaluate from the aspect of the context of education and training which contains the background, goals, and objectives that have been implemented by the objectives, the input aspect consisting of curriculum, human resources, infrastructure, and education financing. programs and training have been carried out by the existing curriculum and with competent managers and instructors. The process aspect consisting of preparation and evaluation of the results of education and training programs has been carried out well. product aspect (outcome) which consists of the quality of participants' learning outcomes and the number of graduates participating in the training program according to their achievements.

Abstract

Abstract

The findings of the study indicate that based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that first, pesantren remain consistent in exclusively studying classical books with a class system like modern schools, except that the subject matter of the study remains in the field of religion. Second, Islamic boarding schools incorporate the national curriculum into the cottage learning system so that the practice of teaching religion and science is realized in a balanced class form. Third, pesantren is consistent in traditional spending to study the yellow books and provide opportunities for santri to gain education provided by pesantren, which has been adapted to the Indonesian national qualification framework.

Abstract
