Abstract

PT. Florindo Makmur is a company that processes cassava into tapioca flour into finished products. This company still has a number of problems that occur due to document processing that goes from one party to another. Document approval processes, for example purchase requisitions, are slow and long, this is because the employee is on leave or out of town, thus causing the required signature to take a long time and while the employee is at the workplace. Referring to these various problems, researchers identify problem solving whose goal is to improve the company's business processes. This company developed a supply chain management information system using steps including: analyzing the business stages that run there, analyzing problems that arise in the procurement stage and thinking about what effects and limitations arise when implementing SCM. SCM is the process of supply chain management, starting from the source of raw materials, through production, until the final product reaches the hands of the customer. One of the objectives of implementing SCM in corporate is to build good cooperation with suppliers. One possibility is the implementation of SCM. With this implementation, the process of purchasing raw materials becomes easier and good corporate relations can be established. In addition, internal corporate aspects such as production must also be considered. Delivery and services offered to consumers must be considered so that they feel comfortable. In establishing this system, researchers used MYSQL for the database, programming languages via PHP and HTML, and the waterfall method as planning and problem formulation.

Abstract

The Lafran Pane Library is a library located in Pangurabaan village, Sipirok Tapanuli Selatan.  With today's technological developments This allows the library to be less developed because the library still uses a manual system and does not attract the attention of visitors. Apart from that, visitors who only want to borrow books must go to the library directly and must produce a membership card to be able to borrow books, so it wastes a lot of time. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to build an Android-based user interface information system. This application is designed for Android based on Customer Relationship Management (CRM), The concept of CRM is very relevant to library information services and helping libraries provide information services that satisfy users and build loyal user communities. Android-based User Interface application at the Lafran Pane Library in Tapanuli Selatan, will result in an application that functions as a responsive and intuitive user interface. This application allows library members to easily access book catalogs, borrow and return books online, and get the latest information about library events and activities.

Abstract

A large and structured farming enterprise has problems with the acquisition of quality cattle, so it requires a proper decision in the process of selection of the cattle to be bred because at this initial stage will determine how much the maximum profit margin will be received in the future. At the Arifin Farm CV farm there is a problem with the selection process of the limousine cattle seed is still done manually so it will take time and great risk of selection errors because of a lot of data is not structured. This will affect the final selection result that does not match the expected qualification. In order to facilitate the selection of the cattle seed, it is necessary to build a system that covers the choice of the limousine cattle to be selected and then expanded on the farm to produce super ready-to-sale cattle. And it is also necessary to apply a method aimed at producing more accurate measurement, the method used is the method of weighted aggregated sum product assessment on the system supporting the decision selection of the limousine cattle seed, such a method is a combination of simple additive weighting and weight product method. In the application of such methods resulted in the accumulation of supporting decisions with weighted quantities and product weighted thus resulting in more accurate ranking results. Responding to the need to solve the problem, the research has produced a decision-supporting application system that can calculate the candidate limousine seed based on existing criteria and then give the results of the recommendation of the best limousine seed. The creation of such an application aims to make the selection process more structured and computerized so that the final selection will be more accurate and accountable.

Abstract

Icikiwir Distro Shop is a trading business operating in the fashion sector, which only started selling in 2012, located on Jalan Besar Negeri Lama, Bilah Hilir District, Labuhan Batu Regency. The Icikiwir Distro Shop sells various kinds and types of clothing, socks, hair oil, hats, shoes and other things, and accepts screen printing orders. Currently, the media used at the Icikiwir Distro Shop is putting up banners on the Icikiwir Distro Shop, and for social media for the Icikiwir Distro Shop, namely using Instagram, WhatsApp and Facebook. The problem is that in marketing new products or old products, many consumers do not yet know widely about what items can be found at the Icikiwir Distro Shop. Due to current problems, the Icikiwir Distro Store requires an increase in item display to increase customers and increase store income. The online sales information system is one of the advances in innovation and the web. Web access is used to trade on the web. Data frameworks are one of the important things to help business progress. Therefore, to overcome promotional problems at the Icikiwir Distro Store, it is necessary to create a web-based information system that can further develop the implementation of officers, stock administration and report preparation which can develop the system which has been running manually to become more modern. The strategy used in this exploration is the User Centered Design UCD method). The User Centered Design (UCD) method is an iterative connection point configuration process approach that highlights comfort targets, user quality, environment, assignments, and work processes in the plan.

Abstract

Pembelajaran tematik merupakan penggabungan ataupun perpaduan dari beberapa mata pelajaran dalam lingkup Madrasah Ibtidaiyah/Sekolah Dasar. Pembelajaran tematik yang saat ini dilakukan di MIS Ikhwanul Muslimin II Percut Sei Tuan masih menggunakan metode konvensional dimana guru hanya menggunakan satu sumber buku sebagai modul ajar tanpa ada penerapan dan pengaplikasian teknologi sehingga membuat guru kurang bereksplorasi pada sumber materi lain dan pembelajaran terkesan membosankan bagi peserta didik. Pada skripsi ini penulis merancang sebuah aplikasi pembelajaran tematik berbasis android untuk kelas VI MIS Ikhwanul Muslimin yang mengintegrasikan materi, video dan kuis dimana guru dapat secara mandiri menambah, mengedit, dan menghapus materi sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Aplikasi Pembelajaran Tematik dibangun menggunakan aplikasi berbasis web based yaitu Kodular. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode R&D (Reseach and Development). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi pembelajaran tematik berbasis android yang dapat dijalankan pada perangkat android dengan versi minimum 6.0. Marshmellow.

Abstract

Technological advances are developing just like scientific advances. One example of the latest technological advances is the online attendance system. At MTsN Binjai, attendance currently uses electronic-based technology, namely fingerprints, but still has several weaknesses. For example, the device cannot be used when the electricity fails, and the attendance process must be carried out alternately due to dependence on one device. In addition, fingerprints only record attendance, do not facilitate the submission of permits or illnesses, so the admin must do double work. The thing that was researched was the use of descriptive methods and the development of a system with the prototype method. The purpose of this study is to generate an Android-based absence application that can be accessed through the personal cellphones of teachers and staff who can facilitate attendance and submission of sick permits. The results of the study are expected to be a reference for schools to improve discipline for attendance.

Abstract

The existence of information and communication technology in this digital era has changed the way people interact with money and finance, especially with the emergence of internet developments such as mobile banking, e-commerce, and fintech which have brought great progress in the way people transact and manage finances. Financial transactions that are increasingly related to digital technology bring new benefits and challenges for UMKM business actors, the introduction of digital financial literacy in the context of UMKM is an important step in facing technology-driven business transformation. However, until now there are still many UMKM who still lack understanding of digital financial literacy. Lack of understanding about online transaction security, selection of appropriate services, and digital data management can hinder growth and potentially increase risks for UMKM later. This makes the need for digital financial literacy for UMKM even more real, this research will focus on helping to provide understanding to UMKM actors, especially Medan City about digital financial literacy through interactive educational applications by applying the User Centered Design Method for the development of their user interface, it is hoped that through this application UMKM actors in the city of Medan can optimize their understanding of digital financial literacy so that they can Take full advantage of financial technology to improve operational efficiency, grow businesses, and participate in the digital economy more effectively.

Abstract

Masalah anak jalanan dan tuna wisma menjadi salah satu isu sosial yang memerlukan perhatian khusus, terutama dalam pengelolaan data dan pelaksanaan program yang tepat sasaran. Namun, pengelolaan manual selama ini diterapkan seringkali tidak efektif dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang cepat dan akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi web yang dapat digunakan oleh Dinas Sosial Kota Medan dalam menangani anakjalanan dan tunawisma. Fitur utama meliputi pengelolaan data anak jalanan dan tuna wisma, pencatatan program bantuan, serta pembuatan laporan yang terintegrasi. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pendataan dan penyusunan laporan hingga lebih cepat dibandingkan proses manual. Melalui implementasi sistem ini, semoga Dinas Sosial mampu meningkatkan kinerja dan produktivitas untuk menangani masalah sosial di Kota Medan.

Abstract

Information technology plays an important role in improving transparency, efficiency and effectiveness of public services, including in the government sector. The Communication and Informatics Office (Diskominfo) of Medan City has a strategic role in managing public information and technology-based communication services. One of its important tasks is monitoring and evaluating public communication programs to ensure the effectiveness of information dissemination. However, the main challenge faced is the lack of an integrated system in managing and analyzing the effectiveness of communication programs. Inefficiencies in data management and the lack of systematic monitoring can hinder the optimization of public communication. Therefore, the development of a Monitoring and Evaluation System for Public Communication Programs is a solution to improve the efficiency of data management, accelerate analysis, and strengthen coordination between related units. By implementing a more structured and technology-based system, Diskominfo Medan can optimize information dissemination strategies and increase community involvement. This step is in line with the broader strategy in facing digital challenges, strengthening the role of technology, and improving the competitiveness and effectiveness of government in the global era.

Abstract

Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi di bidang informasi dan komunikasi mengalami kemajuan pesat dan berdampak besar pada perkembangan kegiatan seperti administrasi, pendidikan, dan kesehatan. Penggunaan teknologi informasi secara tepat dapat membantu tanggung jawab setiap individu yang memanfaatkannya. Sekretaris dapat memanfaatkan teknologi informasi secara maksimal, karena menjalankan peran sebagai sekretaris dituntut agar bertindak cepat dan tanggap terhadap tugas yang menjadi tanggung jawab untuk membantu pimpinan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan sistem informasi ini, diperlukan suatu sistem yang memanfaatkan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) di mana sistem ini memberikan validitas, akurasi dan kemajuan data yang dihasilkan oleh teknologi, serta banyak manfaat lainnya. Untuk melakukan analisis dan perencanaan sistem yang menyeluruh, diperlukan pemodelan sistem terdiri dari diagram usecase, activity, dan diagram class. Sistem memungkinkan pengguna untuk melakukan proses absensi dan penyimpanan surat. sistem ini memiliki beberapa fitur, diantarnya fitur kamera yang memungkinkan pengguna tidak dapat mengambil foto berbeda dengan akun yang sama, mencatat waktu saat melakukan absensi di saat memasuki jam kerja, dan mengarsipkan beberapa dokumen yang sangat penting untuk mengurangi jumlah penggunaan kertas, sehingga dapat mempermudah sekretaris mencari surat-surat yang telah dimasukkan ke dalam sistem.
