Information security risk management is an important aspect of managing information systems at the Pancur Batu Health Center. This study aims to identify threats and risks that may occur to IT assets, as well as provide recommendations for appropriate risk management. The method used is ISO 27005/2011. The results of the study show that the overall security risk of IT assets is moderate and relatively small. The main recommendations given are the implementation of asset management policies and SOPs. Further research development will focus on assessing and managing existing threat risks to maintain good service.

The school library at Yaspend Ikal Bulog Sumut plays a vital role in providing various reading materials to support students' learning activities. However, based on observations and interviews with the librarian, it was found that library management is still conducted manually, such as recording book borrowings and returns, which often leads to issues, including data loss. This study aims to design a web-based library information system that facilitates easy access and digital management of reading materials. The system was designed using the Scrum methodology and includes features that allow for collection searches, borrowing data management, and more flexible access to learning resources. The implementation of the system showed satisfactory results in supporting modern library management needs, with the potential to enhance students' accessibility to various learning materials in a practical manner.

The Office of Communication and Information of North Sumatra has so far carried out the process of managing public information analysis manually using Microsoft Excel. This is of course less efficient considering the large number of incoming articles and the lack of data that may be out of sync. For this reason, an information system was created that can monitor public opinion in online media to facilitate the work of staff in carrying out the process of monitoring public opinion so that it is more efficient and effective so that it can improve service quality better. . This system is designed using Visual Studio Code as a text editor, PHP programming language as a web builder, Bootstrap as an interface design, and MySQL as a database on the system. This research produces a Public Opinion Monitoring Information System in Web-Based Online Media.

This research aims to develop an expert system in diagnosing diseases in potato plants using the Case Based Reasoning (CBR) method approach combined with the K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) algorithm. The system is designed to help farmers identify the type of disease based on the symptoms that appear, as well as provide relevant solutions to increase crop productivity. In previous research, the CBR method showed a limited accuracy rate of 74% because it only relied on one algorithm. Through the application of two methods in data analysis, namely CBR and K-NN, this study succeeded in increasing the diagnosis accuracy to be higher than the previous approach of 80%. The system is implemented in the form of a web-based application that is easily accessible by farmers. The results show that the integration of these two methods provides more optimal, effective, and accurate results in detecting potato plant diseases based on symptom data. The findings are expected to contribute significantly to the development of agricultural technology, especially in improving the harvest success of potato farmers in Indonesia.

The productivity of porang plants in Buton Island is influenced by varying environmental conditions across different locations, leading to inconsistent yields. The objective of this study was to explore the population and productivity of porang plants in distinct environments on Buton Island. This study used field surveys and secondary data collection to assess plant density to evaluate growth conditions. The collected data were analyzed using simple statistics and displayed on a population map. The results showed that there were 17 porang cultivation locations spread across five sub-districts with a population of 35.000-60.000. The conclusion emphasizes the importance of site-specific agricultural strategies for optimizing porang productivity. This research impacts sustainable agricultural practices, particularly in regions with varying environmental condition

The research is titled "Implementation of 3D Visualization on the Tourist Attraction of Jam Gadang Bukittinggi with Android-Based Virtual Reality Concept." The main issue addressed in this study is the physical limitation faced by visitors who seek to understand the spatial conditions and information about the Jam Gadang building, resulting in suboptimal services. Consequently, visitors to Jam Gadang must obtain a special permit from the Tourism Office of Bukittinggi to access and ascend the building to its summit. Therefore, an Android-based Virtual Reality application is needed to allow users to comprehend the spatial conditions and information by virtually entering and ascending the Jam Gadang building without the need to be physically present. Information will be presented in the form of panels within the virtual environment, accompanied by a narrated voice.

Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kota Medan telah menggunakan teknologi informasi berbasis website untuk mengelola data anggota, mengelola data buku, peminjaman buku, pengembalian buku, dan pendaftaran anggota baru, tetapi website ini hanya bisa diakses oleh petugas atau admin perpustakaan sehingga semua proses sistem informasi yang ada, baik itu pendaftaran anggota baru, peminjaman buku maupun perpanjangan buku anggota harus mendatangi perpustakaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development dalam menganalisa kebutuhan ataupun masalah yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan suatu platform berbentuk aplikasi yang berbasis android yang berguna untuk memecahkan masalah-masalah diatas. Menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem waterfall dalam sistem ini dilakukan sebuah integrasi dengan layanan firebase store. Untuk melakukan integrasi dari aplikasi android ke firebase dilakukan dengan menggunakan SDK yang disediakan firebase, serta mendaftarkan key aplikasi ke firebase dan menggunakan Flutter sebagai tools dalam pembuatan aplikasi. Platform ini mampu memfasilitasi bagi pegawai perpustakaan dan anggota perpustakaan dalam melakukan pendaftaran anggota perpustakaan, peminjaman buku dan perpanjangan peminjaman buku dengan mudah yang terkomputasi dan sistematis dengan implementasi firebase.

PT. Astra Honda Motor menunjuk PT. Indako Trading Coy menjadi main dealer Honda untuk wilayah Sumatera Utara. Setiap tahun PT. Indako Trading Coy memilih bengkel dinas terbaik di wilayah Sumatera Utara guna memotivasi bengkel dinas untuk mencapai target masuk unit dan mendorong promosi. Dalam pemilihan bengkel resmi terbaik yang dilakukan oleh PT. Indako Trading Coy masih dilakukan dengan perhitungan manual dengan menghitung dari data dan poin yang diperoleh dari masing-masing bengkel resmi. Dengan banyaknya data yang harus dihitung dan perhitungan yang masih manual, tidak menutup kemungkinan akan terjadi kesalahan dalam memilih bengkel resmi terbaik. Untuk menghindari kesalahan dalam perhitungan maka diperlukan sistem pendukung keputusan yang terkomputerisasi dengan menggabungkan dua metode yaitu metode AHP sebagai tahap penilaian bobot kriteria dan PROMETHEE sebagai tahap pemeringkatan agar PT. Indako Trading Coy tidak salah memilih bengkel resmi terbaik. Selama ini dalam pengiriman data, setiap admin di bengkel resmi akan membuat laporan harian dan laporan bulanan dalam bentuk microsoft excel kemudian mengirimkannya secara online ke PT. Indako Trading Coy, sehingga hasil penelitian ini mendapatkan ranking pada alternatif dengan nilai akhir tertinggi yaitu dealer CV. Deli Motor dengan nilai 0,683 merupakan nilai rangking terpenting, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa CV. Deli Motor adalah bengkel resmi terbaik di Deli Serdang.

The aim of this research is to obtain a lending and payment application that can be applied to the Bandar Telu Plantation BUMDes. This research uses the RnD research method and the Waterfall development method. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, interviews and literature study. This results of this research show that BUMDes was established to help the community meet their needs by borrowing from the community. The websote-based application for borrowing and payment for the BUMDes Plantation Village in Bandar Telu produces an application that can be accessed by administrators or members. Where the management uses a website based system, and members use a mobile-based system that can be accessed via the internet and applications. With this application, it can make it easier for administrators and members to obtain information about ongoing loans and payments, so that there is no longer a need for general ledger recapitulation which is at risk of errors in calculating interest or accumulating the amount of members bills.

The Simpang Gambir UPTD Community Health Center has developed an innovative digital system to monitor the growth of toddlers. Previously, the recording of toddler growth data was done manually, often leading to data loss or damage. This new system is designed to address these issues and provide a more efficient and accurate solution. The system not only facilitates health center staff and posyandu cadres in monitoring toddler development but also assists them in creating digital growth reports. With this system, toddler growth data can be accessed quickly and easily, facilitating decision-making regarding child health management. One of the key features of this system is its ability to track toddler growth based on weight-for-age charts. This feature allows health workers to easily identify toddlers with nutritional problems and promptly provide necessary interventions. Additionally, the system is equipped with a fast data search feature, enabling staff to easily find specific toddler growth data. The development of this system utilizes the Dynamic System Development Method (DSDM), allowing for a structured and efficient development process. With this method, the system can be developed rapidly and in accordance with user needs.
