Abstract

Blood donation is an activity of sharing blood from a person to others in need. This activity was carried out because of the large number of patients in the hospital who needed blood for their illness. The amount of blood needed is not proportional to the amount of blood stock in the hospital, so it is deficient and requires a lot of blood from donors. The scarcity of blood stocks does not occur only in hospitals but also in PMI (Indonesian Red Cross) so that patients or families have difficulty finding blood to meet the needs of patients. The method used in these crisis conditions is to contact a few random people, or create information on personal social media about who can donate blood. This method is less efficient and effective because the data of potential donors is often also not qualified and data collection is also still done manually by the blood transfusion unit. Information technology is one of the solutions in providing information and data collection as well as management in the blood transfusion unit PMI Deli Serdang. In this case the R&D method ( Research And Development) can help develop a management information system to collect data in blood donation services at PMI Deli Serdang.

Abstract

In response to the rising usage of information technology, organizations should implement an information technology plan aligned with company goals. Similarly, in education, information technology is used for business purposes. The purpose of this research is to look into the implementation of information technology governance utilizing the COBIT 5 framework. This study was carried out at MAN 1 MEDAN. The survey technique collects data through the distribution of questionnaires to information technology managers and key users in various businesses. Descriptive research discovered that the state of governance and information technology implementation at MAN 1 MEDAN was at level 3 on a scale of 0 to 5. This demonstrated that institutional behaviors had been adequately recorded and internalized. This study aims to contribute to research on the use of information technology governance, particularly for educational institutions and information technology managers, as input material in the management of information technology resources in other institutions. These associated problems are essential considerations for parents or students when selecting a Medan MAN 1 school with a high degree of IT facilities.

Abstract

Technological developments and advances in science are currently developing rapidly, especially in the management of data that has used computers. The use of computers today is also used by individuals and groups that can facilitate their work. With the development of this information technology, there is an increasing need for an information system that can complete work in a systematic and efficient manner so as to facilitate the work of individuals or groups in the form of data management.The official trip itself is a work program at the agency in the form of a field activity that functions to find out and share experiences in accordance with the field of the program being carried out. With this official trip, every time a business trip is carried out, a trip report is needed to find out what activities have been carried out so as to produce a new work program for each existing agency. However, the BPK (Corruption Supervisory Agency) is often scrutinizing official travel itself, which is because every official trip is carried out, a budget will be given according to the stipulated budget, and the budget is quite large. Therefore every employee must also report official travel activities in a systematic and realistic manner.

Abstract

Teknologi digital berperan penting dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan operasional dan strategis, serta mendominasi berbagai aktivitas. Muny Gem’s, didirikan pada tahun 2015, merupakan usaha menengah yang bergerak di bidang penjualan berbagai jenis batu permata, batu akik, batu sintetis, dan aksesori. Namun, Muny Gems menghadapi tantangan dalam mempertahankan minat konsumen dan meningkatkan penjualan produk, meskipun telah beralih dari metode pemasaran konvensional ke kampanye di media sosial. Faktor-faktor seperti daya beli konsumen, preferensi, dan pengetahuan konsumen mengenai produk menjadi penyebab utama masalah ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem semi e-commerce yang dapat menampilkan produk, memberikan edukasi terkait batu permata, dan menyediakan fitur rekomendasi tanpa fitur transaksi langsung, tetapi memungkinkan konsumen membuat janji temu untuk proses tawar-menawar. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini menerapkan algoritma Content-Based Filtering dan Apriori. Algoritma Content-Based Filtering digunakan untuk memberikan rekomendasi produk berdasarkan preferensi konsumen seperti warna, jenis, harga, dan ukuran batu permata. Sementara itu, algoritma Apriori digunakan untuk memberikan rekomendasi produk tambahan yang sesuai berdasarkan kombinasi pembelian sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun berhasil mengimplementasikan kedua algoritma ini untuk memberikan rekomendasi berdasarkan kebiasaan konsumen melalui kombinasi batu yang dibeli, hasil akhir produk (cinderamata), dan kombinasi warna dari berbagai batu yang berbeda.

Abstract

Penyakit adalah kegiatan abnormal dimana tubuh ataupun pikiran mengalami ketidaknyamanan atau disfungsi terhadap orang yang dipengaruhinya. Banyaknya data penyakit pada sebuah instansi yaitu Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Mandailing Natal berdasarkan wilayah yang luas menyebabkan instansi tersebut sulit untuk memonitoring daerah penyebaran penyakit. Oleh karena itu diperlukan sebuah sistem informasi monitoring yang dapat memantau dan memberikan informasi mengenai penyebaran penyakit di daerah Mandailing Natal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem informasi monitoring penyebaran penyakit berbasis web yang dilengkapi dengan pemetaan lokasi penyebaran penyakit. Adanya sistem informasi monitoring penyebaran penyakit ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi mengenai penyebaran penyakit sehingga dinas kesehatan dapat melaksanakan sosialisasi dan penanganan serta evaluasi terhadap penyakit tersebut.

Abstract

Flowmap is a mixture of map and flow chart, Flowmap describes what activities are currently running. explain the relationships of data and information with the parts of the activity. With a flowmap, you can describe system entities in detail. At PT. Sinar Halomoan lack of employee data management. Usually the system used to manage data and store employee data is currently still using MS.Excel so it is not used optimally. So far, in the process of managing employee data, they still use Microsoft Office Excel, to obtain or access employee data, they must find the section that manages the data. In order to make this easier so that it does not become a problem for the company in the future, a web-based personnel information system is designed with boostrap version 4.5 so that this system can meet the needs of PT. Sinar Halomoan in terms of employee data collection. With the design of the employee data information system at PT. Sinar Halomoan, it is hoped that it will help the Personnel and HRD departments to facilitate the management of employee data.

Abstract

The research is titled "Implementation of 3D Visualization on the Tourist Attraction of Jam Gadang Bukittinggi with Android-Based Virtual Reality Concept." The main issue addressed in this study is the physical limitation faced by visitors who seek to understand the spatial conditions and information about the Jam Gadang building, resulting in suboptimal services. Consequently, visitors to Jam Gadang must obtain a special permit from the Tourism Office of Bukittinggi to access and ascend the building to its summit. Therefore, an Android-based Virtual Reality application is needed to allow users to comprehend the spatial conditions and information by virtually entering and ascending the Jam Gadang building without the need to be physically present. Information will be presented in the form of panels within the virtual environment, accompanied by a narrated voice.

Abstract

PTPN III (Persero) is a plantation company that has a strategic role in managing agricultural resources in Indonesia. With a main focus on the plantation sector, PTPN III manages various types of crops such as oil palm, rubber and tea, which are the country's main export commodities. However, to get the best quality, accumulation must be taken into account in order to increase agricultural yields. This research aims to optimize agricultural management at PTPN III through the implementation of a Decision Support System (SPK) which utilizes the Multi-Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method. Decision Support Systems (DSS) are very helpful in determining and making decisions that cannot be chosen randomly. This system is designed to provide recommendations based on evaluation criteria. The aim of this system is to determine the blocks or sections that require the most fertilizer without any effort and efficiency. It is hoped that the results of this system will provide assistance to PTPN III. Experimental results show that implementing SPK using the MOORA method can help PTPN III identify the most suitable land and determine the largest amount of fertilizer to increase agricultural yields and serve as reference data. This system not only increases the efficiency of fertilizer use but also supports environmental sustainability. It is hoped that the accuracy and reliability of the SPK can become the basis for smarter and more adaptive decision making in modern agricultural management. The final result aimed at is to obtain land that uses the most fertilizer based on the final results, namely Block LL32 AFD IX (A4) with a score of 0.3334 and is in first position.

Abstract

Some species of flies act as vectors of infectious diseases mainly infectious diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. Flies can not be completely eradicated but the number can be suppressed to an extent that is not harmful. One way to reduce the number of flies in the environment is by the use of flytraps. The study aims to test the effectiveness of bait variations on the flytrap of blue plastic bottle waste against the number of trapped flies. This research is a quasi-experiment with a posttest-only control design. Measurement of bait variations on the flytrap of blue plastic bottle waste with a flytrap under the chicken coop with a distance between the flytrap of 1 meter. Installing flytrap from 09.00 WITA until 13.00 WITA for 5 days in the same way. The results showed that the number of flies trapped in each flytrap is different. Flytrap with fish gill bait is most effective in attracting flies to be trapped as many as 281 flies and baits that are less favored by flies that are rotten tempeh bait as many as 6 flies for 5 days. Kruskal Wallis test showed that there was a difference in flies trapped in the plastic waste flytrap with variations of fish gill bait, chicken innards, shrimp paste, and rotten tempeh with a p-value of 0.022 < 0.05. This study recommends the use of fish gills in controlling flies both in the home and market environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan perangkat lunak Bibliometrix dalam R untuk menganalisis tren penelitian terkait Analytic Network Process (ANP) selama lima tahun terakhir (2019-2024) berdasarkan dataset dari Web of Science. Setelah melakukan analisis terhadap 968 artikel ilmiah, penelitian ini tidak hanya menghasilkan wawasan mendalam tentang tren penelitian ANP, tetapi juga membentuk model hirarki yang terdiri dari: 1) Goal – tren penelitian ANP, 2) Kriteria – komponen analisis bibliometrik seperti tren kata kunci, jurnal berpengaruh, serta negara dan penulis yang aktif, dan 3) Alternatif – hasil analisis bibliometrik yang mencerminkan tren topik dalam penelitian ANP. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa analisis bibliometrik dapat digunakan untuk menentukan kriteria dan alternatif dalam perankingan tren penelitian, serta memberikan kontribusi bagi berbagai metode Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK), termasuk AHP dan ANP
