Abstract

Setiap orang yang berkunjung ke Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kota Medan diharuskan mencantumkan identitas mereka di buku tamu, sebagai upaya untuk menjalankan proses administratif. Pengisian buku tamu di perpustakaan ini masih dilakukan dengan metode manual, dengan mengharuskan pengunjung mengisi identitas seperti nama, tanggal kunjungan, dan memberikan tanda tangan. Pegawai perpustakaan secara bulanan membuat laporan pengunjung dengan cara yang sama, yaitu secara manual. Dalam upaya modernisasi melalui pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi (TI) dengan memperkenalkan penggunaan QR Code untuk mencatat kehadiran pengunjung perpustakaan. Dengan sistem ini, pengunjung tidak perlu lagi mengisi data setiap kunjungan, sehingga informasi presensi dapat tercatat otomatis, menghilangkan keperluan perhitungan manual jumlah pengunjung. Sistem ini turut dilengkapi dengan fitur menarik yang memberikan hadiah kepada anggota dengan kunjungan terbanyak dalam sebulan. Sebagai infrastruktur database, sistem informasi ini akan menggunakan Firebase, dengan penelitian yang mengadopsi metode R&D dan pengembangan sistem yang mengikuti pendekatan metode Waterfall. Sistem ini mempermudah pengunjung dengan menghilangkan kebutuhan mengisi data setiap kunjungan, serta memberikan keuntungan kepada pegawai perpustakaan dalam pembuatan laporan pengunjung lebih akurat dan efisien.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi sebagai alat untuk mencari dan memperoleh informasi semakin berkembang pesat, tidak terkecuali dalam pencarian informasi mengenai letak geografis suatu objek. Dalam konteks ini, PD Pasar Kota Medan, sebuah instansi pemerintah yang bertanggung jawab terhadap pasar tradisional, dihadapkan pada tantangan dalam mengelola data baik yang bersifat spasial maupun non-spatial. Kurangnya optimalisasi pengelolaan data menyebabkan informasi yang disajikan kurang memberikan gambaran geografis yang jelas tentang lokasi pasar. Sebagai respons terhadap permasalahan ini, penelitian ini secara khusus memusatkan perhatian pada implementasi Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) PD Pasar Kota Medan. Tujuan utama dari penggunaan sistem ini adalah menyediakan informasi yang komprehensif mengenai pasar tradisional di Kota Medan, termasuk memberikan rute terpendek untuk mencapai tujuan dengan memanfaatkan Algoritma Hill Climbing. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Metode Waterfall yang terstruktur dengan baik. berdasrkan hasil pengujian dan ujicoba bahwa sistem yang dibuat berjalan lancar dan sesuai dengan yang direncanakan. Hasil yang didapatkan dengan adanya pembangunan aplikasi SIG ini dapat secara signifikan memudahkan pengambilan keputusan terkait pencarian informasi lokasi pasar tradisional di Kota Medan.

Abstract

Scientific development today is developing very rapidly especially in the field of IT is a necessary area of society to maximum convenience and optimum results. In the neighborhood of the Modern Pondok Pesantren Darul Ihsan the licensing system is still done manually and is not computerized. Besides, the governor repeatedly applied for permission but not on the permission schedule. So from that, we need some kind of web-based online licensing system to help work the privacy and security parts. In this article, the author uses the Waterfall method, which is a method of developing a system or software where the work process of the system is run sequentially and systematically. This online licensing system is expected to help the central guardian in the license process and speed up the licencing process to make it easier.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology aimed to enhance efficiency in information management, including rapid and timely processing as well as accuracy of information. Resto Sampali (Sp) Kitchen frequently encountered challenges in manually recapitulating data due to the necessity of recording sales and purchases individually each day, stored in logbooks. This situation led to inefficient transaction management, resulting in a lack of information regarding product sales, customers, peak hours, and other crucial data essential for strategic decision-making. Furthermore, incomplete transaction records caused uncertainty in tracking income and expenditure flows, thereby increasing the risk of human error and fraud. Manual recording methods also jeopardized data integrity and validity. This research aimed to address these issues by constructing an Order and Payment Management Information System integrated within an Android-based Cashier Service, utilizing a qualitative approach and the waterfall system development method. Results from system testing via Blackbox Testing indicated that the system operated in accordance with the anticipated design, enhancing accuracy in transaction management, revenue, and payments, while delivering a more satisfying experience for customers and café owners.

Abstract

Predicting sales of herbal products is the main challenge faced in this research. Currently, forecasting is done solely based on previous sales records, which often prove to be inaccurate. As a result, the company frequently experiences unstable sales and faces difficulties in optimizing inventory and planning product orders efficiently to meet high customer demand. This situation often leads to significant cost losses, forcing the company to reduce capital costs for certain products to cover these losses. The problem arises because the company has not yet implemented an appropriate forecasting method, resulting in estimates that are not supported by a reliable system. This research aims to design and implement a Sales Management Information System for Herbal Products, focusing on the use of the Double Exponential Smoothing (DES) and Double Moving Average (DMA) methods. Additionally, this study aims to compare the two methods in predicting sales by analyzing and calculating the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) value for each method. The research uses 200 sales data points from 8 best-selling products, including one of the best-selling products, HNI HEALTH, with data collected from April 2022 to April 2024. The MAPE results from the sales data were then calculated by summing all the MAPE values and dividing them according to the number of MAPEs with an alpha of 0.3. It was found that the DES method is more accurate, with an average Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) value of 0.285, compared to the DMA method, which has an average MAPE value of 0.292. The DES method is considered more accurate because its MAPE value is smaller than that of the DMA method.

Abstract

Penentuan hunian kos yang sesuai dengan individu seringkali melibatkan berbagai faktor, seperti harga, fasilitas, lokasi, keamanan, lingkungan dan kebutuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pengembangan model fuzzy tsukamoto untuk keputusan pemilihan kos berdasarkan preferensi individu dengan menggunakan enam variabel input yaitu harga, fasilitas, lokasi, keamanan, lingkungan dan kebutuhan dan satu variabel output yaitu rekomendasi kos. Model fuzzy yang dikembangkan menggunakan metode fuzzy tsukamoto mampu memberikan rekomendasi kos berdasarkan beberapa variabel. Hasil pengujian penentuan hunian kos pada 6 variabel dengan memberikan nilai numerik pada setiap variabel dalam rentang yang telah ditentukan dan kemudian memasukkan nilai-nilai tersebut kedalam model inferensi fuzzy tsukamoto ini bisa menentukan hunian kos dengan baik dan menunjukkan dalam memberikan rekomendasi yang sesuai dengan preferensi pengguna. Melihat pada derajat keanggotaan nilai z, rekomendasi penentuan hunian kos adalah sebesar 58,23. Dengan nilai 58,23 termasuk dalam kriteria salah satu rekomendasi kos dengan nilai preferensi tertinggi 100 dan terendah 12.5 juga model ini dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi pengambilan keputusan pemilihan hunian kos tahap lanjut.

Abstract

PTPN III (Persero) is a plantation company that has a strategic role in managing agricultural resources in Indonesia. With a main focus on the plantation sector, PTPN III manages various types of crops such as oil palm, rubber and tea, which are the country's main export commodities. However, to get the best quality, accumulation must be taken into account in order to increase agricultural yields. This research aims to optimize agricultural management at PTPN III through the implementation of a Decision Support System (SPK) which utilizes the Multi-Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method. Decision Support Systems (DSS) are very helpful in determining and making decisions that cannot be chosen randomly. This system is designed to provide recommendations based on evaluation criteria. The aim of this system is to determine the blocks or sections that require the most fertilizer without any effort and efficiency. It is hoped that the results of this system will provide assistance to PTPN III. Experimental results show that implementing SPK using the MOORA method can help PTPN III identify the most suitable land and determine the largest amount of fertilizer to increase agricultural yields and serve as reference data. This system not only increases the efficiency of fertilizer use but also supports environmental sustainability. It is hoped that the accuracy and reliability of the SPK can become the basis for smarter and more adaptive decision making in modern agricultural management. The final result aimed at is to obtain land that uses the most fertilizer based on the final results, namely Block LL32 AFD IX (A4) with a score of 0.3334 and is in first position.

Abstract

Langkat merupakan kabupaten dengan luas wilayah terbesar di Sumatera Utara dengan mayoritas daerah penghasil pertanian. Pada saat ini data-data pertanian dikelola pada Dinas Pertanian dan Ketahanan Pangan Kabupaten Langkat yang belum terintegrasi ke dalam sistem informasi geografis, sehingga menyulitkan masyarakat dalam mengetahui hasil komoditas yang ada di Kabupaten Langkat. Dengan tersedianya teknologi, penulis membangun suatu sistem informasi geografis komoditas hasil kebun yang dapat menyajikan data lokasi hasil kebun masyarakat ke dalam sebuah peta geografis dengan  menggunakan algoritma A Star yang dapat memberikan rute terpendek dengan memperhitungkan nilai dari setiap node yang ditempuh dari lokasi awal menuju lokasi tujuan. Sistem ini dibangun berbasis website, menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP, basisdata MySQL, Leaflet, dan Framework Laravel.

Abstract

This study evaluated the interaction between mushroom species (ear mushrooms and oyster mushrooms) and growing media (with the addition of coffee peels) on mushroom growth and yield. The results showed that oyster mushrooms were superior to ear mushrooms in various parameters, including mycelial growth, time to first primordia emergence, harvest wet weight, and dry weight. The use of media with the addition of 20% coffee skin showed good results, with significant mushroom growth and yield. This research was conducted at the Production Unit of the Integrated Land Biotechnology Development Center, Faculty of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry, Muhammadiyah University of Malang from November 2019 to January 2020. This research used an experimental method with two types of mushrooms and three different compositions of growing media. The results of data analysis showed significant differences between treatments, with oyster mushrooms showing better results than ear mushrooms. These results can be a guideline for oyster mushroom cultivation by utilizing coffee skin waste as an effective growing medium.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to obtain information about plant characteristics from the result of M4 generation from MSP13 rice mutants which has the potential to have higher production yields and early maturity than non-mutant rice, Ciherang and Inpari 32. The research was conducted from April to August 2022. The location of this research was done in the Pendem area of Campus III, University of Muhammadiyah Malang, Tegalgondo village, Karangploso, Malang. The result of the research on the characteristic of M4 generation rice mutants (Oryza sativa L.) which has the potential to have higher production yields and early maturity indicated that M4 mutant rice plants aged 98.00 days on average is very early maturing, non-mutant is in the early maturing category with an average harvest age of 97.66 days, meanwhile Ciherang is in the early maturing category with an average harvest age of 99.33 days and Inpari 32 has an average of 99.33 days so it is included in the early maturing category. Rice age at flowering, plant height, rice age at harvest, number of productive tillers, panicle length, number of grains in each panicle, weight of 100 grains of M4 mutant rice plants differed with each comparison variation. Cluster analysis results for each variety with the variables age of rice at flowering, plant height, age of rice at harvest, number of productive tillers, length of panicles, total number of grain per panicle, total grain weight per panicle, number of full grain per panicle, grain weight fruitful per panicle, and 100 grain weight consisting of 2 groups. The first group has a similarity level of 30,80% while the second group has a similarity level of 30,77% with a kinship of K1 and K2 of 0.00%.
