Abstract

A. glycine soybean infestation caused yield loss reaching 58%. Environmental friendly controls are carried out using natural ingredients. This study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of the combination of gadung and grass grinting tuber extracts on soybean virus (A. glycine) vector pests and to know the mechanism of toxicity to these pests. This research was conducted from June to September 2018. The effectiveness of applications using simple Randomized Completed Block Design (RCBD). Analysis of Varian at 5% level, and Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT) test. Calculations of LC50 and LT50 use probit regression analysis. The results showed that the highest compounds contained in gadung tubers were alkaloids, whereas in grinting grasses were saponins. Both of these compounds have the potential as a base for vegetable insecticides. The combination treatment of gadung extract and grinting 3: 2 (v / v) (P7) and 3: 1 (P8) showed the most effective results compared to positive controls and other treatments with mortality mean values at all observations of 87.44% and 86, 7%. The LC50 value of gadung extract at the first observation was 3%, the grinting extract was 3.08%. The lowest LT50 value is in treatment P7 (3: 2) with a time of 3.88 hours. a combination of gadung extract and grinting can suppress A.glycine infestation and potentially a plant-based insecticide.

Abstract

     Mustard green (Brassica juncea L.) is a leafy vegetable with a subtropical climate, but this plant can adapt well to tropical climates that it suitable to be planted and grow in Indonesia. The formulation of problem in this study is to lessen the use of chemistry fertilizer in fertilization on plants, especially mustard green (Brassica juncea L.). This study aims to review the growth response of mustard green (Brassica juncea L.) because of the dosage of cow compost and mycorrhiza fertilizer dosages. This study used a randomized block design (RBD) arranged in a split plot with 2 factors. The first factor as main block of cow compost dosage consists of three levels, they are 2,5 tons/ha, 5 tons/ha, and 10 tons/ha. The second factor is offspring block, a mycorrhiza dosage consisting of three levels: 1 tablet/plant, 2 tablets/plant, and 3 tablet/plant, each repeated 3 times. Observed variables are plant height, the number of leaves, leaf wide, fresh weight and dried weight of the plant, fresh and dried weight, fresh and dried ratio of root weight, and dried crown weight. The result of this study shows that there is no interaction between giving cow compost and mycorrhiza dosage toward mustard green height, fresh weight and dried weight, fresh and dried ratio of root weight and dried crown weight, but separately dosing cow manure 2.5 ton/ha can increase broad leaf mustard plants at 2 weeks after planting and dosage, as well as mycorrhiza 1 tablet/plants and 2 tablets/plant, has been able to increase leaf area from age 2 weeks after planting.

Abstract

Technology is developing rapidly so that it encourages us to keep up with the times that use technology a lot. This is beneficial for individuals, companies or agencies and organizations in carrying out their duties. Basnul Coffee is one of the businesses that has advantages in the taste of food that leads to the taste of the Middle East and is combined with their delicious coffee. Managers have responsibility for employees in terms of monthly payroll, of course, by calculating the working days and working hours of employees. This needs to be updated in calculating the salaries of employees in order to aim to increase the effectiveness and accuracy of the data generated so that it can assist managers in completing their responsibilities to employees. From these suggestions, an employee payroll information system is needed, this system will play a role in calculating salaries, and filing monthly employee salary reports.

Abstract

Teknologi komputerisasi saat ini sangat digemari oleh masyarakat luas baik itu dilingkungan pemerintahan, organisasi, maupun lembaga lainnya. Salah satu pemanfaatan teknologi komputerisasi yang paling sering digunakan adalah untuk proses pencatatan data seperti proses pencatatan data aset. Sistem Informasi Manajemen Aset yang peneliti buat dapat mengakomodir permintaan dari KONI Kabupaten Tapanuli Selatan yaitu seperti proses pencatatan pembelian aset, pencatatan aset rusak atau tidak, serah terima aset, dan pengembalian aset di KONI Kabupaten Tapanuli Selatan berbasis web. Adapun metode penelitian yang peneliti pergunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan metode penelitian R&D (Research & Development), sedangkan untuk metode pengembangan sistem yaitu dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem waterfall. Selain itu peneliti menerapkan pengujian aplikasi dengan Black Box, pengujian ini sangat diperlukan untuk meminimalisir kesalahan. Diharapkan dengan adanya sistem informasi manajemen aset ini dapat mempermudah pihak KONI Kabupaten Tapanuli Selatan dalam mencatat data aset yang ada.

Abstract

Diera globalisasi perkembangan teknologi yang pesat mengharuskan pekerjaan diselesaikan secara efektif menggunakan komputer sebuah informasi dan pengolahan data yang cepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Monitoring Posyandu berbasis web dalam pengelolaan data kesehatan anak balita di Posyandu, yang memudahkan petugas dalam pencatatan, pengelolaan, dan pelaporan data kesehatan secara akurat dan efisien, menggantikan metode tulis tangan yang rentan terhadap kesalahan dan memakan waktu lama. Metode penelitian yang digunakan melibatkan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur, pengembangan sistem dengan pendekatan metodologi waterfall, serta  metode penentuan status gizi anak menggunakan indeks antropometri. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi berupa website yang dapat membantu mempermudah petugas dalam pemantauan, pengelolaan data dan juga memberikan informasi hasil perkembangan anak pada  pelayanan posyandu.

Abstract

The Simpang Gambir UPTD Community Health Center has developed an innovative digital system to monitor the growth of toddlers. Previously, the recording of toddler growth data was done manually, often leading to data loss or damage. This new system is designed to address these issues and provide a more efficient and accurate solution. The system not only facilitates health center staff and posyandu cadres in monitoring toddler development but also assists them in creating digital growth reports. With this system, toddler growth data can be accessed quickly and easily, facilitating decision-making regarding child health management. One of the key features of this system is its ability to track toddler growth based on weight-for-age charts. This feature allows health workers to easily identify toddlers with nutritional problems and promptly provide necessary interventions. Additionally, the system is equipped with a fast data search feature, enabling staff to easily find specific toddler growth data. The development of this system utilizes the Dynamic System Development Method (DSDM), allowing for a structured and efficient development process. With this method, the system can be developed rapidly and in accordance with user needs.

Abstract

The application of web-based Geographic Information Systems (GIS) in mapping the spread of diseases at Kotapinang General Hospital aims to improve the effectiveness of health data management and response to disease outbreaks. With a large population and significant health challenges, Indonesia needs a real-time system to monitor and analyze disease spread. This research develops a GIS system that utilizes Google Maps API to visualize epidemiological data, identify high-risk areas, and provide relevant information to health workers. The research methodology includes disease data analysis, database design, and system testing. The study results show that this system not only increases hospitals' capacity to manage health data, but also accelerates decision-making in disease control. Despite data quality and user skills challenges, this web-based GIS offers a significant solution for health management in South Labuhanbatu Regency. This study recommends further development to improve the features and accessibility of the system.

Abstract

Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) masih memiliki pendengar aktif hingga saat ini, di mana para pendengar dapat menikmati berbagai acara yang disediakan. Namun, terdapat permasalahan dalam pencatatan permintaan lagu dari pendengar, karena penyiar masih menggunakan buku catatan manual dan menerima permintaan melalui SMS. Hal ini menyebabkan risiko hilangnya data sehingga penyiar kesulitan dalam membuat rekapitulasi data permintaan lagu. Selain itu, RRI belum menyediakan fitur yang memungkinkan pendengar memberikan rekomendasi lagu secara lebih terstruktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem pemilihan lagu berbasis website yang dilengkapi dengan fitur rekomendasi menggunakan metode Apriori. Sistem ini juga memungkinkan pendengar untuk membuat permintaan lagu secara otomatis melalui integrasi dengan WhatsApp. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif yang dilakukan secara simultan. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu RRI dalam meningkatkan efisiensi pencatatan permintaan lagu dan memberikan pengalaman yang lebih baik bagi para pendengarnya.

Abstract

Brassica juncea L. is a much-loved vegetable species in Indonesia. To improve the quality and quantity of mustard plants, agricultural intensification efforts are needed through macro-micro fertilisers that maintain the balance of soil nutrients. This study aims to determine the response of mustard plants to the application of macro-micro fertilisers. The research was conducted in Claket Village, Pacet District, Mojokerto Regency at an altitude of 470 masl with a daily temperature of 21-30°C. The method used was a factorial Randomised Group Design (RAK) with two factors (fertiliser dose and spacing) and three replications. Variables observed included increase in plant height, number of leaves, wet weight, dry weight, and water content. Data analysis used F test and BNJ 5%. The results showed that the interaction of macro-micro fertiliser dose and planting distance gave a significant effect on all variables, except dry weight due to high water content in mustard greens.

Abstract

Banana (Musa acuminata Colla) is a tropical fruit with great economic potential and export prospects. According to the Directorate General of Horticulture, Ministry of Agriculture, banana production from 2009 to 2014 fluctuated due to attacks by Plant Destruction Organisms (PDO), particularly Sigatoka disease caused by the fungus Mycosphaerella musciola. This study investigated biological agents like Trichoderma sp. and Gliocladium sp., along with liquid organic fertilizers, to control the disease without synthetic fungicides.The research, conducted at the University of Muhammadiyah Malang, used a split-plot design with two factors: biological pesticides (Tricogreen, Natural Glio, Trico-G) and liquid organic fertilizers (rabbit urine POC, shrimp shell MOL, banana hump MOL). The experiment had nine treatment combinations with three plant samples each. Results showed that biological pesticides significantly reduced Sigatoka disease intensity, with the J3P3 treatment (Trico-G and Banana Hump MOL) achieving the lowest infection rate of 29.55%, reducing disease intensity by 70.45%. Liquid organic fertilizers also improved plant growth, increasing leaf number and leaf area. This indicates that biological agents and organic fertilizers effectively manage Sigatoka disease and promote healthy banana plant growth.
