Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and organizational culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with job satisfaction as an intervening variable among employees at PT. Agung Automall SM Amin. The research adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to the employees. Data analysis was performed using path analysis and the Sobel test to examine mediation. The results indicate that leadership has a positive but insignificant effect on OCB, with a significance value of 0.757 (>0.05), while organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on OCB, with a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05). Job satisfaction also has a positive and significant effect on OCB, with a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05). The influence of leadership on job satisfaction was found to be insignificant, with a significance value of 0.709 (>0.05), while organizational culture positively and significantly affects job satisfaction, with a significance value of 0.023 (<0.05). According to the Sobel test, job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of leadership on OCB, with a probability value of 0.347 (>0.05), but it successfully mediates the effect of organizational culture on OCB, with a probability value of 0.031 (<0.05).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of social media marketing on tik-tok and product knowledge on purchase intention which is moderated by price discount on the shopee marketplace in Pekanbaru City. The respondents of this research are those who use the Shopee and Tiktok applications and have shopped online at the Shopee marketplace in Pekanbaru City. The primary data in this study were obtained from distributing questionnaires as an instrument to prove the results of the study and to test the proposed hypothesis. In this study, using the structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis method using Warp-PLS version 6.0 software. Sampling using the technique of Non Probability Sampling with Purposive Sampling procedure by taking a sample of 120 respondents. The results in this study indicate that: 1) Social Media Marketing has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention at the Shopee Marketplace in Pekanbaru City, this is evidenced by looking at the pvalue in this study, which is <0.001 with a beta (?) value of 0.380, 2) Product Knowledge has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention at the Shopee Marketplace in Pekanbaru City, this is evidenced by looking at the p-value in this study, which is <0.001 with a beta (?) value of 0.352, 3) Social Media Marketing has a positive and positive effect. significantly to Purchase Intention moderated by Price Discount at the Shopee Marketplace in Pekanbaru City, this is evidenced by looking at the p-value in this study, which is <0.001 with a beta () value of 0.280, 4) Product Knowledge has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention which is moderated by Price Discount on the Shopee Marketplace in Pekanbaru City, this is proven by by looking at the p-value in this study, which is 0.015 with a beta (?) value of 0.191

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan prestasi terhadap karir Guru Penggerak di Kota Pematangsiantar. Studi ini dilakukan pada Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Sumatera Utara dan Dinas Pendidikan Kota Pematangsiantar. Populasi penelitian adalah 80 Guru Penggerak angkatan 4, yang sekaligus menjadi sampel dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap karir Guru Penggerak. Begitu pula, prestasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perkembangan karir mereka. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan bagi pemangku kebijakan dalam merancang strategi peningkatan karir Guru Penggerak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh pengawasan dan kerjasama tim terhadap kinerja dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada pegawai PT PLN Rayon Air Molek, Kecamatan Pasir Penyu, Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 78 pegawai, dan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SPSS. Variabel yang diteliti meliputi Pengawasan (X1), Kerjasama Tim (X2), Kepuasan Kerja (Z), dan Kinerja (Y). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengawasan dan kerjasama tim berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Selain itu, pengawasan dan kerjasama tim juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Kepuasan kerja terbukti sebagai variabel intervening yang memperkuat hubungan antara pengawasan dan kinerja, serta antara kerjasama tim dan kinerja. Dengan demikian, peningkatan pengawasan dan kerjasama tim dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja, yang pada akhirnya berdampak positif terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Jantra Radja Persada is a firm that specializes in producing and distributing bottled drinking water (AMDK). It is situated in Tembilahan City, Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau Province, Indonesia. The research was carried out at CV. Jantra Radja Persada Tembilahan located on Ahmad Yani Street. The objective of this study is to ascertain the impact of financial contentment and work discipline on employee satisfaction with their employment. This research is of a quantitative nature. The study included a population of 36 employees from CV firm, Jantra Radja Persada, located in Tembilahan, Riau Province. The sample used in this study consisted of the complete population, specifically 36 individuals. The investigation employed a saturation sampling strategy. This study employs multiple linear regression analysis with the utilization of SPSS version 25 software. The findings of this study indicate that financial remuneration has a favorable and substantial impact on employee job satisfaction. Additionally, work discipline also has a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction. Moreover, the variables of financial reward and work discipline collectively exert a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Based on this research, it can be inferred that both financial funding and work discipline exert a favorable and substantial impact on employee job satisfaction at CV. Jantra Radja Persada Tembilahan, located in Riau Province. These findings demonstrate the significance of efficient human resource management in enhancing employee work satisfaction. This research suggests that organizations should prioritize financial savings measures and promote strong work discipline in order to enhance employee job satisfaction. By implementing this approach, firms can provide a conducive work atmosphere that fosters employee motivation and enhances their performance.

Abstract

CV. Jantra Radja Persada merupakan perusahaan air minum dalam kemasan (AMDK) yang berlokasi di Kota Tembilahan, Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir, Provinsi Riau, Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan di CV. Jantra Radja Persada Tembilahan Jalan Ahmad Yani. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi finansial dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 36 orang karyawan perusahaan CV. Jantra Radja Persada Tembilahan Provinsi Riau. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh populasi yaitu berjumlah 36 orang. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi finansial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, dan secara simultan variabel kompensasi finansial dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. dari penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompensasi finansial dan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di CV. Jantra Radja Persada Tembilahan, Provinsi Riau. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya manajemen sumber daya manusia yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya perusahaan untuk memperhatikan secara serius kebijakan kompensasi finansial dan mendorong disiplin kerja yang baik sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Dengan demikian, perusahaan dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang memotivasi dan memperkuat kinerja karyawan, yang pada gilirannya dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan kinerja perusahaan secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja, stres kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Kantor Cabang Pekanbaru Sudirman. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Kantor Cabang Pekanbaru Sudirman yang berjumlah 108 karyawan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah probability sampling yaitu simple random sampling yang kemudian dihitung menggunakan rumus slovin dengan hasil sampel sebanyak 52 karyawan. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Strustural Equation Modeling (SEM) yang diolah menggunakan SPSS dan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian dengan uji hipotesis menujukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of internship experience, self-efficacy, and job motivation on preparedness for the workforce among undergraduate management students at the University of Riau. The sampling strategy employed in this quantitative descriptive study is proportionate stratified random sampling based on the Slovin formula. 194 pupils made up the study's sample. methods for gathering data via surveys and observation. Multiple linear regression using SPSS is the analysis approach. The analytical test's findings demonstrate that: 1) Internship experience, self-efficacy and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the work readiness of undergraduate management students at Riau University. 2) Internship experience has a positive and significant effect on the work readiness of undergraduate management students at Riau University. 3) Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on the work readiness of undergraduate management students at Riau University. 4) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the work readiness of undergraduate management students at Riau University. The amount of contribution of its influence is 51% or 0.51.

Abstract

The Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology and the University of Riau provide a number of excellent programs, including the certified independent study internship program (MSIB), to students in an effort to meet one of the government's objectives, which is to increase the competency of superior human resources. This study aims to determine the effects of self-reflection, certified independent study internship experience (MSIB), and self-efficacy on the work preparedness of Riau University students. The study's participants were those who took part in MSIB batch 6 activities. The complete research sample consisted of the 122 responders from batch 6 using the Purposive Sampling approach. The results of the study show that self-efficacy, self-reflection, and the MSIB internship experience all have an impact on the work readiness of Riau University students. Additionally, self-efficacy, self-reflection, and the MSIB internship experience all have an impact on self-efficacy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Program Wirausaha Merdeka (WMK), Motivasi dan Minat Berwirausaha Terhadap Keterampilan Berwirausaha Mahasiswa di Provinsi Riau. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Pusat Pengembangan Karir dan Kewirausahaan (P2K2) Universitas Riau. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa yang mengikuti Program Wirausaha Merdeka batch 2 tahun 2023 di Provinsi Riau yang berjumlah 400 mahasiswa. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara teknik Purposive Sampling, yaitu teknik penentuan sample pertimbangan tertentu, sehingga jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 162 mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian dengan uji hipotesis menujukkan bahwa Program Wirausaha Merdeka (WMK) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keterampilan Berwirausaha, Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keterampilan Berwirausaha dan Minat Berwirausaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keterampilan Berwirausaha.
