Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kompetensi dan Self Efficacy terhadap Karir Guru Penggerak Kabupaten Toba dengan Budaya Organisasi sebagai Variabel Intervening. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Dinas Pendidikan Cabdis Pendidikan Wilayah VIII Provinsi Sumatera Utara dan Dinas Pendidikan, Pemuda, dan Olahraga Kabupaten Toba. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Guru Penggerak angkatan 4 di Kabupaten Toba yang berjumlah 49 Guru Penggerak. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh, yaitu seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sampel, sehingga jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 49 Guru Penggerak. Hasil penelitian dengan uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Karir Guru Penggerak, Self-Efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Karir Guru Penggerak, serta Budaya Organisasi sebagai variabel intervening memperkuat hubungan antara Kompetensi dan Self-Efficacy terhadap Karir Guru Penggerak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini terdiri dari empat variabel, diantaranya Kepemimpinan (X1), Lingkungan Kerja (X2), Kepuasan Kerja (X3) dan Kinerja (Y). Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh Perawat Non ASN pada Rumah Sakit Daerah Madani Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 82 orang perawat. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS (Statistical Package of Social Science) versi 25.0. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis yang dilakukan, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1.) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Perawat, 2.) Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Perawat, 3.) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Perawat, 4.) Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Perawat.

Abstract

Employee productivity plays a central role in sustaining organizational competitiveness, particularly in the energy sector where operational efficiency is critical. This study investigates the influence of work motivation and work ability on employee productivity at PT. Energi Mega Persada (EMP) Bentu LTD Pekanbaru. Using a quantitative descriptive approach, data were collected from 80 employees through purposive sampling. Research instruments, measured on a five-point Likert scale, were tested for validity and reliability, with Cronbach’s Alpha values exceeding 0.79, confirming strong internal consistency. Data analysis employed multiple linear regression using SPSS 23 to assess both partial and simultaneous effects. The results demonstrate that both work motivation (β = 0.506, p < 0.001) and work ability (β = 0.331, p = 0.004) significantly and positively affect employee productivity, with motivation identified as the stronger determinant. Descriptive findings further reveal that occupational safety, recognition of achievements, punctuality, and collaboration contribute substantially to productivity outcomes. These findings reinforce human capital theory, emphasizing the dual importance of psychological drivers and technical competence in shaping employee performance. Practically, the study recommends the implementation of structured reward systems, occupational health and safety enhancements, and targeted training programs to optimize workforce potential. Future research should broaden the scope by including gender diversity and organizational culture to provide a more comprehensive understanding of productivity determinants.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variasi menu, cita rasa dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Gubuk Coffee Pekanbaru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen Gubuk Coffee Pekanbaru.Untuk teknik pengumpulan data dengan melalui kuesioner dengan menggunakan metode accidental sampling,Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Variasi Menu dan Citra Rasa memberikan dampak perubahan yang selaras dan nyata dalam pengambilan keputusan pembelian Konsumen. Dengan demikian maka, disarankan baik kepada objek penelitian, maupun UMKM di Industri makanan untuk selalu memperhatikan kualitas rasa dan ragam jenis makanan/minuman yang ditawarkan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the digital report card information system (RDM) in terms of user satisfaction using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) 9 Banda Aceh. In the digital era, the digital report card information system has become a crucial tool in supporting administrative processes and assessments in the education sector, particularly in madrasahs. This study was conducted to understand to what extent the implementation of RDM can meet the needs and expectations of users, including teachers, students, and other stakeholders at MIN 9 Banda Aceh. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to users of the RDM system at MIN 9 Banda Aceh. User satisfaction was measured based on five EUCS dimensions: content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. The results of the study indicate that, overall, users are satisfied with the RDM system in use. The ease of use and timeliness dimensions received the highest ratings, indicating that users find the system easy to use and that it provides timely information. However, there are several aspects within the content and accuracy dimensions that need improvement to enhance overall user satisfaction. This study provides important insights into the effectiveness of digital report card information systems in madrasah settings. The findings are expected to offer valuable input for system developers and madrasah administrators to improve the quality of services and functionality of RDM, thus better meeting the needs of users and supporting a more efficient educational process.

Abstract

Sedimentation caused by erosion in the Lesti Sub-Watershed and the upstream part of the Brantas Watershed as a whole has an impact on disrupting the role of the Sengguruh Dam in supporting economic activity in East Java. Reducing erosion in upstream areas during their development requires an environmental science approach that harmonizes economic, social, and environmental aspects. This study aims to: Assess the influence of population pressure, community behavior, and land use on erosion in the Lesti Sub-watershed; Predict erosion in the Lesti Sub-watershed; and Provide an environmental science-based conservation strategy for the Lesti Sub-watershed in the context of sustainable development.. The research method used was mixed methods, both through GIS assistance for the Modify Universal Soil Loss Equation erosion formula and also through questionnaires and interviews with communities in the Lesti sub-watershed area. From research on the Lesti sub-watershed, the average erosion rate obtained is 153,868 tons/ha/year, which means it exceeds the minimum tolerance limit. Of the 12 sub-districts in the Lesti sub-watershed area, 6 (six) sub-districts have problems from the environmental aspect through the condition of several sub-districts with high erosion hazard levels. Erosion is correlated with people's knowledge, attitudes, and behavior in the economic aspects through population pressure and social conditions through land use patterns. Based on environmental science, conservation priority recommendations are for these 6 (six) sub-districts by improving soil and water conservation efforts, both vegetatively and civil-technically (environmentally), environmental education (social), and community economic empowerment (economy).

Abstract

This research aims to empirically prove the influence of Concentration Choice and Self-Efficacy on Study Duration. The research was conducted in the Management Department of the Faculty of Economics and Business at Riau University and used data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to 172 students as respondents. The sampling method in determining respondents for this study uses the proportionate stratified random sampling technique. (teknik sampling berstrata). This study uses statistical data analysis methods employing SPSS version 27. The research results indicate that 1) The choice of concentration had a positive and significant effect on the student's study period, 2) Self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on the student's study period, 3) The choice of concentration and self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on student study period. This means that the influence of these factors interacts with each other, where the choice of concentration and high self-efficacy will have an impact on accelerating a good study period as well.

Abstract

Jantra Radja Persada is a firm that specializes in producing and distributing bottled drinking water (AMDK). It is situated in Tembilahan City, Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau Province, Indonesia. The research was carried out at CV. Jantra Radja Persada Tembilahan located on Ahmad Yani Street. The objective of this study is to ascertain the impact of financial contentment and work discipline on employee satisfaction with their employment. This research is of a quantitative nature. The study included a population of 36 employees from CV firm, Jantra Radja Persada, located in Tembilahan, Riau Province. The sample used in this study consisted of the complete population, specifically 36 individuals. The investigation employed a saturation sampling strategy. This study employs multiple linear regression analysis with the utilization of SPSS version 25 software. The findings of this study indicate that financial remuneration has a favorable and substantial impact on employee job satisfaction. Additionally, work discipline also has a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction. Moreover, the variables of financial reward and work discipline collectively exert a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Based on this research, it can be inferred that both financial funding and work discipline exert a favorable and substantial impact on employee job satisfaction at CV. Jantra Radja Persada Tembilahan, located in Riau Province. These findings demonstrate the significance of efficient human resource management in enhancing employee work satisfaction. This research suggests that organizations should prioritize financial savings measures and promote strong work discipline in order to enhance employee job satisfaction. By implementing this approach, firms can provide a conducive work atmosphere that fosters employee motivation and enhances their performance.

Abstract

CV. Jantra Radja Persada merupakan perusahaan air minum dalam kemasan (AMDK) yang berlokasi di Kota Tembilahan, Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir, Provinsi Riau, Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan di CV. Jantra Radja Persada Tembilahan Jalan Ahmad Yani. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi finansial dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 36 orang karyawan perusahaan CV. Jantra Radja Persada Tembilahan Provinsi Riau. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh populasi yaitu berjumlah 36 orang. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi finansial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, dan secara simultan variabel kompensasi finansial dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. dari penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompensasi finansial dan disiplin kerja memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di CV. Jantra Radja Persada Tembilahan, Provinsi Riau. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya manajemen sumber daya manusia yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya perusahaan untuk memperhatikan secara serius kebijakan kompensasi finansial dan mendorong disiplin kerja yang baik sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Dengan demikian, perusahaan dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang memotivasi dan memperkuat kinerja karyawan, yang pada gilirannya dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan kinerja perusahaan secara keseluruhan.
