Abstract

Community empowerment, especially in areas that have tourism potential, basically has the aim of realizing community welfare by involving the community's active role in its development. Utilizing natural resources and preserving Lake Ranu tourism can be part of community participation and implementation of empowerment for people who benefit from Lake Ranu tourism. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques of in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The results obtained from this research are the implementation or empowerment process that occurs with daily community activities as traders and community groups who are active in their participation in Lake Ranu tourism, tourism awareness groups who actively carry out major activities which also aim to promote Lake Ranu tourism. Community groups that take advantage of the fish wealth in Lake Ranu and participate in activities held by local community groups and tourism managers. Abstract

Asri Senior Day Care and Living is an institution in the form of a foundation that provides a number of elderly care services in order to achieve optimum aging. Asri SDC and Living is intended to facilitate the elderly to avoid loneliness, be independent, prosperous, and meaningful. The purpose of this study was to identify, describe and analyze the implementation of life skills and optimum aging programs for the elderly at Asri Senior Day Care and Living. This research uses qualitative research. The data sources in this study are foundation administrators, assistants / nurses, elderly program participants and elderly families. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the life skills program at Asri Senior Day Care and Living was implemented in the form of health check services, physical fitness, counseling, learning and brain games, skills training and spiritual refreshment. The life skills program at Asri Senior Day Care and Living is implemented by foundation administrators, assistants / nurses, workers, and volunteers. Each life skills program is carried out on a scheduled basis three days a week and incidentally on other days. For elderly people who experience challenges, they will get assistance in the form of more assistance from Asri Senior Day Care and Living. The condition of the elderly in physical, psychological, cognitive, social relations, and spiritual aspects is in optimal condition through the activities that have been provided.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the Implementation of Pedagogical Approaches in Improving Social Intelligence in Package A Equality Students at Kak Seto Surabaya Homeschooling. This research method is a descriptive qualitative type. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the research can be obtained from the Implementation of Pedagogical Approaches in Improving Social Intelligence in Package A Equality Learners At Homeschooling Kak Seto Surabaya is an approach that focuses on creating an inclusive and responsive environment that supports the development of students' social and academic skills, preparing them for future social and professional challenges through interactive and collaborative methods. And social intelligence in Kak Seto Surabaya's Homeschooling involves the ability to interact, work together, and understand others in a communal environment. It strengthens the relationship between students and tutors, facilitates collaborative learning, and prepares students for community life through self-awareness, cooperation, communication, empathy, and problem-solving.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze the application of the Question AI (Artificial Intelligence) application to improve the learning outcomes of Package C students at UPT Mojokerto Learning Activities Studio. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative research method. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results obtained from implementing the Question AI (Artificial Intelligence) application to improve the learning outcomes of Package C students at UPT Mojokerto Learning Activity Studio are increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the learning process for Package C students as well as increasing student learning outcomes by implementing the Question AI (Artificial Intelligence) application. Intelligence as a learning medium. This can happen because of good collaboration and coordination between learning instructors and students, mutual involvement in the teaching and learning process and awareness to improve the quality of learning by using the Question AI application media. In this way, the process of improving student learning outcomes in cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects can be faster and more accurate.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of using image media on the learning outcomes of package B students in PPKN subjects at UPT SKB Gresik. This type of research uses quantitative methods with the research type Pre-Experimental One-Group Pretest-Post test Design. The sample for this research was 7 package B class VIII students. The data collection technique used was questionnaires, tests (pretest and post test), observation and documentation. Data analysis used used questionnaire percentages, Normality Test, Homogeneity Test, and Hypothesis Test using parametric statistics, namely the paired sample t test. The research results show that the average value of learning outcomes has increased, with the average value of pretest results being 34, which if the learning outcome scores are categorized, 2 students get the medium category, and 5 students get the low category. After carrying out the post test, the learning outcome score increased with an average score of 64, where if categorized, 3 students got the high category, and 4 students got the medium category. The results of the pretest and posttest data were then shown by hypothesis testing using the paired sample t test, which obtained a value of 0.000 < 0.05, which means there is an influence of the use of learning media in the form of images on the learning outcomes of package B students in PPKN subjects at UPT SKB Gresik.

Abstract

This research examines the relationship between the use of audiovisual learning media and the learning interest of Package C students at CLC Permata Bangsa Surabaya. Using the method in this research, namely quantitative correlational, involving 31 students, the results show a positive and significant relationship between two variables, data was collected through questionnaires and statistically analyzed. The results show a correlation coefficient of 0.568, greater than the table's critical value (DF = 29) of 0.355. The significance value of 0.001 (p < 0.05) supports the alternative hypothesis that audiovisual media has a relationship in increasing students' interest in learning, as well as helping the development of practical skills, especially in learning hydroponic topics. CLC Permata Bangsa plays an important role in the application of this technology in the learning process, which has a positive impact on improving the quality of education and developing students' skills. These findings emphasize the importance of audiovisual media in increasing the effectiveness of learning in non-formal education, especially in increasing students' interest in learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh peran tutor terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik dalam program kesetaraan Paket C di SKB Negeri Kota Surabaya. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh peran penting tutor dalam menunjang keberhasilan pendidikan nonformal, khususnya pada jenjang kesetaraan yang diperuntukkan bagi masyarakat yang tidak dapat mengakses pendidikan formal. Tutor diharapkan mampu berperan sebagai fasilitator, motivator, dan evaluator dalam mendampingi proses belajar peserta didik yang memiliki latar belakang sosial ekonomi dan pendidikan yang beragam.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian kausal komparatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, serta dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis uji normalitas, linieritas, dan uji t dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling yaitu terdapat 61 peserta didik paket C. Lokasi penelitian di Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar Negeri Kota Surabaya dengan teknik pengumpulan data beruapa angket, observasi, dan wawancara. Uji T yang telah dilakukan menghasilkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.00, artinya nilai signifikansi peran tutor memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik di Sanggar Kegiatan Belajar Negeri Kota Surabaya. Selain itu menguatkan pandangan bahwa keberadaan tutor yang menjalankan perannya secara optimal memiliki kontribusi besar terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik dalam pendidikan nonformal. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi SKB atau lembaga pendidikan sejenis agar lebih memperhatikan pengembangan kompetensi tutor sebagai ujung tombak pembelajaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran Sekolah Sepak Bola (SSB) Bima Amora yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Menganti, Kabupaten Gresik dalam membentuk kedisiplinan serta meningkatkan motivasi belajar para siswa. Latar belakang penelitian ini dilandasi oleh pentingnya pembinaan karakter anak sejak usia dini, khususnya melalui kegiatan yang bersifat positif dan terarah seperti pendidikan nonformal berbasis olahraga yang kini semakin diminati oleh masyarakat. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi deskriptif untuk memperoleh gambaran yang mendalam mengenai fenomena yang diteliti. Subjek dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari pelatih, siswa, dan orang tua siswa yang terlibat langsung dalam kegiatan di SSB Bima Amora. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang mencakup tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program latihan di SSB Bima Amora berperan signifikan dalam membentuk kedisiplinan siswa melalui rutinitas latihan yang terstruktur, penguatan tanggung jawab individu, serta penerapan aturan yang konsisten dalam setiap kegiatan. Nilai-nilai kedisiplinan seperti ketepatan waktu, ketaatan terhadap instruksi, dan komitmen terhadap tugas secara perlahan tertanam dalam diri siswa melalui proses pembiasaan yang berkelanjutan. Selain itu, motivasi belajar siswa juga menunjukkan peningkatan, baik yang bersumber dari dalam diri siswa seperti tumbuhnya kesadaran belajar dan rasa percaya diri, maupun dari luar diri seperti dukungan dari pelatih, lingkungan sekolah, dan orang tua. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kolaborasi antara pendidikan nonformal seperti SSB dan pendidikan formal di sekolah sangat penting dalam menciptakan peserta didik yang tidak hanya berprestasi secara akademis maupun olahraga, tetapi juga memiliki karakter yang kuat dan tangguh.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan prinsip prinsip andragogi dalam meningkatkan partisipasi jama'ah majelis taklim baitur rohmah desa duran karangpuri kabupaten sidoarjo. Latar belakang masalah mencakup penurunan partisipasi jama'ah dari 70% pada tahun 2020 menjadi 55% pada tahun 2023, serta kurangnya keterlibatan aktif selama kegiatan. hal ini menunjukkan perlunya pendekatan yang lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan partisipasi jama'ah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, melibatkan observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan studi dokumentasi. pemilihan metode ini bertujuan untuk memahami pengalaman dan perspektif individu dalam konteks pembelajaran non formal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan prinsip prinsip andragogi, seperti kebutuhan belajar, kemandirian dan relevansi materi, dapat meningkatkan partisipasi jama'ah, meskipun masih terdapat tantangan seperti keterbatasan waktu dan kebiasaan pasif. Faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi partisipasi jama'ah meliputi motivasi spiritual, dukungan sosial dan metode pembelajaran interaktif. Saran yang diajukan mencakup peningkatan fleksibilitas jadwal, penggunaan teknologi, dan pendekatan kolaboratif antara pengurus dan jama'ah. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi pada pengembangan model pembelajaran non formal berbasis andragogi dalam konteks pedesaan, sehingga dapat meningkatkan partisipasi dan keterlibatan jama'ah secara lebih efektif.

Abstract

Moral education is a crucial element in building a generation with character, especially amid the challenges of social change and globalization. This article analyzes the importance of ethics in education with a philosophical and qualitative approach, focusing on the concept, theory, and practical application of moral values in the modern education system. The philosophical approach uses ethical theories, namely deontology, utilitarianism, and virtue ethics, to explore the relationship between moral principles and educational practices. The qualitative approach involves analysis of primary and secondary literature and contextual case studies. The results of the analysis show that moral education can improve interpersonal relationships in the school environment, shape socially responsible students and create an inclusive society. Strategies for implementing moral values include integration in the formal curriculum, extracurricular programs and the role of teachers as moral role models. However, obstacles identified include the lack of teacher training, the dominance of academic orientation in the education system and the challenges of multiculturalism. This article recommends educational reforms that emphasize value-based curriculum, intensive teacher training, and holistic measurement of success to balance cognitive and moral aspects. With the integration of ethics, the education system can shape individuals who are not only skilled but also have high moral integrity.This conclusion emphasizes the importance of moral education as the core of the modern education system, making it the main tool in creating a moral and welfare-oriented future generation. This article makes theoretical and practical contributions to the development of value-based education in the era of globalization.
