Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of using image media on the learning outcomes of package B students in PPKN subjects at UPT SKB Gresik. This type of research uses quantitative methods with the research type Pre-Experimental One-Group Pretest-Post test Design. The sample for this research was 7 package B class VIII students. The data collection technique used was questionnaires, tests (pretest and post test), observation and documentation. Data analysis used used questionnaire percentages, Normality Test, Homogeneity Test, and Hypothesis Test using parametric statistics, namely the paired sample t test. The research results show that the average value of learning outcomes has increased, with the average value of pretest results being 34, which if the learning outcome scores are categorized, 2 students get the medium category, and 5 students get the low category. After carrying out the post test, the learning outcome score increased with an average score of 64, where if categorized, 3 students got the high category, and 4 students got the medium category. The results of the pretest and posttest data were then shown by hypothesis testing using the paired sample t test, which obtained a value of 0.000 < 0.05, which means there is an influence of the use of learning media in the form of images on the learning outcomes of package B students in PPKN subjects at UPT SKB Gresik.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the role of facilitators of the Youth Awareness and Pioneering Development Program (PKKP) in increasing the economic independence of youth organizations in Grobogan Regency. The main focus of the research includes strengthening entrepreneurial skills, increasing active participation, and instilling a responsible attitude in the management of community-based economic activities. The method used in this study is qualitative with a case study approach, which involves five informants from the facilitators and members of the Youth Organization. The results of the study show that PKKP facilitators play a strategic role in providing technical assistance, business skills training, and encouraging youth participation and social responsibility in running business units. This role has been proven to encourage the birth of local business initiatives such as fish farming and traditional food processing based on village potential. These findings confirm the importance of the existence of trained and responsive facilitators as the key to the success of the empowerment program. This study recommends strengthening the capacity of facilitators and integrating cross-sectoral programs to encourage youth economic sustainability in villages.Key Words: Facilitator, Karang Taruna,  economic independence, PKKP.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran fasilitator Program Pengembangan Kepedulian dan Kepeloporan (PKKP) Pemuda dalam meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi pemuda Karang Taruna di Kabupaten Grobogan. Fokus utama penelitian mencakup penguatan keterampilan wirausaha, peningkatan partisipasi aktif, dan penanaman sikap tanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan kegiatan ekonomi berbasis komunitas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, yang melibatkan lima informan dari kalangan fasilitator dan anggota Karang Taruna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fasilitator PKKP berperan strategis dalam memberikan pendampingan teknis, pelatihan keterampilan usaha, serta mendorong partisipasi dan tanggung jawab sosial pemuda dalam menjalankan unit usaha. Peran ini terbukti mendorong lahirnya inisiatif usaha lokal seperti budidaya ikan dan olahan pangan tradisional berbasis potensi desa. Temuan ini menegaskan akan pentingnya keberadaan fasilitator yang terlatih dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan lokal sebagai kunci keberhasilan program pemberdayaan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan kapasitas fasilitator dan integrasi program lintas sektor untuk mendorong keberlanjutan ekonomi pemuda di desa.Kata Kunci: Fasilitator, Karang Taruna,  kemandirian ekonomi, PKKP.

Abstract

Within the framework of community empowerment and sustainable development, this study presents a novel model for harnessing the potential of village tourism in Surowiti Village, Gresik Regency. The model pivots on the exploration of local wisdom to engender an authentic and sustainable tourism ex- perience. Employing a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews and participatory observation, this research illuminates the substantial existence of a rich reservoir of local wisdom, encompassing traditions, culture, and sustainable practices, that endures within Surowiti Village. The proposed village tourism development model adeptly interweaves constituents of local wisdom into the tourism experi- ence, yielding palpable positive ramifications for both the local populace and the surrounding environ- ment. The implications of this study underscore the pivotal importance of fostering local community empowerment, preserving cultural heritage, and advocating for sustainable tourism promotion. The model proffered herein exhibits substantial potential for adoption by diverse communities and govern- mental bodies in their pursuit of cultivating enduringly sustainable village tourism, yielding significant positive socio-economic impacts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya pandemi covid-19 yang membuat produktifitas remaja turun, melalui  program pelatihan kewirausahan yang diadakan oleh pengurus Kampung Keluarga Berencana desa Plumbungan diharapkan para remaja dapat menjadi mandiri dan tetap produktif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan di bidang kewirausahaan. Program pelatihan kewirausahaan ini sebelumnya hanya berbentuk pembuatan masker kain dan nugget lele, namun semakin berjalannya waktu palatihan yang diberikan menjadi beragam jenisnya seperti : pembuatan handsanitizer dan sablon. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan kewirausahaan terhadap peningkatan kemandirian remaja pada era new normal. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Reponden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 remaja. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tertutup, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi sederhana yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data angket penelitian. Dari hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan program pelatihan kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kemandirian remaja yang ditunjukkan dengan rhitung > rtabel (0,848 > 0,361) dengan nilai sig = 0,000 < 0,05. Bila program pelatihan kewirausahaan berjalan dengan baik maka tingkat kemandirian remaja akan semakin tinggi dan sebaliknya, bila program pelatihan kewirausahaan berjalan buruk maka peningkatan kemandirian remaja akan menurun

Abstract

In order to create a pleasant learning atmosphere for students, teachers must plan learning in accordance with the characteristics of students. A pleasant learning atmosphere can support the process of developing the potential that exists in students, especially learning motivation. This study aims to determine the implementation of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model to increase students' learning motivation in class XI social work 3 SMKN 7 Surakarta. The research was conducted using the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method and data were obtained through questionnaires and classroom observations. The sample in this study were students in class XI social work 3 SMKN 7 Surakarta. Data analysis was carried out quantitatively to obtain information data from the results of a series of pre-test, post-test then the information was presented quantitatively descriptively. From the results of the study, it was found that before using the TGT model in the process of learning activities, students had very low learning motivation, but after proper treatment by implementing a learning design that had been adapted to the characteristics of students, students' learning motivation began to experience a significant increase.

Abstract

Pencak silat is one of Indonesia's original cultural heritages that has high philosophical and character values. This martial art is not only aimed at training physical skills, but also as a medium for character education. Pencak silat not only teaches physical skills, but also contains spiritual and moral aspects that are important in character building. The findings of the study showed that in each training session, there was an emphasis on the importance of values ​​such as honesty, politeness, and responsibility. This study found that participants involved in pencak silat had a higher level of integrity and were more compliant with moral norms in their daily lives. This study aims to describe the role of pencak silat in shaping the character of adolescents. Through participatory observation and in-depth interviews with trainers and participants, it was found that pencak silat not only teaches self-defense techniques, but also noble values ​​such as patience, courage, and sportsmanship. In addition, pencak silat also provides a forum for adolescents to interact socially and develop self-confidence. The results of this study conclude that pencak silat can be an effective alternative in efforts to shape the character of the younger generation.

Abstract

Pendidikan kejar paket B ini ditujukan kepada masyarakat Indonesia yang mengalami kurang beruntung dalam mengenyam pendidikan serta memiliki usia yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan usia peserta didik SMP pada umumnya yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan pendidikan yang lebih tinggi. Tujuan dari penulisan ini ialah menganalisis model outdoor learning pada hasil belajar IPS peserta didik kejar paket B di PKBM Ibadurrahman Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini ialah jenis kualitatif menggunakan metode kajian literatur. Tempat penelitian ini dilakukan di PKBM Ibadurrahman Sidoarjo. Hasil yang didapatkan kegiatan pembelajaran outdoor learning pada PKBM Ibadurrahman Sidoarjo pada pembelajaran IPS di implementasikan melalui kegiatan belajar outing class, misalnya dalam bentuk pemecahan masalah sosial, melakukan kunjungan ke museum, mengeksplor lingkungan sekitar dan lain sebagainya. Kesimpulan yang diambil hasil belajar IPS yang dilaksanakan di PKBM Ibadurrahman Sidoarjo dipengaruhi oleh model belajar outdoor learning. Melalui pembelajaran outdoor learning mampu memberi keaktifan pada peserta didik dan menghadirkan terkait dengan kegiatan pengamaran, memprediksi, dan menjelaskan. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian ditemukan sebuah novelty/keterbaruan yang memaparkan penggunaan model outdoor learning mampu memberikan pengaruh terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah, kemampuan menulis, hasil belajar, dan motivasi belajar. Penggunaan model outdoor learning merupakan suatu model yang memperlihatkan kondisi lapangan yang ada kepada para peserta didik. Kata Kunci Outdoor learning, Hasil belajar IPS, Kejar paket B

Abstract

The constructivist approach provides a strong theoretical framework for creating meaningful learning, in which students not only passively receive information, but also actively engage in the process of exploration and problem-solving. In the context of blended learning at UNDIKMA, the application of this approach requires effective learning design, active collaboration between lecturers and students, and optimal use of technology. The main purpose of this study is to obtain information about the methods used in implementing blended learning using e-learning. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach, which aims to describe the phenomenon of implementing e-learning-based blended learning at the Mandalika Education University (UNDIKMA). The results of the study are that lecturers at UNDIKMA are quite successful in compiling and delivering learning materials, providing clear references, and creating a conducive and fun learning atmosphere. Most students feel that the learning they receive is relevant to the latest developments and is contextual in nature, which is important to enhance their understanding of a particular field of study.Key Words: Constructivism, Blended Learning

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of empowerment of the Seruni Women Farmers Group (KWT) in Ngancar Village, Plaosan District, Magetan Regency as an effort to improve the local community's economy. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. This research was located in Ngancar Village, RT/RW 13/02, Plaosan District, Magetan Regency. Data collection was carried out using observation techniques, questionnaires to 67 respondents, and documentation. The techniques used in data analysis are data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the implementation of empowerment for KWT Seruni was carried out through several stages, starting from providing material on how to make noodles from those equipped with facilities in the form of the necessary tools to providing material on packing by conducting a comparative study with MSMEs in Malang. This empowerment program can help Geyong Hamlet female farmers increase their income through the production of vegetable-based food. Keywords: Empowerment, Farmer Women’s Group, Economic Improvement

Abstract

This research focuses on the implementation of reminiscence therapy for the elderly at the Husnul Khatimah elderly griya in Malang Regency. In Indonesia, cases of neglect of the elderly by the family are quite high. This is evidenced by the number of neglected elderly people in the identification of PMKS (Persons with Social Welfare Problems) in East Java amounting to 173,871 people from the total population. Reminiscence therapy is very effective for the psychological healing of the elderly suffering from depressive disorders, in addition to reducing symptoms of depression, it has also been shown to increase self-esteem, life satisfaction, mental well-being and loneliness. The research method used was observation. The observation method was chosen because of its flexibility in use and can be supported by documentation. Based on the activities carried out, it shows satisfactory results, the elderly feel satisfaction with the activities received, happy for the arrival of young people who are considered as children and family and the desire of the elderly to continue to be able to gather with servants and students.
