Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan memberdayakan ibu rumah tangga di Desa Padang Pelawi melalui pelatihan pembuatan sabun mandi rumahan berbasis pendekatan reduce dan zero waste. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dengan tahapan sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Sasaran kegiatan adalah 20 orang ibu rumah tangga yang tergabung dalam kelompok PKK. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan peserta tentang pemanfaatan limbah organik sebesar 85%, kemampuan membuat sabun mandi mencapai 90%, dan terbentuknya satu kelompok usaha mandiri. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan melalui penerapan prinsip zero waste dan menciptakan peluang usaha mikro yang berkelanjutan. Dampak ekonomi terlihat dari peningkatan pendapatan keluarga rata-rata 30% dalam kurun waktu 6 bulan. Simpulan kegiatan ini adalah pemberdayaan ibu rumah tangga melalui pelatihan berbasis lingkungan terbukti efektif meningkatkan kemandirian ekonomi sekaligus menjaga kelestarian lingkungan di tingkat desa.

Abstract

Kelurahan Pematang Gubernur di Kota Bengkulu sebagai wilayah pesisir memiliki kekayaan budaya lokal yang belum banyak dikenalkan kepada anak usia dini. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan melatih guru PAUD dalam menciptakan media pembelajaran berbasis budaya lokal melalui hand puppet berkarakter Bujang dan Beteri. Pelatihan melibatkan 20 guru PAUD dari gugus setempat dengan membekali keterampilan membuat cerita masyarakat berbasis wilayah pesisir dan menggunakan media hand puppet berbasis cerita rakyat. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan edukatif partisipatif dengan tiga tahap utama: persiapan, pelatihan inti, dan pendampingan berkelanjutan. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan kompetensi guru yang signifikan dalam menciptakan media pembelajaran berbasis budaya, dengan rata-rata peningkatan skor Pre-test ke Post-test sebesar 35 poin. Program menghasilkan media pembelajaran hand puppet , buku cerita bergambar, dan video dokumentasi. Dampak yang ditargetkan adalah meningkatnya kreativitas guru, tumbuhnya kecintaan anak terhadap budaya lokal pesisir, serta penguatan pendidikan karakter berbasis kearifan lokal di jenjang PAUD. Program ini juga membuka peluang pengembangan ekonomi kreatif bagi guru melalui produk edukatif berbasis kerajinan tangan. Keberlanjutan program dijaga melalui pelibatan aktif guru dan evaluasi berkala untuk memastikan dampak jangka panjang terhadap pembelajaran dan pelestarian budaya lokal

Abstract

This study aims to develop a valid and reliable numeracy literacy test instrument with the local cultural context of Bengkulu based on an Android application using iSpring Suite integrated with artificial intelligence (AI). This research was a development research (Research and Development) using the Cennamo and Kalk model which consists of five stages: defining, planning, demonstration, development, and evaluation. The research population was eighth-grade students in junior high schools (SMP) in Bengkulu, totaling 90 students. The research sample was determined using purposive sampling technique of 60 students. The numeracy literacy test instrument was developed based on numeracy literacy indicators from PISA and adapted to the local cultural context of Bengkulu such as tin mining, plantation production, and local wisdom of Bengkulu. Instrument validity was tested through expert judgment and empirical validity using factor analysis, while reliability was measured using Cronbach Alpha. The results showed that the numeracy literacy test instrument developed had achieved a valid category (content validity index = 0.89; construct validity = 0.85) and high reliability (α = 0.928) with 28 valid items from 35 initial items. The Android application based on iSpring Suite with AI integration is able to provide automatic and adaptive feedback to users. This instrument can be used as a contextual and technology-based numeracy literacy assessment and learning tool to improve numeracy abilities of junior high school students in Bengkulu.

Abstract

An andragogical approach is essential to address the unique characteristics of pembelajar dewasa with visual impairments. This study aimed to develop and evaluate of the EduReader application as a digital reading innovation incorporating andragogical principles for students with low vision in the higher education Universitas Bengkulu. The research employed a single case study design with a qualitative approach enriched by quantitative data. Research participants included one low vision student in the fifth semester and two course instructors. Data were collected through intensive observation, in-depth interviews, comprehension assessments, self-assessment instruments, and usage log analytics over a 16-week implementation period. The andragogical approach was operationalized through self-directed learning principles, experiential learning, and problem-centered approaches integrated within the application features. Results demonstrated significant transformation in the subject's learning autonomy. Self-directed learning readiness scores increased from 67 to 89 (scale 100), with the highest gains in self-management (46.6%) and self-control (48.4%) dimensions. Learning autonomy improved from 52 to 94/100, while comprehension of leadership materials increased by 45% based on portfolio assessment. Usage analytics revealed high consistency with an average daily usage of 2.3 hours and a 94% completion rate. Personalization features including adaptive reading speed, customizable interface, and voice preferences effectively supported andragogical principles by providing pembelajar with complete control. The study concludes that EduReader is effective as a digital reading innovation supporting andragogical learning for pembelajar dewasa with low vision. The technology-facilitated self-directed learning approach successfully generated fundamental transformation from external dependency toward authentic learning autonomy

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital menuntut siswa tidak hanya sebagai konsumen, tetapi juga produsen konten edukatif yang kreatif dan bertanggung jawab. Namun, pemanfaatan media sosial oleh siswa MAN 5 Bogor masih didominasi konten hiburan dan belum optimal sebagai sarana pembelajaran. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa dalam memanfaatkan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dan Canva untuk produksi konten edukasi media sosial. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah, demonstrasi, diskusi interaktif, dan praktik langsung bersama anggota ekstrakurikuler Jurnalis. Materi mencakup konsep dasar AI, pemanfaatan AI dalam ideasi dan penyusunan narasi, serta perancangan desain visual menggunakan Canva. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman, keterampilan, motivasi, dan kepercayaan diri siswa dalam menghasilkan konten yang lebih terstruktur, menarik, dan komunikatif. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan literasi digital dan pemanfaatan media sosial secara edukatif dan produktif.

Abstract

Sistem presensi guru di SMK Al-Husna masih dilakukan secara manual melalui buku tanda tangan sehingga rentan terhadap kesalahan pencatatan, keterlambatan rekapitulasi, serta potensi manipulasi data. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun sistem informasi presensi guru berbasis web untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan transparansi pengelolaan kehadiran. Sistem memanfaatkan teknologi QR Code yang memungkinkan guru melakukan presensi secara mandiri melalui pemindaian, dengan data tersimpan otomatis dalam basis data dan dapat dipantau secara real-time. Metode pengembangan menggunakan pendekatan Agile yang bersifat iteratif dan adaptif, meliputi tahap perencanaan, perancangan berbasis UML, implementasi menggunakan PHP dan MySQL, serta pengujian Black Box. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mempercepat proses pencatatan, meminimalkan kesalahan, dan menghasilkan laporan kehadiran yang lebih akurat serta transparan dalam mendukung pengambilan keputusan manajerial sekolah.

Abstract

The Minimum Competency Assessment (MCA) is Indonesia’s national instrument for measuring foundational competencies, including numeracy literacy. However, findings from the Programme for International Student Assessment and the MCA indicate that many students still perform at low levels, partly because test items rely on limited, less contextualized problem settings. This study developed an Android-based numeracy literacy test using iSpring Suite by embedding items within the historical heritage context of the Bengkulu Coast to support students’ assessment preparation. The instrument was designed using the ADDIE model (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation) and piloted with ninth-grade students in Bengkulu City, Indonesia. Data were collected through interviews, questionnaires, documentation, and item try-outs, and analyzed for content validity, reliability, practicality, item difficulty, and discrimination. The expert review confirmed the feasibility of the content, construct, and language. Empirical results for 10 items showed acceptable to strong validity, high reliability (0.781), difficulty levels ranging from easy to moderate, and discrimination indices from moderate to very good. The practicality score reached 84.7% (very practical), indicating that contextualized mobile-based assessment is a valid and practical alternative for numeracy learning.

This study describes the construction of andragogy learning in an online scholarshipmentoring class at BimacitaGlobal, South Bengkulu. This study involved six informantsconsisting of managers, mentors, and participants of the Master's and Doctoralscholarship programs. The researchers used a descriptive qualitative approach with datacollection techniques through in-depth interviews, participant observation, anddocumentation. The theoretical contribution of this researchenriches the understanding of the implementation of andragogy in digital learning foradults, while its practical contribution provides a learning model that can be adapted bynon-formal educational institutions in areas with similar limitations.
