Aktivitas fisik merupakan terapi yang sangat baik untuk meningkatkan aksi insulin pada homeostasis glukosa pada individu yang sehat dan individu yang memiliki resistensi insulin seperti pasien diabetes melitus tipe II. Mengetahui hubungan aktivitas fisik dengan kadar gula darah pada pasien diabetes melitus. Desain penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Cross-sectional melibatkan 100 responden pasien diabetes melitus yang dilakukan di Puskesmas Dinoyo Kota Malang. Teknik Sampling yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara langsung dengan responden dan menggunakan Global Physical Activity Questionnaire (GPAQ) dan alat untuk mengukur kadar gula darah acak glukometer. Analisa bivariat yang digunakan adalah Kruskal Wallis dan uji pos hoc Mann Mhitney. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan uji Kruskal Wallis didapatkan nilai p=value 0,000, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara aktivitas fisik dengan kadar gula darah. Dari uji Pos Hoc Mann Whitney didapatkan nilai p=value 0,000 yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dari semua kelompok. Terdapat hubungan signifikan hubungan aktivitas fisik dengan kadar gula darah pada pasien diabetes melitus.

Arabic is the language of the Qur'an and the language of Islam, with billions of followers worldwide. However, students nowadays are rarely interested in learning Arabic, which affects their learning outcomes. Therefore, the researcher is interested in examining the influence of the direct method using picture guessing on students' learning outcomes. The aim of this study is to determine the implementation, results, and influence of the direct method through picture guessing on Arabic learning outcomes at MI Nurul Huda Patihan Lamongan. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The results of the study showed that the pre-test and post-test scores tested with the t-test resulted in a t-value greater than the t-table value, which was 12.954 > 2.042. This means that there is an influence of the direct method using picture guessing on students' learning outcomes.Keywords: Direct method; Arabic learning outcomes; Arabic language.

Abnormalities in platelets can lead to severe consequences renal and systemic blood flow. The aim of this study is to determine the predictive ability of platelet indices (mean platelet volume, platelet-lymphocyte ratio, and platelet count) in relation to changes in blood pressure before and immediately after hemodialysis. This study included 98 patients undergoing hemodialysis at the RSU UMM Malang, aged ≥18 years, hemodialysis duration > 1 month, and signing informed consent. The predictor variable were MPV, PLR, and platelet count and the outcome was the incidence of IDHT. There was a significant difference in the blood pressure of patients undergoing hemodialysis before compared to immediately after hemodialysis, for both systolic and diastolic blood pressure (p < 0.001). To assess the sensitivity and specificity of the accuracy of the platelet count, MPV, and PLR markers in predicting IDHT, ROC curve was created based on the difference in systolic blood pressure before-after hemodialysis. From the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve, it was found that the MPV value was the highest above the diagonal line compared to PLR and platelet count with an MPV cut-off value was 9.15. This indicates that MPV is the best predictive marker compared to the other models.

The following article tries to present a theme related to maharah istima' learning, where a student can capture a lesson delivered by the teacher, and also in this theme it is related to the theory of accelerated learning, Accelerated Learning is a learning approach that pays more attention to the psychological state of students in learning. The learning concept is based on the findings of a Bulgarian psychiatrist, Dr. George Lozanov. According to Lozanov, the human brain (which is used as the main tool for learning) will only be used effectively if it is in a "fun" state (not under pressure, free and comfortable). Accelerated Learning has several elements, namely SAVI (Somatic, Auditory, Visual and Intellectual). In other words, learning involves the whole self (whole brain). The Accelerated Learning approach is expected to create maharah istina' learning that is fun and motivates student learning without any pressure.

The technological revolution brought about by innovation has given rise to various types of new media, one of which is the TikTok application. The purpose of using TikTok as an educational medium is that students are expected to be more enthusiastic and active in the learning process, and students can be more confident in speaking Arabic and can develop the speaking skills of tenth grade students of Madrasah Aliyah Al-Asy'ari Keras Jombang. This research method uses a quantitative approach with the One Group Pretest Postest Design method in tenth grade students of Madrasah Aliyah Al-Asy'ari Keras Jombang. The results of this study state that social media "Tik Tok" is one of the easy ways that can help students in learning Arabic and in mastering speaking skills. The data obtained came from the results of the pre test and post test and the results were normal with a value of sig>0.05 and the data was normally distributed with a result value of 141. In conclusion, there is a significant positive impact of using social media "Tiktok" to improve speaking skills. namely the effect of using social media "Tiktok" gets a result of .000 so if the value is sig>0.05 then HA is accepted and HO is rejected.

It turns out that the phenomenon in teaching Arabic is that students' thinking skills are still low. This phenomenon is evident in the number of students who give wrong answers to Arabic language questions that require deep thinking during Arabic language teaching. This is not consistent with the current curriculum that requires students to develop their mentality, specifically to think either critically or creatively. This phenomenon indicates that the level of thinking skills, especially in short-term memory, among students is still low. Therefore, the aim of this research is to develop the game "Brain Adventure" to develop short-term memory among students in teaching Arabic to sixth grade primary school students. The method used in this research is developmental research with the ADDIE development model. This model is implemented in several stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The researchers focused on the first four stages. The results of this research are: the first stage of this research is the analysis of the curricula, the analysis of the materials, and the analysis of the students' memory abilities. The second stage is the design of questions and materials according to the curriculum. The third stage is the development of the game using the adventure model. The fourth stage is the implementation, which includes testing the material experts and educational media experts before implementing the developed game on small topics. As for the results of the questionnaire, the level of feasibility of the adventure game from the experts falls into the value "very good". This indicates that this game is suitable for use in teaching the Arabic language as a teaching tool to develop short-term memory in students.

The Covid-19 pandemic has affected various aspects of human life throughout the world. Since its appearance in early 2020, this virus has caused some people in the world to experience shock and disruption in various aspects of life. Apart from that, the impact of this pandemic has also greatly influenced the educational aspect where almost all countries require the teaching and learning process to be carried out online or online. This condition is very worrying and makes it possible for economically disadvantaged students to think about it Drop out from campus due to economic problems. Meanwhile, it is difficult for them to meet their daily needs, plus the internet quota costs are not cheap to participate in all the online learning activities required by the campus. Therefore, we are trying to create a service program entitled Training Life Skills for Students Affected by COVID-19 in Serang City. Development implementation methods life skills This method uses Education for Sustainable Development (EfSD). The stages of training activities provided to students affected by COVID-19 in the city start with field observations, program outreach, training & workshops, to visits carried out by students. Based on the results of this service, students in the city of Serang can make optimal use of life skills training and can carry out follow-up plans and readiness for continued assistance. Bantuan Hidup dasar merupakan pertolongan pertama padakejadian OHCA (Out of Hospital Cardiac Arrest). Salah satu upayauntuk meningkatkan angka bystander adalah membuat orangawam mendapatkan pembelajaran bantuan hidup dasar (BHD).Mengetahui bagaimanakah metode pembelajaran yang efektif yangdigunakan pada anak sekolah merupakan tujuan dari studi literaturini. Studi dilakukan dengan metode systematic review dimanapencarian artikel menggunakan database elektronik. Pencarianmenggunakan 3 database yaitu PUBMED, COCHRANE, dan ScienceDirect. Pencarian menggunakan 5 kata kunci. Kriteria inklusi padapenelitian ini adalah artikel dipublikasikan sejak 2017-2024,menjelaskan pelatihan pada anak sekolah pada rentang usia 7-19tahun, full text, berbahasa Indonesia dan Inggris. Dari hasilpencarian menggunakan bagan PRISMA ditemukan 9 artikel yangdianalisa level evidencenya menggunakan JBI dan dilakukan analisabaik metode dan hasilnya. Dari 9 artikel yang didapatkan semuamerupakan original research. Berbagai metode terbukti berhasilmeningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketermpilan. Jenis peltihan yangmenarik dapat menjadi pilihan untuk memberikan edukasi BHD.

This study aims to determine: 1) the effectiveness of "Mihya" media as a neuroscience-based evaluation tool in improving students' critical thinking skills; and 2) the difference in improving students' critical thinking skills between those who use "Mihya" media and those who do not use "Mihya." This study is a quantitative study with the quasi-experiment method with a nonequivalent control group design. Samples were taken using a purposive sampling technique. The treatment in this study was the use of "Mihya" media in the experimental group and without "Mihya" media in the control group. Learning outcome data were obtained from written tests and critical thinking ability data were obtained from closed questionnaires. This study produced several findings, namely: 1) "Mihya" media as an effective evaluation tool to improve students' critical thinking skills, and 2) there is a difference in the critical thinking skills of students who use "Mihya" media with students who do not use the media.

This study examines the learning of the Kitab al arobiyatun lin nasyiin juz 1 using the storytelling method at the Darul Falah 5 Cukir Islamic Boarding School, Diwek Jombang. The formulation of the problem in this study is 1) how is the learning of the Kitab al arobiyatun lin nasyiin juz 1using the storytelling in the Darul Falah 5 Cukir Islamic Boarding School in Jombang? 2) How is the study of Kitab al arobiyatun lin nasyiin juz 1 using the storytelling method at the Darul Falah 5 Cukir Islamic Boarding School, Diwek Jombang? 3) what are the advantages and disadvantages of learning Kitab al arobiyatun lin nasyiin juz 1 using the storytelling method at the Darul Falah Islamic boarding school 5 Cukir Diwek Jombang. This research method uses descriptive qualitative methods, data collection from this research is observation, interviews, and documentation then analyzed into a descriptive qualitative method. data that can be presented according to research results. The results of the research examine the learning of the Kitab al arobiyatun lin nasyiin using the storytelling method at the Darul Falah Islamic boarding school 5 Cukir Diwek Jombang, namely the learning of the Kitab al arobiyatun linnasyiin is learning that teaches material and exercises about Arabic. This book has several volumes including volumes 1 to 6. Volumes of itab al arobiyatun linnasyiin are taught according to the students being taught, from basic knowledge of Arabic to the book of al arobiyatun linnasyiin volume 6. learning the book al arobiyatun linnasyiin juz 1 at the Darul Falah 5 Islamic boarding school using the method storytelling The learning system that is carried out is to first provide the existing material then students are allowed to ask which material is not clear and ask for meanings that are not yet known then the teacher invites students to take the essence or material that was understood using Arabic after that the teacher appoints several children to come forward in front of the class to present the results and the other assignments are collected to be corrected by the teacher. learning the Kitab al arobiyatun linnasyiin using juz 1 the storytelling method at the Darul Falah 5 Islamic boarding school has several advantages, namely it can be followed by a large number of students, the teacher controls the class, the implementation is easy, trains students to recognize new vocabulary quickly, understands material with a long period of time and practice writing and speaking skills. The storytelling method has drawbacks, namely the evaluation of the learning process is difficult to control because there are no clear achievement points and this method takes a lot of time while learning only lasts for 1 hour so that students are less focused on stories made in haste.
