Abstract

Twitter is a very popular microblog, where users can search for various information, current news, celebrity posts, and hot topics. Indonesia is ranked 5th for the most Twitter users. The large number of users makes Twitter used for the benefit of certain parties with bad goals, such as spreading fake news using fake accounts. Fake accounts are often used by several parties to spread fake news, therefore the spread of fake news must be immediately limited to minimize the negative impact caused by fake news. For this reason, this research is written with the aim of being able to classify fake and genuine Twitter accounts. In this study, using data mining techniques that are closely related to big data in decision making by applying the Naive Bayes method. Naïve Bayes is one of the most widely used classification methods because it has good accuracy and faster computation time. The classification process uses nine parameters, namely based on the Profile Created, Favorite Count, Follower Count, Following Count, Geo Enabled, Follower Rate, Following Rate, Follower Following Ratio, Verified. This study uses 210 datasets of twitter accounts that spread fake news, the result is that Naïve Bayes works very promising  in the classification of fake twitter accounts and in the testing process using 5% of training set produces an accuracy of 80%.

Abstract

Saat ini pedesaan adalah salah satu sektor yang diperhatikan pemerintah dengan diberikan anggaran desa 10% dari APBN. Implementasi pemberian dana di desa Provinsi Jawa Tengah mencapai 1 Milyar tiap desa, hal ini akan menimbulkan kerawanan untuk diselewengkan sehingga membutuhkan transparansi salah satunya dengan memberikan informasi yang up to date melalui media online. Berbagai informasi yang dimiliki desa belum dapat disampaikan secara langsung, baik informasi pembangunan, UMKM, kegiatan PKK, kegiatan pemuda dan promosi desa, sehingga sangat dibutuhkan media yang dapat mengatasi hal tersebut, permasalahan ini dapat diselesaikan salah satunya dengan membuat website desa. Pengembangan web desa dengan menggunakan framework Sistem Informasi Desa (SID) dengan tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, instalasi SID dan hosting, implementasi dan evaluasi. Hasil implementasi SID terwujud web desa yang dapat memberikan layanan dan keterbukaan informasi desa ke seluruh warga desa

Abstract

Kriptografi menggunakan algoritma Advamce Encryption Standard (AES) maupun Rivest Shamir Adleman (RSA) secara individual sudah sering digunakan baik dalam proses pengamanan pesan berupa teks maupun citra digital. Pada penelitian ini akan digunakan gabungan AES dan RSA. Tujuan gabungan ini adalah meningkatkan nilai Avalanche Effect pada hasil implementasi serta untuk menganalisa waktu kebutuhan untuk proses enkripsi dan dekripsi. Pada penelitian ini, digunakan sejumlah data teks, audio dan video dengan jumlah byte antara 100 smapai 4000 bytes. Telah dilakukan perbandingan hasil perhitungan Avalanche effect (AE) pada AES, modified AES dan AES-RSA melalui 15 kali percobaan. Hasil perbandingan menunjukkan bahwa AES-RSA menghasilkan AE paling tinggi yaitu 44,74%.

Abstract

Saat ini produk UMKM yang dihasilkan oleh kelompok usaha atau industry rumah tangga belum dikenal oleh calon pembeli atau pelanggan yang ada di luar daerahnya dikarenakan promosi yang dilakukan hanya dari cerita orang ke orang lain. Beberapa pelaku sudah menggunakan grup-grup di apalikasi chating, media sosial dan jejaring sosial akan tetapi hanya dilakukan tidak rutin dan belum menggunakan cara yang efektif dalam melakukan promosi dan penjualan. Kendala lain yang dihadapi adalah desain kemasan yang dibuat belum mencirikan produk yang dijual dan belum memberikan informasi yang detail tentang produknya sehingga mengurangi daya tarik pembeli. Tujuan dari program pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan internet marketing dan design packaging untuk UMKM Binaan PKKP Kabupaten Blora sehingga dapat membuat desain kemasan dan melakukan pemasaran online melalui media sosial dan jejaring sosial.

Abstract

Research on brain tumor segmentation has been developed, ranging from threshold-based methods to the use of the deep learning algorithm. In this study, we proposed a region-based brain tumor segmentation method, namely the active contour model (ACM). Tumor segmentation was carried out using (Fluid Attenuated Inversion Recovery) FLAIR modality MRI image data obtained from the BRATS 2015 dataset of 86 images. The initial stage of our segmentation method is to find the initial initialization point/area for the ACM algorithm using Multi-Level Otsu Thresholding, with the level used in this study is 3 levels. After the initial initialization area has been obtained, the segmentation process is continued with ACM which explores the tumor area to obtain a full and accurate tumor area result. The results of this study obtained Dice Similarity for our study of 0.7856 with a total time required of 28.080722 seconds, which better than other method that we also compared with ours, 0.75 compared to 0.78 in term of Dice Similarity.

Abstract

Saat ini kehadiran COVID-19 berdampak disebagian besar sektor dibidang perekonomian secara signifikan. Berbagai perusahaan hampir terancam mulai bangkrut dan sangat terpaksa merumahkan para pekerjanya bahkan ada yang diberhentikan, kegiatan anak-anak sekolah ikut diliburkan, toko-toko penyedia bahan pokok dan tempat-tempat rekreasi dan Gedung pertemuan dipaksa untuk tutup beroperasi. Di berbagai daerah instansi layanan pemerintah kepada masyarakat termasuk yang mengharuskan bekerja dari rumah (work from home) istilah populernya adalah WFH demi memutus penyebaran virus. Dampak Covid-19 dialami masyarakat desa berbagai informasi dan layanan tidak dapat dilakukan secara maksimal dengan adanya berbagai macam pembatasan kegiatan, hal ini dapat terselesaikan dengan pembuatan website desa dan melakukan pendampingan pengelolaan web. Pengembangan web dan pendampingan menggunakan konsep Plan, Do, Check and Act (PDCA) dengan tahapan perencanaan, pengerjaan, evaluasi dan tindak lanjut dari proses sebelumnya. Hasil pengabdian ini adalah web desa Wonosuko yang mampu sebagai media informasi desa dan pelayanan ke warga desa kapanpun dan dimanapun pada masa pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

Many irresponsible people who download other people's artwork then modify and redistribute the work of someone without permission by not including the owner's name. Based on that problem an attempt was made to provide an invisible watermark so as not to be easy to do the watermark removal process on the artwork, using a 2-level DWT and SVD combination method that can embed watermarks invisibly and increase watermarking resistance to the image from various image manipulation processes such as noise, JPEG compression, and so on. From combination method of DWT-SVD got the highest PSNR value with watermark image size 32x32 and 64x64 which is 59.2656 dB and 54.7414 dB, respectively.

Abstract

Advances in technology in the field of internet, making the Internet become the most popular data transmission media for now. This is certainly not free from the incidence of cyber crime, such as theft and data modification. Given the losses caused by data manipulation is very detrimental to the owner, then the original data can be misused in the cyber world. Cryptography offers an algorithm for randomizing data, so it can not be read by unauthorized people. The cryptography technique was implemented using Triple Data Encyption Standard (3DES) given the results of a randomized cryptographic algorithm, it is possible to arouse suspicion from the viewer. For that will be done the process of insertion of cryptographic files into another media in the form of images commonly referred to as steganography. The steganography technique that will be used is End of File (EOF). The combination of 3DES and EOF in the 64x64 pixel image with grayscale color format produces the fastest image processing time of 173.00192 seconds with the highest Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR) value of 25.0004 dB, while in the 128x128 pixel image with grayscale format has produced the highest PSNR 21.0084 dB.

Abstract

The classification of Javanese character images is done with the aim of recognizing each character. The selected classification algorithm is K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) at K = 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9. To improve KNN performance in Javanese character written by the author, and to prove that feature extraction is needed in the process image classification of Javanese character. In this study selected Local Binary Patter (LBP) as a feature extraction because there are research objects with a certain level of slope. The LBP parameters are used between [16 16], [32 32], [64 64], [128 128], and [256 256]. Experiments were performed on 80 training drawings and 40 test images. KNN values after combination with LBP characteristic extraction were 82.5% at K = 3 and LBP parameters [64 64].
