Abstract

English Version Management and supervision of the sustainability of Village-owned enterprises can be carried out by various stakeholders including the general public. The application of good governance principles is the main key to a company's good reputation, both from an environmental, community or corporate point of view. the concept of Good Corporate Governance or GCG has several parts including Accountability, Fairness, Transparency, Independence, Responsibility, and Accountability. The purpose of this study was to examine the application of GCG principles to BumDes in Karangjati Village, Pandaan District, besides that this study also aimed to determine the level of trust in the community towards the management process carried out by BumDes and Village Government. This type of descriptive qualitative research is used in this study. From the research conducted, it was found that BumDes Karangjati has already implemented the principles of good governance, but the maximization of the implementation of the concept has not been maximized further, the development required requires an increase in human resources for BumDes Management as well as an increase in the role of Bumdes partners in order to realize an advanced and transparent Bumdes Versi IndonesiaPengelolaan dan pengawasan pada keberlanjutan badan usaha milik Desa dapat dilakukan oleh berbagai stakeholder termasuk masyarakat umum, Penerapan prinsip tata kelola yang baik menjadi kunci utama reputasi baik perusahaan, baik dari sisi lingkungan, masyarakat atau perusahaan. konsep Good Corporate Governance atau GCG memiliki beberapa bagian antaralain Accountability, Fairness, Transparency, Independency, Responsibility, dan Accountability. Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji Penerapan Prinsip GCG pada BumDes di Desa Karangjati Kecamatan Pandaan, selain itu penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkatan kepercayaan pada masyarakat terhadap proses pengelola yang dilakukan oleh BumDes dan Pemerintahan Desa. Jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan, ditemukan hasil bahwa BumDes Karangjati sudah menerapkan prinsip tatakelola yang baik, akan tetapi maksimalisasi dari implementasi konsep tersebut belum maksimal selanjutnya, pengembangan yang dibutuhkan dibutuhkan peningkatan SDM Pengurus BumDes sekaligus peningkatan peran mitra Bumdes demi terwujudnya Bumdes yang maju dan transparan

Abstract

The oldest written text in Javanese literature is Candrakiraṇa, one of its parts, the Amaramālā, mentions “Indra” as a king of the Śailendra dynasty. This work is essential because it includes various elements of prosody which the authors of kakawin needed to compose their literary work. For many years, some Javanese scholars had been debating the proper name of this text, using only one manuscript, LOr 4570, a copy of the incomplete gebang manuscript from the PNRI, which does not have a prologue or an epilogue mentioning its precise name. However, reading L 298, a lontar in the Merapi-Merbabu Collection, this manuscript clearly demonstrates that the name of this oldest text is Candrakiraṇa. This begs the question: Is there any relationship between the name and the content itself? This article presents pertinent arguments indicating that the name proposed can be accounted for both factually and conceptually.

Abstract

Stunting is a national priority issue that is now being intensively addressed to prevent the risk of stunting and reduce the stunting rate in Indonesia. In this case, children who experience stunting greatly impact the quality of the nation's generation because it can result in low intellectual levels and productivity. This study uses a qualitative approach, namely the resulting data is in the form of a description and critical analysis of an incident observed in the field. The location of this research was at the Office of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control, and Family Planning(P3AP2KB) in Pasuruan Regency. In this study, the data analysis techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the findings in the field, in addition to the high dispensation for marriage in the religious courts, Pasuruan Regency also received the third rank of marriage constituencies. This finding will provide an assessment of stunting policy advocacy at the maturing marriage age, which is considered not optimal and effective. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of the stunting policy advocacy program, one of which is maturing the age of marriage, and the obstacles to implementing the program for maturing the age of marriage.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the quality of E-Pak Ladi services in Parerejo Village and what factors influenced these services. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The informants were the Village Head, Village Secretary, E-Pak Ladi Kiosk Operator, and the Community as the beneficiary group. The results showed that the implementation of the E-Pak Ladi Program was based on the theory of service quality from Zeithaml (1990): (1) the implementation of E-Pak Ladi in Parerejo Village fulfilled the Tangibles aspect. (2) the quality of E-Pak Ladi's service in Parerejo Village did not meet the Empathy aspect (3) the quality of E-Pak Ladi's service did not meet the aspect. (4) The quality of E-Pak Ladi's administrative services in Parerejo Village does not yet meet the Responsiveness aspect. (5) The quality of E-Pak Ladi's administrative services in Parerejo Village has not met the Assurance aspect. Supporting factors in improving the quality of E-Pak Ladi services are (1) Support from various parties such as the BPD and other apparatus in the village. (2) Mechanisms or standard procedures from related agencies. (3) Massive communication through the media. (4) Competent human resources in the Parerejo Office. The inhibiting factors for improving the quality of E-Pak Ladi services are: (1) The promises of the Village Government regarding the E-Pak Ladi Program do not match the facts on the ground. (2) The attitude or individual communication patterns of some employees in Parerejo Village are less friendly.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Performance Analysis Of Village Government Bureaucracies In The Development Of Parerejo Village, Purwodadi District, Pasuruan District, East Java. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. The results of this study are based on indicators in Agus Dwiyanto's theory (2006: 50) regarding the measurement of the performance of the public bureaucracy as follows: (1) the performance of the Parerejo Village Government Bureaucracy has fulfilled the Productivity aspect due to work achievements by maximizing massive organizational evaluation. (2) The performance of the Parerejo Village Bureaucracy has fulfilled the Service Quality aspect because it has SOP as a public service mechanism. (3) The performance of the Parerejo Village Bureaucracy has fulfilled the Responsiveness aspect because it makes community complaints material for organizational evaluation in improving the quality of performance. (4) The Bureaucratic Performance of Parerejo Village has fulfilled the Responsibility aspect because it opens the widest possible forum for public participation. (5) The performance of the Parerejo Village Bureaucracy has met the Accountability aspect because it opens a public participation forum through a Joint forum or media portal as a form of Village Government accountability to the Community.

Abstract

Overview of this research, researchers try to understand the phenomenon of empirical gaps/reality, theorists, and normative problems village fund implementation from portraits Process effectiveness Implementation Research method using qualitative research types sourced from human instruments, events, and documents. Data collection techniques with an in-depth interview, observation, and documentation. While the data analysis used is interactive model data analysis initiated by Miles Huberman, and Saldana (2014). The results of this study revealed that, in the process of implementing village funds in general based on the fact in the field that it is already running, but there are still many weaknesses found ranging from communication between actors that have not been maximal or even socialization related to village funds are very minimally carried out by the Village Government to the Community, in addition to the Government Apparatus Resources at the beginning of the year the implementation of the Village Fund program still requires adaptation to existing laws and regulations. So the objectives of the Village Fund have not been achieved maximally.

Abstract

BUMDesa merupakan suatu badan yang diciptakan untuk menambah pendapatan asli desa serta untuk mewujudkan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat desa melalui unit usaha yang dibangun oleh BUMDesa sesuai dengan potensi dan kebutuhan masyarakat desa. Dalam PP 11 Tahun 2021 Tentang BUMdesa, BUMDesa harus ada di setiap Desa sebagai upaya untuk menggali potensi yang ada di Desa untuk mewujudkan kesekahteraan ekonomi desa dan menambah pendapatan asli desa. Akan tetapi kebanyakan Desa membuat BUMDes hanya sebagai formalitas. Adapun masalah lainnya terkait akses dalam menuju unit usaha BUMDesa masih sulit untuk dijangkau. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan Implementasi agile governance Pada BUMDesa tri gunting. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya BUMDesa masyarakat memiliki pekerjaan, dan pendapatan asli desa juga bertambah, akan tetapi akses pada unit usaha BUMDesa masih belum ada pembangunan dan modal dari Desa sehingga akses menuju BUMDes sulit dijangkau.

Abstract

Filsafat pada umumnya, yang berkembang di dunia hingga saat ini diketahui berasal dari Yunani. Akan tetapi mata rantai penyebarannya dari zaman klasik hingga zaman modern seringkali tidak diketahui, dikarenakan hampir semna sumber yang menampilkan sisi historis transmisi filsafat kurang memperbatikan kesinambungan mata rantainya. Seakan filsafat itu bermula dari Yunani klasik berkembang ke abad pertengaban lalu memasuki masa renaisans dan hadirlah abad modern.Bahwa Dunia Islam telah terbukti menjadi faktor penting pelestarian dan kesinambungan warisan intelektual Yunani, khususnya filsafat, hingga abad pertengahan yang pada gilirannya menjadi modal bagi lahirnya zaman modern. Perkembangan dan penyebaran filsafat Yunani ke Dunia Islam tidak secara langsung melainkan secara alamiah melalui beberapa tahap, bersamaan dengan dinamika masyarakatnya. Hal periting dalam pelestarian warisan Yunani itu adalah adanya gerakan ilmu yang disokong oleh penguasa politik, yakni para khalifah Islam, dengan adanya institusi keilmuan khususnya Bayt al-Hikmab di zaman kekuasaan Abbasiyah. Usaha penting yang berpengaruh adalah aktivitas penerjemahan, penyuntingan, serta pengulasan karya-karya filosof, sehingga menjadi sebuah karya baru.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the effectiveness of implementing the Yess Program from the Principal Agent's perspective in Pasuruan Regency. In this case, the principal-agent condition can be a factor that influences the implementation of the Yess program. Where agency problems often occur, such as Information Asymmetry, Adverse Selection, and Moral Hazard. The research results show that the implementation of the Yess program in Pasuruan Regency is carried out by the DIT (District Implementation Team) and is responsible to the Coordinator. In conclusion, agency problems can be handled well by the Coordinator and DIT (District Implementation Team) in Pasuruan Regency. Abstract

This study aims to comprehensively find out the role of women under the Shah Pahlavi regime. In addition, this study aims to determine the social, political, and economic conditions of Iran after the 1979 revolution. Finally, this study aims to determine the position of women in Shirin Ebadi's view. This research includes library research using a gender approach and a human rights approach. In collecting data, the researcher used the original work of Shirin Ebadi as the primary source, while the secondary data was taken from the works and data related to this research. To process the data, the researcher uses content analysis or content analysis. The results of the analysis explain that Shirin Ebadi has made a big contribution to the struggle of women to get equal rights with men. He was one of the founding initiators of the Center for Defending Human Rights in Iran. Not only that, she became the first female judge in Iran. For handling major criminal cases that dragged important Iranian figures, he was imprisoned by the Iranian government. In 2003, the Norwegian Nobel Committee recognized Shirin Ebadi as the winner of the Nobel Peace Prize for her struggle to defend Iranian women for their rights.
