Abstract

The development of technology and information is an inevitable update in entering the 4.0 era. Hardware is always needed in various technologies, whether computers or other technologies. Hardware can work according to its function if the computer has set the Instruction set including input, process, output, storage, and troubleshooting. Troubleshooting is one way to manage information security with the aim of ensuring the suitability of IT (Information Technology) practices by optimizing IT security policies and standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in the use of hardware in the Tri Ratna Vocational lab. In order for the implementation of IT security policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to be optimized, interviews and analysis of any deficiencies and problems that often occur. Then the research team provides solutions or proposals to optimize the application of IT Security Policy, SOP and Daily Activity. Because with the application of IT Security Policy, SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and daily activity that is precise, clear and firm, then every device available in the computer lab will be able to run according to its use and function optimally and the protection carried out against hardware can run optimally.

Abstract

This study discussed the meaning of financial digitalization from creativity to innovation and competition in small and medium enterprises. The authors believe that digital financial and small business success is related to the era of technology and competition. In other words, the ability of business drivers to empower technology in financial activities. To discuss the theme of this study, we have conducted digital data searches on both national and international publication databases consisting of literature, journals, magazines, and website literature. To complete this discussion, we examine the data in-depth under a phenomenological approach, namely an effort to explore the data as broadly as possible to understand valid and up-to-date answers to questions. Based on the findings and discussion data, we conclude that financial digitization uses the latest technology that allows the financial function to have a high impact in today's technological and competitive business era. Therefore, this finding is a valuable input for future digital financial studies and business activities.

Abstract

This study presents a comprehensive analysis of the rational relations pertaining to the operational dynamics of PT. Semen Gresik (Persero), Tbk, a leading cement manufacturing company. Through a detailed case study approach, various facets of the company's operational framework are scrutinized, focusing on key financial metrics such as liquidity, leverage, and profitability. By examining these rational relations, the study aims to elucidate the company's ability to effectively manage its resources, meet short-term obligations, and sustain profitability amidst dynamic market conditions. Employing a range of financial ratios including liquidity ratio, leverage ratio, and net profit margin, the analysis provides insights into PT. Semen Gresik (Persero), Tbk's financial performance over a specified period. The study delves into the implications of these findings on the company's operational efficiency and financial stability, highlighting areas of strength and opportunities for improvement. By deciphering the rational relations inherent in the company's operational matters, this study offers strategic recommendations to optimize performance and enhance competitiveness in the industry landscape. Through a rigorous examination of rational relations, this study contributes to a deeper understanding of PT. Abstract

Self-compacting concrete (SCC) merupakan beton yang dapat mengalir dan memadat dengan berat sendirinya, sehingga dapat mempercepat dan mempermudah pengecoran dalam suatu pekerjaan proyek konstruksi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui flowability dan kuat tarik self-compacting concrete dengan penambahan abu sekam padi sebagai pengganti sebagian agregat halus dan penambahan silica fume sebagai pengganti sebagaian semen. Abu sekam padi merupakan salah satu limbah hasil pertanian yang belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal, sehingga melalui penelitian ini diharapkan pemanfaatan abu sekam padi menjadi lebih efektif. Kadar silica fume yang digunakan sebesar 5% dari berat semen, sedangkan variasi abu sekam padi yang digunakan sebesar 20%, 40%, 60% dari berat agregat halus. Pengujian beton segar menggunakan metode slump flow, J-ring, L-box and V-funnel untuk mengukur kemampuan beton mengalir sendiri. Pengujian kuat tarik beton dilakukan pada umur 3 hari, 7 hari, 28 hari dengan benda uji berbentuk silinder ukuran 15 x 30 cm. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapat bahwa semakin tinggi kadar abu sekam padi yang digunakan maka kuat tarik mengalami penurunan. Kuat tarik optimal dimiliki oleh campuran abu sekam padi 20% dengan kuat tarik rata-rata sebesar 1,23 MPa pada umur 3 hari, 1,24 MPa pada umur 7 hari, 1,31 MPa pada umur 28 hari. Sedangkan melalui pengujian betonsegar menunjukkan bahwa abu sekam padi dapat digunakan sebagai bahan tampah untuk self-compacting concrete.

Abstract

The level of mastery of basic soccer techniques of junior high school students has yet to be discovered. This study aims to determine how much mastery of basic soccer techniques of football students of SMP Negeri 1 Kolaka. Methods: The methodology used is a survey method with a cross-sectional type. The dribbling test has a mean value of 49.99 with a very poor category, namely as many as 18 students with a percentage of 45%; shooting tests with a mean value of 50.00 with a very poor category, namely as many as 21 students with a percentage of 52.5%, passing-control with a mean value of 50.00 with a very poor category, namely as many as 15 students with a percentage of 37.5%, and heading tests with a mean value of 50.00 with a very good category, namely as many as 17 students with a percentage of 42.5%. The mastery of basic soccer techniques of SMP Negeri 1 Kolaka students is an average value of 200.00, with a percentage value of 52.5% or as many as 21 students in the good category. Knowing the mastery of basic soccer techniques of students is used as a data bank to conduct further research.

Abstract

Setiap wilayah di Indonesia memiliki banyak  sumber daya alam termasuk produksi ikan, salah satunya adalah ikan laut. Dari sumber daya alam tersebut, banyak  nelayan yang menjadikannya sebagai profesi, yaitu menangkap ikan. Ikan hasil tangkapan akan dijual di TPI (Tempat Pelelangan Ikan), kemudian akan ditimbang dan diberi imbalan sesuai dengan standar harga ikan yang berlaku  saat itu. . Di sirkuit distribusi, produsen sering menggunakan perantara, distributor, yang merupakan operasi otonom antara produsen dan konsumen akhir. Hal ini dikarenakan ikan menempuh banyak jalur  sebelum sampai ke konsumen akhir, semakin panjang jalurnya maka  harga ikan akan semakin mempengaruhi konsumen. Penelitian ini akan merancang sistem distribusi penjualan ikan di Tpi Polewali berdasarkan tingkatan yang diamati pada beberapa event sebelumnya. Data penelitian disajikan secara web untuk memudahkan melihat persebaran perdagangan ikan di Tpi Polewali. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah aplikasi sistem informasi distribusi penjualan ikan di Tpi Polewali. Penelitian dilakukan di Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan. Hasil penelitian ini berupa scorecard evaluasi  tingkat kualitas sistem distribusi ikan di TPI Polewali yang disajikan dalam bentuk web interface.

Abstract

Meningkatkan penjualan produk merupakan salah satu cara UMKM menggunakan strategi pemasaran yang efektif. Tujuan dari penelitian di kafe Arakel ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana perusahaan dapat meningkatkan omset penjualan dan teknik pemasaran apa yang digunakan untuk melakukannya. selain itu untuk mempelajari bagaimana kafe Arakel dapat pulih dari kemundurannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan menggunakan strategi kualitatif. Dengan menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara yang relevan dengan strategi pemasaran, data dikumpulkan. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kafe Arakel menghadapi sejumlah masalah, termasuk pelanggan yang sporadis, keharusan merelokasi dan memulai kembali, penjualan yang tidak konsisten, dan biaya produksi yang tidak menentu. Rencana pemasaran yang efektif diperlukan untuk mengatasi hal ini, memastikan aliran pengunjung yang stabil dan peningkatan omset penjualan. Strategi pemasaran kafe Arakel melibatkan penerapan rencana bauran pemasaran sebagai hasil penelitian dan inspeksi di tempat.

Abstract

This study explores the widespread issue of sexism in Malaysia, focusing on its impact on Muslim and Buddhist female workers. Employing a qualitative approach, the research involves observations, interviews, and documentation to examine how sexism affects women's job opportunities across various sectors. The findings reveal that despite legal progress, sexism remains deeply ingrained, manifesting through discriminatory practices that impede women’s professional advancement and reinforce gender stereotypes. Muslim women encounter additional challenges related to compliance with Islamic teachings in the workplace, while Buddhist women face cultural prejudices that impact their employment opportunities. This study contributes to the gender equality discourse by providing insights into the specific experiences of women in Malaysia, highlighting the need for targeted interventions to combat sexism and promote a more equitable society.

Abstract

The study examines the complexities of data management in a Bandung-based garment industry, where each division analyzes transactional flow data using Google Spreadsheets. Nevertheless, the precision of the transactional flow data throughout the organization is compromised due to inconsistencies emerging from uncorrected modifications in controlled data. In order to resolve this problem, it is essential to construct a data warehouse system along with visually attractive data visualization using Tableau dashboards. Integrating these systems aims to provide users with the relevant information required for efficient decision-making. The project aims to enhance business intelligence operations within the garment firm by creating a sophisticated information system that combines inventory accuracy, data warehousing, and visualization approaches. The project aims to improve data accuracy, simplify data management processes, and provide stakeholders with complete insights into corporate operations through carefully examining and applying these systems. The study's primary objective is to provide significant insights that can enhance the optimization of inventory information systems and business intelligence techniques in the garment industry. This condition will ultimately lead to improved efficiency and strategic decision-making abilities.

Abstract

The furnace is a device used to convert potential energy into heat energy. Furnace for the community is one of the important tools for cooking. Combustion is the reaction of a substance with oxygen (O2 ). Combustion is one of the most widely used biomass energy conversions because it produces direct thermal energy. The purpose of this research is to analyze the number of holes and analyze the comparison of burning briquette stoves with kerosene stoves. The data collection method is carried out by direct observation of the community and collecting references from related books and journals. Analysis conducted on the number of holes in the briquette stove (21, 33 and 43) shows the most effective results in the use of briquette stoves are briquette stoves which have 43 holes. The time to heat the water is 15 minutes with the same amount of water and fuel volume, the water volume is 500 ml and 600 grams of fuel and the final temperature is 100 oC. The heating time of kerosene stove is 12 minutes and the heating time of briquette stove is 15 minutes.Keywords: Briquette stove, hole variation, design, combustion, efficiency
