Abstract

The aim is to understand how interpersonal conflict and workload influence how work stress at the South Sulawesi Province BKKBN Representative Office was surveyed to obtain primary data. Saturated sampling was used in this study, and a total of 98 people were sampled. The validity and reliability of these findings have been evaluated, through tests of heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, and normality have all been considered. The data analysis method uses multiple regression.

Abstract

Public sector management accounting is a system that provides accountability information and management control for the government and society. This system serves as an information tool that provides transparent, accurate, and accountable financial reports, so that the public can understand the use of public funds and increase trust in this Sei Rattan Village Office.In public sector management accounting, transparent and accurate public financial reports are used as the main instrument for creating public accountability. These reports are used in the management control process, from strategic planning to performance reporting. In addition, public sector management accounting also functions as a supervisory tool carried out by internal parties at the Sei Rotan Village Office in an open and continuous manner. Thus, public sector management accounting has an important role in increasing transparency and accountability at the Sei Rotan Village Office, as well as increasing public trust in the Sei Rotan Village Office. Therefore, the active role of the Sei Rotan Village Office and the community in increasing the use of transparent and accurate financial reports is needed to increase transparency and accountability in the public sector.

Abstract

Literacy is a person's ability to read, write and understand information well. The aim of creating a picture story book with the theme "Anti Bullying" is to help Kojartis children in reading, understanding that building a mentally healthy environment is very important in life. Apart from picture story books, the wishing tree is also one of the activities carried out at the Kojartis learning house. This activity aims to help Kojartis children have better dreams and hopes for life and feel supported in achieving their life goals. These two activities will be held on August 25 2024 in Kojartis. The tools and materials used in making picture story books are: 1) writing a story script; 2) make edits to the story manuscript; 3) create a book image design, using the Canva application; 4) editing the book layout; 5) make revisions; 6) send to ISBN publisher. Meanwhile, the tools and materials for making a wishing tree are: 1) cardboard; 2) scissors; 3) cutter; 4) pencil; 5) eraser; 6) wrong; 7) books for designing; 8) colored mangosteen paper, green and brown; and 9) LED lights. This second activity can help Kojartis children to build literacy skills and build self-confidence to be enthusiastic about achieving their goals and hopes.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the application of animated video-based learning media using the CapCut application to create learning that supports students, namely by meeting the needs of students in class IX.10 of SMP Negeri 7 Palembang. This research meets the needs of students, especially in learning style and background. This research used a qualitative descriptive method, with research subjects 36 students in class IX.10. The data used in this research are, 1) the learning process using CapCut-based animated video learning media; 2) documents in the form of teaching modules; and 3) field notes obtained through the observation stage. The research results were carried out in several stages including: 1) conducting an initial assessment; 2) alignment of learning media; 3) creating teaching modules; 4) implementing learning; 5) reflection and evaluation. The results of reflection and evaluation show that students' enthusiasm and involvement in learning provides significant learning outcomes.

Abstract

Data WHO tahun 2004 menunjukkan 10% dari 66 juta anak sekolah menderita kelainan refraksi yaitu miopia. Survey kesehatan indera penglihatan yang dilakukan oleh DEPKES di 8 provinsi (Sumatra Barat, Sumatra Selatan, Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah, Jawa Timur, Sulawesi Utara, Sulawesi Selatan dan NTB) ditemukan kelainan refraksi pada golongan usia sekolah sebanyak 5% (Depkes, 2009 dalam Sasraningrat, 2011). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui “Hubungan Gaya Hidup Dengan Gangguan Mata Miopi Pada Anak Usia Sekolah di Puskesmas Gulai Bancah Bukittinggi”. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama 17 hari dengan teknik Accidental Sampling. Populasi sebanyak 154 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode study korelatif dimana meneliti hubungan antara dua buah varibel. Alat yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Dengan hasil penelitian, responden yang mengalami gangguan mata miopi adalah sebanyak 60.0%, sedangkan yang memiliki gaya hidup tidak sehat 45.0%. Dari 9 responden yang memiliki gaya hidup tidak sehat hampir keseluruhan yang mengalami gangguan mata miopi sebanyak 88.9% dan lebih dari separoh memiliki gaya hidup sehat 63.6% tidak mengalami miopi. Hasil uji statistik Chi-Square di dapat p = 0.028, dapat diambil kesimpulan ada hubungan gaya hidup dengan gangguan mata miopi pada anak usia sekolah di Puskesmas Gulai Bancah. Anak yang mengalami gaya hidup tidak sehat memiliki peluang sebanyak 14 kali mengalami gangguan mata miopi. Bagi pegawai Puskesmas diharapkan untuk memberikan penyuluhan kesekolah-sekolah tentang gangguan mata miopi, untuk peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan melakukan penelitian sejenis tapi dengan variabel yang berbeda.

Abstract

Handwashing behavior was not a usual day-to-day by the general public. Hand washing is an important thing to know melai children from an early age in order to materialize a clean and healthy lifestyle. Namunberdasarkan data that has been collected from SDN 55 Batang piarau, still a lack of knowledge of the student / i for washing hands. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of granting extension Net sehah Behavior (PHBs) About Handwashing Handwashing Against knowledge in SD N 55 Rods Piarau Lubuk Basung Agam 2015.This study design using pre-Eksprimental One group pre-post test desaign. This research was conducted at SDN 55 Batang piarau 03 September to 7 September 2015. The population in this study were 55 students / I with a total sample of 47 students / i. The data in this study was collected using questionnaires and processed by paired t-test.Based on the analysis of the data showed that respondents' knowledge before the intervention is given 100% low knowledge, and after being given the intervention of knowledge increased to 70.2% of respondents berpengrtahuan high, 23.4% of respondents were knowledgeable and 6.3 berpengetahuanrendah respondents about hand washing. Statistically, the provision of information has a significant influence in increasing student knowledge / i (p = 0.000)Recommended to students / I that higher knowledge in order to maintain and improve health with a clean and healthy life behavior, and student / i knowledgeable Low harder to improve his knowledge in order to create a clean and healthy lifestyle. For a school to reactivate UKS.

Abstract

Dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF) is a health problem with an increasing number of cases is equal to 65.57 per 100 thousand inhabitants. Based on data from the health department of Bukittinggi in 2011-2013 the number of dengue cases in the region Puskesmas Tigo Baleh In 2011 as many as 20 cases, 35 cases were in 2012, in 2013 a total of 39 cases. this type of research is an analytic survey with case-control study design and size of the study respondents were 78 respondents with totaly sampling technique. The data was collected using a questionnaire with interview techniques. This research uses the chi-square test with 95% degree of confidence (É‘ = 0.05). The results showed no significant relationship between knowledge of the incidence of DHF (p = 0.000, OR 59,500), there was no significant relationship between the attitude of the incidence of DHF (p = 0.074, OR 2.066), a significant relationship between the incidence of dengue measures (p = 0.030 , OR 4.500), and no significant relationship between the environment and the incidence of DHF (p = 1.000 OR 2.054). Expected, government and health centers can improve public knowledge and action better through counseling with a more effective method.

Abstract

Acute Respiratory Infections (ARI) is an acute infections process which incubation for 14 days. It’s caused by microorganisms and attack one or more of the airway. Tanah Datar is a regency that incidence of ARI in children toddlers was highest (80.65%) in West Sumatera in 2011, with the most case in Batipuh I Health Centre (123.47%). The aims of this study were known variable and dominant factor relationship of ARI incidence on children toddlers at working area of Batipuh I Health Centers. Design of this research was cross sectional. Population was all mothers who have children toddlers (2079 people) and obtained 106 sample with multistage sampling technique. Data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate with Chi-square test. The results showed that there was a significant association between immunization status (p = 0.006, OR=6588, CI = 95%) and exclusive breastfeeding (p = 0.015, OR = 2.985, CI = 95%). Recommended to Batipuh I Health Center to provide information about the importance of immunization, exclusive breast feeding, and monitoring the nutritional status of children toddlers. The parents should provide a complete immunization, exclusive breast feeding, and pay attention to the nutritional status of children toddlers in order to anticipate the incidence of ARI.

Abstract

Salah satu masalah kesehatan yang sering terjadi pada lanjut usia adalah rematik (osteoartritis). Osteoartritis merupakan kelainan sendi progresif ditandai dengan rasa nyeri yang mengakibatkan penurunan kualitas hidup lansia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh kompres hangat aromaterapi lavender terhadap penurunan skala nyeri pasien rematik (osteoarthritis) pada lansia di Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha Sabai Nan Aluih Sicincin Tahun 2014. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode Pre Experiment dengan pendekatan One Group Pretest Postest. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan sampel sebesar 16 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan alat ukur skala nyeri Visual Analog Scale (VAS) lalu dicatat dalam lembaran observasi dan dianalisis menggunakan uji T-test dua sampel dengan α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan skala nyeri sebelum pemberian terapi kompres hangat aromaterapi lavender 5,50, sedangkan sesudah pemberian terapi kompres hangat aromaterapi lavender rata-rata skala nyeri menjadi 2,56. Hasil uji T-test dua sampel didapatkan p = 0,000 (p < 0,05), berarti hipotesis penelitian diterima yaitu terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna rata-rata skala nyeri sebelum dan sesudah diberikan terapi kompres hangat aromaterapi lavender terhadap penurunan skala nyeri pasien rematik (osteoarthritis) pada lansia di Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha Sabai Nan Aluih Sicincin Tahun 2014. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh kompres hangat aromaterapi lavender terhadap penurunan skala nyeri pasien rematik (osteoarthritis) pada lansia. Bagi keperawatan hendaknya dapat melakukan pengembangan terapi komplementer dalam upaya mengurangi nyeri rematik (osteoartritis).

Abstract

Humans as social creatures need language as a communication tool to share thoughts, feelings, and information. Language is a complex social phenomenon that is influenced by culture and social context. Pragmatics, which is a branch of linguistics that studies meaning in context, focuses on speech acts as a basic element in communication. This study aims to analyze the illocutionary speech acts (directive, expressive, commissive, declarative, and representative) that often appear on Neuron's YouTube channel, especially on playlists related to sex education. This research uses descriptive qualitative method and pragmatics theoretical approach, and collects data through literature study by referring to various scientific literatures relevant to the topic discussed. The focus of the study is to analyze the illocutionary speech acts in sex education videos on Neuron's YouTube channel, which discuss important issues such as HIV/AIDS, contraception, and transgender. Of the six videos in the “Sex Education” playlist analyzed, 91 illocutionary speech acts were found, consisting of 28 directive speech acts, 8 expressive speech acts, 11 commissive speech acts, 15 declarative speech acts, and 29 representational speech acts. This research is expected to provide insight into the use of illocutionary speech acts in Neuron's YouTube channel playlist and help viewers understand the messages conveyed in these sex education videos.
