Abstract

Community service has been carried out by a team from the Padang State Polytechnic. This activity was carried out due to concerns about the large amount of inorganic household waste that had accumulated in the Guguak Malintang sub-district, Padang Panjang Timur sub- district, which had not been processed, making members of the Sakinah waste bank in the sub-district want to process it into useful materials. This desire was responded directly by the service team from the Padang State Polytechnic, so that cooperation was established in the form of a partnership. The purpose of the activity is to contribute to the application of science and technology in carrying out the tri dharma of higher education, namely the third dharma of community service. The activity took place thanks to the collaboration of the community service team from the Padang State Polytechnic with the Sakinah waste bank which is a partner. This plastic waste recycling training aims to enable participants to have the skills and entrepreneurial spirit resulting from plastic waste recycling. The method used in this activity is first to socialize about the importance of waste management, and to continue the practice of making various souvenirs from plastic waste. During the socialization, the waste bank members and community members who attended were very enthusiastic to listen to it, even the participants wanted to practice directly. It is hoped that by holding the skills to make various souvenirs of plastic waste, the environment will be maintained and the accumulation of plastic waste will not occur. The resulting souvenirs can not only be sold to increase family income, but also reduce the amount of plastic waste that is difficult to decompose.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian menunujukkan Pegadaian merupakan salah satu alternatif pendanaan yang sangat efektif karna tidak memerlukan persyaratan yang rumit yang dapat menyulitkan nasabah dalam pemberian dana. Cukup dengan membawa barang jaminan yang bernilai ekonomis, masyarakat sudah bisa mendapatkan dana untuk kebutuhannya, baik produktif maupun konsumtif. Di samping itu proses pencairan dana yang terbilang cepat dan mudah. Sedangkan operasional pegadaian pun juga menggunakan sistem bunga yang sangat dilarang dalam syariah Islam. Maka dari itu didirikan pengadaian syariah yang memang didirikan oleh perum pengadaian agar terhindar dari rentenir dan riba.Kata kunci : Strategi Pemasaran, Gadai Syariah, Pengadaian

Abstract

The aim of this research is to understand how the use of technology and motivation influences the performance of employees at the Makassar Agricultural Quarantine Agency (BBKP). This data was surveyed to obtain primary data. The Slovin formula was used in this study, and a total of 37 people were sampled. The validity and reliability of these findings have been evaluated, through tests of heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, and normality have all been considered. The data analysis method uses multiple regression.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of work commitment, soft skills and work environment on teacher performance at the Genus Health Vocational School. The type of research is quantitative research using survey methods. The sample in this study was 81 teachers who were civil servants and non-civil servants. The data analysis method used was is a multiple linear regression analysis based on SPSS (statistical package for the social science) variance. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that work commitment has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Soft skills have a positive and significant impact on performance Teachers and the environment have a significant and significant effect on the performance of teachers in the Genus Health Vocational School.

Abstract

Masa remaja adalah fase peralihan seorang anak menuju dewasa yang dipenuhi banyak perubahan dalam tubuhnya termaksud mengenai hubungan interaksinya. Kekuatan dan kelemahan interaksi sosial menentukan kuat atau tidaknya suatu hubungan, yang memerlukan perhatian dan dukungan bagi remaja untuk memiliki hubungan yang sehat,untuk itu perlunya adanya edukasi untuk menunjang terciptanya pergaulan yang baik khususnya pada reaja yang dimana bertujuan untuk terciptanya pergaulan positif. Pergaulan yang positif akan berdampak pada kesehatan mental anak. Hal ini disebabkan banyak hal yang baik disekitanya contohnya seperti akan tercipta lingkungan yang penuh dengan kasih dan cinta,komunikasi yang terjalin baik, meningkatnya kepercayaan diri anak, tumbuhnya rasa saling percaya, meningkatkan kebahagian dan mengurangi stres pada anak. Untuk itu penulis mengadakan pengabdian yang ditujukan untuk remaja agar mereka lebih paham tentang bagaimana menjalankan pergaulan positif untuk menjaga kestabilan mental agar terciptanya interaksi yang baik. Hal ini juga akan dikaji dari sudut pandang agama agar mengingatkan kita kembali betapa islam dengan sempurna mengatur kehidupan manusia bahkan dalam pergaulan.

Abstract

This article examines the role of Indonesian as a communication tool in international business in the digital era. This topic is important given Indonesia's economic growth and its potential in the global market, particularly in Southeast Asia. The research uses a literature review method, analyzing relevant sources related to the use of Indonesian in the context of international business. Opportunities that can be leveraged include the growth of e-commerce and the potential of Indonesian as a lingua franca in Southeast Asia. The study concludes that with the right strategies, Indonesian can become an effective communication tool in international business, opening opportunities for Indonesian companies in the global market and helping foreign companies adapt to the Indonesian market.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of compensation on the performance of employees in the production department at PT. Semen Tonasa II and III Pangkep Regency. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with the number of respondents being 51 employees who were used as samples using a sampling technique, namely using Solvin samples. The analysis used in this research is a simple linear regression test. The results of simultaneous testing of the education level variable have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity variable as proven based on the results of the simultaneous test with a significance value of f<α (0.000<0.05). The partial test results of the compensation variable have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables with a significance value of f<α (0.000<0.05).

Abstract

Reducing MMR and AKB is a priority for health development as stated in Presidential Regulation Number 18 of 2020 concerning the 2020-2024 National Medium-Term Development Plan. The main causes of maternal death are hypertension in pregnancy and postpartum hemorrhage. This cause can be minimized if the quality of Antenatal Care is carried out properly. Some conditions that can cause the condition of pregnant women are not healthy. High-risk pregnancy is a pregnancy condition that can threaten the health and safety of the mother and fetus. This condition can be caused by complications during pregnancy, but it can also be caused by a medical condition that the mother has had since before pregnancy. The Poedji Rochjati scorecard (KSPR) is a scorecard used as a family-based antenatal screening tool to find risk factors for pregnancy. The challenges faced by cadres in carrying out health development activities are generally caused by the lack of education level and lack of training provided to them regarding their duties as Posyandu cadres. The purpose of the activity "SOSIS POSKA (Socialization of Poedji Rochjati Scores with Cadres) is expected that pregnant women with high risk can be detected as early as possible so that action planning can be carried out and can reduce maternal and infant mortality (AKB). This activity will be carried out in January 2024, carried out in two places, namely the Pandansari village Polindes and at the cadres' house, in the Kintap Health Center Working Area, Tanah Laut Regency, South Kalimantan. Pandansari Village was chosen to be given the innovation of the POSKA SOSIS program because it is a village with 89 pregnant women and most of them have a high risk (pregnant women >35 years, hypertension, pregnant women with comorbidities). The participants of this activity were cadres totaling 15 people. The activities carried out were Socialization about Poedji Rohjati Score, Simulation of Poudji Rochjati Score implementation, Evaluation, and question and answer. In this activity participants gave a fairly good response and discussed with each other, what things can help so that the objectives of this program are understood and can be implemented properly and correctly.
