Abstract

Tujuan – Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan adalah melihat perbedaan pengaruh Return on Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), dan Net Interest Margin (NIM) terhadap harga saham bank BUMN sebelum dan dimasa pandemi COVID-19 Metode – Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan alat Uji SPSS 2023 dan metode analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Penelitian ini meneliti lima bank yang dimiliki oleh Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Periode penelitian mencakup enam tahun, meliputi periode sebelum pandemi COVID-19 (2017-2019) dan dimasa pandemi COVID-19 (2020-2022) Hasil – Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebelum pandemi COVID-19, ROA dan NIM memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap harga saham, sedangkan ROE tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan. Sebaliknya, selama pandemi COVID-19  , ROA dan ROE memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, sedangkan NIM tidak  berpengaruh yang signifikan terhadap harga saham. Originalitas – Penelitian ini mengungkap perbedaan ROA, ROE dan NIM terhadap harga saham bank BUMN sebelum dan sesudah Covid 19. Implikasi - Perbedaan harga saham bank BUMN sebelum dan sesudah Covid 19’ dengan melihat ROA, ROE dan NIM membentu investor dalam melakukan keputusan investasi.

Abstract

Teacher personality competence is the ability of a teacher that is related to teacher behavior and must have good values so that they can be reflected in daily life and can carry out their duties and obligations professionally. The character of responsibility is the basic attitude of a person who is able to carry out duties and obligations and has the courage to accept all the consequences for his behavior and actions. Based on the facts in the field, it shows that there has been a decrease in the character of the responsibility of grade VII students at SMP Negeri 1 Sembawa. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study using data collection techniques in the form of documentation, interviews, observations, and questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis, normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing using simple regression analysis, testing the correlation coefficient and calculating the coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is an effect of teacher personality competence on the responsibility character of class VII students at SMP Negeri 1 Sembawa based on the results of a simple regression analysis which obtained tcount > ttable or 14,974 > 2,042 it can be concluded that the accepted hypothesis is Ha and Ho rejected. The influence given by variable X on variable Y is equal to 88.1%, which means it has a high influence and the remaining 11.9% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Electrical capacitance volume tomography (ECVT) is an imaging technique based on the object’s capacitance value. To provide a representative image of the object under study, the ECVT system requires a method that can measure the capacitance value in the order of picofarads (pF). This level of resolution poses a difficulty for typical commercial capacitance measuring devices, hence raising the need for a specialized method with dedicated signal conditioning circuitry. The capacitance meter based on phase-sensitive demodulation (PSD) is made to solve the aforementioned issue and it is then compared with the characteristics of a capacitance meter-based commercial Arduino setup. The designed PSD-based capacitance measuring device has 97.894% accuracy, precision of 0.704 pF, sensitivity of 0.1197 V/pF, linearity with a coefficient of determination 0.9983, and stability of 0.028 pF/min. In comparison, the capacitance meter based on Arduino has 97.943% accuracy, precision of 0.027 pF, linearity with a coefficient of determination 0.9999, and stability of 0.04 pF/min. Testing is done on an 8-electrode ECVT sensor using dielectric materials of air and water. The nearest electrode pair on the condition of air as the dielectric medium has a capacitance value of 2.62218 pF for PSD-based measuring devices and 3.4027 pF for Arduino-based measuring devices, while the pair of electrodes on the condition of water as a dielectric medium has a capacitance value 9.8229 pF for measuring device based on PSD and 9.1069 pF for Arduino-based measuring devices. The opposite and farthest electrode pair on the condition of air as a dielectric medium has a capacitance value of 0 pF for PSD-based measuring devices and 0,0798pF for Arduino-based measuring devices, while the pair of electrodes on the condition of water as a dielectric medium has a capacitance value of 4.652 pF for PSD-based measuring devices and 0.1224 pF for Arduino-based measuring devices.

Abstract

This research aims to determine a media mapping analysis of Rahn Financing in Indonesia using the NVivo tool. This research uses qualitative methodology assisted by NVivo and a literature review. Several data analysis techniques in this research include firstly mapping the number of news article codes based on qualitative analysis such as meaning, objectives, terms and conditions, and laws, regarding "Rahn" using NVivo 14 software, secondly mapping the visualization results with hierarchical diagrams and testing the correlation between articles. Media uses qualitative analysis, thirdly mapping the research topic with Worldcloud or a collection of words often discussed in media articles, and finally testing the significant value between media articles to determine the correlation size around the topic "Rahn". The results of this research indicate that the topics often discussed in media articles regarding Rahn Financing are goals and understanding. Meanwhile, media articles rarely discuss objectives and terms and conditions regarding Rahn Financing. The implications of this research show that analysis using NVivo and Literature Review tools can be a recommendation for increasing public literacy regarding financial financing through media articles by looking at frequently discussed topics.

Abstract

Increasing the profitability of a Sharia Commercial Bank in Indonesia cannot be separated from efforts to mitigate conditions internally and externally. This study aims to see the effect of financing risk and inflation on profitability in shari'ah commercial banks in Indonesia. This research uses secondary data in the form of financial statements of Islamic commercial banks accessed from the OJK (financial services authority) and data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) during the 2019-2023 period. This study used quantitative methods with the JASP 2024 software test tool and used multiple regression analysis of panel data. Researchers found that the risk of Mudharabah financing has a negative and significant influence on profitability. Meanwhile, the risk of Murabahah financing and inflation has a positive and significant influence on profitability. The implications of the study illustrate the condition of shari'ah commercial banks in overcoming internal and external conditions to increase profits.

Abstract

This research aims to determine a SWOT analysis regarding Halal Lifestyle Consumption Behavior in Indonesia using the NVivo approach. This research uses qualitative methodology with the NVivo approach and literature review. "Data analysis techniques include (1) mapping the number of news article codes based on qualitative analysis using Nvivo 14 software regarding "Halal Lifestyle," (2) mapping visualization results with hierarchical diagrams and testing the correlation between media articles using Nvivo 14 software; (3) mapping research topics with the World Cloud or a collection of words that are often discussed in media articles; and (4) testing the significant value between media articles to determine the size of the correlation around the topic "Halal Lifestyle." This research shows that the words often appear in media articles are topics regarding Halal, Indonesia, products, and industry. Apart from that, the topics often discussed by media articles regarding Halal Lifestyle are threats and opportunities. Meanwhile, topics rarely discussed by media articles regarding Halal lifestyle are weaknesses and opportunities.

Abstract

Laws and regulations in Indonesia have regulated the existence of a new regulation on the marriage age limit, namely 19 years applicable to men and women, as stipulated in Law Number 16 of 2019 in response to the birth of the Constitutional Court Decision Number 22/PUUXV/2017, the marriage dispensation will be granted if two conditions are met, namely; First, it is urgent and has Second, it has sufficient evidence. This rule often makes it difficult for the community, so finally, many efforts to dispense Marriage are carried out to be able to carry out marriage contracts formally among urban Muslims. The problem is how the judge's efforts in responding to the application for marriage dispensation for children far from the minimum age limit of Marriage, which is 19 years for men and women, and what is their contribution to efforts to reform the marriage law in Indonesia? This research aims to contribute new thinking to the reform of marriage law scientifically and logically. This research is a type of literature research, with a scientific-ratio approach to the minimum age limit for Marriage in Law Number 16 of 2019, with the theory of sadd al-dzariah as an effort to be able to present legal justice. The conclusion is that the determination of the judge of the Religious Court regarding the dispensation of Marriage for urgent reasons is the main argument, so there are often decisions on marriage dispensation at the age of under 16 years. However, according to the evidence submitted, sadd al-dzariah is a solution that logically violates the scientific ratio rules.

Abstract

The outpatient medical record documentation at RSUP dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro already uses Electronic Medical Records (EMR), except for the Medical Rehabilitation clinic. This results in patient medical records data not being integrated into the EMR, requiring consulting doctors to access physical medical record files to view notes from the Medical Rehabilitation clinic. The aim of this research is to develop an electronic medical record system for outpatient medical rehabilitation. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D), with system development employing the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The outcome of this research is an electronic medical record module for outpatient medical rehabilitation, used by nurses, doctors, and therapists visiting the Medical Rehabilitation clinic to document patient records. It is recommended for future researchers to add a patient initial assessment module for nurses and doctors. It is also hoped that this system can be integrated with the billing system and digital claims, enabling the information system to be fully utilized in the services provided at the Medical Rehabilitation clinic.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to conduct a SWOT analysis on the potential of Productive Zakat in Indonesia using the NVivo method. The research methodology involves qualitative analysis along with the NVivo approach and a review of existing literature. The data analysis methods consist of: (1) categorizing news articles based on SWOT analysis using NVivo 14 software; (2) creating visual representations through hierarchical diagrams and examining the relationship between media articles using SWOT analysis; (3) generating word clouds to identify commonly discussed topics in media articles; and (4) assessing the significance of correlations among media articles related to "Productive Zakat". The findings indicate that media articles mostly focus on the opportunities and strengths of Productive Zakat, while challenges and weaknesses are less frequently addressed. This research suggests that the SWOT analysis and literature review offer valuable insights for enhancing the management of Productive Zakat in the future.
