Abstract

Stock prices of firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) between 2019 and 2023 are studied depending on EPS, PER, and PBV. Companies who regularly released full financial reports for the time period under consideration were the focus of the research, which used multiple regression analysis. The information was culled from yearly financial accounts that could be accessed via the official IDX website as well as other pertinent secondary sources. According to the data, PBV shows a positive and statistically significant link with stock prices, although EPS and PER have no effect. These results emphasize the significance of book value (PBV) in helping investors and financial analysts make logical stock price evaluations, and they also imply that book value is the primary metric that investors in Indonesia's capital market use when making investment decisions. Harga saham perusahaan yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) antara tahun 2019 dan 2023 dipelajari tergantung pada EPS, PER, dan PBV. Perusahaan yang secara teratur merilis laporan keuangan lengkap untuk periode waktu yang dipertimbangkan menjadi fokus penelitian, yang menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Informasi tersebut dikumpulkan dari akun keuangan tahunan yang dapat diakses melalui situs web resmi BEI serta sumber sekunder terkait lainnya. Menurut data, PBV menunjukkan hubungan positif dan signifikan secara statistik dengan harga saham, meskipun EPS dan PER tidak berpengaruh. Hasil ini menekankan pentingnya nilai buku (PBV) dalam membantu investor dan analis keuangan membuat evaluasi harga saham yang logis, dan juga menyiratkan bahwa nilai buku adalah metrik utama yang digunakan investor di pasar modal Indonesia ketika membuat keputusan investasi.

Abstract

Almost all formal workers dedicate all their time and energy to their companies during their productive years. As a result, it is very difficult for workers to start other businesses besides their formal jobs. Without the skills and strategies for entrepreneurship, many workers find it difficult to survive when they reach retirement age. From a sustainable human resource management perspective, the retirement preparation period (MPP) is a strategic phase for maintaining the social welfare of employees and taking preventive measures to address post-retirement social issues such as decreased productivity, economic dependence, and individual social roles. For employees who will enter retirement age in the next two years, PT. Sindopex Perotama regularly conducts MPP training. This year, the MPP training was themed “food security to achieve food self-sufficiency in retirement.” PT. Sindopex Perotama collaborated with LS Farm, Trawas Eduwisata Center (TEC), and a team from KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah University (UNWAHA) Jombang as part of the Tridharma community service program. This activity was achieved by applying the results of evaluations from observations of previous activities so that it was on target through proper planning (identifying needs in collaboration with partners), implementing activities, and providing direct assistance at the activity location. This program is expected to bring about social change, such as greater social welfare for employees approaching retirement age, greater economic independence in terms of food, and greater awareness of the role of retirees in maintaining food availability and social harmony in their neighborhoods. In addition, this program demonstrates sustainable human resource management practices in companies that care about the welfare of their employees until they retire.

Abstract

In the era of increasingly developing technology, almost all subjects use internet media. The android-based English Learning Application is a learning medium that is used interactively in understanding vocabulary that is easy for students to understand. The intended subject of this activity is a grade IV student of SDN Megaluh. The problem experienced by grade IV students of SDN Megaluh is that they do not get English lessons from the first to third grades due to the independent curriculum which results in them not getting English language learning. The purpose of creating this learning media is to make it easier for students to get to know some basic vocabulary in English. The methods used in this case are twofold, namely the lecture method and the question and answer method. Both of these methods are used to find out the needs of students. From the analysis with these two methods, an ideal dictionary application was created where this application will support learning. It is hoped that this application can later be developed again by SDN Megaluh to support English learning, especially for students who are still new to English lessons. Because this kind of application if developed in the future becomes a learning medium that is quite interesting for students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the assessment of the company's financial performance using the EVA (Economic Value Added) and MVA (Market Value Added) methods in PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk for the 2021-2024 period. The results show that the company's ability to create economic value is not stable when measured by the EVA method, where in 2021 and 2023 EVA is positive, while in 2022 and 2024 EVA is negative. This shows that there are internal challenges that affect operational efficiency and capital management. Meanwhile, the company's MVA has been positive from 2021 to 2023 and increased in 2024, indicating that market perception of the company's outlook remains good. Overall, the study concludes that although Indofood faces internal dynamics that affect its economic performance in a volatile manner, the market still gives a positive appreciation. The fluctuations of EVA reflect the company's need to improve the consistency of economic value creation, while the high MVA confirms that investor confidence in the company's growth potential and long-term strategy remains strong and stable.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze and determine the influence of customer experience and price on purchase intention at the Ayam Goreng Nelongso restaurant in Jombang. The study employed a quantitative associative method with a causal approach. This causal associative quantitative research aims to assess the extent of the cause-and-effect relationship between customer experience and price on purchase intention. The population targeted in this study includes all customers of the Ayam Goreng Nelongso restaurant, with a sample size of 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data collected via questionnaires were analyzed using statistical tests processed with SPSS version 22. The results of the T-test conducted on both the customer experience and price variables indicate that each significantly influences customers' purchase intention toward the offerings at Ayam Goreng Nelongso. These findings highlight the importance for the restaurant not only to compete on pricing but also to deliver positive sensory and emotional experiences to maintain customer loyalty. Furthermore, the simultaneous test results demonstrate a significant combined effect of customer experience and price on purchase intention, with the F-test showing that the calculated F-value 39.524 > 3.09. Using a significance level of 0.05, the test yielded a p-value of 0.000 > 0.05. The findings confirm that a positive customer experience and fair price perception significantly enhance consumers' intention to purchase.

Abstract

This study aims to compare three bankruptcy prediction models—Early Warning System (EWS), Altman Z-Score, and Ohlson O-Score—in detecting early bankruptcy risk at PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk during the 2020–2024 period. The research method employed is a quantitative descriptive comparative approach using secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the form of annual financial reports. The analysis was conducted by calculating financial ratios and applying the three models to assess the predictive accuracy level of each. The results of the study show that the EWS model has the highest accuracy rate in detecting financial distress conditions at PT Garuda Indonesia, reaching 100%, followed by the Altman Z-Score model at 80% and the Ohlson O-Score model at 60%. These findings indicate that the EWS model is more sensitive to changes in financial ratios, particularly liquidity and solvency ratios, making it more relevant for the aviation sector, which is characterized by high-cost structures and a strong dependence on operational cash flow stability. The comparison among the three models also emphasizes that the choice of prediction model should align with industry characteristics to ensure more valid results. This research is expected to serve as a reference for management, investors, and regulators in monitoring corporate financial stability and strengthening bankruptcy risk mitigation policies in the future.

Abstract

This research investigates how both internal and external elements impact the financial success of private banks that are publicly traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2023. Factors within the banks such as Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Non-Performing Loans (NPL) will be analysed, along with external factors like inflation and the benchmark interest rate (BI Rate). Return on Assets (ROA) is a key indicator of banks' efficiency in terms of using their assets to make a profit. In this study, panel data regression analysis was used to analyse data from official financial reports. The results show that Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has a positive impact on ROA, while Non-Performing Loans (NPL) have a negative impact. Interestingly, factors like inflation and the Bank Indonesia (BI) Rate do not seem to have a significant effect on ROA. This research distinguishes itself by focusing on how these variables interact within the unique environment of private banking in Indonesia. The study proposes various strategies to improve profitability, including better management of credit risks and capital adequacy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how employee performance at SMKN 3 Jombang is affected by competency, training, and human resource development (HRD). To investigate the connections between the variables, the study uses a quantitative method using an associative approach. Of the 161 employees in the study population, 113 were chosen as the sample. The findings indicate that competency, training, and HR development have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both partially as shown through the t-test and simultaneously through the F-test. These results suggest that improving the quality of human resources through strengthening knowledge, understanding, technical skills, and hands-on training supports the optimization of work quantity, work quality, and employee collaboration in carrying out educational duties. The study recommends that SMKN 3 Jombang implement an integrated HR development system based on needs analysis, focusing on enhancing digital competencies, fostering adaptive personality traits, and creating a motivating work environment to ensure sustainable performance improvement.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja,kepuasan kerja dan komitmen kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan DinasPertanian Kabupaten Jombang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalahpendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Sampel yangdiambil dari penelitian ini berjumlah 64 responden. Teknik sampelpenelitian ini menggunakan sampling total/sensus, di mana seluruhanggota populasi dijadikan sampel semua sebagai subyek yang dipelajari.Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, dokumentasi danmenyebarkan kuesioner secara langsung, kemudian diproses menggunakanSPSS for Windows versi 26. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkanbahwa lingkungan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerjakaryawan, kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikanterhadap kinerja karyawan dan komitmen kerja berpengaruh positif dansignifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.ABSTRACTThe aim of this research is to determine the influence of the workenvironment, job satisfaction and work commitment on the performance ofJombang Regency Agriculture Service employees. The research method usedis a quantitative approach with an associative type of research. The sampletaken from this research amounted to 64 respondents. The conclusion of thisresearch shows that the work environment has a positive and significanteffect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive andsignificant effect on employee performance and work commitment positiveand significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini menganalisis implementasi Green Human Resources Management (GHRM) di De Durian Park Jombang dengan memperluas pembahasan dari aspek konseptual, hambatan, serta implikasi strategis. Dalam konteks industri pariwisata berbasis agribisnis, GHRM menjadi instrumen penting untuk mendukung keberlanjutan lingkungan, sosial, dan ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap tiga informan kunci. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penerapan GHRM belum optimal, dengan nilai rata-rata 47,7% pada enam dimensi utama. Hambatan struktural, kultural, dan manajerial menjadi tantangan signifikan. Studi ini memperkaya wacana GHRM dengan menyajikan strategi adaptif berbasis komunitas, integrasi dengan ISO 14001, serta kerangka kolaborasi pentahelix. Artikel ini memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan kebijakan GHRM di sektor pariwisata lokal dan UMKM di Indonesia. In the context of agribusiness-based tourism industry, GHRM is a critical instrument to support environmental, social, and economic sustainability. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach using in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation involving three key informants. The results show that GHRM implementation remains suboptimal, with an average application rate of 47.7% across six main dimensions. Structural, cultural, and managerial constraints are significant challenges. This study contributes to the GHRM discourse by presenting adaptive community-based strategies, integration with ISO 14001, and a pentahelix collaboration framework. The article offers practical and policy insights for enhancing GHRM practices in Indonesia’s local tourism and MSME sectors.
