Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the economic impact on merchant households in terms of employment, income and social relations before and after the transfer of Jalan Minas to Jalan To Pekanbaru-Dumai. This research is a qualitative descriptive study which will be carried out in December 2022 in Minas District, Siak Regency, Riau. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by data reduction analysis, data presentation, drawing conclusions. From the results of this study it can be concluded that before the transfer of the Minas road to the Pekanbaru-Dumai toll road, the household members of traders who were involved in economic activities were as many as 24 people but after that reduced to 11 people. In terms of income, there was a decline, where before the transfer of the Minas road to the Pekanbaru-Dumai toll road, the household income of traders at restaurants was relatively high, amounting to 5,800,000-6,000,000, but after that it was classified as medium, namely 3,8000,000-4,000,000. Previously, household income at coffee shops, workshops, barbershops and salons was classified as medium, namely 2,700,000- 3,850,000 but after that it was classified as low, namely 1,800,000-3,500,000. The social relations between the Minas people are also increasingly visible because many people no longer live in Minas due to work factors. Abstract

This research aims to determine the quality of the workforce in terms of the education level of the population aged 18-56 years in Bukit Sundi District in 2022. This type of research is quantitative secondary data analysis. The results of this research found that of the five nagari in Bukit Sundi sub-district, seen from the government service center, the nagari with the highest quality should be Nagari Muaro Paneh, next in terms of proximity to main road access, the most high quality is Nagari Muaro Paneh, but in reality the nagari is very quality is Nagari Parambahan. This means that in Bukit Sundi District, close access to service centers does not apply to determining the quality of the workforce. Theoretically, the theory put forward by Hirschman's theoretical concept explained by Sjafrizal (2008) for Bukit Sundi District does not seem to apply to the quality of the workforce, the proof is that quality nagari are parambahan nagari which are far from the service center in Bukit Sundi District

Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the population growth in Lubuk Alung District during the 2005-2020 period of 5 years. (2) identify Land Conversion in Lubuk Alung District during 2005-2020. (3) determine the impact of population growth on land conversion in Lubuk Alung District. The method used in this study is quantitative method. The population of this study was the population of Lubuk Alung District, Padang Pariaman Regency and residential land use in 2005-2010, 2010-2015, 2015-2020. The data was analyzed by Calculating population growth and the statistical test used was Pearson's Moment Product correlation statistical analysis. The results showed that there was a population increase in 2005-2020 within a period of 15 years, in 2005-2010 with a population increase of 1.56%, in 2010-2015 there was a decrease in population by 0.78%, in 2015-2020 it increased again by 0.93%. There is an increase in land conversion due to the increasing number of population growth in Lubuk Alung District in 2005 – 2020 within a period of five periods with a span of 15 years

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) atraksi, (2) akses yang terdapat pada objek wisata air terjun di Nagari Simpang Kapuak. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Temuan penelitian menunjukan bahwa objek wisata air terjun di Nagari Simpang Kapuak memiliki 3 air terjun yaitu Air Terjun Burai, Air Terjun Lubuk Bulan, dan Air Terjun Tanjaro. Potensi pada air terjun tersebut yaitu: (1) atraksi Air Terjun Burai yaitu keindahan pemandagan air terjun, keindahan pemandangan sawah, pemandian pada lubuk dan mengamati fauna dan flora. (b) atraksi Air Terjun Lubuk Bulan keindahan air terjun, tracking, camping, keberagaman fauna (c) atraksi alam Air Terjun Tanjaro berupa keindahan air terjun, keberagaman flora, spot foto (batu). (2) Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota menuju objek wisata Air Terjun Burai di tempuh dalam waktu 1 jam 5 menit dengan jarak 24 km, (b) Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota menuju objek wisata Air Terjun Lubuk Bulan di tempuh dalam waktu 1 jam 50 menit dengan jarak 33 km.(c) Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota menuju objek wisata Air Terjun Tanjaro di tempuh dalam waktu 1 jam 20 menit dengan jarak 26 km.
