Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran berdiferensiasi terhadap hasil belajar matematika ditinjau dari motivasi belajar siswa. Menggunakan desain quasi-experimental dengan model pre-test post-test control group, sampel penelitian terdiri atas dua kelas VIII di SMPN 4 Bangkala Barat yang dipilih secara cluster random sampling. Hasil analisis menunjukkan tidak terdapat interaksi antara pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar. Namun, baik siswa dengan motivasi tinggi maupun rendah menunjukkan hasil belajar matematika yang lebih tinggi ketika diajar menggunakan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Secara keseluruhan, pembelajaran berdiferensiasi terbukti lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan berpikir reflektif siswa yang memiliki gaya kognitif field dependent. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, subjek penelitian sebanyak dua siswa Kelas VIII B4 SMP Buq’atun Mubarakah yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas instrumen utama, yaitu peneliti, dan instrumen pendukung meliputi tes gaya kognitif, tes kemampuan berpikir reflektif, dan pedoman wawancara. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini mengikuti alur kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa subjek dengan gaya kognitif field dependent mampu memenuhi tiga dari lima indikator kemampuan berpikir reflektif, yaitu: mengumpulkan seluruh informasi yang diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan masalah, menemukan ide yang pertama kali muncul setelah memahami masalah, dan mengembangkan kemungkinan solusi dari informasi yang diperoleh. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi baru dengan mengungkap secara mendalam karakteristik kemampuan berpikir reflektif siswa bergaya kognitif field dependent pada konteks pemecahan masalah geometri, yang sebelumnya jarang dikaji secara terpisah dari gaya kognitif lainnya.

Abstract

The decline of fossil fuel resources and the increasing global demand for electricity have intensified the need for renewable energy. Solar energy, one of the most abundant and sustainable energy sources, can be actively harnessed through photovoltaic systems. The use of photovoltaic systems can be integrated into building envelopes, one of which is on the facade. The integration of photovoltaics on façades must consider both technical factors such as location, climate, and panel type, and architectural aspects related to aesthetics. China, as one of the world’s leading photovoltaic industries, provides valuable case studies of buildings that integrate photovoltaic systems into their envelopes. This study aims to examine the application of photovoltaic panels from both technical and architectural perspectives in two buildings: the Shanghai Electric Power Building and the Adidas Flagship Store Beijing. A case study research method was employed, consisting of a literature review, analysis (including solar orientation, photovoltaic panel materials, and façade area) of the two case study buildings, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that both buildings successfully demonstrate the application of photovoltaic systems within their respective contexts. The Shanghai Electric Power Building illustrates the significant potential of PV systems in retrofitting existing architecture, whereas the Adidas Flagship Store highlights the synergy between aesthetics and technological functionality in new architectural design. The integration of renewable technology and architectural design is essential in creating buildings that are not only environmentally sustainable but also possess high aesthetic and economic value for the future.

Abstract

Pelatihan pemanfaatan software GeoGebra bagi guru matematika SMP di Kabupaten Maros dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif. Kendala utama yang dihadapi guru adalah keterbatasan kompetensi digital dan minimnya pelatihan berkelanjutan dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan pada 23 Juli 2025 di SMP Negeri 1 Maros dengan melibatkan guru-guru matematika yang tergabung dalam MGMP. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi empat tahapan: persiapan, sosialisasi, pendampingan dan pengawasan, serta evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam merancang visualisasi dinamis dan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) interaktif berbasis GeoGebra untuk berbagai topik matematika seperti transformasi geometri, persamaan aljabar, dan representasi fungsi. Partisipasi aktif dan respon positif peserta mengindikasikan keberhasilan program dalam membangun kepercayaan diri guru mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Komitmen keberlanjutan program diperkuat melalui penandatanganan MoA dan IA antara Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika FMIPA Universitas Negeri Makassar dengan Pemerintah Kabupaten Maros melalui Dinas Pendidikan dan MGMP Matematika SMP.Kata Kunci: Pelatihan Guru, Media Pembelajaran, Geogebra

Abstract

A flash flood is a rapidly occurring flood with a high discharge rate and significant destructive power. Flash floods result from a combination of natural factors and human activities and have serious consequences for society, such as loss of life, infrastructure damage, and environmental impact. This study aims to map the potential hazard areas of flash floods in the catchment area of Way Ilahan, Tanggamus Regency, Lampung Province using the Flash Flood Potential Index (FFPI) method based on GIS with the Kruzdlo model (2010). This method processes spatial data such as slope maps, vegetation density, land use, and soil texture. Through this approach, flash flood hazard classes can be identified based on regional characteristics analyzed within a GIS system using raster processing techniques. The study results indicate that 363.63 hectares of the Way Ilahan catchment area fall into the high-category flash flood hazard class, while 19,089.18 hectares are categorized under the medium-level hazard class. Through this mapping, relevant stakeholders such as local governments and communities can take more effective preventive measures to reduce the impact of flash flood disasters.

Abstract

This study investigates shoreline changes at Mandiri Beach, Pesisir Barat Regency, Lampung Province, during the period 2013–2024 using the Digital Shoreline Analysis System (DSAS). Landsat imagery was processed through Google Earth Engine (GEE) and ArcGIS, with the Modified Normalized Difference Water Index (MNDWI) applied to delineate land–water boundaries. Shoreline dynamics were quantified using DSAS metrics, including Net Shoreline Movement (NSM) and End Point Rate (EPR). The results reveal significant spatial variability: several segments experienced erosion, particularly in western and northeastern zones, while other areas showed accretion, mainly across gently sloping beaches and river mouths. In the primary research area, abrasion reached a maximum of 1.49 m with an average NSM of 1.41 m, and the End Point Rate indicated a gradual annual abrasion trend of 0.13 m/year. Meanwhile, Mandiri Sejati District exhibited more extreme changes, with maximum accretion of 11.84 m and maximum abrasion of 16.2 m, reflecting high sensitivity to environmental and anthropogenic pressures. These findings highlight the importance of adaptive coastal management framework to mitigate erosion risks and optimise accretion zones for sustainable tourism development. The study contributes to disaster mitigation planning, coastal resource management, and the integration of ecological conservation with tourism utilisation.
