Abstract

Penelitian ini berangkat dari masalah penelitian tentang factor role conflict, role ambiguity, serta role overload memberikan pengaruh yang belum konklusif dalam menjelaskan cyberloafing behavior. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahu pengaruh factor role conflict, role ambiguity, serta role overload terhadap work stress dan cyberloafing behavior. Studi ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan data empiris yang diperoleh dari wawancara terhadap responden pegawai di lingkungan kantor Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat ditarik tujuh kesimpulan, yaitu: role conflict terbukti berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap work stress, role ambiguity terbukti berpengaruh negative tidak signifikan terhadap work stress, role overload terbukti berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap work stress, conflict terbukti berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap cyberloafing behavior, role ambiguity terbukti berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap cyberloafing behavior, role overload terbukti berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap cyberloafing behavior, dan work stress terbukti berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap cyberloafing behavior

Abstract

In crime investigation, which is an indicator of an investigator's performance, technology can assist the National Police in collecting electronic evidence, performing digital forensic analysis and using the latest search techniques. Improving investigative capabilities is important for tracking criminals, gathering strong evidence and investigating crimes more effectively. This research serves to analyse the relationship between competence and leader member exchange on investigator performance with anti perubahan as a moderating variable in the performance of Regional Police Criminal Investigation Investigators. Central Java. This research uses quantitative methods using questionnaires to collect the necessary data. The sample in this study consisted of 68 Regional Police Investigators in Central Java obtained through a simple random sampling method. The analysis used to process the data is moderated regression analysis using SPSS 25. The results of this research show that competency and leader member exchange have a positive and significant effect on investigator performance, and anti perubahan successfully moderates the influence of leader member exchange on investigator performance.

Abstract

Maintaining water quality in fish ponds is crucial in aquaculture. Fish farmers strive to increase yields by improving water circulation, temperature, and pH levels in the ponds. Poor water circulation can lead to significant pH changes and disrupt the health and growth of the fish. In some areas, farmers use electrically powered water pumps for water circulation. For a more environmentally friendly solution, innovation in water pump design is needed. The proposed appropriate technology is a solar-powered water pump, which uses solar panels as the electricity source. Test results show that the solar panel can fully charge the battery from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Testing of the DS18B20 temperature sensor shows good accuracy with a maximum error of 1.47%, while the pH sensor also works quite accurately with a maximum error of 1.8%, making them suitable for monitoring water quality in fish farming.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Team Work, dan Kompensasi terhadap Keterikatan Karyawan (Employee Engagement) dengan Budaya Organisasi sebagai Variabel Moderasi di Rumah Sakit Panti Wilasa Citarum Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan RS Panti Wilasa Citarum yang berjumlah 539 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu karyawan RS Panti Wilasa Citarum yang berjumlah 84 orang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi moderasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keterikatan karyawan, team work berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keterikatan karyawan, kompensasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keterikatan karyawan, budaya organisasi memperkuat pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap keterikatan karyawan, budaya organisasi memperkuat pengaruh team work terhadap keterikatan karyawan dan budaya organisasi memperkuat pengaruh kompensasi terhadap keterikatan karyawan

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of competency, individual characteristics, organizational culture, and motivation on job satisfaction, as well as analyze the influence of competency, individual characteristics, and Organizational Culture on Job Satisfaction with the intervening variable Motivation.This research method uses a type of research with a quantitative explanatory approach. The population and sample used were all Temanggung Regency Satpol PP and Fire Department contract employees, totaling 70 respondents. The sampling technique used was the census technique. Data analysis uses linear regression analysis by testing the t-test and Sobel test.The results of the analysis in this study show that the competency variable partially has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction, the individual characteristic variable partially has an insignificant negative effect on job satisfaction, the organizational culture and motivation variables partially have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, the influence of competence through motivation does not have a significant influence on job satisfaction and the influence of individual characteristics and organizational culture through motivation has a significant influence on job satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi profesional dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru, dengan budaya organisasi sebagai variabel intervening pada SD Kemala Bhayangkari. Permasalahan utama yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya kinerja guru dan adanya perbedaan hasil penelitian sebelumnya mengenai hubungan kompetensi profesional dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian explanatory. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh 60 guru SD Kemala Bhayangkari, yang dijadikan responden melalui teknik sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner berskala Likert, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis SmartPLS versi 4.1.1.4 untuk menguji hubungan langsung dan tidak langsung antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi profesional, disiplin kerja, dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.  Kompetensi profesional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap budaya organisasi, namun disiplin kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap budaya organisasi. Budaya organisasi memediasi pengaruh kompetensi profesional terhadap kinerja guru, namun budaya organisasi tidak memediasi pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan kompetensi profesional dan kedisiplinan individu merupakan faktor utama dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru, sementara budaya organisasi yang kuat mampu memperkuat pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja. Sekolah disarankan untuk memperkuat budaya organisasi melalui nilai kebersamaan, visi-misi bersama, dan gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif agar tercipta lingkungan kerja yang kondusif bagi peningkatan kinerja guru. Penelitian ini memberikan bukti empiris baru mengenai peran mediasi budaya organisasi dalam konteks kinerja guru sekolah dasar, yang sebelumnya belum banyak diteliti, khususnya dalam mengintegrasikan tiga konstruk utama secara simultan pada setting pendidikan dasar di Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis implementasi Warehouse Management System (WMS) pada proses pengiriman tepung terigu di PT. Sriboga Flour Mill Semarang, khususnya pada sub-departemen finish good product storage (FPS) divisi supply chain. Sebelumnya perusahaan menggunakan sistem pencatatan manual yang kurang efisien, kemudian beralih ke WMS untuk meningkatkan efektivitas kerja dan pencapaian target pengiriman. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian terdiri dari manajer, kepala FPS, supervisor, operator forklift, serta tallyman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan WMS berpengaruh positif terhadap efisiensi sumber daya manusia, peningkatan akurasi pencatatan, kemudahan monitoring produk, dan percepatan proses distribusi. Meski masih terdapat kendala adaptasi karyawan, WMS terbukti mendukung perusahaan dalam meningkatkan efektivitas supply chain dan pemenuhan target pengiriman.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the existence of a problem that has not achieved optimal employee performance in accordance with the abilities and competency standards that have been set so that they cannot meet the work targets that have been set. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and transformational leadership on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable.This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 85 respondents. The sample used is purposive sampling technique. The type of data used is primary data. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis technique.The conclusion of this study is that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation is able to mediate organizational culture and transformational leadership on employee performance.

Abstract

The curative potential of an organic fungicide against Ganoderma boninense was previously assessed in vitro and yielded promising results. This organic fungicide was formulated using a combination of organosulfur compounds and polyphenols (OSC-P) as active ingredients. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of OSC-P application in controlling basal stem rot (BSR) disease in infected oil palm seedlings of different varieties and to determine the optimum application dose. Two oil palm varieties were used: a G. boninense-susceptible variety and a moderately tolerant variety. The seedlings were artificially infected with G. boninense using inoculated rubber wood blocks (RWB). OSC-P was applied to 16-week-old seedlings by soil drenching at a volume of 200 mL per plant at 2-week intervals for 24 weeks. A total of six treatments, including controls, were arranged with four replications and observed at 4-week intervals. Each replication consisted of 10 seedlings. Observed parameters included disease incidence, disease severity, and vegetative growth parameters. The results showed that OSC-P application significantly reduced the incidence and severity of BSR disease in infected oil palm seedlings. BSR symptoms were less severe in the moderately tolerant variety than in the susceptible variety; however, disease incidence did not differ significantly between the two varieties. The optimum application dose of OSC-P was 0.8% (v/v), and variations in application dose did not significantly affect disease incidence or severity at 24 weeks after application. These findings are expected to complement existing preventive strategies for BSR management.

Abstract

This study investigates groundwater contamination caused by leachate migration at the Bakung landfill during the wet and dry seasons using geoelectrical resistivity and hydrogeochemical methods. The objective is to describe groundwater contamination resulting from leachate and assess groundwater quality from nearby wells along the edge of the Bakung landfill. 1D resistivity sounding (vertical electrical sounding (VES)) survey was conducted at eight sounding points using the Schlumberger configuration, and four lines of 2D resistivity imaging (electrical resistivity tomography (ERT)) were acquired inside and outside the landfill site using the Wenner configuration. The 1D resistivity inversion model show that subsurface resistivity values lower than 40 Ωm are likely associated with tuff rocks, whereas resistivity values greater than 40 Ωm are associated with volcanic breccia. The 2D resistivity imaging model indicates a leachate plume. Migrating into the lower layers of the landfill occurs from the northeast and northwest, suggesting potential contamination of shallow groundwater systems as the landfill ages. The hydrogeochemical assessment of groundwater samples followed APHA standards, identifying hydrogeochemical facies using the Piper diagram and interpreting hydrogeochemical processes using the Gibbs and Gaillardet diagrams. The Piper diagram shows the presence of mixed Ca-Mg-Cl, Ca-HCO3, and Na-Cl facies, with the Na-Cl type found only in well W1, which contains leachate. Contaminated areas exhibit slight increases in ionic concentrations. To prevent contamination from migrating into the aquifer, contaminated zones must be identified.
