Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh angka harapan hidup, rata-rata lama sekolah, dan pengeluaran riil per kapita terhadap tingkat partisipasi angkatan kerja perempuan di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder selama tahun 2019 hingga 2019. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode regresi data panel dangan pendekatan Fixed Effect Model (FEM). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa angka harapan hidup berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat partisipasi angkatan kerja perempuan di Jawa Tengah. Variabel rata-rata lama sekolah dan pengeluaran riil per kapita berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap tingkat partisipasi angkatan kerja perempuan di Jawa Tengah.

Abstract

The development of industrial sector strongly is essential for sustained and quality economic growth. Based on the role of the industrial sectors are significant in economy, it is reasonable to say that the industrial sector is said to be a strategic sector based on its ability to trigger economic growth. The aims for this study are: (1) to know the role of industry-based sector in the economy of East Java Province, 2). to know which sector can be made as a leading sector so that it can be prioritized in its development. Using input output models to analyze the linkages and multiplier for each industry-based sector. The result of the study shows that the role of the sector is seen from foward linkages effect, the non-classified goods industry sector and the chemical industry are industries with a high forward linkages effect. While the rice milling industry sector is the sector with the highest backward linkages effect. The sector with the highest output multiplier impact is the rice mill industry. The pesticide fertilizer industry sector has the highest income multipliers impact. The cigarette industry is the sector with the largest contribution to the export of East Java Province. The paper industry is the sector with the highest import contribution, followed by the cigarette industry. For the twenty-four industry-based sectors in the East Java economy, the rice milling sector and the sugar industry sector are potential sectors to be developed.

Abstract

This research focuses on the efforts made by Mr. Matnuri's tofu home industry in improving product quality so as to create customer satisfaction and loyalty. The aim of this research is to find out how to improve the quality of tofu products in achieving customer satisfaction. To find out whether the quality of the product can affect customer satisfaction. In this business, they always prioritize product quality. Currently, customers are increasingly selective and intelligent in making decisions because they are supported by product choices on the market. Business actors must find ways to retain their customers. Customer loyalty means a person's habit of buying products offered during the exclusive period and his loyalty following all the company's offers. To support the competitive strategy in terms of maintaining market share, decisions must be taken to increase product quality and customer satisfaction so as to attract customer loyalty in making purchasing decisions. The process of generating self-purchase satisfaction for everyone is essentially the same, however, the selection-making procedure will be accompanied by characteristics. In its development, every business actor will pay attention to the quality of the products being marketed. The research approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. The type of research used in this research is case study research. An in-depth, case study is an example that is comprehensive, intense, clearer, in-depth, and more focused as an effort to examine the latest problems or empirical. in qualitative research, researchers themselves or with the help of others are the main data collectors. In this case as stated by, the position of researchers in qualitative research. It is shown that the product was the same as the customer's expectations so it can be said that the customer is satisfied. To maintain customer satisfaction, business is the primary benchmark, namely the quality of tofu according to their expectations and how many customers have bought tofu, conveying customers use affordable prices so that customers feel that product quality has a significant effect on increasing customer loyalty.

Abstract

Pesan spam pada layanan Short Message Service (SMS) berpotensi menimbulkan gangguan maupun ancaman keamanan, khususnya ketika mengandung unsur phishing yang menargetkan informasi sensitif pengguna. Penelitian ini merancang dan mengevaluasi sistem deteksi spam SMS berbasis Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) dengan memanfaatkan kombinasi word embedding dari berbagai Model Bahasa Besar (Large Language Models). Proses penelitian mencakup tahapan preprocessing, pembangunan word embedding berdasarkan beragam model LLM, penerapan beberapa teknik penggabungan meliputi averaging, concatenation, concatenation + PCA, dan Mixture Of Expert (MoE) serta optimasi hyperparameter untuk mencapai performa terbaik. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan teknik concatenation dikombinasikan dengan PCA untuk mereduksi dimensi, memberikan performa paling unggul, dengan kombinasi embedding LLaMA-2 dan Qwen2.5 menghasilkan akurasi 97.3%, F1-Score 89%, dan MCC 87.7% pada dataset multilingual, sedangkan kombinasi mBERT dan Qwen2.5 mencapai akurasi 97.9%, F1-Score 95%, dan MCC 93.5% pada dataset bilingual. Hasil penelitian ini menegaskan efektivitas penggabungan embedding berbasis model bahasa besar dalam meningkatkan representasi semantik dan kinerja CNN untuk deteksi spam SMS.

Abstract

The primary factor posing a challenge to the implementation of environmental policies in Indonesia is weak law enforcement. Well-formulated environmental regulations are rendered ineffective when enforcement is weak and inconsistent. Numerous pollution cases end without meaningful legal consequences, either due to inadequate supervision or conflicts of interest between regulators and business actors. This study employs a normative–juridical approach with a normative legal research specification. Data analysis is conducted using a qualitative juridical method focusing on environmental law and sustainable development. The findings indicate that the implementation of environmental law in Indonesia has not been effective in supporting sustainable development. The main weaknesses lie in institutional limitations, inadequate supervision, and low levels of public participation. In addition, regulatory ambiguity and weak political commitment further hinder effective law enforcement. Therefore, strengthening institutional capacity, harmonizing regulatory frameworks, and integrating environmental considerations into development policies are essential to enable environmental law to function optimally.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah membawa perubahan mendasar dalam karakter dan modus operandi tindak pidana, khususnya tindak pidana siber yang menjadikan sistem elektronik sebagai sarana maupun objek kejahatan. Kondisi tersebut berdampak langsung pada praktik penegakan hukum pidana, terutama dalam penggunaan bukti digital dan penerapan pemeriksaan digital forensik sebagai bagian dari proses pembuktian. Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2023 tentang Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP Baru) menetapkan kerangka hukum pidana materiil yang baru, namun belum mengatur secara eksplisit mengenai kedudukan hukum sistem elektronik dan hasil pemeriksaan digital forensik sebagai alat bukti dalam perkara pidana siber. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kedudukan hukum sistem elektronik dalam pemeriksaan digital forensik terhadap tindak pidana siber berdasarkan KUHP Baru, serta keterkaitannya dengan pengakuan alat bukti elektronik dalam peraturan perundang-undangan lainnya, khususnya Undang-Undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konseptual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa KUHP Baru memberikan ruang normatif bagi penegakan hukum pidana berbasis teknologi, namun pengakuan dan kedudukan hukum sistem elektronik dalam pemeriksaan digital forensik masih sangat bergantung pada pengaturan khusus mengenai alat bukti elektronik dan ketentuan hukum acara pidana. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan harmonisasi pengaturan guna menjamin kepastian hukum dan efektivitas pembuktian tindak pidana siber di era digital.

Abstract

Research Originality: This study integrates factors influencing Indonesian migrant workers into a Panel VECM model that captures both short- and long-term dynamics. Research Objectives: This study investigates the factors that affect the short- and long-term migration of Indonesian migrant workers. Research Methods: This study uses the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) approach. Panel data were analyzed for six provinces on Java Island, covering the period 2008 to 2023. Empirical Results: This study found significant positive effects of provincial minimum wage, employment opportunity rates, and poverty levels on the short-term migration of Indonesian migrant workers in Java. In the long term, all variables positively influenced Indonesian migrant worker migration, except for poverty, which had a non-significant effect. Implications: These findings indicate an anomaly in the factors influencing the PMI. Therefore, we assert that policymakers in Indonesia must periodically review and adjust the UMP and implement effective price-control measures to ensure that workers’ basic needs are met at a reasonable cost of living.
