Abstract

Islamic character needs to be nurtured from an early age in overcoming the mounting cases of moral degradation. Educational institutions have a big role in fostering the character of students, one of which is the IHAQI Boarding School Bandung Creative Middle School, this school is one of the pesantren-based schools that was present in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. This school applies digital da'wah in the learning process. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study method at IHAQI Boarding School Bandung Creative Junior High School. The results of the study illustrate that this pesantren has a unique learning management, namely applying digital da'wah in the learning process. At the planning stage, this digital da'wah is considered to have been carefully planned, it can be seen from the readiness of educators and students in applying digital programs during the learning process. At the implementation stage, this digital da'wah is felt to have been carried out effectively, seen by the existence of e-learning applications related to the learning process, Islamic mobile applications that can be accessed directly from cell phones and related to Islamic studies, as well as pictorial da'wah animations that have been made and designed by students in order to spread Islamic da'wah. As for the evaluation stage, this digital preaching has a positive impact in order to raise awareness to all students of the importance of spreading Islam and fostering Islamic values ​​in everyday life, and it needs to be improved more creatively, so that it is always updated, varied and more and more interesting.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a decline in morals which is increasingly widespread in this millennial era. The development of information technology that has entered the industrial revolution 4.0 has a huge impact on the behavior and culture that develops in society. Apart from positive things, of course the negative impacts are due to the very openness of information that can be accessed by all people, including children. Among them are the many hoaxes and trash information as well as misleading information. There needs to be a self-built filtration system to sort them out. One of them is the education system in schools. This phenomenon often becomes an apology for some people to give their scathing criticism of educational institutions. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the IHAQI Boarding School Creative Junior High School had good management in implementing the guidance method of the dakwah pattern. The planning of using the dakwah pattern as a learning method carried out by educators at the IHAQI Boarding School Creative Junior High School has been carefully planned. As for the implementation of the use of the da'wah method at the IHAQI Boarding School Creative Junior High School, it is felt that it has been carried out effectively. So that the evaluation of the use of da'wah patterns in learning at the IHAQI Boarding School Creative Junior High School is enough to give a very deep impression to all students to inherit Islamic values. It's just that there are several obstacles and constraints that occur at this Creative Junior Boarding School which is centered on the realm of communication.

Abstract

This article discusses about role of leadership and motivation of school headmaster in improving teacher performance. By using literature review in education, this article found that teacher is a professional profession where he is required to make every effort to carry out his activities as best he can. The task of the teacher as an educator, teacher and trainer should be able to impact the students. The teacher as one component in teaching and learning activities, has a position that greatly determines the success of learning. The role of the school headmaster is very important and dominant in improving teacher performance, both in increasing competence and work motivation and in building effective work systems and creating a harmonious, safe and pleasant working atmosphere. The efforts of improving the quality of teachers must be continuously carried out by school headmaster in order to improve the performance of teachers into reliable individuals who will advance the school organization. Therefore, we need the ability of the leadership role and motivation of the principal to explore, disseminate, foster and develop the potential of the teacher in order to improve teacher performance in order to achieve educational goals

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the management of language politeness coaching through learning Islamic Religious Education at Creative Junior High School (SMP) IHAQI Boarding School Bandung. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data collection technique was done by triangulation; structured interview techniques with principals, vice principals, educators and students. Participatory observation techniques are carried out in activities and student financing programs. Documentation techniques by taking document or photo data related to student coaching activities. The results showed that; First, planning language politeness development through Islamic religious education learning at IHAQI Boarding School Bandung Creative Junior High School is done by compiling syllabus, lesson plans and journals, selecting suitable material / content and learning activities. Second, the implementation of language politeness development through Islamic religious education learning at IHAQI Boarding School Bandung Creative Junior High School is carried out directly by educators and deputy principals of student affairs. Third, evaluation of language politeness fostering through Islamic religious education learning at Ihaqi Creative Middle School in Bandung, namely the lack of development of polite speaking skills in students and it is felt that the method of politeness is ineffective when applied when learning online, so it needs proper formulation and more innovative language politeness exemplified in short learning time, especially in the PAI learning process.

Abstract

Learning planning, implementation, evaluation/assessment, supporting and inhibiting factors as well as solutions that are often applied are not in accordance with curriculum guidelines at the Raudhatul Athfal level. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive approach to field research (field research) which takes the research location in RA Bany Radhiya, Bandung Regency. Data collection techniques with observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of the study show, (1) that preparation is always carried out with head and teacher meetings to prepare the curriculum. Implementation is carried out every day fifteen minutes before the main activity and evaluates each activity completion by conducting a checklist assessment, as well as minimizing inhibiting factors by finding solutions, showing that this memorization habit has many benefits, as a solution. (2) the habit of memorizing short letters of the Qur'an through technological media can take place anywhere, in the classroom, outside the classroom, offline or online. The introduction of technology from an early age can support the achievement of educational goals that make graduates fear God Almighty. The implication of this habit is to increase academic and non-academic achievements and recommendations for all foundations, institutions, heads, teachers and parents to straighten their intentions in guiding as a field of worship.

Abstract

This study aims to observe and analyze how the process of planning, implementing, evaluating activities and supporting and inhibiting factors. In this study, the researcher used a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data redaction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The findings from the field: 1). The planning is in the early stages, incorporating entrepreneurship learning into the curriculum (extracurricular), selecting business fields according to the talents and interests of students, providing knowledge about the methods or methods developed by the Prophet Muhammad and instilling the value of honesty 2). The implementation is by providing scholarships for students who are economically disadvantaged and also in addition to students being given religious and entrepreneurial material, they are told to practice by going directly into the field according to their talents and interests 3). Evaluation, namely self-confidence, obedience, obedience, discipline and respect for time, high enthusiasm for abilities and expertise, a sense of independence, more trust and honesty, students have their own income, can balance spiritual and financial (ukhrowi and worldly) 4). Inhibiting factors include: The public view that pesantren is not to produce entrepreneurs but to produce scholars, the lack of human resources, equipment, raw materials and capital/finance of pesantren. Supporting factors are strong motivation from the leadership of a kyai and the existence of entrepreneurship lessons

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the strategy of internalizing moral values ​​in an effort to form social awareness of students at SMKN 1 Majalaya, Bandung Regency. This research method uses a qualitative type with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research include: (1) Planning, observing school conditions and situations, making the concept of internalizing moral values ​​in each lesson, organizing learning resources, and determining learning evaluations. (2) Implementation, in the classroom by giving motivation and advice and outside the classroom with religious activities, namely the habituation of the dhuha prayer in congregation through the Extracurricular of the Mosque Youth Association, Tahfidz Qur'an, Social Service, Holding recitations by bringing in speakers from outside, Listening to the murotal reading before the KBM. (3) Evaluation, evaluation context assessment, input assessment, process assessment, product/outcome assessment. The implication for the formation of a caring attitude of students is that they are accustomed to worshiping, respecting teachers, familiarity with other friends, having concern for others who are affected by disasters, being tolerant, and obeying the rules.

Abstract

Research studi conducted by researchers at several Madrasah Aliyah in Tasikmalaya Regency, Many students forget to read the prayer before studying even though the benefits are very much. This is because the planning, implementation, assessment, supporting and inhibiting factors are not yet optimal. The purpose of this study was to determine the planning, implementation, assessment of the habit of praying, supporting and inhibiting factors and solutions for habituation of praying before learning in increasing the intelligence of students' spiritual attitudes. This research method uses a qualitative approach with case study methods and data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation studies. While the data sources are the principal, teachers and students. The results showed; First, in the planning aspect, habituation starts from setting goals, determining materials, programs, activities and assessment tools. Second, the implementation is carried out individually, in the classroom, the teacher guides, gives examples, explains the virtues, benefits and procedures for good prayer. Third, the assessment is carried out in the middle of the semester, the end of the semester or the end of the school year. Assessment includes planning, implementation, and results of habituation. Fourth, the supporting and inhibiting factors are the limited facilities and the guiding teacher. In general, prayer habituation activities have been running smoothly, but spiritual intelligence has not taken root in all students because there are still inhibiting factors, including students and teachers who come late, and are not yet optimal. discipline and understanding habituation to pray.

Abstract

Pembelajaran online (daring) mempunyai berbagai hambatan pada saat pelaksanaannya. Hambatan dalam pembelajaran daring yang dirasakan siswa antara lain karena bosan sehingga menurunkan minat belajar. Pembelajaran online (daring) pada masa pandemi Covid-19 sangat berpengaruh kepada minat belajar siswa Pada saat siswa belajar mandiri, pembelajaran kurang terarah sehingga tidak efektif. Pembelajaran online menyisakan banyak masalah, mulai dari kesiapan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dan juga kesiapan perangkat lunak maupun perangkat keras. Kondisi yang serba tidak menentu ini, tentu sangat berdampak bagi dunia pendidikan. Secara umum, pihak sekolah dan guru pendidikan Agama Islam dalam memotivasi belajar siswa di masa pendemi di SMPIT di Babussalam Purwakarta sebagai berikut: Pertama, Perencanaan sekolah yang berkaitan dengan upaya guru agama Islam dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di masa Pandemi Covid-19 di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Islam Terpadu (SMPIT) Babussalam Purwakarta antara lain; Pertama, merumuskan visi sekolah, yakni: “Terwujudnya Generasi yang hafal Quran, berakhlak mulia, Berprestasi, Disiplin, dan Mandiri.” Sedang misi sekolah, yaitu: (1) Membiasakan menghafal al-Qur’an 1 Baris -5 ayat per hari; (2) Membiasakan siswa dengan senyum, salam, Sapa, (3S); (3) Membiasakan shalat dhuha bagi peserta didik; (4) Pembiasaan K3 Sebelum KBM bagi peserta didik; dan (5) Membiasakan datang 15 menit sebelum KBM bagi peserta didik. Kedua, Menyusun berbagai program sekolah selama satu tahun. Kedua, Pelaksanaan sekolah yang berkaitan dengan upaya guru agama Islam dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di masa Pandemi Covid-19, antara lain; (1) Guru Mengelola Pembelajaran; (2) Guru Membimbing Siswa; (3) Guru sebagai Fasilitator bagi Siswa; (4) Guru sebagai Mediator bagi Siswa; dan (5) Guru sebagai Motivator Siswa. Ketiga, Kendala yang dihadapi guru agama pendidikan Islam dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar Siswa di masa Pandemi Covid-19, antara lain; (1) Keterbatasan Guru dan siswa dalam penguasaan teknologi informasi, seperti handphone, dan computer; (2) Sarana dan prasaran yang terbatas, seperti Wifi, kuota, dan lain-lain; (3) Akses dan jaringan internet yang terbatas; dan (4) Keterbatan anggaran sekolah. Keempat, Solusi yang dilakukan guru pendidikan agama Islam dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, antara lain: (1) Memberi Nilai berupa Angka (Kuatitatif); (2) Kompetisi Siswa yang Sehat; (3) Menumbuhkan kepercayaan diri siswa (Ego Involvement); dan (4) Pujian (Reward) dan Hukuman (Panishmant) bersifat mendidik bagi Siswa. Kelima, Evaluasi yang dilakukan guru pendidikan agama Islam dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, antara lain: (1) ranah kognitif, (2) ranah afektif, dan (3) psikomotorik.
