Abstract

Mentoring as one of the implementation of activities that can be used in learning by exploring students' abilities in learning so that the needs of each student can be known. The purpose of this study is to elaborate on the planning, implementation, control and evaluation of mentoring activities for Akidah Akhlak subjects in Madrasahs. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Data were collected through observation, documentation and interviews. Data were analyzed based on qualitative analysis. The results of the study show that the Akhlak-based mentoring plan in fostering the morals of students at MTs Al-Mukhlashuun Kandanghaur Indramayu is carried out through the following efforts: first, Akhlak Akidah teachers formulate the goals of mentoring. Second, determine the mentoring material; Third, the preparation of students participating in mentoring. The organization of mentoring based on Akidah Akhlak in shaping students' morals at MTs Al-Mukhlashuun Kandanghaur Indramayu consists of program coordinators assisted by certain fields and mentors. Organizing is intended to carry out common goals in a systematic and systemic manner. The implementation of Akidah Akhlak-based mentoring is done through the formation of small groups to discuss certain topics and tutorial activities. Evaluation of Akidah Akhlak-based mentoring in shaping students' morals at MTs Al-Mukhlashuun Kandanghaur Indramayu, namely process assessment and outcome assessment.

Abstract

Moral and ethical values ​​are needed in our country, so the implementation of local content education related to the character of students is able to build a nation of character. This study aims to explain how the implementation of Aswaja's local content in shaping the character of students at Madrasah Aliyah NU Indramayu. The method used in this study uses a qualitative descriptive method with the type of case study by describing how the process of implementing learning at Madrasah Aliyah NU Indramayu from beginning to end. The data collection technique in this study was carried out in three steps, namely observation, documentation study and interviews. The results of the study show: 1) Aswaja local content learning planning at MA NU Indaramayu by setting subjects, assigning tutors, determining funding sources and learning resources, 2) Aswaja local content learning implementation includes, reviewing the syllabus, making learning implementation plans, preparing assessment 3) Evaluation of local content learning Aswaja includes, evaluation of local content programs, evaluation of local content results. However, in the course of the strategy applied by the madrasah principal in learning Aswaja local content has not run optimally because there are still frequent changes of tutors for Aswaja local content subjects, as well as the teacher's ability to design and implement learning tools. Thus, it is very necessary to do research in the formation of the character of students through the local content of Aswaja.

Abstract

The background of the problem is that PAI teachers have not made lesson plans, syllabus, materials. Teaching aids and Student Worksheets (LKS) and evaluation. Supervision management by the principal in the classroom is needed to foster and supervise PAI teachers in improving the professionalism of PAI teachers. The method used is the research method used is a qualitative approach, the types and sources of data use primary data and secondary data, techniques Collecting data using observation. Interviews and documentation studies, data analysis techniques using data triangulation where data is selected that is important and appropriate and then processed to draw conclusions. Syllabus, Basic Competencies (KD), Materials, teaching aids, Student Worksheets (LKS) and student evaluations. After receiving guidance from the principal, the PAI teacher changed what was instructed by the school. second supervisory management. The teacher feels that the principal is finding fault with the PAI teacher, after discussions and approaches between the principal and the teacher have resulted in mutual understanding and improvement professional teachers, and the management of supervision of the three PAI teachers have made a Learning Process Design (RPP). Implementation: The ability of teachers to produce improvements 1) implement (practice) teaching in the classroom. 2) The ability of teachers to manage the classroom. Abstract

Dalam manajemen pembinaan guru ada strategi-strategi pembinaan yang bertujuan untuk peningkatan kompetensi guru. Namun masih sedikit yang ditujukan untuk peningkatan kompetensi kepribadian guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi kepribadian guru melalui pesantren kilat. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, jnis penelitian deskriptif dan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui triangulasi observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi Hasil penelitian menunjukan: Pertama, pada aspek perencanaan program pembinaan guru melalui kegiatan pesantren kilat di Madrasah Aliyah Fathanul Burhan Kabupaten Karawang direncanakan dengan baik sesuai dengan fungsi manajemen. Kedua, pada aspek pelaksanaan, program pembinaan guru melalui kegiatan pesantren kilat di Madrasah Aliyah Fathanul Burhan Kabupaten dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan-kegiatan pembiasaan shalat sunnah, kediatan shalat berjamaah, dzikir, pembiasaan membaca shalawat, kajian kitab kuning, ziarah kubur. Berdasarkan analisa kegiatan-kegiatan ini diyakini memberikan pengaruh pada peningkatan kompetensi kepribadian guru. Ketiga, pada aspek faktor pendukung dan penghambat program pembinaan guru melalui kegiatan pesantren kilat di Madrasah Aliyah Fathanul Burhan Kabupaten Karawang terdiri dari faktor pendukung internal dan external.

Abstract

Curriculum development efforts at AKBID Prima Husada Bogor City are an urgency, and Insya Allah it will be included in the success of student teaching and learning activities (KBM) according to the times and included in the vision and mission of AKBID Prima Husada. Based on this, three problems become the main research studies, namely first, how is the implementation of the curriculum at AKBID Prima Husada Bogor City. Second, what is the curriculum development strategy at AKBID Prima Husada Bogor City. Third, what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for curriculum development at AKBID Prima Husada Bogor City. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Sources of data through interviews, observation, and documentation which are then analyzed in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions in accordance with the guidelines of qualitative research methodology.Keywords: Each word/phrase is separated by commas. he results of the study: first, the implementation of the curriculum at AKBID Prima Husada Bogor City is using the convergence curriculum with the name rainbow curriculum, namely the formal curriculum, and the tahfidz curriculum. Second, the curriculum development strategy is diversification by adding new products, namely the Hafid curriculum packaged with Reading and Writing the Qur'an (BTQ) and tahfidz (memorization of prayers from the Qur'an and Hadith). Third, the supporting and inhibiting factors for curriculum development at AKBID Prima Husada Bogor City are: Factors supporting flexibility, namely providing space and flexibility for stakeholders in the effort to develop curriculum at AKBID Prima Husada Bogor City. The inhibiting factor is the limited time in optimizing the Pelangi curriculum, and there are some students who do not have basic knowledge about BTQ learning. Abstract

This article aims to describe the learning model of Islamic Religious Education in Islamic boarding schools and reveal its implications for learning Islamic religious education in public schools. The approach of the research is qualitative, and descriptive-analytical is the method. The data in this study were obtained through 1) Observation, 2). Interviews, 3) documentation. The results of this study indicate that this research has implications for three things: developing the concept of learning Islamic Religious Education in public schools, developing the implementation of learning Islamic Religious Education in public schools and developing an evaluation system for learning Islamic Religious Education in public schools. Then the implementation consists of learning in the classroom, habituation inside and outside the classroom and Islamic conditioning life in the school environment.

Abstract

This article analyses strategies to improve the quality of Islamic Religious Education learning. Descriptive analysis, which began with observation, interviews, and documentation, was used. Therefore, various types of data were collected related to the research problem. Data verification was conducted, and the data were interpreted to obtain answers. The results showed that the teacher's program was administrative preparation, innovative and varied methods using media, practice, memorization, deposit, and writing the Qur'an. The principal programs were performed with motivation, cooperation, assignments, and daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly review learning. Meanwhile, the evaluations focused not on essays and multiple choice questions but on open questions and attitude assessments. Supporting factors are the principal's policy, complete facilities and infrastructure, educators, high motivation, and internal and external inhibiting factors arising from the teachers and unbalanced facilities. Concerning the required efforts, teachers always participate in training activities and seminars, and the school continues to add a few facilities. In conclusion, the strategy for improving the quality of learning is based on teacher and school programs, student morals, and achievement.

Abstract

This article discusses about role of leadership and motivation of school headmaster in improving teacher performance. By using literature review in education, this article found that teacher is a professional profession where he is required to make every effort to carry out his activities as best he can. The task of the teacher as an educator, teacher and trainer should be able to impact the students. The teacher as one component in teaching and learning activities, has a position that greatly determines the success of learning. The role of the school headmaster is very important and dominant in improving teacher performance, both in increasing competence and work motivation and in building effective work systems and creating a harmonious, safe and pleasant working atmosphere. The efforts of improving the quality of teachers must be continuously carried out by school headmaster in order to improve the performance of teachers into reliable individuals who will advance the school organization. Therefore, we need the ability of the leadership role and motivation of the principal to explore, disseminate, foster and develop the potential of the teacher in order to improve teacher performance in order to achieve educational goals

Abstract

This research is motivated by a decline in morals which is increasingly widespread in this millennial era. The development of information technology that has entered the industrial revolution 4.0 has a huge impact on the behavior and culture that develops in society. Apart from positive things, of course the negative impacts are due to the very openness of information that can be accessed by all people, including children. Among them are the many hoaxes and trash information as well as misleading information. There needs to be a self-built filtration system to sort them out. One of them is the education system in schools. This phenomenon often becomes an apology for some people to give their scathing criticism of educational institutions. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the IHAQI Boarding School Creative Junior High School had good management in implementing the guidance method of the dakwah pattern. The planning of using the dakwah pattern as a learning method carried out by educators at the IHAQI Boarding School Creative Junior High School has been carefully planned. As for the implementation of the use of the da'wah method at the IHAQI Boarding School Creative Junior High School, it is felt that it has been carried out effectively. So that the evaluation of the use of da'wah patterns in learning at the IHAQI Boarding School Creative Junior High School is enough to give a very deep impression to all students to inherit Islamic values. It's just that there are several obstacles and constraints that occur at this Creative Junior Boarding School which is centered on the realm of communication.
