Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh pengalaman ketika peneliti mengajar di MI Thariqul Jannah Pangalengan. didalam dunia pendidikan guru memegang peranan penting, karena guru salah satu yang terlibat langsung dalam pembentukan dan pengembangan intelektual dan kepribadian siswa. Oleh karena itu, guru sering dijadikan tokoh teladan bahkan dijadikan tokoh identitas diri. Dengan demikian guru harus memiliki perilaku, keterampilan dan kemampuan yang mendasar untuk melaksanakan tugasnya dengan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: realitas sikap guru dalam mengajar, realitas motivasi belajar siswa, realitas prestasi belajar siswa, signifikansi hubungan sikap guru dalam mengajar dengan prestasi belajar siswa, signifikansi hubungan motivasi belajar siswa dengan prestasi belajar siswa, signifikansi hubungan sikap guru dalam mengajar dan motivasi belajar siswa dengan prestasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian eksplanatoris (explanatory research) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif serta menggunakan rumus product moment. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket yang ditujukan kepada peserta didik. Adapun populasinya adalah peserta didik MI Thariqul Jannah Pangalengan kelas V dan kelasVI yang diambil sampelnya sebanyak 43 orang. Hubungan sikap guru dalam mengajar dan motivasi belajar siswa secara simultan (bersama- sama) dengan prestasi belajar siswa kelas V dan kelas VI MI Thariqul Jannah Pangalengan mendapatkan hasil hipotesis satu (H1) diterima yaitu: Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan secara bersamaan dari sikap guru dalam mengajar dan motivasi belajar siswa dengan prestasi belajar siswa kelas V dan kelas VI MI Thariqul Jannah nilai koefisien korelasi 0,412 atau 41,2% , artinya terdapat hubungan yang sedang antara sikap guru dalam mengajar dan motivasi belajar siswa dengan prestasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) pengelolaan pendidikan akhlak siswa di SD Negeri Cingcin 02 Soreang Kabupaten Bandung, 2) faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan pengelolaan pendidikan akhlak siswa di SD Negeri Cingcin 02 Soreang Kabupaten Bandung, walaupun itu adalah sekolah umum. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri Cingcin 02 Soreang Kabupaten Bandung Tahun Pelajaran 2020-2021. Subjek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, guru, karyawan, siswa, orang tua. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) pengelolaan pendidikan akhlak siswa di SD Negeri Cingcin 02 Soreang Kabupaten Bandung: a) dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan intrakurikuler, ekstrakurikuler dan pembiasaan. Pelaksanaan manajemen berjalan secara terstruktur, terpadu dan normatif berdasarkan nilai-nilai Islam dan keteladanan. b) Kepala sekolah di SD Negeri Cingcin 02 Soreang Kabupaten Bandung telah melaksanakan fungsi manajemen yaitu perencanaan, pengorganisasian, koordinasi, motivasi, pengendalian dan evaluasi. 2) Faktor keberhasilan pendidikan akhlak siswa di SD Negeri Cingcin 02 Soreang Kabupaten Bandung tidak terlepas dari kreativitas kepala sekolah dalam mengelola pendidikan akhlak siswa di sekolah. Meskipun merupakan sekolah umum dan jumlah pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam hanya dua jam per hari Minggu, pendidikan akhlak siswa di SD Negeri Cingcin 02 Soreang Kabupaten Bandung dapat dikatakan berhasil karena strategi yang digunakan efektif.

Abstract

People continue to argue about education for years. Both Islamic religious education and the education system in general make people curious. Muslims believe that their education system should be holistic. This means combining spiritual, intellectual, emotional and physical development. It is based on teachings from the Qur'an and Hadith. This is done through qualitative research with a transcendental phenomenological approach. The study seeks to learn more about educators' experiences in helping autistic children learn. Qualitative research, as defined by its name, encourages an understanding of a subject through consideration of perceptions, motivations, behaviors and other aspects that help define it. This is achieved through the use of language and words to describe this experience holistically. . Formal education in Indonesia is in the form of Islamic education at the grassroots level. It is said that this is the first form of formal education in the country, especially at the national level. By fostering a general sense of learning rooted in respect, it is believed to have made a major contribution to Indonesia's current education system. It is clear that Islamic education plays a huge role in Indonesian culture. It is so pervasive throughout the country that students are encouraged to actively participate in public life to shape their character as Muslims and maintain their cultural and religious identity.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the integration of Islamic values into STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) learning in secondary schools. In the era of globalization, STEM education is becoming increasingly important to prepare students for future challenges. However, education that only focuses on technical aspects without paying attention to spiritual and moral values can result in disorientation in students' lives. Therefore, this study proposes an approach that combines scientific aspects with Islamic values to create holistic learning. The research method used is qualitative with a literature study approach. Data was collected through observation and analysis of curriculum documents. The results of the study show that the integration of Islamic values in STEM learning can improve students' understanding of the relationship between science and religious teachings, as well as motivate them to apply the knowledge learned in daily life in accordance with Islamic principles. Consistent implementation and support from all schools are needed to ensure the sustainability of this program.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perencanaan, penerapan, minat dan problematika yang dihadapi dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis ICT dengan Aplikasi Lidwa Pusaka pada Mata Kuliah Ilmu Hadis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis ICT pada matakuliah Ilmu Hadis dengan Aplikasi Lidwa Pusaka di ADI Al-Bukhari Kabupaten Sukabumi sudah ada perencanaan, Kedua, Manajemen media pembelajaran berbasis ICT dengan Aplikasi Lidwa Pusaka pada Mata Kuliah Ilmu Hadis di ADI Al-Bukhari sudah termasuk baik. Guru dalam proses pembelajaran lebih mudah dan bervariasi dalam menyampaikan materi yang akan diajarkan, Ketiga, Media pembelajaran berbasis ICT pada matakuliah Ilmu Hadis dapat meningkatkan minat belajar mahasiswa ADI Al-Bukhari, Keempat, Problematika yang dihadapi ADI Al-Bukhari dalam manajemen media pembelajaran berbasis ICT pada mata kuliah Ilmu Hadis terletak pada sebagian mahasiswa yang tidak memiliki laptop disebabkan karena keterbatasan ekonomi keluarga. Problematika lainnya adalah ADI Al-Bukhari belum memiliki kelengkapan yang berkaitan dengan sarana dan prasarana yang menunjang pembelajaran berbasis ICT.

Abstract

In this chapter, I have tried to highlight some aspects of the two perspectives. The first is the perspective of the researcher who recalls his past as a student in a communist country, interpreting his life experiences given his impact on his education and teaching profession. The second perspective is that of the researcher who looks to the future, initially lacking in resources but willing to connect with global research in his area of interest, educational ethics. International studies that support and inspire our research in the domain of educational ethics include philosophical works, the study of moral psychology, and resources from sociology and organizational psychology as well as from pedagogy. Regarding expected trends in comparative and international education, I have grouped them into three categories: (1) Trends related to research themes in comparative education: many of the main themes of education have been filtered or will be filtered through a comparative lens (educational history, philosophy- educational physics, curriculum and didactics, sociology of education, politics and economics of education and educational psychology); (2) Methodological trends in quantitative and qualitative methodologies together will support the research process in comparative education; and (3) Trends regarding the impact of research in comparative pedagogy: Global Models of will Inspire Local Initiatives without Copiable Beings.

Abstract

Education and moral development for students is very important so that they have noble character and are trained to like goodness so that good deeds will easily be born from it. In the letter Q.S. al-Hasyr/59 Allah SWT ordered to always follow in the footsteps of the Prophet Muhammad. Philosophically, this research is based on the theory developed by Skinner, especially related to behavior (behavior) which is considered relatively applicable in the formation of behavior. Moral development is the first focus of attention in Islam. This is in accordance with the morality of the Prophet Muhammad SAW to perfect noble character. This study aims to 1) want to know the implementation of noble character development through reading and writing the Qur'an to create students with character. 2) want to know the evaluation of noble character development through reading and writing the Qur'an to create students with character. 3) want to know the factors supporting and inhibiting the development of noble character through reading and writing the Qur'an to create students with character. The method of this research approach is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques are by using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses the collection of: 1) data (Data Collection), 2) data reduction (Data Reduction), 3) data display, verification and Confirmation of Conclusions (Conclusion Drawing and Verification). The results showed that: 1). a) The results showed that the learning planning carried out by the PAI teachers which consisted of the application of schedules, methods, mastery of materials and preparation of learning equipment in class VIII of SMP Islam Terpadu Al-Madinah had been carried out smoothly. 2) the implementation of noble character development in class VIII of the Integrated Islamic Junior High School Al-Madinah for the 2020-2021 academic year has been carried out well. The teacher has accustomed students to carry out reading and writing activities of the Koran well, 3). The evaluation used by PAI teachers, namely the evaluation of the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, and Product) model is one of several existing evaluation models such as the formative-summative model evaluation, 4). The constraint factor is from parents who do not pay attention to students when students are at home, and the lack of facilities in the form of a mosque that is not wide enough so that it is crammed into the mosque and students do not focus on learning to read and write the Koran. the solution is that teachers and parents work together in educating students, and schools provide a comfortable place in learning to read and write the Qur'an by expanding the mosque.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate knowledge management practices in an Islam-based higher education environment, focusing on the utilisation of intellectual capital at Universitas Islam Nusantara Bandung. In the context of the digital era and global competition, higher education institutions’ ability to manage knowledge effectively is a key factor in improving academic quality and institutional competitiveness. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, and data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and institutional documentation. The results showed that knowledge management practices at Uninus covered the processes of knowledge identification, creation, dissemination, and implementation, although the implementation is still partial and conventional. The strategies implemented include the documentation of explicit knowledge and the capacity building of human resources in managing tacit knowledge. The conversion of tacit knowledge into explicit form is done through scientific forums and expertise-based assignments, but is not yet fully structured. Evaluation of the supporting tools indicates that some elements, such as document management, digital portals, expertise taxonomy, and ICT infrastructure, are available but not yet optimally integrated. These findings suggest that the effectiveness of knowledge management is highly dependent on the synergy between institutional strategy, technological readiness and organizational culture. Thus, this study suggests the importance of a holistic approach and strengthening institutional policies to maximise the potential of knowledge management in developing intellectual capital in Islamic higher education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi nilai-nilai Aswaja (Ahlusunnah wal Jamaah) di sekolah dalam menjawab tantangan yang ditimbulkan oleh Revolusi Industri 4.0. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi tinjauan literatur, yang melibatkan kajian teori-teori yang relevan dengan masalah penelitian. Metode ini sangat penting, terutama dalam penelitian akademis, karena metode ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan teori dan aplikasi praktis. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai Aswaja moderasi (tawassuth), keseimbangan (tawazun), toleransi (tasamuh), dan keadilan (i'tidal) berfungsi sebagai prinsip-prinsip panduan untuk berperilaku dalam semua aspek kehidupan. Pendekatan yang paling efektif untuk membina kehidupan beragama di sekolah adalah melalui strategi yang mencakup learning to know, learning to do, learning to be, dan learning to live together. Selain itu, proses pengembangan kehidupan beragama dapat dilakukan melalui metode seperti memberikan pengajaran teori yang minimal, memberikan contoh dan teladan yang luas, memperkuat pembiasaan dan praktik, memberikan motivasi yang cukup, dan memastikan pengawasan dan penegakan aturan yang konsisten.
