Abstract

This study aims to determine the potential for disputes on the status of Taxpayers in Tax Collection. This study was conducted using a qualitative method based on a case study on the Judicial Review Decision Number 503 PK / Pdt / 2020 and 318 / B / PK / Pjk / 2019 regarding the collection of Taxpayers for Taxpayers who make changes to management and go bankrupt. The purpose of the study is to determine the potential for disputes in the future and efforts to anticipate them. The data used are primary data obtained from interviews with informants, documentation and literature studies. The results of the study obtained are that the potential for disputes depends on resistance when collection actions are taken, differences of opinion between the Tax Authorities and Taxpayers or Judges and the weakness of the DGT material in Court. Meanwhile, efforts that can be made to anticipate it are to mitigate risks, anticipate legal efforts, carry out collection actions based on regulations, and conduct internal DGT evaluations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana pengaruh model pembelajaran berbasis sentra pada anak usia 5-6 tahun di Lembaga PAUD Kota Gorontalo. Permasalahan ini diteliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian Quasi Eksperimen desain modelNonequivalent Control Grup Design. Model pembelajaran sentra dilakukan dengan penyelenggaraan pembelajaran berfokus pada anak dalam lingkaran menggunakan empat jenis pijakan yaitu pijakan lingkungan main, pijakan sebelum main, pijakan selama main, dan pijakan setelah main. Eksperimen pembelajaran sentra dilaksanakan pada lima hari sekolah, serta satu jenis sentra setiap harinya. Terdapat lima sentra yang diterapkan yaitu balok, bahan alam, seni, persiapan, dan bermain peran. Model pembelajaran sentra dapat menstimulus anak dalam mengoptimalkan karakter mandiri pada anak. Abstract

The demand for fast, stable, and reliable internet services continues to grow, particularly in densely populated residential areas. One of the ongoing issues is the limitations of Hybrid Fiber Coaxial (HFC) networks, which often result in low speeds, high latency, and unstable connections. This study aims to analyze the improvement in internet quality resulting from the migration from HFC to Fiber to the Home (FTTH) in Residential Area X, East Jakarta. A quantitative approach was employed, involving direct measurements on 100 homepasses before and after the migration. The parameters analyzed include download and upload speeds, latency, jitter, packet loss, Power Link Budget, Optical Power Budget, Round Trip Time (RTT), and Quality of Service (QoS) metrics. The results show a significant improvement in internet performance after the migration to FTTH. The average download speed increased from 16.75 Mbps to 128.79 Mbps, while the upload speed rose from 2.99 Mbps to 54.53 Mbps. Latency decreased from 66.23 ms to 5.73 ms, jitter dropped from 12.37 ms to 2.55 ms, and packet loss was reduced from 3.06% to 0.47%. Although FTTH has a lower power budget compared to HFC, the Power Link Budget analysis indicates that the network quality delivered by FTTH is more stable and reliable. These findings confirm that FTTH provides a significantly more stable and dependable internet connection than HFC.

Abstract

5G Core (5GC) Network merupakan salah satu teknologi utama pada teknologi seluler generasi ke-5. Perubahan besar yang terjadi pada 5GC adalah perubahan dari arsitektur monolithic menjadi arsitektur yang modular dan aksesnya dibuka untuk umum. Hal ini merubah pengembangan 5GC menjadi lebih baik. Beberapa penelitian yang sudah dilakukan masih menggunakan 5GC non-standalone yang ditandai dengan hadirnya Evolved Packet Core (EPC) dalam implementasinya. Maka dari itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan arsitektur 5GC standalone yang didefinisikan oleh 3GPP release 15 pada baremetal server. Kemudian 5GC diintegrasikan dengan User Equipment (UE) dan Radio Access Network (RAN). Percobaan ini menggunakan metode penelitian yang mencakup instalasi dan konfigurasi source code Free5GC, integrasi dengan simulator UERANSIM, serta pengujian performa menggunakan metrik bandwidth, throughput, dan round-trip time (RTT). Setelah dilakukan pengukuran performa menggunakan beberapa metrik pengukuran dari 5GC yang telah dibangun dapat disimpulkan bahwa 5GC yang dibangun berhasil diimplementasikan dan berfungsi dengan baik dalam mendukung konektivitas data. Pengujian performa mencatat bandwidth rata-rata sebesar 3,5 Gbps, throughput rata-rata 21,04 Mbps untuk unduh dan 19,125 Mbps untuk unggah, serta RTT rata-rata 21,229 ms. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pengembangan jaringan 5G yang terbuka dan dapat diandalkan, terutama pada aspek konektivitas data. 5G Core (5GC) Network is a key technology in fifth-generation cellular systems. One of the significant advancements in 5GC is the shift from a monolithic to a modular architecture with open access, enabling better development of the technology. However, many existing studies still focus on non-standalone 5GC, which includes the Evolved Packet Core (EPC) in its implementation. This study aims to implement a standalone 5GC architecture, as defined by 3GPP Release 15, on a bare metal server. The implementation integrates 5GC with User Equipment (UE) and Radio Access Network (RAN). The research methodology involves installing and configuring the Free5GC source code, integrating it with the UERANSIM simulator, and evaluating its performance using metrics such as bandwidth, throughput, and round-trip time (RTT). Results show that the implemented 5GC operates successfully and effectively supports data connectivity. The performance tests recorded an average bandwidth of 3.5 Gbps, a download throughput of 21.04 Mbps, an upload throughput of 19.125 Mbps, and an average RTT of 21.229 ms. This study contributes significantly to the advancement of open, flexible, and reliable 5G networks, particularly in enhancing data connectivity performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana keterkaitan antara peran Green Economy dengan pembangunan ekonomi di Indonesia. Pembangunan ekonomi di Indonesia terus ditingkatkan guna pencapaian Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Salah satu upaya untuk pencapaian SDGs tersebut adalah dengan penerapan konsep Green Economy. Penilaian Green Economy di Indonesia disusun oleh tiga pilar/variabel yaitu lingkungan, ekonomi, dan sosial. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan pemodelan variabel lingkungan, ekonomi, dan sosial pada Green Economy Index terhadap pembangunan ekonomi dengan menggunakan pendekatan SEM-PLS berdasarkan data tahunan pada periode 2011-2020. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Green Economy yang diwakili oleh indikator pada Green Economy Index memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pembangunan ekonomi untuk variabel lingkungan dan sosial dengan kebaikan model sebesar 84,4%. Variabel lingkungan diwakili oleh tiga indikator yang signifikan yaitu share of renewable energy, managed waste, dan percentage of GHG emission reduction. Variabel ekonomi diwakili oleh empat indikator yang signifikan yaitu final energy intensity, agricultural productivity, industrial sector labor productivity, dan service sector labor productivity. Variabel sosial diwakili oleh tiga indikator yang signifikan yaitu mean year of schooling, life expectancy, dan poverty rate. Sedangkan untuk variabel pembangunan ekonomi diwakili oleh satu indikator yang signifikan yaitu laju pertumbuhan ekonomi.

Abstract

The remarkable potential of zakat in Indonesia has not been fully realized due to an optimal collection rate, necessitating more efficient management. One strategic step is the integration of zakat institutions with banking to leverage the network, technology, and governance of banks in enhancing the collection and distribution of zakat. However, the efficiency performance of zakat institutions affiliated with banks is still rarely studied using a quantitative approach. This study aims to measure the efficiency of zakat management institutions affiliated with banks in Indonesia and compare their performance using the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method. This research utilizes data from the period 2017–2023, with the unit of analysis being two bank zakat institutions: Baitul Maal Muamalat (BMM) and YBM BRILiaN. Input variables include annual salaries, operational costs, and socialization costs, while output variables consist of collected and distributed zakat funds. The analysis was conducted using the DEA BCC (Banker, Charnes, Cooper) and CCR (Charnes, Cooper, Rhodes) models to identify technical and scale efficiency. The research results show that Baitul Maal Muamalat (BMM) was only at an optimal efficiency level during the 2017–2019 period, while its performance declined in the 2020–2022 period. On the other hand, YBM BRILiaN consistently achieved full efficiency throughout 2021–2023. These findings provide an empirical basis for managerial improvements and the strengthening of the capacity of bank zakat institutions, while also reinforcing the integration of zakat with the banking system in Indonesia.

Abstract

Purpose: Blurred images caused by camera motion, poor lighting, or inaccurate focus are common challenges in digital imaging. These issues not only affect visual aesthetics but also risk the loss of critical information, particularly in forensic analysis, medical diagnostics, and historical documentation. This study aims to compare the effectiveness of three image restoration methods—Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), Non-Local Means (NLM), and Lucy-Richardson—through a systematic literature review approach. Design/methodology/approach: This research adopts a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology, analyzing peer-reviewed articles from IEEE Xplore and other reputable sources. Each method is evaluated based on key restoration criteria, including detail preservation, noise handling, and computational complexity. Findings/result: CNNs demonstrate superior performance in restoring semantic and complex structural details due to their deep learning capabilities, although they require large datasets and longer training times. NLM is effective in reducing noise and preserving texture details but is computationally intensive. The Lucy-Richardson algorithm, as a classical deconvolution method, is relatively simple and does not require training data, yet it heavily depends on accurate point spread function (PSF) estimation and is susceptible to noise amplification. The analysis indicates that a hybrid approach combining these methods can significantly enhance image restoration quality. Originality/value/state of the art: This study offers a comprehensive comparative analysis of three widely used restoration techniques and highlights the potential of hybrid systems. By integrating the strengths of CNN, NLM, and Lucy-Richardson, a more adaptive and optimal restoration strategy can be developed to address diverse types of image degradation.

Abstract

Community Service Program (PkM) conducted by the Center for Study and Promotion of Peace (CSPP DWCU) was aimed at Srikandi Lintas Iman (SRILI), an interfaith women organization in the City of Yogyakarta. They needed to improve their works in the society by having perspective and skills in peacebuilding. By using learning methods for adults i.e., participatory, elicitive, and dialogue, CSPP DWCU conducted the series of training during 2017-2019. Based on the achievement indicator and its output, CSPP DWCU’s community service program has been successful. The target group actively participated in the serial of training and brought the idea of the trainings into advocacy in the community. Some of their activities were published in online and printed media as well in some academic journals during 2017-2019. ==== Kegiatan Pengadian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) oleh tim Pusat Studi dan Pengembangan Perdamaian Universitas Kristen Duta Wacana (PSPP-UKDW) ditujukan kepada Srikandi Lintas Iman (SRILI), sebuah organisasi perempuan yang bekerja dalam advokasi perdamaian lintas iman di Kota Yogyakarta. SRILI memiliki kebutuhan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas anggota organisasi agar memiliki perspektif dan ketrampilan di bidang pengembangan perdamaian guna mendukung aktivitas advokasinya kepada masyarakat. PkM dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan berseri dalam tahun tahun 2017-2019 dengan menggunakan metode pelatihan bagi orang dewasa yang bersifat partisipatoris, elisitif dan menekankan dialog. Pelaksana PkM dapat memenuhi indikator capaian program dan luaran dalam bentuk jumlah pelatihan yang dilakukan dan adanya dokumentasi pengayaan modul yang disusun berdasarkan evaluasi setiap akhir pelatihan dan menjadi referensi untuk pelatihan berikutnya. Capaian keberhasilan PkM dari sisi kelompok sasaran adalah terpenuhinya indikator capaian program dan bentuk luaran, yakni partisipasi aktif kelompok sasaran dan jumlah aktivitas advokasi yang dipulikasikan lewat media elektronik dan tercetak maupun jurnak akademik dalam kurun 2017-2019.

Abstract

The conducted Community Service Program (PkM) aims to provide capacity building for students of Kolese De Britto High School, Yogyakarta, through a workshop on creating human interest photography. Moreover, this human-interest photography workshop is also intended as a means of building students' awareness and empathy on the issues raised by the photo objects themselves. The workshop is designed in a participatory learning approach by using Student Centred Learning (SCL) to create a democratic learning atmosphere. The approach is applied in a session-based program which consists of (1) providing some knowledge about the social and cultural history of the city of Yogyakarta in the context of human-interest photography; (2) technical knowledge in using both cell phone cameras and manual cameras; and (3) an exercise in finding objects and taking photos. To evaluate the student works and its curation, the SMART and SUPER A method is used. The result of the workshop is a module of training guides and a catalogue of student works that can be used for students’ art exhibitions. === Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PkM) yang dilaksanakan bertujuan untuk memberikan peningkatan kapasitas bagi siswa-siswi SMA Kolese De Britto, Yogyakarta, melalui lokakarya pembuatan fotografi human interest. Selain itu, workshop fotografi human interest ini juga dimaksudkan sebagai sarana untuk membangun kepedulian dan empati siswa terhadap isu-isu yang diangkat oleh objek foto itu sendiri. Workshop ini dirancang dengan pendekatan pembelajaran partisipatoris dengan menggunakan metode Student Centered Learning (SCL) untuk menciptakan suasana belajar yang demokratis. Pendekatan ini diterapkan dalam bentuk program berbasis sesi yang terdiri atas (1) pemberian pengetahuan tentang sejarah sosial dan budaya kota Yogyakarta dalam konteks fotografi human interest; (2) pengetahuan teknis penggunaan kamera ponsel dan kamera manual; dan (3) latihan mencari objek dan mengambil foto. Untuk mengevaluasi karya-karya siswa dan kurasinya, digunakan metode SMART dan SUPER A. Hasil dari lokakarya ini adalah sebuah modul panduan pelatihan dan katalog karya siswa yang dapat digunakan untuk pameran seni rupa siswa.

Abstract

Software-defined networking (SDN) technology is one key technology in telecommunications networks that are currently widely studied. In SDN-based networks, the controller holds the key to the reliability of a network because all control functions are held by the controller as one of the open-source controllers, the Open Network Operating System (ONOS) has two forwarding mechanisms, namely reactive forwarding, and proactive forwarding. This study compares performance between reactive forwarding and proactive forwarding on ONOS with VM migration as traffic. The parameter measured is the total migration time using simple network topology. From the test results, the proactive forwarding scenario can optimize the fastest potential of the topology tested by using the path that has the largest bandwidth available on the network topology. In comparison, reactive forwarding can only pass through the smallest hops of the tested topology. From the measurement results, the average migration time performance using a proactive forwarding scenario is 36.16% faster than the reactive forwarding scenario.
