Abstract

Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) or chronic kidney failure is a disease due to decreased kidney function that causes the body to fail to maintain fluid and electrolyte balance metabolism, resulting in urea retention and other nitrogen waste accumulation in the body. This research aims to analyze given this position to lower oxygen consumption and increase maximum lung expansion, the ineffectiveness of the client's breath pattern is more optimal in CKD patients in the Adenium Room of DR. Soebandi Jember Hospital. This type of research is descriptive using the case study approach method. The subject in this case study was one patient affected by CKD with the ineffectiveness of breath patterns. Semifowler position intervention is performed where the position of the head and body is raised by 45°. Result: The application of a semi-fowler position (45° sitting position) for 3x24 hours according to the standard of procedure helps reduce shortness of breath and helps optimize RR in the client so that the problem of ineffectiveness of breath patterns can be resolved. Interventions in regulating the angle of sleep position can meaningfully produce good respiration, so it can be considered one of the interventions to optimize the ineffectiveness of breath patterns.

Abstract

Background: Nursing problems in brain injury patients include the risk of ineffective perfusion due to reduced oxygen flow to the brain, which, if not treated immediately, will increase intracranial pressure (ICP). One way to increase ICP is with 30-degree head-up position intervention. Objective: This study aimed to analyze the application of 30-degree Head Up Position on Cerebral Perfusion in Moderate Brain Injury Patients. Method: This research is an observational study with a case study design. Primary data was obtained through anamnesis and physical assessment with a sample of a patient being treated in the Hospital by assessing the effect of the 30-degree head-up position carried out for 30 minutes for 3 consecutive days. Results: In this study, the results showed an increase in cerebral perfusion as indicated by cerebral perfusion indicators, namely blood pressure, MAP, pulse, patient breathing improved, and the patient's level of consciousness increased until the final evaluation. Conclusion: From the results of the innovation analysis in this case, providing a 30-degree head-up position in patients with a risk of ineffective cerebral perfusion is one form of effectiveness in increasing the patient's cerebral perfusion so that it can prevent an increase in intracranial pressure.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of hybrid learning models on student engagement and academic performance in science education at the elementary school level in the post-pandemic era. Conducted in 20 elementary schools across Lampung Province, the research examines how the integration of both in-person and online learning affects student involvement in science lessons and their academic outcomes. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining quantitative data from student performance assessments and surveys on engagement, alongside qualitative insights from interviews with teachers and school administrators. The findings suggest that hybrid learning enhances student engagement by providing flexible learning environments, allowing students to access resources and participate in activities at their own pace. Additionally, the model has shown to improve academic performance, particularly in subjects requiring critical thinking and practical application, such as science. Abstract

Exhausted nurses in providing nursing care can impact work stress. Many factors cause work stress. Work stress is the type of psychological stress that reduces the lacrimal gland's activity, affecting dry eye syndrome. The study aims to analyze the correlation between work stress and nurses' dry eye syndrome in Nganjuk General Hospital. The study was a descriptive correlative observational with a cross-sectional design. The sample was 84 nurses, taken by simple random sampling. Data were collected using Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and Ocular Surface Disease (OSDI) questionnaires. The study showed nurses experienced mild stress (96.43%) and moderate dry eye syndrome (36.90%). There was a positive correlation between work stress and dry eye syndrome in nurses in the weak category (r=0.356; p= 0.001< 0.05). There were no significant differences in work stress by age, gender, working period, and marital status (p=0.388; p=0.687 p=0.730; p = 0.839 > α 0.05). There was a significant difference in work stress based on education (p=0.033 < α 0,05). There were no significant differences in dry eye syndrome with age, gender, working period, and marital status (p=0.644; p=0.436; p= 0.865; p=0.072; p=0.719 > α 0,05). The study conclusion is that work stress is related to dry eyes syndrome. Apart from that, work stress is also influenced by the level of education. Therefore, interventions to reduce work stress in nurses should pay attention to education level to reduce the risk of dry eyes syndrome.

Abstract

There are 536 plots of complete systematic land registration(PTSL) cluster 3 product land in land office(kantah) Tojo Una Una, the land registration process must be repeated from the beginning so that it can be upgraded to a land title certificate. The hope that PTSL cluster 3 products can easily be upgraded to become land title certificates in the future will be difficult to achieve. The aim of this research is to determine the position of PTSL cluster 3 products as land registration products. This research is normative legal research which utilizes primary and secondary legal materials. The primary legal materials in question are statutory regulations, technical instructions regarding PTSL, while the secondary legal materials are interviews and a number of literature discussing PTSL and land registration. The approach used is statutory and conceptual. The collected material was analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The PTSL cluster 3 product is not a land registration product whose main aim is to issue land title certificates. The PTSL cluster 3 product as a land registration product is here to collect and present complete information regarding physical data and juridical data in a village where PTSL is located where land plots as subjects and objects cannot be recorded as rights. Cluster 3 products PTSL are the result of land registration process activities that have not been completed and have not given birth to land rights, causing K3 products to always be overshadowed by the potential to give birth to new legal facts, therefore repetition of activities in PTSL cluster 3 products when the rights are to be recorded must be considered a reasonableness.

Abstract

Digital transformation has fundamentally reshaped the marketing landscape, driving the adoption of technology-based strategies such as SEO to enhance online visibility and the effectiveness of marketing communication. However, as the number of scholarly publications discussing SEO within the context of digital marketing continues to grow, a systematic mapping is needed to understand the directions, trends, and patterns of research collaboration that are emerging. This study aims to conduct a bibliometric analysis of scientific literature examining SEO as part of digital marketing strategy. The method employed is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) using the PRISMA approach, involving 27 articles published between 2019 and 2025. The analysis reveals that SEO occupies a central role in digital marketing discourse, closely linked to terms such as digital marketing strategy, website, and user engagement. Thematic clustering indicates a diversity of research approaches, covering technical, strategic, and conceptual dimensions. Temporal visualization also shows a significant increase in SEO-related publications in recent years, driven by its integration with technologies like machine learning and growing attention to user experience. In the context of Islamic economics, these findings open up opportunities to develop SEO strategies that are not only technically effective but also aligned with Sharia principles such as honesty, justice, and the promotion of halal products enabling digital marketing to be conducted ethically and contributing to the strengthening of the Islamic economic ecosystem in the digital realm.
