Abstract

The aims of this study are to produce measurement model of the intention of technopreneurship and the performance of the practice of electric lighting installations. Analysis of the data used is confirmatory factor analysis. Confirmatory Factor Analysis has several stages to determine the results. These stages include determining goodness of fit, calculating path estimation, calculating loading factor, Average Variance Extracted (AVE), and calculating reliability using Construct Reliability (CR). Goodness of fit is determined by looking for the Goodness-of-Fit Index (GFI), Norm Fit Index (NFI), Comparative Fit Index (CFI), or Root-Mean-Square Error of Approximation (RMSEA). CFI, RMSEA, loading factor, and tcount values met the suitability index criteria. These results indicate that the model for measuring technopreneurship intention variables and the performance of electrical lighting installation practices theoretically matches the field data, so that the measurement model is acceptable.

Abstract

The demands of technological developments require educational institutions to update and equip practical facilities to support the achievement of graduate targets. This requires resources capable of operating and using these practice facilities. This Community Service Program aims to provide training on the use of student practice facilities in the form of Smoke Testers and Gas Analyzers to teachers and technicians of the Automotive Light Vehicle Engineering Department at SMK N Saptosari, Gunungkidul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. With this training, it is hoped that teachers and employees will be able to use the equipment in accordance with procedures. The target audience for this activity are teachers and employees in the Automotive Light Vehicle Engineering Department at SMK N Saptosari. The method used in this activity is through exposure delivered by experts which is then followed by hands-on practical training activities in the use of Smoke Tester and Gas Analyzer tools. The indicator for achieving the objectives in this PPM activity is increasing the knowledge and understanding of the target audience about the use of practical facilities in the form of Smoke Tester and Gas Analyzer tools. The results of the evaluation conducted using a questionnaire showed that the training participants were very satisfied with the activities carried out and wished that these activities be carried out continuously.

Abstract

Keberhasilan penerapan micro-friction stir spot welding (µFSSW) pada bahan AZ31B pada penelitian ini memiliki implikasi yang signifikan untuk aplikasi praktisnya di berbagai industri. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknik pengelasan ini dapat menghasilkan sambungan yang kokoh pada material AZ31B dengan ketebalan 0,3 mm dan 0,5 mm. Geometri pengelasan optimal diperoleh pada 500 milidetik dan 500 mikron, menghasilkan beban geser maksimum dan beban silang masing-masing sebesar 326 N dan 88 N. Studi ini juga meneliti sifat mekanik sambungan, termasuk kekerasannya, dan menganalisis struktur mikro material. Kekerasan material meningkat pada center stir zone (SZ), menandakan terbentuknya sambungan yang lebih kuat. SZ juga menunjukkan butiran yang lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan thermo-mechanically affected zone (TMAZ), menunjukkan bahwa teknik µFSSW memiliki dampak positif pada penyempurnaan butiran. Namun, heat-affected zone (HAZ) menunjukkan butiran yang terrekristalisasi sebagian. Secara keseluruhan, temuan ini menunjukkan potensi µFSSW sebagai teknik pengelasan yang andal untuk material AZ31B, dengan sifat mekanik yang menjanjikan dan struktur mikro yang lebih baik. Penelitian lebih lanjut dapat mengeksplorasi penerapannya pada bahan dan industri lain, serta mengoptimalkan parameter pengelasan untuk hasil yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Pengembangan LMS berupa platform yang dapat dipergunakan untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran secara blended learning (offline ataupun online). LMS yang dikembangkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dari mitra industri (PT. SGMW Sales Indonesia) untuk mengembangkan Regional Training Center di Indonesia. LMS yang dikembangkan bertujuan untuk menyediakan platform pembelajaran yang dapat dipergunakan oleh PT. SGMW Sales Indonesia untuk melakukan kegiatan training bagi para karyawan yang meliputi teknisi, custome care officer, dan juga service advisor.

Abstract

Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar pada kompetensi menggambar busana dengan menerapkan accelerated learning melalui pendekatan SAVI (Somatic, Auditory, Visual, Intellectual). Penelitian terdiri dari tiga siklus setiap siklus dilakukan dua pertemuan. Kegiatan penelitian meliputi perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Data motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar dianalisis dengan teknik statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) penerapan accelerated learning dengan pendekatan SAVI dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa sehingga jumlah siswa yang masuk kategori motivasi belajar tinggi dengan nilai 77,6 - 86,6 sebanyak 10 siswa (32,3%), jumlah siswa kategori motivasi belajar sedang dengan nilai 68,5 - 77,5 sebanyak 21 siswa (67,7%), dan tidak ada siswa (0%) dengan kategori motivasi belajar rendah dengan nilai 59,4 - 68,4; (2) penerapan accelerated learning dengan pendekatan SAVI dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa sehingga jumlah siswa yang memperoleh nilai hasil belajar di atas KKM sebanyak 28 siswa (90,3%), sedangkan siswa dengan nilai hasil belajar di bawah KKM berjumlah 3 siswa ( 9,7%). APPLICATION OF ACCELERATED LEARNING WITH SAVI APPROACH TO IMPROVE MOTIVATION AND LEARNING RESULTS COMPETENCY DRAWING FASHIONAbstractThis study aims to improve the learning motivation and learning outcomes at fashion drawing competence by applying the accelerated learning SAVI (Somatic, Auditory, Visual, Intellectual) approach. This research consisted of three cycles, each of which consisted of two meetings. The research activities included planning, action, observation and reflection. The data on learning motivation and learning outcomes were analyzed using descriptive statistics technique.The results show that: (1) the application of accelerated learning using the SAVI approach can increase students'motivation so that the number of students who fall into the category of high learning motivation with scores 77.6 - 86.6 reaches 10 students (32.3%), the number of the students in the medium category of learning motivation with the scores of 68.5 - 77.5 reaches 21 students (67.7%), and no student (0%) falls in the low learning motivation category with scores of 59.4 - 68.4; (2) the application of accelerated learning using the SAVI approach can improve students'learning outcomes so that the number of students who can obtain the score of the learning outcomes above KKM is 28 students (90.3%), while the number of those with learning outcomes under the KKM is three students (9.7%).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) menghasilkan produk multimedia interaktif pada Kompetensi Dasar Mengoperasikan Software Basis Data, (2) mengetahui kelayakan produk multimedia interaktif tersebut, (3) mengetahui keefektifan pembelajaran dengan multimedia interaktif yang dikembangkan dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran tanpa multimedia interaktif tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan berdasarkan model Alessi & Trollip yang pelaksanaan uji coba keefektifannya menggunakan quasi eksperimen. Data yang dikumpulkan meliputi kualitas produk pengembangan dan hasil belajar. Analisis data dilakukan dengan statistik deskriptif, inferensial menggunakan uji t, serta ukuran pengaruh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) produk yang dihasilkan adalah multimedia interaktif berupa simulasi software basis data, (2) hasil tes alfa dan tes beta menunjukkan bahwa produk yang dikembangkan mempunyai kualitas baik sehingga layak untuk uji coba, (3) pembelajaran dengan multimedia interaktif yang dikembangkan lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran tanpa multimedia interaktif tersebut. DEVELOPING OPERATING DATABASE SOFTWARE BASIC COMPETENCY INTERACTIVE MULTIMEDIA FOR SMK NEGERI 1 SEYEGANAbstractThis study aims to (1) produce an interactive multimedia on Operating Database Software Basic Competency, (2) find out the quality of the product, (3) find out the effectiveness of learning using the developed product compared to learning without using it. This study was a research and development study based on Alessi & Trollip model in which the effectiveness tryout employed a quasi-experiment. The collected data consisted of those on the quality of the developed product and students' learning outcome. The data were analyzed by means of the descriptive statistics, inferential statistics using t-test, and effect size. The results of the study shows that: (1) the developed product is an interactive multimedia which is a database software simulation, (2) the results of alpha and beta tests show that the developed product has a good quality so that it is appropriate for the tryout, (3) learning using the developed product is more effective than that without using it.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk: (1) mendapatkan informasi pengelolaan Program Studi (Prodi) Desain dan Teknologi Sepatu (DTS) di Akademi Teknologi Kulit (ATK) Yogyakarta,(2) mengetahui kesesuaian kurikulum Prodi DTS dengan dunia usaha atau industri (DUDI), dan (3) mengetahui kepuasan lulusan atas pengetahuan dan ketrampilan yang diperolehnya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) Kedudukan Prodi DTS berada dibawah direktur ATK, akan tetapi tanggung jawab, tugas dan wewenang secara langsung berada dibawah PD (Pembantu Direktur) 1 yang membidangi akademik atau pendidikan. Pengelola Prodi DTS meliputi: Ketua Prodi, Sekretaris Prodi, dan Kepala workshop. Ketua Prodi membawahi dosen, teknisi dan laboran. Tanggung jawab, tugas, dan wewenang Prodi hanya meliputi hal-hal yang terkait proses KBM teori maupun praktik;(2) Kurikulum Prodi DTS berbasis kompetensi yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan DUDI. Peninjauan kurikulum dilaksanakan dalam jangka waktu 4 tahunan. Hasil penelitian yang diambil dari pernyataan responden, yakni para mahasiswa tingkat akhir, dan alumni menyatakan bahwa kurikulum Prodi DTS sudah sesuai dengan DUDI. (3) Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan responden menyatakan puas akan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan dari Prodi DTS ATK Yogyakarta. MANAGEMENT OF SHOES DESIGN AND TECHNOLOGY STUDY PROGRAMS IN LEATHER TECHNOLOGY ACADEMY YOGYAKARTAAbstractThis study aims to: (1) obtain information about the management of the Study Program of Shoe Design and Technology (SDT) in the Leather Technology Academy (LTA) of Yogyakarta, (2)`find out the relevance of the curriculum to the industrial or business sector, and (3) investigate the graduates' satisfaction of knowledge and skills that they obtain from the institution. It was an evaluation study employing the qualitative approach. It was not intended to test whether a hypothesis was accepted or rejected but it was focused on the data collection to describe the actual conditions in the field. The results of the study show that: (1) The position of the study program in the organizational structure is under the Director of LTA. However, the coordination of responsibility, duty, and authority is directly under the Vice Dean (VD) I in charge of academic or educational affairs. The managerial board of the study program consists of the Head of the Study Program, the Secretary, and the Coordinator of the Workshop. In the job specification, the Head of the Study Program also supervises the lecturers, technicians, and laboratory personnel. (2) The curriculum implemented in the study program is competency-based with an objective of producing graduates with competencies demanded by the industry; the curriculum is periodically reviewed in four years. The results of the study based on the statements from the respondents, show that the curriculum in the study program is already relevant to the needs. (3) The results of the study based on the statements from the respondents, show that they are satisfied with the skills/competencies acquired or learned in the Study Program of SDT in LTA.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) perbedaan hasil belajar mahasiswa pada matakuliah Logika Komputer antara kelas yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran quiz team dengan kelas yang menggunakan metode konvensional, (2) perbedaan hasil belajar mahasiswa pada matakuliah Logika Komputer antara kelas yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran quiz team dengan kelas yang menggunakan metode konvensional ditinjau dari motivasi belajar, (3) interaksi antara metode pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar dalam pengaruhnya terhadap hasil belajar. Jenis penelitian adalah eksperimen semu (quasi-experimental research). Desain penelitian yang digunakan Nonequivalent Comparison-group Desig. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 2 kelas yang dipilih dari 6 kelas secara acak untuk dijadikan kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket motivasi dan tes hasil belajar. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Anava Dua Jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar mahasiswa pada matakuliah Logika Komputer dengan kelas yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran quiz team antara kelas yang menggunakan metode konvensional (F ratio (14,788) > F tabel (3,99)), (2) terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar mahasiswa terhadap matakuliah Logika Komputer antara kelas yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran quiz team dengan kelas yang menggunakan metode konvensional ditinjau dari motivasi belajar (kelompok motivasi tinggi harga p value = (0,042 < 0,05) kelompok motivasi rendah harga p value = 0,032 < 0,05)) , dan (3) tidak terdapat interaksi antara metode pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar dalam pengaruhnya terhadap hasil belajar (F ratio (0,450) < F tabel (3,99)). EFFECTIVENESS QUIZ TEAM LEARNING METHODE AGAINTS COMPUTER LOGIC COURSE JUDGING FROM THE STUDENT LEARNING MOTIVATIONAbstractThe study aimed to find out: (1) differences in student learning outcomes at the course Logic Computer between the classroom teaching methods and classroom quiz team using conventional methods, (2) differences in student learning outcomes at the course between the Computer Logic class that uses learning methods quiz team as well as the class that uses the conventional method in terms of motivation to learn, (3) the interaction between learning method and motivation in their influence on learning outcomes. This study was a quasi-experimental study (quasi-experimental research). Experimental design used in this study using Nonequivalent Comparison-group Design. The sample in this study amounted to 2 randomly selected classes from 6 classes to serve as the control and the experimental class. Data analysis technique used in this study using Anava two ways analysis The results indicate that: (1) there is a difference in student learning outcomes at the course Logic Computers in classroom teaching methods and classroom quiz team using the conventional method (F ratio (14,788) > F tabel (3,99)) , (2) there are differences in student learning outcomes in the course of Computer Logic class that uses learning methods quiz team and a class that uses the conventional method in terms of motivation to learn (high motivation team p value = (0,042 < 0,05) low motivation team p value = 0,032 < 0,05)), and (3) there is no interaction between method of learning and motivation to learn in their influence on learning outcomes (F ratio (0,450) < F tabel (3,99))

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keaktifan pembelajaran dan hasil belajar siswa pada kompetensi dasar sistem pengapian konvensional dalam mengimplementasikan metode problembased learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, masing-masing siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Data dianalisa secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagai berikut: (1) keaktifan siswa meningkat sebesar 11,20%; (2) keaktifan siswa kategori sangat tinggi sebanyak 36 siswa dan kategori tinggi sebanyak 3 siswa; (3) hasil belajar siswa aspek kognitif, psikomotor, dan afektif mengalami peningkatan masing-masing sebesar 5,32%, 5,03%, dan 2,05%; dan (4) hasil belajar siswa aspek kognitif, psikomotor dan afektif yang mencapai kompetensi minimal masingmasing sebanyak 36 siswa (92,31%), 36 siswa (92,31%), dan 38 siswa (97,40%) dari 39 jumlah siswa melalui penerapan problem-based learning. Kata kunci: problem-based learning, aspek kognitif, aspek psikomotor, aspek afektif, hasil belajar THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PROBLEM-BASED LEARNING TO IMPROVE LEARNING OUTCOMES OF COGNITIVE, PSYCHOMOTOR, AND AFFECTIVE OF STUDENTS IN VOCATIONAL SCHOOLAbstractThis study aims to improve the learning activities and learning outcomes in learning conventional ignition system by implementing problem-based learning method. This study used a classroom action research which was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisted of four phases: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The data were analyzed descriptively. The study results show that: (1) the learning activities increase as much as 11,20%, (2) the category of learning activities is very high for 36 students and high for 3 students, (3) the cognitive, psychomotor, and affective aspects in learning outcomes of students increasing which each part is 5,32%, 5,03%, and 2,05%, (4) the cognitive, psychomotor, and affective aspects in the learning outcomes reach minimum value criteria which each part is 36 students (92,31%), 36 students (92,31%), and 38 students (97,40%) from 39 students with the implementation of problem-based learning
