Abstract

This study aims to explain the correlation between consumer trust and other factors that could increase the consumer's online purchase intention in the marketplace. This research uses quantitative methods and the data is collected from 138 respondents in Banjarmasin who had made online purchases, at least 2 times in the last 3 months, using a questionnaire. Then, the data is analyzed using PLS-SEM. The empirical result proves that consumer trust does not have a direct impact on online purchase intention, but the indirect effect of consumer trust has an impact on online purchase intention through attitude as an intervening variable. Information quality directly has an impact on online purchase intention, but consumer trust as an intervening variable of information quality indirectly does not have an impact on online purchase intention. Those results show that most consumers purchase online to acquire the needed products or services. Therefore, they are more concerned with the benefits and conveniences obtained from online purchasing. Trust is no longer the main factor affecting online purchase intention. To increase online purchase intention, online merchants should provide the best information quality related to the offered products and services and provide a sense of comfort and convenience to consumers in making transactions.

Abstract

Law enforcers are trapped in the legal mechanism along with the punishment criteria determined by the legislators, for that reason our positive law has been regulated which is far from and contrary to the objective of a just law. The presence of excessive criminalization/criminalization with various kinds and types of negative law enforcement behavior in determining the criminal process, makes criminalization ultimately have a negative meaning and has the potential to hinder the development process. The research method used in this research is normative legal research with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach to the abuse of authority by internal government apparatus which is detrimental to state finances. The results of this study indicate that the assessment of the Government's Internal Supervisory Apparatus on administrative errors that cause state losses needs to be revised again. Because the assessment of the Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus will be followed up at the State Administrative Court. This is very risky because it is related to the element of causing harm to state finances, in fact it is the authority of the Corruption Court to decide it

Abstract

The protection of heirs' rights to digital assets in Indonesia is becoming increasingly important as digital technology usage grows. Digital assets, including social media accounts, emails, digital files, and cryptocurrencies, present new challenges in inheritance law due to their unique nature. This article discusses how heirs' rights to digital assets can be effectively regulated within the existing legal framework. The main challenges include access and control issues, an incomplete legal framework, and rapid technological advancements. Proposed solutions include updating legal regulations, collaborating with digital service providers, enhancing digital literacy, and developing supportive systems and services. With these measures, it is hoped that heirs' rights to digital assets can be well-protected, providing legal certainty and ensuring that digital assets are not lost or misused.
