Abstract

Abstract

This study explores the evolution of scholarly discourse on employee development in the context of artificial intelligence (AI), digital talent agility, and technostress. Employing a bibliometric methodology, the research analyzes 1,424 peer-reviewed articles published between 2010 and 2025, sourced from Scopus and Google Scholar. The data were processed using the PRISMA protocol and visualized through VOSviewer to produce network, overlay, density, and co-authorship maps. The keyword strategy“employee development” AND “digital talent agility” AND “technostress” ensured a thematic intersection of human resource development, psychological resilience, and digital capability. The findings reveal six thematic clusters, showing that while employee development research traditionally emphasized performance and structured training, there has been a progressive shift toward digital agility, emotional sustainability, and stress management. Overlay and density visualizations demonstrate the increasing prominence of keywords such as “technostress,” “psychological well-being,” and “learning agility” after 2020. However, network and co-authorship analyses reveal a fragmented intellectual structure, indicating that the integration of psychological and technological approaches remains underdeveloped. This fragmentation highlights a critical research gap and validates the study’s novelty. The research contributes a novel conceptual synthesis by combining Dynamic Capabilities Theory and the Transactional Model of Stress and Coping, offering a comprehensive framework for understanding how organizations and individuals can adapt in AI-driven environments. The findings provide actionable insights for researchers, HR professionals, and policymakers to design employee development strategies that promote both technical competence and psychological resilience in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aimed to track the digital transformation journey through the lens of AI adoption in higher education from 2010 to 2025. Using a data-based bibliometric method from Scopus, this study identified the dominant theories used in AI adoption intention studies and conceptual structures. The literature selection process was carried out systematically using the PRISMA method to ensure transparency and accuracy in document selection. Data analysis used bibliometric techniques to analyse the research landscape quantitatively and was conducted using VosViewer Software. The analysis results show that research on AI adoption intention has experienced an annual growth of 34.15%, with most publications using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) approaches. Network visualisation revealed fragmentation in this research, where several clusters of theories develop separately without strong integration. Overlay visualisation showed a shift from technology acceptance model-based studies to exploration of ethical impacts, algorithm transparency, and AI regulation in higher education. Density visualisation confirmed that although technical factors have been widely studied, AI's social and policy aspects are still underexplored. This research provides a more comprehensive conceptual mapping and identifies research gaps that future studies can fill.

Abstract

Abstract

The phenomenon of the increasing number of influencers promoting products through social media has raised legal issues when the advertised products turn out to be illegal or harmful to consumers. This study examines the legal liability of influencers from the perspective of contract law under the Indonesian Civil Code (KUHPerdata) and criminal provisions under the Law on Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE Law). Using a normative juridical approach, this study finds that influencers may be held civilly liable for breach of contract if they fail to exercise due diligence in promotional agreements. On the criminal side, the promotion of illegal products may be subject to sanctions under Article 45A of the ITE Law if it fulfills the element of spreading false or misleading information. Therefore, more comprehensive regulations are needed to clarify the legal status of influencers as legal subjects with ethical and legal obligations in the digital sphere.

Abstract

This study aims to systematically map and visualize the intellectual structure and thematic development of scholarly work on the relationship between job crafting and work-family enrichment. Despite the growing academic interest in both constructs, existing literature remains fragmented, with limited integration across domains. Using a bibliometric mapping approach, this study analyzes 300 peer-reviewed articles published between 2020 and 2025, retrieved from Scopus and Google Scholar. Data collection followed the PRISMA protocol to ensure transparency and methodological rigor. The bibliographic data were processed using VOSviewer to generate network, overlay, density, and co-authorship collaboration visualizations. The results reveal that job crafting remains the conceptual core of the literature, frequently linked with job satisfaction, autonomy, and work engagement, while work-family enrichment has only recently gained prominence, especially in response to global shifts such as remote work and increased work-life demands. Overlay analysis highlights emerging keywords such as resilience, recognition, and remote work, while density visualization reveals underdeveloped themes that represent future research opportunities. Co-author collaboration networks show limited interdisciplinary and international collaboration, emphasizing the need for more inclusive research ecosystems. The study contributes theoretically by reinforcing the relevance of integrating the Job Demands-Resources model, Self-Determination Theory, and Role Enrichment Theory. Practically, the findings inform organizations about the importance of proactive job design in fostering positive work-family dynamics. Methodologically, this research demonstrates the utility of bibliometric mapping in identifying gaps, knowledge clusters, and research fronts in an evolving interdisciplinary field.

Abstract

This study aims to systematically map global research trends concerning employee relations as a key driver of innovative work behavior through the lens of human capital. Responding to the fragmentation of previous studies and the lack of an integrative perspective, this research employs a bibliometric analysis approach to uncover conceptual structures, thematic clusters, and intellectual linkages in this evolving field. A total of 142 peer-reviewed articles published between 2024 and 2025 were retrieved from Scopus and Google Scholar databases using a targeted keyword string. The data were refined using the PRISMA protocol and analyzed with VOSviewer to generate network, overlay, density, and co-author collaboration visualizations. The findings reveal four main clusters: internal organizational performance, antecedents and structural barriers, methodological approaches, and external innovation drivers such as digital transformation and entrepreneurship. Core concepts including human capital, employee behavior, and innovation were central in the co-occurrence networks, while emerging themes such as governance, resilience, and collaboration indicated underexplored areas. The co-author collaboration map highlights regional fragmentation and limited cross-institutional partnerships, suggests opportunities for global integration. These findings emphasize the theoretical need to reconceptualize employee relations within dynamic innovation ecosystems and offer practical insights for HR strategists to develop relational practices that effectively harness human capital. This study contributes to the literature by offering a holistic, data-driven perspective on how employee relations are positioned in advancing workplace innovation in the digital age.

Abstract

Motivation in modern workplaces has evolved significantly over the past two decades, shaped by technological disruption, changing work paradigms, and shifting employee expectations. This study aims to systematically trace the conceptual, thematic, and collaborative development of workplace motivation research through a comprehensive bibliometric analysis. Drawing on 300 peer-reviewed journal articles published between 2001 and 2021, data were sourced from Scopus and Google Scholar using the search phrase “understanding motivation in modern workplaces.” The analysis employed VOSviewer software to generate network, overlay, density, and co-authorship visualizations, while data selection followed the PRISMA framework to ensure relevance and transparency. Findings reveal a major shift from traditional constructs such as performance and job satisfaction to emerging themes including psychological well-being, digital leadership, remote work, and meaningful work. The evolution indicates a transition from incentive-based to experience-centered motivation theories, reflecting broader sociotechnical changes. However, the study also uncovers thematic blind spots—such as sustainability-related motivation and employee values—and highlights the fragmented nature of global research collaboration. These insights underscore the need for integrative, cross-disciplinary, and future-oriented frameworks in understanding motivation. This study contributes to the literature by offering a aiming to enhance engagement and well-being in increasingly digital and hybrid work environments.

Abstract

Competition between business actors can occur unfairly by colluding between business actors or with other parties, thus harming consumers and even state finances. With the occurrence of tender collusion, there is a conspiracy, lying behavior or an unlawful act by violating a government procurement mechanism, so that it has an impact on the government procurement contract made between business actors and the tender committee related to the validity and legal consequences of the implementation of the government procurement contract. In the provisions of the procurement of goods and services, if the parties commit a tender collusion, administrative sanctions will be imposed on the parties if proven, through civil dispute resolution. This means that the government procurement contract and services remain valid and binding on the parties, and cannot be terminated unilaterally by the organizing committee. This study uses a legal document approach. In various cases of tender collusion in the procurement of goods and services, the parties involved are processed criminally by law enforcement, but the procurement contracts for goods and services that have been made previously remain valid and are continued until completion, so it is necessary to conduct a legal analysis related to the status of the validity of the contract in tender collusion.
