Abstract

The challenge of using rapid technology occurs in alpha generation learning activities, giving rise to differentiated learning. The variety of student learning styles is one of the benchmarks in differentiated learning so that supporting learning media in the form of electronic-games is needed. This study aims to describe the potential of electronic-games in harmonizing differentiated learning for generation alpha. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The questionnaire was distributed online to respondents who were students of SMP Subulussalam Kota Padang Pariaman. The use of electronic-games in learning activities is one manifestation of differentiated learning. Differentiated learning views students differently and dynamically, where teachers see learning with various points of view. Novelty: Important contributions from the results of this research claim that the use of electronic games can support differentiated learning for the alpha generation.

Abstract

Mathematic is one of the difficult and scary subjects. Sometimes, the students feel afraid and it makes them feel forced and uncomfortable. Indirectly this situation would affect the students’ learning outcomes and another reason was the lack of activities in learning mathematics which could train and enhance students’ collaborative skill. Learning would be more meaningful if it involved peers to build students’ knowledge. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to find out the effect of Ludo game in improving students’ collaborative skill. This research was quasi-experimental with the sample of 21 students on third grade in SD 19 Nan Sabaris. The instrument used students’ collaborative assessment sheet. The data analyzed by using effectiveness test with paired sample t-test. The conclusion showed that there were significant different on students’ collaborative skill between the students who were taught by using Ludo and the students who were taught by using conventional learning.

Abstract

Dalam era di mana teknologi semakin merajalela, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap potensi revolusioner dari e-modul materi optik geometri dan alat optik dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa SMA. Dengan memanfaatkan desain quasi-eksperimental yang canggih, penelitian ini melibatkan 25 siswa berbakat dari kelas XI untuk menjalani 14 sesi pembelajaran yang inovatif. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui pretest dan posttest menyoroti transformasi luar biasa dalam pemahaman siswa, yang ditandai dengan lonjakan substansial dalam skor posttest dan nilai N-Gain. Analisis statistik yang mendalam mengungkapkan bahwa nilai uji t, yang mencapai -13,565 pada derajat kebebasan 24, mengukuhkan kontribusi signifikan E-Modul dalam mengangkat pemahaman siswa ke level yang baru. Hasil ini bukan hanya sekadar mencerminkan keberhasilan teknologi dalam pendidikan, tetapi juga membuka jalan bagi masa depan yang cerah di mana inovasi dan pembelajaran dapat berpadu harmonis untuk mencapai pencerahan yang tak terbatas

Abstract

Gempa bumi merupakan bencana alam yang menjadi ancaman serius di Indonesia, terutama wilayah yang terletak di zona aktif Cincin Api Pasifik. Pemerintah Indonesia secara aktif telah berusaha meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan dan mitigasi terhadap bencana gempa bumi dengan berbagai upaya di tingkat lokal dan nasional. Untuk mencapai hal tersebut perlu adanya sosialisasi kepada berbagai lapisan masyarakat, khususnya pada anak-anak usia sekolah. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di salah satu sekolah dasar di Kabupaten Cianjur, yang pada tahun 2022 telah dilanda bencana gempa bumi. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas program sosialisasi mitigasi dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan kesiapsiagaan peserta didik terhadap risiko bencana gempa bumi. Sosialisasi dilakukan dengan pendekatan yang bersifat edukatif dan menghibur menggunakan permainan dan media interaktif berupa komik bergambar bertema “mitigasi bencana gempa bumi”. Komik ini didesain khusus untuk anak sekolah dasar. Dengan melibatkan kolaborasi antara peneliti, guru, dan peserta didik diharapkan dapat terbentuk suatu pemahaman dan budaya baru dalam menghadapi bencana gempa bumi. Metodologi pengumpulan data pada kegiatan ini adalah observasi, tes, dan wawancara guna memperoleh gambaran komprehensif mengenai pelaksanaan kegiatan sosialisasi mitigasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan sosialiasi mitigasi ini mencapai tingkat keberhasilan yang cukup signifikan. Dimana nilai rata-rata pada ketiga indikator (materi, penyelenggaraan, dan pemahaman) mencapai lebih dari 85, serta nilai efektivitas N-gain menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman peserta didik terhadap mitigasi bencana gempa bumi mengalami peningkatan sebesar 48% dibandingkan sebelum mengikuti sosialisasi

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe research aims to explore the relationship between involvement in organizations, hobbies, self-discipline, and academic success of students at the Faculty of Computer Science (FILKOM) Universitas Putra Indonesia (YPTK) Padang, especially students who are in the Sixth Semester. It applies a correlational quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design to identify the relationship between these variables. The research sample consisted of 150–200 students selected randomly using simple random sampling techniques. Data was collected through an online questionnaire, which included questions regarding organizational involvement, hobbies, self-discipline, and academic achievement. The research results show that involvement in organizations, hobbies, and self-discipline have a significant relationship with students' academic success. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that these three factors together can explain 46% of the variation in student academic success. Involvement in organizations contributes to improving social and managerial skills, hobbies play a role in maintaining psychological well-being and managing stress, and self-discipline helps students to stay focused and avoid procrastination. This research provides important insight that to achieve academic success, students need to develop involvement in organizations, positive hobbies, and self-discipline in a balanced way. Suggestions are given for educational institutions to provide facilities and programs that holistically support this third factor's development.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya bahan ajar audio-visual untuk dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa pada materi kalor. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan bahan ajar audio-visual yang valid, praktis serta dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa mengenai materi kalor. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan dengan tahapan 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Dessiminate). Tahap Dessiminate tidak dilakukan karena adanya keterbatasan waktu dan biaya. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Cluster Random Sampling. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas SMP N 1 Pariaman. Terdapat dua instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu: lembar validasi terkait dengan penilaian ahli dalam bidang fisika terhadap kebahasaan, substansi materi, tampilan bahan ajar, desain pembelajaran serta software dan lembar praktikalitas guru serta siswa terkait dengan penilaian keterpakaian produk dalam kegiatan pembelajaran pada tahap pendahuluan, inti dan penutup. Berdasarkan hasil uji validitas produk kepada dosen ahli fisika didapatkan rata-rata penilaian sebesar 85,9 dengan kategori sangat valid. Produk yang dikembangkan juga praktis digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran menurut guru dengan rata-rata penilaian 85,6 dan praktis menurut siswa dengan rata-rata penilaian 85. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik untuk tes awal dan tes akhir siswa didapatkan nilai t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan bahan ajar video dan animasi dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi kalor.Practicality of Video and Animation Media in Junior High School Physics LearningThe lack of audio-visual teaching materials to improve students’ understanding of the heat material is the background of this research. The purpose of this research is to produce audio-visual teaching materials that are valid, practical and can improve students understanding of the matter of heat. This type of research is research and development with 4D stages (Define, Design, Development, and Disseminate). The existence of time and cost constraints disseminate stage is not done. The sampling technique in this research is Cluster Random Sampling. The sample of this research is the students of class  SMP N 1 Pariaman. There are two instruments used to collect data in this research: validation sheet related expert assessment of Physics to linguistic, material substance, display of teaching materials, design of learning, as well as making software, and sheets of practicality of teachers and students related to assessment of product usage in learning activities in exploration, elaboration and confirmation. Based on the result of the product validity test the lecture of Physics got the average appraisal of 85,9 with very valid category. The product is also practically used in the learning activities according to the teacher with the average assessment 85,6 and practical according to the students with the average appraisal 85. Based on the result of statical tests for the initial test and the final test of students obtained t-test higher than t-table, so it can be concluded that the use of video and animation teaching materials can improve students understanding of the heat matter.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh penambahan FMA dan pupuk N, P, dan K terhadap agronomi, produksi dan Analisa  kandungan dan kecernaan Bahan Organik, Bahan Kering, Protein Kasar, Indigofera zollingeriana sp. yang ditanam di lahan ultisol. Perlakuan yang diberikan terdiri dari perlakuan P0 (100% pupuk N,P,dan K+Pupuk kandang tanpa FMA), perlakuan P1 (100% pupuk N,P,dan K+Pupuk kandang+10 g FMA), perlakuan P2 (75% pupuk N,P,dan K+Pupuk kandang+10 g FMA), perlakuan P3 (50% pupuk N,P, dan K+Pupuk kandang+10 g FMA), dan perlakuan P4 (25% pupuk N,P,dan K+Pupuk kandang+10 g FMA). Peubah yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah tinggi tanaman, panjang daun, lebar daun, batang, jumlah daun, produksi segar, produksi kering, dan kecernaan zat-zat makanan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil berbeda tidak nyata (P0,05) terhadap agronomi, produksi dan analisa kandungan dan kecernaan zat makanan. Hasil yang terbaik terdapat P1 tinggi tanaman 71,05 cm, panjang daun 6,07 cm, lebar daun 2,48 cm, diameter batang 0,69 cm, namun pada jumlah daun perlakuan P2 terbanyak 356,12 helai, produksi segar 8,96 ton/ha/panen, produksi bahan kering 2,18 ton/ha/panen, KcBK 64,06%, KcBO 69,82%, dan KcPK 70%. Kesimpulan bahwa pemberian dosis pupuk N, P, dan K sebanyak 25 % yang diinokulasi dengan 10 g FMA mampu mempertahankan produktivitas Indigofera zollingeriana sp. di lahan ultisol.

Abstract

This community service program aims to improve the teacher competence through Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) training. The targets of this service program are elementary school teachers and twenty one junior high school teachers from various schools in South Tangerang. The service instrument used was a questionnaire with questions in the form of a Likert scale, then analyzed using descriptive analysis method. The result of this service shows that almost all participants agree and strongly agree that the TPACK material is useful for improving teacher competence. According to the teachers, after participating in the TPACK training, they can open their horizons to use learning programs that can be accessed through various learning resources. They even want to explore the material about TPACK. This is because TPACK is able to integrate pedagogic, content and technology elements in learning. After participating in the TPACK training, the teachers stated that they would try to apply TPACK in their classroom learning and try to choose learning strategies according to student needs. They even want to try to find sources of material from various learning resources related to TPACK.

Abstract

Online learning has its own challenges, especially for elementary school-age children. In online mathematics learning activities the teacher must present materials in the right pattern so that learning from home can run effectively and optimally. One of the creativity that can be done by the teacher is to modify the Student Worksheet (LKPD) which was previously manual to be online called a liveworksheet. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of live worksheets to improve students' mathematical competence during the pandemic at Al Jannah Elementary School. This type of research is quasi-experimental. Number of experimental classes (only one) and using comparison techniques before and after being given treatment. The population in this study were all students of SD Islam, Nature and Science Al Jannah and the sample involved was 22 students. The data collection instrument used was multiple choice questions in the form of an electronic test. To analyze the data using the normality test (Kolmogorov Smirnov), homogeneity test and paired sample t-test. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be seen that the sig 2. Tailed value is 0.022. The conclusion that can be drawn based on the results of this test is that there is a significant difference between before and after using the live worksheet.
