Abstract

Bina Usaha Muda Jambi Cooperative is one of the cooperative organizations whose main activity is providing savings and loan services for its members. The business sector managed in Bina Usaha Muda Jambi Cooperative still uses a manual method in which all member data and transactions are only done by hand and are stored in the book. Resulting in a variety of problems, among others, frequent inconsistencies and redundancy of data, as well as the length of the process of searching and accessing data/information. And for the members of the Bina Usaha Muda Jambi Cooperative who live far away and busy, have their own constraints in knowing the status or notification of information services in Bina Usaha Muda Jambi cooperative. The purpose of this research is to analyze the Saving and Loan information system ain the Bina Usaha Muda Jambi Cooperative and design an Android-Based Saving and Loan information system in the Bina Usaha Muda Jambi Cooperative. In designing this saving and loan cooperative information system using the UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling language, namely use case diagram, activity diagram, and class diagram. And in making the saving and loan cooperative information system interface using Balsamiq mockups. This research produced a prototype of an android-based saving and loan information system in the Bina Usaha Muda Jambi Cooperative which is expected to overcome problems both in terms of data processing, information distribution (notification) to members and all interested parties, as well as in terms of searching and accessing data/information.

Abstract

In the data processing process of product distribution at PT. Rudi Agralaksana, still using conventional and not maximal methods in product data processing, data processing of product transportation, daily distribution data processing, monthly distribution data processing, which still occur errors and missing or damaged data reports. The purpose of this study is to analyze the needs of the distribution information system of PT. Rudi Agralaksana and designing web-based product distribution information prototype at PT. Rudi Agralaksana using UML (Unified Modeling Language). And as for the results of this study, distribution information system that is able to help staff in processing product data,transport products and distribution reports more easily and integrated with each other.information system is displayed in the form of production reports, product reports, reports transportation, distribution and information reports for agents as consumers of PT. Rudi Agung Agralaksana. So that it is expected to be implemented in managing distribution data at PT. Rudi Agung Agralaksana and it can fix the problem in the system before. The suggestion in this research is that the design of this system needs to be developed so that it can be applied to PT. Rudi Agung Agralaksana, and it can contribute to the development of science and technology in the information systems.

Abstract

Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) Jambi regarding natural disasters, BPBDs not have asystem to perform disaster data refineries. All data held regarding natural disaster event data is stillprocessed using Microsoft Excel. As well as the delivery of information relating to natural disasters is notmaximized, to address this issue pelu built an information system data processing of natural disasters thatwill make it easier to manage data BPBDs disasters and provide information directly to the public. Ofthese problems the author tries to analyze and design a Geographic Information System Mapping NaturalDisasters In Jambi Province using UML system modeling and produce a design of the display in the formof a prototype. Abstract

The Majlis Tafsir Al-Qur'an Foundation (MTA) has several activities such as social service, blooddonation, health education and routine recitation which are held in all branches and representatives. Withthe large number of inmates and general people participating in the recitation activities, participants andthose not present at the recitation activities should be recorded and recapitulated in order to find out thenumber and activeness of the residents who come to the study. The data collection process will take along time because they have to be called one by one and ask the reason for the absence of residents. Toovercome this time-consuming problem, the researcher conducted a system analysis that was carried outwith the aim of designing a system of attendance prototype systems based on Radio FrequencyIdentification (RFID) to facilitate the data collection process and attendance reporting. In building thisattendance system using website-based programming using the PHP programming language and MySQLdatabase processing, but this research is only limited to the analysis and role of the system usingprototype modeling. This study produced a solution to the problem, namely the design of RFID-basedattendance systems, where all attendance and recap attendance processes are carried out in RFID-basedattendance systems so that the output is automatically present attendance report after the assisted residentsfinish attaching RFID tags. constraints on the attendance process for a long time.

Abstract

The development of computer networks is growing rapidly, especially with the internet. In the world ofeducation most schools already have computers connected to the internet that function for schooladministration and in the learning process. In the Woman Lab. Computers PPM AL-HIDAYAH Jambi thereis no distribution of bandwidth so there are still slow computers, firewalls that have not been maximized andthere are no notifications if the network has problems. By using proxy we can manage bandwidth usage,network firewall in the Woman Lab. PPM AL-HIDAYAH computer and make notifications. The networkmanagement development method that I use is the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC). Based on theresults of research conducted by the author is able to share bandwidth usage to client computers equally,able to block web video streaming, able to block social media web, and able to provide notifications in theevent of a problem on the network. With the results of research showing that microtics are able to overcomenetwork problems in the woman Lab. Abstract

Food Security is a organizer that assists policy, development, monitoring food availability, strengtheningfood distribution, establishing consumption patterns, monitoring market food security, and foodadministration. At present, in the Sarolangun District Food Security office, information system strategicplanning has not yet been implemented such as CPCL receipts, distribution of production facilities,assistance and evaluation, financial management, human resource management and facilities andinfrastructure management. Implementation is only carried out based on the needs of the vulnerability spacewhich is limited to the interests of the agency without any overall planning and only for one particularfunction of the organization. The activities carried out in each of these fields are assisted by computers byusing Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to process data as this results in information systems not beingintegrated between one field and another. With this, information system strategic planning is needed in theapproach used is enterprise architecture planning. Abstract

Large and quality population is one of the basic capital and dominant factors for national develtopment.The large number of population data in the Pasar Jambi Distric has not produced a useful knowledge forthe sub-district. This study will classify the level of family welfare using population data in Pasar JambiDistrict by utilizing data mining science classification techniques. The classification in this study islimited to prototype. The method that will be used is the Naive Bayes method. Naive Bayes is a method inthe field of probability and statistic for classifying a class. The resulting classification is Pre-prosperous,Prosperous 1 and Prosperous 2. The results of classification prediction based on training data found 180families classified as Pre-prosperous, 2.454 families classified as Prosperous 1, and 773 familiesclassified as Prosperous 2. The result of accuracy obtained are said to be close to 1, 0,98 with an errorvalue of 0,02. This classification technique can facilitate family planning field officers (PLKB) indetermining the level of family welfare.

The purpose of writing this thesis report is to determine the newadmissions system and a new grouping students by majors at SMK Negeri 1 Kota Jambi. In writing thisreport require student data, the data value of national examination results, majors available, and studentadmission quotas. The results obtained by the registrant data reports, reports on the screening of newstudents by quotas, and the results of grouping students who have been in the selection. Abstract

The road is an infrastructure that plays an important role in people's daily lives. Therefore, it isnecessary to maintain and repair road conditions regularly. The existence of budget constraints causesnot all damaged road sections can be handled. So that in handling road repairs it is necessary todetermine priorities. In determining the priority of road improvement there are criteria that are takeninto consideration in decision making. One method of analysis that can be used to overcome complexitydue to various criteria is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The AHP method is used toobtain the weight of 4 criteria that are taken into consideration in determining the priority of roadimprovement, namely road conditions, traffic volume, costs, and road classification. Calculation of scoresfor each road improvement proposal is obtained by multiplying the priority weight of the criteria by thecriteria value of each proposal. The results show that the Decision Support System that is designed canproduce a ranking of alternatives in the form of road improvement proposals based on predeterminedcriteria, so that it can be used as a basis for decision making to determine road improvement priorities.

Abstract

SMKN 3 Jambi city is one of the educational institutions located in the western ring I Jambi. Based on theresults of interviews that have been done, the ongoing examination process at the school is to do thedoubling of problems. This results in a variety of problems.
