Business success is inseparable from the role of its human resources. Because it is very necessary for employees who have a high commitment to work. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational justice, job satisfaction on organizational commitment. This study will also discuss whether job satisfaction can mediate the relationship between organizational justice and job satisfaction. Respondents in this study were employees in the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) industry in Labuhanbatu Regency. We distributed 272 questionnaires and 217 questionnaires were collected. So that the sample in this study was 217 respondents. The collected data is processed using Structural Equation Modeling. The results showed that organizational justice can increase employee job satisfaction and also increase employee commitment at work. Job satisfaction can also mediate the relationship between organizational justice and organizational commitment significantly. It is recommended to increase organizational commitment by increasing employee job satisfaction and also organizational justice.Key Words: Organizational Justice, Job Satisfaction, Organizational CommitmentABSTRAKKemajuan sebuah bisnis tidak terlepas dari peran sumber daya manusianya. Oleh karena sangat diperlukan karyawan yang memiliki komitmen tinggi dalam bekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keadilan organisasional, kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini juga akan membahas apakah kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi hubungan antara keadilan organisasional terhadap kepuasan kerja. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada industri Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) di Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. Peneliti menyebarkan kuisioner sebanyak 272 kuisioner dan berhasil dikumpul sebanyak 217 kuisioner. Sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 217 responden. Data yang terkumpul diolah dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keadilan organisasional dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan dan juga meningkatkan komitmen karyawan dalam bekerja. Kepuasan kerja juga dapat memediasi hubungan antara keadilan oranisasional terhadap komitmen organisasi secara signifikan. Disarankan agar meningkatkan komitmen organisasi dengan cara meningkaktan kepuasan kerja karyawan dan juga keadilan organisasional. Students’ behavior related to environmental protection and conservation is very important to discuss. Action pro-environmental every people, through the change of daily habits and behavior, is needed to decrease environmental problems and promote a clean, healthy, and unpolluted environment. This study aims to analyze the locus of control’s effect and attitude toward pro-environmental behaviours’ effect on the students’ pro-environmental behavior. This study uses an online survey method. A total of 386 respondents were collected. Therefore, the sample in the study amounted to 386 respondents. We used quantitative and structural equation modeling methods to examine the hypotheses. The data were processed by Amos software version 23. This study found that locus of control affects the attitude toward pro-environmental behavior. The locus of control and attitude toward pro-environmental behavior also positively affect students’ pro-environmental behavior. We invented that attitudes toward pro-environmental behavior did not mediate the effect of students’ locus of control on the pro-environmental behaviours of the students. The suggestion to improving the students’ locus of control and attitude related to the environment to gain and enhance the students’ pro-environmental behavior. The originality or value of this study gives a new insight into understanding the interaction between students’ locus of control and attitude toward the environmental behavior of the students in Indonesia.

The Covid 19 pandemic has made the business performance of the food and beverage industry decline. Therefore, innovation becomes very important to improve business performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of knowledge sharing and organizational learning capability on open innovation and its impact on SMEs’ business performance in the Context of the Food and Beverage SMEs. The objects in this study were employees in the food and beverage industry in Bogor. The number of questionnaires collected were 237 questionnaires. Therefore, the samples in the study were 237 Employees. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling with the help of Amos software Version 23. The results show that knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on organizational learning capability, and knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on open innovation. Knowledge sharing and organizational learning capability have a positive and significant effect on open innovation. Knowledge sharing, organizational learning capability, and open innovation have a positive and significant impact on business performance. These findings of the results have important implications in the literature about the antecedent of SMEs’ performance that has not been previously tested. We suggest to the business owner in the Food and Beverage SMEs in Bogor to enhance the knowledge sharing practice, organizational learning capability, and open innovation to achieve good business performance.

The financial services industry is witnessing massive structural changes due to various technological innovations. The ubiquitous innovation known as Financial Technology (Fintech) is changing traditional banking and corporate finance. The use of Fintech has now become widespread and has changed people's financial patterns. Fintech provides various conveniences in various activities related to payments, money transfers, and even the management of savings itself, even the use of Fintech currently plays a significant role in the progress of small and medium enterprises. In various big cities in Indonesia, small community-owned businesses are familiar with using Fintech as payment. However, based on the observations of researchers, it is known that in Labuhanbatu, the use of Fintech is still infrequent. Therefore, this study aims to analyses the factors which affect the intention to use Fintech in Labuhanbatu. This study uses a quantitative approach and data analysis using the Smart PLS3 software. The sample in this study was students in Labuhanbatu. This study uses the PLS technique which is a variance-based SEM which is suitable for this study due to the sample size and complexity of the hypothesis. From the study's results, it was found that all predictive variables had a positive and significant influence on the intention to use Fintech by Labuhanbatu students.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepercayaan konsumen terhadap minat beli, kepercayaan konsumen terhadap kepuasan konsumen, dan kepuasan konsumen terhadap minat beli. Penelitian dilakukan di Universitas Labuhanbatu dan subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa Universitas Labuhanbatu yang pernah melakukan pembelian produk secara online. Dari populasi tersebut diambil sampel sebanyak 68 mahasiswa dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Penelitian ini mengadopsi metode investigasi kausal, yaitu metode analisis jalur (path analysis). Data penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan alat penelitian berupa kuesioner dengan skala likert, yang kemudian diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Tidak terdapat pengaruh langsung kepercayaan konsumen terhadap kepuasan konsumen; 2) Terdapat pengaruh langsung kepercayaan konsumen terhadap minat beli; 3) Terdapat pengaruh langsung minat beli terhadap kepuasan konsumen.

Job satisfaction is one of the most important issues for employees. High job satisfaction will make employees have higher work productivity. Research examines the reward system as an antecedent variable that affects employee job satisfaction. The research was conducted with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were agricultural extension workers at the Labuhanbatu District Agriculture Office. Until the research as many as 38 respondents. The data analysis technique was carried out by SEM Smart PLS. The results of the study show that it is proven that the reward system can have an influence on increasing employee job satisfaction at work. Keywords: Reward System, Job Satisfaction

In this era full of competition, companies are trying their best to compete and win the market. Winning the competition does not necessarily happen if the company's internal parties do not try their best to make it happen. One of the company's internal elements that has a big role in achieving company goals is employees. In the current modern industrial era, employees are considered to be the company's most important asset, because employees who work optimally are able to make a positive contribution to achieving company goals. In this study, researchers want to analyze the factors that are predictors of achieving optimal employee performance. Contextually, researchers assess co-worker support, work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT. Aek Nabara High School. This research is an explanatory research that examines the relationship between variables, the approach used is a quantitative approach and the analytical tool uses a survey which is distributed to 100 employees of PT.SMA Aek Nabara. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. SMA Aek Nabara. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. SMA Aek Nabara. Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. SMA Aek Nabara.

Pelayanan publik prima merupakan salah satu upaya yang dilakukan untuk memberikan kepuasasan kepada masyarakat. Dengan adanya pelayanan publik prima maka masyarakat akan lebih mudah dalam mendapatkan pelayanan yang berkualitas. Mitra dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah aparatur Desa Tebing Linggaharu Baru dan Dosen Program Pascasarjana Universitas Labuhanbatu. Permasalahan mitra adalah kurangnya pengetahuan dan motivasi mitra dalam memberikan pelayanan publik prima. Kurangnya pemahaman tentang etos kerja dan integritas. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dilaksanakannya pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman dan meingkatkan pelayanan publik prima melalui peningkatan etos kerja aparatur dan integritas aparatur Desa Tebing Linggahara Baru, Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode ceramah, diskusi, tatap muka secara langsung. Peserta yang hadir sekitar 20 orang, termasuk juga pada kepala dusun. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa setelah adanya penyuluhan tentang peningkatan pelayanan publik prima melalui peningkatan etos kerja dan integritas, aparatur semakin menyadari bahwa pentingnya etos kerja dan integritas dalam bekerja, sehingga akan berdampak terhadap pelayanan publik prima.

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, taste and price perceptions on customer loyalty through consumer satisfaction as a mediating variable. The population in this study were 100 populations of Mas Be geprek chicken customers. The sample in this study were 62 respondents with the purposive sampling technique used. The method used is the Quantitative Descriptive research method with data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire in the form of a Google Form and distributed online via WhatsApp social media. The data analysis technique in this study is to use the SmartPLS SEM analysis method, with the media in data processing using the SmartPLS 3 program. The results of this study explain that Service Quality has no significant positive effect on Customer Satisfaction; Taste has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction; Price has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction; Service Quality has no significant positive effect on Customer Loyalty; Taste has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty; Price has no significant positive effect on Customer Loyalty; And Customer Satisfaction as a mediation of Service Quality, Taste and Price has a positive effect on Customer Loyalty. Service Quality has no significant positive effect on Customer Loyalty; Taste has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty; Price has no significant positive effect on Customer Loyalty; And Customer Satisfaction as a mediation of Service Quality, Taste and Price has a positive effect on Customer Loyalty. UMKM memiliki peran penting bagi perekonomian Indonesia karena dipercaya memiliki ketahanan ekonomi yang tinggi sehingga dapat menjadi penopang bagi stabilitas sistem keuangan dan perekonomian. Para pelaku UMKM harunya memiliki semangat berwirausaha yang tinggi karena dengan berwirausaha dapat menciptakan kemandirian finansial dan tidak tergantung terhadap suatu perusahaan, tentu hal ini sangat memberikan solusi untuk mengurangi pengangguran. Untuk itu seorang pelaku UMKM atau Wirausahawan dituntut untuk memiliki semangat berwirausaha yang tinggi, agar mendorong kreatifitas dalam menjalankan dan mengembangkan usaha. Kreatifitas dalam berwirausaha dapat diperoleh seorang pelaku UMKM dengan mengikuti training, pelatihan yang dilaksanakan baik pemerintah maupun swasta dan dengan memperkaya pengetahuan melalui literatur. Namun sayangnya terkadang para pelaku UMKM merasa enggan untuk mengikuti pelatiahan. Oleh karena itu dilaksanakan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dengan metode pendampingan terhadap UMKM Percetakan Usaha Bunda.
