Abstract

Basic motor skills are essential for the physical, cognitive, and social development of elementary school children, especially in the early grades (grades 1–3). However, these skills often do not receive sufficient attention in education. This community service initiative aims to improve students' basic motor skills through engaging educational games, while also improving teacher competence and encouraging parental participation. The program was implemented at Ngeronggo 2 Kediri city elementary school, involving 45 students, 8 teachers, and 45 parents. The methods used included training for teachers and parents, play activities for children, and assessment through observation, student reflection, and surveys. The results showed that 87% of students reported enjoying participating in the activities, while 89% were actively involved in all movement activities. Teachers' average knowledge scores increased from 63.75 to 87.5 after the training. Additionally, 89% of parents reported benefits from the Daily Movement Calendar, while 82% said their children were interested in playing the games again at home. These findings indicate that instructional games effectively improve children's basic motor skills and receive positive support from educators and families. This approach is relevant for implementation in other elementary schools to foster a culture of active and healthy movement from an early age.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of using economic analysis in managing digital marketing campaigns in the service industry. A quantitative approach was used with a descriptive-verification design, and data were collected through questionnaires and documentation from 45 service companies in Medan. The main variables studied included Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI), Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), and customer acquisition costs. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that all three variables significantly influenced the effectiveness of digital campaigns. ROMI had the most dominant influence (estimate = 0.482), followed by CLV (estimate = 0.365), while acquisition costs showed a negative influence (estimate = -0.213). The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.617 indicates that more than 60% of the variation in campaign effectiveness can be explained by this model. This study proves that integrating economic analysis into digital marketing strategies can improve budget efficiency, segmentation accuracy, and promotional success. These findings provide strategic implications for service industry players to utilize analytical data and economic metrics in designing digital campaigns that are sustainable, measurable, and oriented towards long-term customer value.

Abstract

Background: Fractures are a primary global health concern, with an estimated incidence of 440 million cases worldwide. The most commonly affected areas are the lower extremities (67%) and upper extremities (32%). Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of cold compression therapy in reducing pain levels among postoperative fracture patients at Kartini Karanganyar Hospital. Method: A case study design was employed for 2 respondent, with pain intensity measured before and after intervention using the Visual Analog Scale (VAS). Cold compresses were applied for 20 minutes over 2 days. Results: Both respondents showed reduced pain scale scores following the cold compress intervention. Conclusion: Applying cold compresses effectively reduces postoperative pain in fracture patients, supporting its use as a non-pharmacological pain management strategy.

Abstract

The implementation of the Village Fund policy since 2015 has significantly contributed to rural economic development and increased village independence in Indonesia. With a total allocation of Rp 539 trillion distributed to approximately 74,960 villages by 2023, the Village Fund enables villages to finance development based on local potential, particularly in the tourism sector. Data shows an increase in fund allocation per village from approximately Rp 280 million in 2015 to Rp 1.1–1.3 billion in 2023, with an average absorption rate of 99%. This program has proven effective in reducing the poverty rate in villages from 14.21% in 2015 to 12.22% in 2023, which is higher than the decline in urban areas. In addition, the number of independent villages has increased significantly, from 174 villages in 2015 to 11,456 villages in 2023, while the number of underdeveloped villages has decreased drastically from 33,592 to 7,154 villages. This increase reflects the effectiveness of the Village Fund in promoting independence through local economic development, particularly through the arts, culture, and nature-based tourism sector. However, challenges remain, including transparent management and the development of original village revenue sources to ensure future economic sustainability. Therefore, the Village Fund serves not only as a fiscal instrument but also as a catalyst for strengthening inclusive and sustainable village development.

Abstract

The implementation of e-government in Indonesia has become a key pillar in the digital transformation of government, aiming to improve the quality of public services. Despite significant progress in the adoption of digital technology, Indonesia is still faced with various challenges, such as infrastructure gaps between urban and rural areas, limited human resource competencies, and bureaucratic obstacles that slow down adaptation to new technologies. This research maps innovations in e-government in Indonesia and compares them with best practices in developed countries, such as South Korea and Singapore, which have successfully implemented digital systems inclusively and effectively. Based on a mixed qualitative and quantitative approach, this research evaluates the impact of digital innovations on efficiency and public participation in public services. The results show the importance of cross-sector collaboration, capacity building of state apparatus, and simplification of regulations to accelerate the adoption of inclusive e-government. By using advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence and blockchain, Indonesia can strengthen a responsive and sustainable e-government system. This research provides strategic policy recommendations to support the improvement of efficient and equitable public services across Indonesia.
