Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model pembelajaran bolavoli pada siswa SD kelas atas yang layak digunakan. Model pembelajaran yang dikembangkan diharapkan untuk digunakan guru SD sebagai salah satu bentuk pembelajaran bolavoli yang baik dan efektif. Penelitian pengembangan ini dilakukan dengan mengadaptasi langkah-langkah penelitian pengembangan sebagai berikut: (1) pengumpulan informasi di lapangan, (2) melakukan analisis terhadap informasi yang telah dikumpulkan, (3) mengembangkan produk awal (draf model), (4) validasi ahli dan revisi, (5) uji coba lapangan skala kecil dan revisi, (6) uji coba lapangan skala besar dan revisi, dan (7) pembuatan produk final. Uji coba skala kecil dilakukan terhadap siswa kelas 4 dari SD Ngringin Depok Sleman yang berjumlah 36 siswa. Uji coba skala besar dilakukan terhadap siswa kelas 4 dan 5 dari SD Sarikarya Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 56 anak. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu; (1) pedoman wawancara, (2) skala nilai, (3) pedoman observasi model pembelajaran, (4) pedoman observasi keefektifan model pembelajaran. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu berupa buku panduan model pembelajaran bolavoli pada siswa sekolah dasar kelas atas, yang berisikan empat model pembelajaran, yaitu: (1) pembelajaran teknik dasar passing bawah, (2) pembelajaran teknik dasar passing atas, (3) pembelajaran teknik dasar servis bawah dan (4) pembelajaran teknik dasar servis atas. Dari hasil penilaian para ahli materi, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa model pembelajaran bolavoli yang disusun sangat baik dan efektif, sehingga model pembelajaran layak digunakan untuk pembelajaran bolavoli pada siswa di kelas atas.  DEVELOPING VOLLEYBALL LEARNING MODELS FOR STUDENTS OF UPPER CLASS OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOLSAbstract This research is aimed at producing an adequate and feasible volleyball learning model for stu-dents of upper class of elementary school. This volleyball learning model is developed to help elementary teachers conducting excellent and effective volleyball learning. The research and development (R D) was carried out by adapting the steps of research development procedure consisting of: (1) collecting information, (2) information analysis, (3) developing initial products (draft model), (4) expert validation and revision, (5) preliminary field test and revision, (6) main field test and revision, and (7) making the final product. The preliminary field test was conducted to 36 students of the fourth grade of Ngringin Elementary School Depok Sleman. The main field test was conducted to 56 students of the fourth and the fifth grade of Sarikarya Elementary School Yogyakarta. Data collection instru-ments used were (1) questionnaire guidelines, (2) rating scale, (3) observation learning model guidelines and (4) guidelines for observation effectiveness of learning model. The data were analyzed using quantitative and qualitative descriptive analyses. The result of this research is a guide book of volleyball learning model for students of upper class of elementary schools. The book contains four learning models namely: (1) basic techniques of forearm passing learning, (2) basic techniques of overhand passing learning, (3) basic forearm serve learning and (4) basic overhand serve learning. Based on some experts’ judgments, it can be concluded that the model of volleyball learning is very well orga-nized and effective. Therefore, the learning model is appropriate to be applied in volleyball learning towards students of upper class of elementary schools. Keywords: develoving, volleyball learning models

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan metode pembinaan cabang bulutangkis antara Yogyakarta, Indonesia dengan Ottapalam, India. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi lapangan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pemain di CSN Badminton Academy India yang berjumlah adalah 32 atlet dan atlet di PB Wiratama Jaya Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 28 atlet.  Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan yaitu human instrument atau yang dikenal sebagai peneliti kualititatif. Peneliti merupakan instrumen itu sendiri, dengan kata lain peneliti juga perlu “divalidasi” seberapa jauh peneliti kualitatif siap melakukan penelitian yang selanjutnya turun ke lapangan (Sugiyono, 2011: 222). Adapun jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu data sekunder dan data primer dari kedua klub. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) PB. Wiratama Jaya Yogyakarta dan CSN Badminton Academy India memiliki jenis latihan shadow yang sedikit berbeda. CSN Badminton Academy India menggunakan teknik lompatan saat kembali ke posisi awal. Sedangkan PB. Wiratama Jaya Yogyakarta tidak menggunakan teknik lompatan. (2) PB. Wiratama Jaya Yogyakarta memiliki atlet yang patuh terhadap peraturan karena persaingan yang ketat. Sedangkan CSN Badminton Academy India memiliki atlet yang kurang patuh terhadap jam berlatih yang disebabkan jauhnya tempat latihan. (3) CSN Badminton Academy India memiliki susunan kepengurusan yang baik serta memiliki bukti fisik. Sedangkan PB. Wiratama Jaya Yogyakarta kurang melengkapi bukti fisik kepengurusan.  AbstractThis study aims to compare the method of developing badminton branches between Yogyakarta, Indonesia and Ottapalam, India. This research uses descriptive method, the design used in this study is field observation. The population in this study were 32 players at CSN Badminton Academy in India and 28 athletes in PB Wiratama Jaya Yogyakarta. Sampling in this study using human instruments or known as qualitative researchers. The researcher is the instrument itself, in other words, the researcher also needs to be "validated" to what extent the qualitative researcher is ready to conduct research which then goes to the field (Sugiyono, 2011: 222). The types of data used in this study are secondary data and primary data from the two clubs. The results showed that (1) PB. Wiratama Jaya Yogyakarta and CSN Badminton Academy India have a slightly different type of shadow training. CSN Badminton Academy India uses the jump technique when returning to starting position. Whereas PB. Wiratama Jaya Yogyakarta does not use jumping techniques. (2) PB. Wiratama Jaya Yogyakarta has athletes who abide by regulations because of intense competition. Whereas CSN Badminton Academy India has athletes who are not obedient to the practice hours due to the training grounds. (3) CSN Badminton Academy India has a good management structure and physical evidence. Whereas PB. Wiratama Jaya Yogyakarta did not complete the management's physical evidence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model pembelajaran penjas melalui aktivitas permainan bagi siswa sekolah dasar khususnya kelas atas yang terintegrasi dengan nilai-nilai karakter kerja sama, tanggung jawab dan kejujuran. Penelitian pengembangan ini dilakukan dengan mengadaptasi langkah-langkah penelitian pengembangan sebagai berikut: (1) pengumpulan informasi di lapangan dan melakukan analisis terhadap informasi yang telah dikumpulkan, (2) mengembangkan produk awal (draf model), (3) validasi ahli dan revisi, (4) uji coba lapangan skala kecil dan revisi, (5) uji coba lapangan skala besar dan revisi, dan (6) pembuatan produk final. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu: (1) pedoman wawancara, (2) skala nilai, (3) pedoman observasi permainan, (4) pedoman observasi keefektifan permainan, dan (5) pedoman observasi terhadap guru pelaku uji coba. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini berupa buku panduan aktivitas permainan untuk pembentukan karakter kerja sama, tanggung jawab dan kejujuran siswa sekolah dasar kelas atas, yang berisikan enam jenis permainan, yaitu: (1) permainan berburu kancil, (2) permainan perang bola, (3) permainan memasukkan bola ke simpai, (4) permainan golku keranjangku, (5) permainan lempar tangkap, dan (6) permainan sentuh bola yang telah divalidasi oleh ahli dan guru.  GAME MODELS OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY FOR CHARACTER BUILDING COOPERATION, RESPONSIBILITY AND HONESTY FOR ELEMENTARYS SCHOOL STUDENTAbstract This study aims at delivering game models for especially top grade elementary school students to build character, cooperation, responsibility and honesty that are ready to use. The teachers are expected to use this game model as one of integrated character value instructional forms that is appropriate and effective through enjoyable playing activities.This educational research and development (R D) was conducted by adapting R D steps consisting of: (1) collecting information and information analysis, (2) developing initial product, (3) expert validation and revision, (4) preliminary field test and revision, (5) main field test and revision, and (6) making the final product. The preliminary field test was conducted to 14 students year 5 of SD.N.Pantaran Kulon Progo and the main field test was conducted to 40 students Class 4 and 5 of SD.N.2 Kalipetir Pengasih Kulon Progo. Data collecting instrument used were: (1) interview guide, (2) rating scale, (3) observation guide for games observation, (4) observation guide for games effectiveness, and (5) observation guide for perpetrator teachers. The data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis and qualitative descriptive analysis.The result of this study is in the form of a game guidance book of integrated character building for corporation, responsibility, and honesty in the form of physical activities for upper grade elementary school students, consisting of six games: (1) blast fishing game, (2) ball war game, (3) shoot the ball to the hula hoop game, (4) my goal and basket game, (5) volley throw and catch, and (6) touching ball to the body game. As a conclusion, the game models are very good and effective to transfer character value, corporation, responsibility, and honesty Keywords: model of learning, character and elemantary students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan circuit traning atas hasil daya tahan otot lengan dan akurasi memanah atlet panahan di Kabupaten Banyumas. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperiment kuantitatif dengan design penelitian one grup pretest posttes design . Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 20 atlet. Sampel di tentukan menggunakan purposive sampling sebanyak 12 atlet yang di beri treatment sebanyak 16x pertemuan. Instrumen yang digunakan test daya tahan otot lengan dan scoring memanah jarak 50m. Data yang terkumpul akan di uji normalitas menggunakan teknik Kolmogorov-Smirnov dan uji homogenitas memakaiuji Levene Test Wilk . Uji hipotesis menggunakan teknik uji-t bahwa t hitung = -0,10 lebih kecil dari t (0,05) (12) = 2,22 pada taraf signifikansi 0,08 % sehingga tingkat kebermaknaan Hipotesis nul (Ho) diterima. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukan, (a) terdapat peningkatan daya tahan otot lengan pada atlet panahan Kabupaten Banyumas setelah melakukan latian; (b) terdapat peningkatan latihan circuit traning pada hasil akurasi memanah atlet panahan Kabupaten Banyumas setelah melakukan latihan. Oleh karena itu dengan diberikan latihan circuit traning dapat dijadikan alternatif latihan fisik.

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the training programs of sprinting, middle distance running, and long distance running athletes. This type of research is the study evaluation using CIPP models. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with qualitative data analysis model of Miles & Huberman. The results of the evaluation include: (1) context  evaluation shows that there are lack of budget, facilities, government’s support, sponsorship, health experts, test instrumens and test spaces, (2) evaluation of the inputt indicates there is a lack of facilities and infrastructure as the main support of the running track, (3) evaluation of the process demonstrates the ability of trainers to implement the training process is very helpful to the achievement of a good coaching program and achievements of athletes. The recruitment of athletes should be open to all people, so there should not be the impression of nepotism and collusion, (4) evaluation of the product shows the achievements have been at national and international level. Achievement would be better and more sustainable if supported by a context and a perfect addition of the input to the process which has been good.

Abstract

Teachers are required to be aware of their students' perceptions of physical education in addition to their own perceptions of the subject's current teaching experience. The qualitative approach is the approach used in this study with the constant comparison method by coding, categorizing, and finding themes in the interview transcripts. The results of this study were designed to find out students' perceptions of physical education and teaching difficulties in 63 elementary schools in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. A cross-sectional sample included 127 students (1st to 3rd graders of the elementary schools) and their physical education teachers (n = 68). Most students agreed they like sports or physical activities (95.6%). Few students like game-based physical education activities (18.89%). Most teachers showed great perception toward multilateral movement (70.58%). Students preferred to learn physical education through games and that they believed learning the subject has brought many benefits such as having a stronger and healthier body and increasing their motivation to be an outstanding athlete. Teachers had learned multilateral movement but they were still limited by their low capacity to create engaging learning experiences and manage students in the learning processes

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: (1) perbedaan pengaruh antara metode latihan sirkuit dengan bola dan metode latihan ball feeling terhadap keterampilan dasar sepakbola siswa Sekolah Sepakbola (SSB) Kelompok Usia (KU) 11-12 tahun; (2) perbedaan pengaruh tinggi rendah VO2 Max terhadap keterampilan  dasar sepakbola siswa SSB KU 11-12 tahun; dan (3) interaksi antara metode latihan dan kemampuan VO2 Max terhadap keterampilan dasar sepakbola siswa SSB KU 11-12 tahun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan rancangan faktorial 2 x 2. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara metode sirkuit dengan bola dan metode ball feeling terhadap peningkatan keterampilan dasar sepakbola siswa SSB Bengkulu dan SSB Bina Muda Bahari Kota Bengkulu kelompok usia 11-12 tahun, dengan signifikansi (P = 0,031 0,05). Keterampilan dasar sepakbola yang dilatih dengan metode sirkuit dengan bola lebih baik daripada metode ball feeling; (2) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan VO2 Max tinggi dan VO2 Max rendah terhadap peningkatan keterampilan dasar sepakbola siswa SSB Bengkulu dan SSB Bina Muda Bahari Kota Bengkulu kelompok usia 11-12 tahun, dengan signifikansi (P = 0,001 0,005).Keterampilan dasar sepakbolaSiswa yang memiliki VO2 Max tinggi lebih baik daripada siswa yang memiliki VO2 Max rendah; dan (3) tidak terdapat interaksi yang signifikan antara kedua kelompok latihan dan VO2 Max terhadap peningkatan keterampilan dasar sepakbola siswa SSB Bengkulu dan SSB Bina Muda Bahari Kota Bengkulu kelompok usia 11-12 tahun, dengan signifikansi (P = 0,216 0,05).Kata Kunci: sirkuit dengan bola, ball feeling, VO2 Max, dan keterampilan dasar sepakbola. THE EFFECT OF TRAINING METHOD AND VO2 MAX TOWARD BASIC SKILLS OF FOOTBALL AbstractThe objectives of this research were to find out; (1) the differences between circuit with ball and ball feeling method towards basic skills of football of students of Sekolah Sepakbola (SSB) Kelompok Usia (KU) 11-12 years; (2) effect of VO2 Max towards basic skills of football of students of SSB KU 11-12 years; and (3) interaction between training method and VO2 Max ability towards basic skills of football of students of SBB KU 11-12 years.This research was experiment study with factorial 2 x 2 designs.    The result of this research reveals that: (1) circuit with ball and ball feeling method have different significant effect on improving basic skills of football of 11-12 year students of SSB Bengkulu and Bina Muda Bahari in Bengkulu city and the score is p = 0.031 0.05. Basic skills of football are trained in methods of circuit with ball better than feeling ball method; (2)  Maximum VO2 Max dan minimum VO2 Max have different effect on improving basic skills of football of 11-12 year students of SSB Bengkulu and Bina Muda Bahari in Bengkulu city and the p value = 0.001 0.005. Basic skills of football of students who have a high VO2 Max is better than students who have low VO2 Max; and (3) both of the group training and VO2 Max have no significant interaction on improving basic skills of football of 11-12 year students of SSB Bengkulu and Bina Muda Bahari in Bengkulu city and the p value = 0.216 0.05.Keywords: circuit with ball, ball feeling, VO2 Max, and basic skills of football.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan model pembelajaran pengenalan teknik dasar tenis meja untuk siswa sekolah dasar kelas atas. Model yang dikembangkan adalah teknik forehand dan backhand yang disesuaikan dengan karakteristik siswa SD kelas atas. Model pengenalan teknik dasar tenis meja bertujuan agar digunakan guru dalam penyelenggaraan kegiatan belajar mengajar tenis meja untuk siswa SD kelas atas. Penelitian ini terdiri atas dua tahapan yaitu tahap penelitian pendahuluan dan tahap pengembangan. Hasil penelitian berupa pengembangan model pembelajaran pengenalan teknik dasar tenis meja terdiri atas: (1) teknik dasar peganggan, (2) kontrol bola dan (3) teknik dasar memantulkan bola. Model disusun dalam buku panduan berjudul ”pengembangan model pembelajaran pengenalan teknik dasar tenis meja siswa SD kelas atas”. Berdasarkan penilaian para ahli materi dan guru disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan model pembelajaran pengenalan teknik dasar tenis meja untuk siswa SD kelas atas layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran tenis meja untuk siswa SD kelas atas.Kata Kunci: model, pengenalan, tenis meja, SD kelas atas Developing a Learning Model of Introduction to Table Tennis Basic Techniques for Elementary School Upper Class Students AbstractThis research aims to produce a model of the introduction to the basic techniques of learning table tennis for elementary school upper class students. The model are developed covering forehand and backhand table tennis, that adapted characteristics of elementary school upper class students. Introduction to the basic model of table tennis techniques was used by the teacher in teaching and learning activities of upper grade students. The development of research carried out by adapting the steps of research development consisting of two stages: preliminary research stage and development stage. The results of the research are a development learning model of the introduction to basic techniques of table tennis consisting of: (1) grip basic technique, (2) Ball control basic technique, and (3) Hit ball basic technique. Models arranged in a handbook entitled "Introduction to basic engineering models of table tennis". Based on the assessment of matter experts and teachers, it can be concluded that the model of learning the basic techniques of table tennis for upper classes is with the curriculum. The model of introduction to basic techniques can develop in learning table tennis for upper grade elementary school students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model latihan ketepatan tendangan dalam sepakbola untuk anak kelompok umur 13-14 tahun yang layak digunakan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian pengembangan, dengan langkah-langkah terdiri dari: (1) mengenali potensi dan masalah, (2) pengumpulan data, (3) mengembangkan produk awal, (4) validasi desain, (5) revisi desain, (6) uji coba produk skala kecil, (7) revisi produk, (8) uji coba skala besar, (9) dan revisi produk, dan (10) hasil akhir. Penilaian kualitas produk melibatkan 3 orang ahli. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu pedoman umum wawancara, catatan lapangan, angket skala nilai validasi, pedoman observasi model, pedoman observasi keefektifan model, dan kuesioner untuk siswa. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini berupa model latihan ketepatan tendangan yang terdiri dari (1) permainan passing segitiga; (2) permainan passing berpindah; (3) permainan pindah bola; (4) permainan melewati bola; (5) permainan passing dan koordinasi; (6) permainan cetak gol; (7) permainan 4 vs 2 target bola; (8) permainan 2 vs 1 target gawang; dan (9) permainan 2 vs 2 target gawang, yang disusun dalam bentuk DVD latihan dan buku panduan latihan.Kata Kunci: model latihan, ketepatan tendangan, sepakbola THE DEVELOPMENT OF PRACTICE KICK ACCURACY IN FOOTBALL FOR THE AGE GROUP OF 13 TO 14 YEARS OLD CHILDRENAbstractThis study aims to produce a model of practice kick accuracy in football for the age group of 13 to 14 years old children feasible to use. The study used research and development design, consisting the steps of (1) identified the potential and problems, (2) collect data, (3) develop initial products, (4) design a validation, (5) design revision, (6) small-scale product test, (7) product revision, (8) large-scale test, (9) product revision, and (10) the final result. Product quality assessment involving 3 experts. Instruments used for data collection are general guideline interviews, field notes, questionnaire validation value scale, the observation model, the effectiveness of observation model, and a questionnaire for students. The quantitative descriptive analysis and the qualitative descriptive analysis techniques are used to collect the data. The result of this research is a model of practice kick accuracy consisting of (1) triangular passing game; (2) passing and moving game; (3) moving the ball game; (4) passing the ball game; (5) passing and coordination game ; (6) scoring goal game; (7) target ball game of 4 vs 2; (8) target goal game of 2 vs 1; and (9) target goal game of 2 vs 2, arranged in a training DVD shape and training handbook.Keywords: models of practice, kicks accuracy, football

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan: (1) pengaruh latihan plyometrics alternate leg bound dan latihan plyometrics box jump terhadap peningkatan kemampuan lompat jauh, (2) perbedaan pengaruh koordinasi mata-kaki tinggi dan koordinasi mata-kaki rendah terhadap peningkatan kemampuan lompat jauh, dan (3) interaksi antara latihan plyometrics dan koordinasi mata-kaki terhadap peningkatan kemampuan lompat jauh. Metode penelitian adalah eksperimen dengan rancangan faktorial 2 x 2. Sampel penelitian ini 40 siswa yang diambil dengan teknik purposive rondom sampling. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: (1) ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara latihan plyometrics alternate leg bound dan latihan plyometrics box jump terhadap peningkatan kemampuan lompat jauh, (2) terdapat perbedaan peningkatan kemampuan lompat jauh antara siswa yang memiliki koordinasi mata-kaki tinggi dan siswa yang memiliki koordinasi mata-kaki rendah, (3) terdapat interaksi antara latihan plyometrics dan koordinasi mata-kaki terhadap peningkatan kemampuan lompat jauh. Kelompok siswa yang memiliki koordinasi mata-kaki tinggi lebih tepat jika dilatih dengan latihan plyometrics alternate leg bound sedangkan kelompok siswa yang memiliki koordinasi mata-kaki rendah lebih baik jika dilatih dengan latihan plyometrics box jump.Kata Kunci: metode latihan plyometrics, koordinasi mata-kaki, kemampuan lompat jauh THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE EFFECTS OF PLYOMETRICS METHOD AND THOSE OF EYE COHERENCE-FOOT ON THE INCREASE IN LONG JUMPAbstractThis study aims to determine: (1) the effect of plyometrics alternate leg bound exercise and plyometrics box jump exercises on the increase in long jump, (2) the  effect differences between in high foot-eye coherence and low eye-foot coherence, and (3) the interaction between the plyometrics exercise and eye-foot coherence on the long jump ability. This research is an experiment using the factorial 2 x 2 design. A sample of 40 students was established using the purposive random sampling technique. The results are as follows: (1) there is a significant difference between plyometrics alternate leg bound exercise and plyometrics box jump exercise, (2) there is a significant increase difference in the long jump ability between the students who have high foot-eye coherence and those having low foot-eye coherence, (3) there is an interaction between plyometrics method and foot-eye coherence on long jump ability. The students who have foot-eye coherence are more appropriate if they are trained with plyometrics alternate leg bound exercise, while the students groups that have low foot-eye coherence better if trained with plyometrics box jump exercise.Keywords: plyometrics exercise, eye-foot coherence, long jump ability
