Abstract

This study aims to describe teachers' perceptions of the implementation of the independent curriculum in biology learning activities in Ogan Ilir District. The method used is the descriptive-qualitative method. The research sample consisted of eight biology teachers in four high schools (SMA) in Ogan Ilir District who had implemented the independent curriculum. Data on teacher perceptions were obtained through observation and interviews using observation sheet instruments, interview instrument grids, and interview instrument question sheets. The collected data was then analyzed with a qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that all participants had good perceptions regarding the implementation of the independent curriculum in schools and acknowledged the advantages contained in the independent curriculum, but only some of the participants were able to consistently apply it in learning activities. This is because participants experience difficulties in designing independent curriculum teaching modules, compiling assessments, implementing learning models, using independent teaching platforms, and preparing intracurricular reports and P5 report cards. These findings indicate that socialization and training on the independent curriculum need to be maximized again by including consistent mentoring programs for teachers so that they can consistently implement the independent curriculum in the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

Pembelajaran matematika tidak hanya sekedar pembelajaran untuk mengembangkan kemampuan berhitung tetapi pembelajaran yang mengembangkan kemampuan berfikir matematika secara logis, sesuai dengan konsep matematika yang sistematis dengan melibatkan lingkungan siswa. Keterampilan berpikir kreatif dan kemampuan komunikasi merupakan dua aspek kemampuan yang harus dimiliki oleh peserta didik disamping keterampilan afektif.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran berbasis masalah (problem-based learning) terhadap keterampilan berpikir kreatif dan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuasi eksperimen dengan desain pre-test dan post-test. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 50 siswa SMA. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengadakan pre-test dan post-test serta pemberian angket. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan rubrik berpikir kreatif dan komunikasi matematis, kemudian diolah lebih lanjut dengan uji statistik. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis masalah dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif dan komunikasi matematis siswa lebih baik daripada pendekatan pembelajaran konvensional. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menunjukkanbahwa strategi pembelajaran memiliki peran penting dalam pengembangan kreativitas dan komunikasi matematis siswa.

Abstract

Mathematical Mind adalah kecenderungan anak untuk berpikir logis dan sistematis yang diperoleh melalui pembelajaran, pengalaman, dan latihan. Salah satu  Mathematical Mind anak adalah konsep pola. Dunia anak adalah dunia bermain, melatih Mathematical Mind anak harus dilakukan melalui bermain. Melatih Mathematical Mind anak merupakan regulasi dari Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia Nomor 137 tahun 2014. Kenyataan di lapangan berdasarkan studi pendahuluan di TK Karyawan Banda Aceh diperoleh informasi bahwa kemampuan Mathematical Mind anak tentang konsep pola belum berkembang sesuai harapan dan guru belum menerapkan kegiatan bermain pola. Mengatasi masalah di atas maka perlu dilakukan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam tiga siklus. Tindakan untuk melatih Mathematical Mind anak dilakukan melalui bermain pola. Fokus pada kemampuan anak tentang konsep pola, khususnya pola berulang. Tindakan yang dilakukan untuk masing-masing siklus adalah mewarnai, menyusun, dan meronce, Efek dari tindakan ini adalah kemampuan anak meningkat, yaitu anak sudah menguasai konsep pola berulang, yaitu pola AB-AB dan ABC-ABC.

Abstract

Indonesian national standardization (SNI) is a set of technical requirements established by the National Standardization Council (DSN) to ensure the quality of goods, services, and processes. The rapid development of technology as it is today makes it easy for various imported goods to enter Indonesia at low prices. To guarantee quality, it is necessary to implement SNI, which is supported by Article 8 Paragraph (1) Letter a of Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection which stipulates that business actors are prohibited from producing and/or trading goods that do not meet or are not in accordance with Indonesian National Standards (SNI). The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of legal certainty theory in realizing corporate liability in Indonesian national standardization (SNI). The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach, and data collection is done through literature study. The data collected was then analyzed through the stages of reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the theory of legal certainty has an important role in realizing corporate liability in the Indonesian national standardization (SNI). Legal certainty in Indonesian national standardization (SNI) can be realized through the application of clear, transparent, and consistent laws and regulations, as well as the application of strict and consistent sanctions.

Abstract

Penelitian Ini bertujuan Untuk Mengetahui proses penegakan hukum terhadap keterlambatan pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor dan Untuk mengetahui factor-faktor penghambat terhadap penegakan hukum atas keterlambatan pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor di Kota Makassar. Metode Penelitian yang di gunakan yakni penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan penelitian meliputi pendekatan perundang–undangan (statute approach) dan pendekatan Konseptual (conceptual approaach). Teknik Analisis data dianalisis secara kualitatif, kemudian dari hasil analisis tersebut akan dituangkan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Terkait penegakan hukum terhadap keterlambatan pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor di Kota Makassar, sebelum pemberian sanksi terhadap wajib pajak, UPTD SAMSAT Wilayah Kota Makassar terlebih dahulu melakukan upaya peringatan berupa pemberian surat pemberitahuan pajak kendaraan bermotor (Super PKB) yang diberikan dalam 2 bentuk yaitu: Surat Pemberitahuan Pengesahan STNK dan Pembayaran PKB/SWDKLLJ, dan Surat Pemberitahuan Keterlambatan Pembayaran PKB. Bahwa yang menjadi faktor penghambat pelaksanaan pemungutan pajak kendaraan bermotor pada UPTD SAMSAT Wilayah Makassar antara lain rendahnya kesadaran wajib pajak, data wajib pajak yang tidak lengkap, pemindahtanganan kendaraan bermotor tanpa proses balik nama, pemilik kendaraan berpindah ke daerah lain, dan penarikan kendaraan bermotor oleh pembiayaan tanpa adanya laporan dari pemilik kendaraan ataupun pihak pembiayaan itu sendiri.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian bertujuan mengkaji pengaruh penambahan pakan aditif dalam pakan ruminansia sebagai upaya meningkatkan aktivitas protease dan mengkaji pengaruhnya terhadap total protein cairan rumen pada lama inkubasi yang berbeda. Penambahan bahan aditif diharapkan dapat menjaga kondisi lingkungan mikro rumen tetap stabil dan dapat memberikan suasana yang optimal untuk kinerja bakteri rumen. Apabila kondisi lingkungan mikro rumen sesuai dan suasana rumen menjadi anaerob maka populasi bakteri rumen akan meningkat. Peningkatan populasi bakteri rumen akan berdampak pada meningkatnya aktivitas enzim yang dihasilkan. Penelitian bersifat eksperimental menggunakan metode in vitro. Perlakuan yang diuji yaitu P0 = Pakan basal (60% konsentrat : 40% hijauan); P1 = P0 + 0,5% isobutirat; P2 = P1 + 0,5% S. cerevisiae; P3 = P2 + 1% minyak kedelai. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (one way classification), setiap perlakuan diulang sebanyak 5 kali sehingga terdapat 20 unit percobaan. Peubah yang diukur yaitu aktivitas protease menggunakan metode Walter dan kadar protein cairan rumen dalam pengamatan dinamika protein diukur menggunakan metode Bradford. Hasil analisis variansi menunjukan bahwa penambahan pakan aditif berpengaruh sangat nyata (p<0,01) terhadap aktivitas protease dalam cairan rumen dan hasil analisis variansi dinamika protein menunjukkan bahwa inkubasi 4 jam pada perlakuan P2 dan P3 menunjukkan perlakuan berpengaruh sangat nyata (p<0,01) terhadap kadar protein. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa penambahan kombinasi isobutirat, S. Cerevisiae, dan minyak kedelai pada substrat pakan merupakan perlakuan yang paling efektif dalam meningkatkan aktivitas protease dan mampu meningkatkan kadar protein cairan rumen pada jam ke 4 inkubasi secara in vitro.Kata Kunci: pakan aditif, protease, in vitro, proteinProtease Activities and Dynamics of Rument Liquid Proteins on In Vitro Feed Additives ABSTRACTThe aim of this study was to examine the effect of adding feed additives to ruminant feed as an effort to increase protease activity and to examine its effect on the total protein in rumen fluid at different incubation times. The addition of additives is expected to maintain a stable rumen microenvironment and can provide an optimal atmosphere for the performance of rumen bacteria. If the conditions of the rumen microenvironment are suitable and the rumen atmosphere becomes anaerobic, the population of rumen bacteria will increase. An increase in the population of rumen bacteria will have an impact on increasing the activity of the enzymes produced. This research is experimental using the in vitro method. The treatments tested were P0 = basal feed (60% concentrate: 40% forage); P1 = P0 + 0.5% isobutyrate; P2 = P1 + 0.5% S. cerevisiae; P3 = P2 + 1% soybean oil. This study used a completely randomized design (one way classification), each treatment was repeated 5 times so that there were 20 experimental units. The variables measured were protease activity using the Walter method and rumen fluid protein levels in the protein dynamics observations measured using the Bradford method. The results of the analysis of variance showed that the addition of feed additives had a very significant effect (p<0.01) on the protease activity in the rumen fluid and the results of the analysis of variance of protein dynamics showed that the 4-hour incubation in P2 and P3 treatments showed a very significant effect (p <0, 01) on protein content. The conclusion of this study is the addition of a combination of isobutyrate, S. cerevisiae, and soybean oil to the feed substrate is the most effective treatment in increasing protease activity and is able to increase rumen protein levels at the 4th hour of incubation in vitro.Keywords: feed additives, protease, in vitro, protein

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the ethnobotany biodiversity approach as a learning resource in the environment of SMA Negeri 1 Tempilang. Using biodiversity integrated with the community's traditional knowledge of plants (ethnobotany) in learning is crucial to increase students' understanding and awareness of the environment. The method used was a survey with a questionnaire instrument distributed to 35 SMA Negeri 1 Tempilang students to measure the level of knowledge, techniques, and obstacles to using ethnobotanical biodiversity in learning. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis, most students are at a high level of knowledge about ethnobotany, with 76 students or about 43.43% of the total population. Most of the other students were at a moderate level, with 50 students or about 28.57%. Deficient levels of knowledge have a relatively small number of students, with ten (5.71%) and 17 (9.71%), respectively. There is also a small number of students with a very high level of knowledge, namely 22 students or around 12.57%. Overall, the understanding and knowledge of ethnobotany among students is relatively good. The study results show that students understand ethnobotanical biodiversity well, but its use as a learning resource still needs improvement. The main obstacles include the limitation of learning materials and the need to utilize local potential. This study concludes the importance of integrating ethnobotany biodiversity materials in the school curriculum to increase environmental awareness and appreciation of local cultural richness. The results of this study can be a reference for the development of curriculum and learning strategies that are more relevant to local conditions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve social studies content learning outcomes through the make a match learning model in class VI students of SD Negeri Bleber 1 in the 2022/2023 academic year. The subjects of this study were students of class VI at SD Negeri Bleber 1 Prambanan who are located at Karanggede, Sumberharjo, Prambanan, Sleman, Yogyakarta Special Region. The type of research used was Classroom Action Research which lasted for two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings. The data collection instruments used were observation sheets and written tests. The data analysis technique used is a qualitative descriptive analysis to improve social studies learning outcomes. The results showed that the application of the make a match learning model could improve the learning outcomes of class VI students at SD Negeri Bleber 1. This can be seen from the percentage of implementation of learning by teachers in cycle I of 71.4% and included in the "Good" criteria. In cycle II it increased to 91.1% and included the criteria of "Very Good". The average pre-test learning outcomes for social studies content class were 55. In cycle I, the average social studies content class increased to 74.3. In cycle II, the average social studies content class increased to 80. The results of the pre-test learning completeness totaled 9 students (30%). In cycle I, the number of students who passed increased by 17 students (40%) to 21 students (70%). In cycle II, the number of students who passed increased by 4 students (13%) to 25 (83%). Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that the application of make a match learning can improve the learning outcomes of class VI students at SD Negeri Bleber 1 in the 2022/2023 academic year.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Integrated Marketing Communication (advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, public relations, direct marketing and internet marketing on the Brand Image "(Research on the Zoya Muslim Clothing Brand in DKI Jakarta)". The type of data used in this research is quantitative data with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed through Google Forms. The population in this study were consumers of Zoya products in DKI Jakarta. The sampling technique used in this study was convenience random sampling. The number of respondents is 210 respondents . The method of analysis used in this study was multiple linear regression using SEM measuring instruments with the AMOS program. The results showed that advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, public relations have a positive but insignificant effect on the Brand Image, while direct marketing and internet marketing have a positive and significant effect on Brand Image.

Abstract

Tuntutan kurikulum merdeka agar pembelajaran dilaksanakan sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik dapat diwujudkan melalui pembelajaran matematika realistik. Salah satu konteks yang dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran matematika realistik adalah konteks islami, yang dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pembentukan karakter dan menumbuhkan nilai-nilai islam pada peserta didik. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran matematika realistik dengan konteks islami menjadi penting untuk dilakukan. Sementara itu, perangkat pembelajaran matematika realistik dengan konteks islami pada materi statistika masih sangat terbatas sehingga perlu diupayakan pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran tersebut. Dalam hal ini, perangkat yang dimaksud adalah modul ajar dan Lembar Kegiatan Peserta Didik (LKPD). Agar perangkat tersebut layak untuk digunakan maka harus diuji validitasnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui validitas modul ajar dan LKPD berbasis pembelajaran matematika realistik dengan konteks islami pada materi statistika. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan model Plomp. Data uji validitas diperoleh dari hasil validasi oleh para ahli dengan menggunakan instrumen lembar uji validitas berupa angket yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Hasil uji validitas untuk modul ajar dan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik berbasis pembelajaran matematika realistik dengan konteks islami secara keseluruhan memperoleh kategori sangat valid sehingga perangkat pembelajaran layak untuk digunakan.
