Abstract

Even though there is customer concern and positive attitudes towards sustainability and environmentally friendly products, the market share of these products is still limited to 1–3 percent of the total market. The phenomenon in which consumers' positive attitudes toward the environment are incongruent with their purchasing behavior of environmentally friendly products is known as “eco-friendly attitude-behavior gap.” This research aims to explain the reasons behind the persistence of this gap and to determine whether moderator variables, such as ability and opportunity, can reduce the gap. The survey was conducted on 355 students as consumers in Bandar Lampung City using a framework adopted from different literature. The research results show that affordability plays an important role in encouraging consumers to make more environmentally friendly purchases, especially when accompanied by knowledge of eco labels. However, opportunity is not a moderating influencing factor. This article reaches its conclusion by presenting strategies that can be implemented by practicing managers who wish to expand the market for environmentally friendly products. Two moderating variables, namely ability and opportunity, were generated from the Motivation-Ability-Opportunity (MAO) model to understand the relationship between attitudes towards the environment and consumer behavior that supports the environment, especially in the context of developing countries such as Indonesia.

Abstract

Purpose — The objective of this study is to evaluate the prevailing trends in publications and investigate the literature derived from multiple studies concerning the impact of digitalization on SMEs and their internationalization process.Method — We employ the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology to identify and consolidate publication trends from various articles. The literature utilized in this study is sourced from the Scopus database. By referring to the PRISMA chart, a total of 33 literature works were selected for analysis using VOSviewer. In this research, we utilize bibliometric analysis to examine article trends and employ content analysis to assess the literature.Result — We discovered that there were 19 keywords representing the latest and seldom explored themes among researchers, which were organized into 5 clusters for further analysis within a research framework. Moreover, we identified new and infrequently studied themes such as effectuation, international performance, digital transformation, digital technologies, and export performance. Additionally, we uncovered novel research topics that have the potential to inspire future studies in related areas.Contribution — This study contributes by examining literature on digitalization and internationalization, identifying research trends and proposing future directions, especially for SMEs in Southeast Asian countries. It also introduces the rarely-used Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach to examine the role of digitalization in internationalization, challenging the dominance of quantitative methods in prior research.

Abstract

Kata kunci— Optimalisasi, Sistem Agroforestri, Kesejahteraan Rumah Tangga Abstract Household welfare is one indication of how a village is said to be able to fulfil all needs adequately. However, there is one village, Gajahrejo, which has a low level of community welfare because the community is less able to optimise the potential of the village. In the Gajahrejo village area, Gedangan Subdistrict, Malang Regency, there is high potential in terms of agriculture and the large amount of vacant yard land. However, this potential has not been optimally utilised by the Gajahrejo village community. When reviewed from the situation analysis, it shows that Gajahrejo village shows a decrease in the level of community welfare. In addition, because Gajahrejo village is still very focused on agriculture in rice fields, so that there is still a lot of empty yard land that has not been utilised. Therefore, the solution to the problem can be in the form of providing education to the community about the application of the agroforestry system so that it can have a positive impact on the community. Then it can provide assistance and education to the community regarding food independence and improve community welfare through the potential owned by Gajahrejo village. Keywords— Optimisation, Agroforestry Systems, Household Welfare

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate economic learning in the implementation of an independent curriculum using the CIPP model in public high schools throughout the city of Mojokerto. The city of Mojokerto stands out as a city with active participation in the Independent Curriculum reaching 98%. The evaluative method is used with a qualitative approach supported by quantitative data. The results of the research show that the context aspect shows variations in the selection of Independent Policy Instruments (IKM), where SMAN 1 and SMAN 3 choose independent changing IKM, while SMAN 2 adopts independent sharing IKM. The integration of articles of the 1945 Constitution into class X economics learning outcomes aims to strengthen students' understanding of the principles of the country's economy and their application in everyday life. Evaluation of the input aspect consisting of teachers, students and infrastructure shows a sufficient level of effectiveness, reaching 68.27%. Teachers use the PMM platform to optimize learning, while students' interest in economics varies and school infrastructure needs to be improved to support more effective learning. In the process aspect, SMAN 2 stands out in implementing the self-sharing model in preparing teaching tools. However, there is variation in the quality of learning between schools, with a focus on developing teacher competence and active student participation. The effectiveness of the learning process reached an average of 75.43%, this shows the need to increase more varied teaching strategies and better interaction between teachers and students. Overall product evaluation in the form of learning outcomes shows an average of 78.33%, which indicates a sufficient level of effectiveness. This research can increase student motivation, material relevance, and consistency in assessing learning outcomes, achieving more optimal results per the objectives of the Independent Curriculum.
